Silent Night (Bad Boy Rockers Book 6)

Reece nods. “I think we need to stay here until morning when we’ll have light to be able to see our way at digging out of this.”
I look out the door and I’m stunned at the amount of snow that’s down since I arrived for work a couple of hours ago with Robin. The first couple of steps up to Kix are completely buried, and personally, I think the lot is going to need clearing in order to get anyone out.
“Ryder and a few others have gone upstairs to bring blankets and things down here to keep everyone warm. He’s not sure what they left up there when they moved into their house, so we’ll see.”
I watch as Reece narrows his eyes, glaring. “Where did you and my sister disappear to?”
Jace snickers and gets a glare from Reece. “They weren’t doing anything you haven’t done here.” He coughs. “From what I’ve heard.”
Reece opens his mouth but I don’t hang around to find out what he was about to say. Instead, I head back to the lockers and retrieve our jackets because it’s going to get colder. Only so much we can do with the dim light from the candles when I’d much rather have Robin wrapped around me to keep warm.
Our jackets in my hand, I glance around the main floor of Kix and notice only a few are still hanging around the tables. Couples have gotten their own spot around the floor and seem to be snuggling down together. In fact, I quickly avert my gaze from Jack and Thalia and locate Robin.
She watches as I approach and pats the floor beside her. “I wondered where you’d gone.”
I drop down to the floor. “I went to get these.” I pass her jacket and help her into it before getting mine on. “Sit between my legs.”
Robin smiles while doing what I ask. “I love seeing your legs spread,” she whispers, my dick going hard at the sultry note in her voice. “Because it reminds me of last night at your apartment. Your legs spread with me kneeling between them…playing with your—”
I slap my hand over her mouth. “Behave,” I growl, and gasp when she turns so that she’s lying on her belly on me. My cock nestles against her belly and as she wiggles, it gets noticeably harder.
“I enjoy doing that to you,” she chuckles against my chest and becoming serious asks, “Is it okay if we spend the rest of the holidays together?” She almost stills against me, and I realize the way I answer is important to her.
Caressing her cheek, I tip her head up to be able to hold her gaze. “I’m here because of you, Robin. I want a lot more than the holidays with you, but we can start there. It’s only ever been you.”
She reaches up and seals our lips together and I’m lost.
Having slept for a couple of hours, I’ve been awake watching the other couples, or trying not to in some cases. Until they’d gotten up and disappeared, I thought Reece and Callie would be giving us a show. But Ryder told them to use the other bedroom upstairs. Donovan and Mara were already in the main one. So at least the two pregnant women were comfortable. No doubt their husbands would make sure of that. Makes me wish that we had more privacy.
I would love to wake the girl in my arms in the most basic of ways, but that isn’t possible.
There isn’t that many of us left in here. Jessie and the new guy, Evan, are on the other side of the room, and can’t be seen from here. Ryder and Dahlia are in the office. Jack and Thalia, the storeroom, and Jace with his wife are in the back on the old couch. The other staff disappeared behind the bar, so we’re basically in a private spot, but not enough that I’d risk baring Robin to the eyes of others, even if it’s nearly pitch black in here.
“You’re uncomfortable,” Robin observes while coming awake. “Can I touch you?”
My pelvis arches at her hesitant question and a low moan escapes my lips. “Yes,” I hiss.
Robin slips a hand between us and unfastens my jeans, before slipping the band of my shorts under my balls so that she can get at my cock. I’m so eager for her touch that my shaft bounces and throbs the minute it’s loose from the confines of clothing.
Her small hand wraps around my thickness and I see stars. “Your touch is so good.”
“Mmm,” she mumbles, and moves slightly to her side so that she has more room.
Using her thumb, she presses around the crown, rubbing pre-cum into the skin, and making my eyes cross.
