Need To Know is the first of a set of prequel stories set in his In Hero Years… I’m Dead universe. This set of stories, which he’s loosely tagged as In Hero Years Beginnings chronicle the early days of heroes like Graviton and Nighthaunt. Field Trip, which is in the Origins 2013 anthology HEROES!, is a direct sequel to this story.