I roll Robin to our sides and quickly open her jeans. My hands shake with the feel of her jacking me off. When I get into her jeans, I tug them slightly away from her crotch so that I can get my hand inside and yank her leg over my hip. “You have to be quiet,” I warn seconds before I slip my fingers between the lips of her wet pussy.
My finger slips into her as I use the palm of my hand to rub against her clit. She gasps and her hand around me tightens, and quickens.
Two fingers inside of her and she starts to quiver, showing signs of her release fast approaching. I bend and seal our lips together and holding her head in place, I ravish her mouth. I show her what I wish our bodies were doing, what I’m currently doing with my fingers. She moans and cries out into my mouth as I feel her pussy quiver and wetness flooding my hand. Just the feel of her coming apart like this causes my blood to rush through my system as my release builds hard at my lower back, moving toward my balls. “I’m going to come,” I groan, and arching up, Robin quickly moves and sucks me into her mouth. I’m completely lost and come so fucking hard that I’m sure my eyes roll as she sucks me off.
Gasping for breath, I try to move her head away from me, but I don’t have the strength to argue when she refuses, and then another burst of release jets out, and another when she rubs my balls. By the time I’ve finished coming, there’s probably nothing left inside of me. My legs are numb and my cock is damn sensitive that when she licks over me, I start hardening again.
I knock her hand away and with strength that moments before had deserted me, I shove everything away and help Robin to fasten up. She snuggles into me and meets my gaze. “You taste good.”
“I can’t believe I let you do that…especially out in the open.” It would have only taken one person to see us and I’m sure word would have gotten back to Reece. Hopefully we were quiet enough.
“I enjoyed it.” She licks her lips.
“When we get back to the apartment, I’m going to return the favor.” I smile down at her. “I’m going to strip us naked, spread you out on the bed as my own private feast, and then I’m going to put my mouth all over you. My beard is going to feel so good between those spread thighs.”
She squirms against me as her eyes heat before I see worry floating around in her deep irises. “Tell me,” I ask.
“What’s really going to happen after the holidays?”
My heart thuds heavily at the question and I hope my answer is what she wants to hear. “When we go back to college, I want you to move in with me. You’re my girl, Robin. Mine. Which means I’m yours.” I cup her face between my hands. “I love you very much, and I fell hard the minute I saw you. I can’t explain it, but there you have it. I love you.”
I’m not sure Robin realizes that she holds my happiness in her hands and I’m hoping going out on a limb that she’ll reciprocate.
Tears hover in her eyes before she wraps herself around my neck and softly cries. I really don’t want to believe that she’s crying because she can’t give me what I want, and I pray that I’m not the one fighting tears.
Her tears softly become sniffles as she whispers, “I love you. I fell in love with you at school when I kept saying no when I really wanted to say yes.” She offers me somewhere in between a laugh and a cry. “I love you, so yes, I’ll move in with you.”
My arms tremble as I hold her close. “Thank fuck,” I hiss as she seals her mouth over mine.
Jace & Savannah
Jace
My face and hands are cold, but the body lying against me keeps the rest of me warm. I never expected to get snowed in at my brother’s roadhouse, with or without my wife. But lying here with Savannah in my arms, I can’t take my eyes from her.

sp; She has given me the life that I’d given up on so long ago. Threading my fingers through her fiery long hair my heart thuds heavily in my chest. My wife is the most amazing woman I’ve ever met, and every day I thank God for giving me a second chance with her. Our road hasn’t been easy, but it was a road worth traveling to have Savannah and the kids.
My heart often aches when I watch her, and she always feels my eyes on her. She would turn and smile. The happiness she feels always clear on her face.
The light from the moon had appeared not too long ago, so I can make out her sleeping features. The light freckles over the top of her cheeks and the bridge of her nose makes me smile. She isn’t too keen, but I love kissing them, and often tell her that they taste like cinnamon sugar.
I dip my head now and trace along her cheekbone to the corner of her mouth. Her lips twitch before I feel her hand curve around the back of my neck. “I didn’t mean to wake you,” I whisper.
“You know I don’t mind you waking me.” Her husky voice goes straight to my groin. Her deep laugh causes me to growl. “I forget where we are.” She moves against me to a more comfortable position.
“I’m not making love to you here. I refuse to be in the same group as my brother.”
Savannah raises a brow.
I offer a small smile. “I think we’re the only couple not to have had sex within the walls of Kix.”
Her eyes widen before she starts giggling. “Really?”
“Yeah,” I drawl, and join in with her chuckle. “Ryder told me all about it.”
“Um, he did?”
My grin widens. “Savannah,” I press a kiss to her amused lips, “he didn’t go into detail. Just that the place brings out the horny fuckers, as he liked to call them.”
Savannah shakes her head. “Well, there is a shower with our name on it once we get back to your parents’ place, so don’t go getting ideas while we’re here.”
“The only idea I’m getting is that I want you up here so that I can reach those delicious red lips.” There’s no harm in a bit of foreplay, as long as it stays that way.
I really don’t want to risk Savannah being caught without her clothing because I can’t control the urge to feel her nude body against mine.
“This better?” she questions as she moves to face me.
“Much.” I tug her down to my chest and meet her upturned lips with mine. Her taste is unique and deepening the kiss, I finally pull back. My breathing is heavy and my body aches with need. Instead of taking what I know we both want, I settle Savannah in my arms and nuzzle into her apple scented hair, reminding me how tasty my wife is.
“Jace, are you really happy living away from your family?” she asks, causing me to frown.
I tip her face so that I can see her eyes and wonder where she’s coming from with the question. “We’ve lived in New England for a few years now. It’s where I proposed to you. It’s where we married. The children were born there. Why wouldn’t I be happy there? Talk to me, Savannah.”
“It’s just that when we come to visit you always have this look on your face. I can’t really explain it, but sometimes I wonder whether you miss being around Ryder…and your parents.”
I think about what she’s saying, but I’m not sure how to answer. So sighing, I tell her, “I’m happy in New England, Savannah. In fact, I’m happy wherever you are.” I tug her close and kiss her brow. “I do miss shooting the shit with Ryder. I miss him being thirty minutes away. The coaching job, I never expected to have, just like I never thought I’d have a wife and kids. What I’m trying to say is that I’m happy living wherever you want to live. I’d follow you anywhere, Savannah.”
Tears swim in her eyes as she cups my face. “I love you, Jace Stone.” She smiles. “I think in the New Year that we need to look for something close to Ryder and your parents.”
My forehead drops to hers and rests there while I hold her gaze. “Are you sure?”
“I miss living here as well, Jace. I want the kids to be able to spend time with their grandparents, uncle and aunt, honorary uncles and aunts, and I want them to be able to play with their cousins. I don’t want them to be strangers who we only see at Christmas and maybe once during the summer.” Savannah’s face lights up with excitement. “I want to have family dinners on the weekends…I just want us to be around family and friends.”
I smile. “We have friends,” I comment.
“Yes, but they aren’t good friends, and they’re not family.”
I don’t even need to think Savannah’s idea through. “Then let’s move. I’ll start looking for work and we can always lease a place to stay until we find what we want.”
Biting her lip, Savannah asks, “You don’t think Charlie and Tammy will mind moving?”
I chuckle. “You’re kidding right. Charlie loves being the oldest cousin and takes his role seriously when we’re around the others.” I tug her head back to my chest. “They’ll both love being around the others. We’ll talk to them about it, and lay all the positive things out for them.” I rub her arm. “Don’t worry about them, Savannah. They’ll be fine, just like we will be.”
“Even though I’m cold and tired, I’m glad we’re getting this time alone,” Savannah comments. “But you’re like a furnace against me.”
I know what she means. It’s probably the first time in a while that we haven’t been disturbed by the kids during the night, or have them interrupt us during a conversation. This is nice, even though my leg is going to sleep.
“I’m going to have a walk around. I need to stretch my leg.” I rub my aching hip and downwards toward where I’d removed my prosthesis for comfort. “Can I get you anything?”
“No. I’m fine. I’ll hold out for coffee in the morning.”
“Okay.” I slide out from under her, and once my prosthesis is in place, I move from the back of the stage.
Everyone seems to have spread out through Kix and as the early morning light slips through the windows, they start to stir. I don’t pay them much attention as I stretch my arms up toward the ceiling.
It hasn’t been that bad, being snowed in here, but there is a cold chill throughout the place and I’ll be glad to get Savannah back to warmth.
“You okay?” Ryder asks, standing beside me.
“I’m good.”
He frowns.
“I need to wake my leg up, but I’m really okay, Mom.” I grin. “You look well rested.”
Ryder blushes slightly and won’t meet my gaze, which makes me laugh. “Got lucky, huh?”
“Asshole,” he mumbles, shoving me, a grin spreading across his face.
“Hey, can you do me a favor?” I ask, knowing I should really wait until we’ve told the kids, but Savannah wouldn’t expect me to hold anything back from my brother.
“All you have to do is ask?”
I pause. “Can you keep your ears open about any coaching jobs around here, and houses that will take pets as part of a temporary lease?”
Ryder stares ahead and slowly a smile starts to spread across his face. “Well, I’ll be damned.” He laughs. “You’re all moving home?”
I nod.
He pulls me into his arms and whispers, “I can’t tell you how happy that makes me, bro.” Stepping back, Ryder adds, “I’ve missed having you close, and the girls will love having their cousins to hang out with.”
“It’s time to come home.” I offer him a wry smile. “I think I should warn you that Savannah has it in her head that we’ll be having family dinners every weekend.”
Ryder smiles. “I guess we can take it in turns. Dahlia will love having you guys close.”
“Good.”
“Ryder?” someone shouts from the entrance to Kix. “The plow has just finished the lot. We’ll have to dig the cars out though.”
“Thanks, Evan. If we all work it won’t take long. Leave the women in here.” The lights flicker back on, and Ryder rubs his hands together. “The heating will start to warm the place up soon.”
/> “Good luck with keeping Savannah indoors.”
“Why? What’s happening?” the woman in question asks.
“The lot’s clear but the cars need digging out,” I answer, knowing that she’s going to be right by my side outside.
“Let’s start.” Savannah pulls her hat on and smiles up at me. “I’m working with Jace.”
“Figures,” Ryder mumbles as he moves to talk to Dahlia.
Their discussion looks heated and I grin as I’m guessing Dahlia gets her own way, putting her own hat and gloves on.
I notice Donovan and Reece making sure their pregnant wives stay inside by the radiator as the heating pipes start to come back to life.
But out of everyone, I’m more curious as to why Evan is in Kix, and with the youngest Kincaid. That can’t have gone over well with Reece, although he seems pretty laid back right now. Young Jessie has her jacket zipped up and Evan shoves a hat on her head before he frowns as he watches her head outdoors.
“Let’s go dig everyone out so that I can have my coffee, and then you, mister”—Savannah slides her hand up my chest and around my neck—“have a date with your wife under the spray of a hot shower, where I’m going to get wet and slippery.”
My brain clouds with lust at her words and all I can do is watch her saunter away.
Savannah
I feel like I’ve waited forever to get Jace upstairs. The minute we walked through the front door, our youngest two girls came running to us, followed closely by Tammy and Charlie. Ellen and Ian, Jace’s parents, had stood in the doorway watching our reunion.
The kids pretty soon lost interest in our overnight adventure at their Uncle Ryder’s place and settled on the couch to watch a Christmas movie with their granddad.
And would you know it, Jace ended up getting to the shower first. Entering the bathroom, I lean against the doorjamb and watch the silhouette of my gorgeous husband showering. He uses a hand on the wall for balance but it’s his muscular physique that snags my attention, especially one muscle in particular.
