"Eight. Yes, sir." She bit her lip to keep from begging again, as the climax gathered force deep within her womb.

"Eight." His tone had a warning edge to it, and Nadia thought she would cry at having to repeat a step.

"Oh God! Eight! Yes, sir." The pressure within her built even higher.

"Seven." The sadist. It took him forever to say it.

"Seven. God Yes! Yes, sir." Warning signs were making themselves known now. Her feet warmed.

"Six." He kissed her briefly, tongue sweeping in and out of her panting, gasping mouth.

"Six! Six, yes, sir." And there went her fingers. They were numb. If he didn't count faster she was going to get snapped again.

"Five." Thank God, they were half way there!

"Five." She shouted as the climax almost broke away from her, but somehow she managed to pull back from the brink. "Five, oh five, yes, sir."

"Four." Nadia screamed as the beast upped the speed on the vibrator to level 'holy shit', and wished she could bite him.

"Four! Four, yes sir!" She practically cried it.

"Almost there, baby girl. Three." The small encouragement helped resolve her to making it to zero, and Nadia nodded as she told herself she could do this.

  "Three, three, yes sir."

"Two." Another kiss. This one to her temple.

"Two. Two yes, sir. Thank God." She could do this, she thought, as she felt like her climax was a tidal wave she was trying to hold off by pressing her back against a door.

"One." He whispered it in her ear, like the sweet nothing of a lover.

"One, yes, sir. Thank God, yes, sir." Almost. Almost. Nadia waited, her mind still seeing that image of her holding the waves back with a wooden door that was splintering under the pressure.

"You ready to come, baby?" Still that sexy as hell whisper.

"Oh God, oh God. Yes! Yes please, sir."

"Zero." Nadia didn't have time to open that door in her mind. The waves crashed over it and threw it and burst it into a million tiny shards as the orgasm blew apart the very fabric of her being and destroyed her. Nadia screamed and thrashed. Crying out in guttural, incomprehensible words and phrases. And it wouldn't stop. One climax rolled into the next and then another, and vaguely she heard the men curse, and mutter encouragement and praises as it went on and on and on.

Moments later, they turned up a short drive and Caleb stopped the car. She had no clue what her surroundings looked like, and in fact could barely think clearly enough to remember her own name as Jonas tugged with rough impatience on her bindings. Both men burst from the vehicle like they'd been launched from it, and less than a second later her door was wrenched open with enough force she was surprised it was still attached.

Caleb grabbed her first. She had no idea how he'd managed to get a condom on with as fast as he'd gone from driving to lifting her into his arms, but he had. He braced her back against the side panel of the car, hooked her knees in his elbows, and thrust into her like a man possessed. His head dropped back with a roar as he penetrated deep with one hard thrust, and then he was pounding her with a force so strong, she thought he might just dent the car with her butt. Then she didn't think at all as she was thrown back in to the depths of another endless orgasm. She had no idea how long it took before his rhythm faltered and his own climax overcame him, but when it did, his arms turned to iron bands around her, and he shook and trembled, while those dark intense eyes stared into hers with a look so feral and predatory that Nadia felt branded by it.

Caleb kissed her fiercely, and before he handed her off to Jonas he warned; "I'm not done with you yet, Nadia. Not by a long short."

Then she was face over the passenger seat, half in the car and half out, with her hips in the grasp of one of Jonas' hands and her hair in the grasp of his other. Same as with Caleb, condom already in place, Jonas plunged full and deep within her without slowing. Her body was so primed for them from the hours of foreplay, and the dozen or so orgasms, that it was exactly what she needed. As his hips slammed like a jackhammer into her, Jonas pulled on her hair until her neck was fully arched.

"You're ours now, Nadia." His words were punctuated by his thrusts. "Aren't you? Tell me you know it. Who do you belong to?"

"You! Oh God! Both of you." The claiming. The ownership worked for her. It just did. It worked so well for her that, impossibly, she started coming again.

"Damn right!" He snarled as his thrusts got brutal. "Damn." Thrust. "Fucking." Thrust. "Right!" Then he was coming in a series of guttural shouts that ignited a chain reaction in her that Nadia thought just might break her mind.

  Chapter Seven

Five days later, Nadia wondered if maybe she had died and this was her heaven. The cabin was fully stocked and beautiful. The furnishings rustic and comfortable, and her idea of absolute perfection. There was a big wrap around deck, complete with a porch swing and rockers to while away a lazy afternoon or an enchanted evening under the stars, while frogs and crickets serenaded them.

Even with all the wonderful accommodations, Nadia knew it was the men who took the trip from dream vacation to heavenly. They commanded her with delicious authority that, rather than making her feel bullied, instead made her feel free. It made no sense to her mind, but in her heart, belonging to them and being their submissive was liberating. It was as though the real her had been trapped under her 'respectable' facade all her adult life, and now, for the first time ever, she was free to let go. Free to let all the desires and fantasies, as well as the cravings and longings free. Free to explore all the things she had only ever written about, in truth rather than in fiction.

"Nadia, who told you you could get dressed?" The question caused a flush to steal up her neck and fill her cheeks as she looked up at Caleb as he descended the beautiful log steps. She smiled, unafraid of his question or his tone and pulled her over sized robe closer around her as she turned back to the crackling fire she'd started.

"Nobody." She told him with a shrug. "But, I wasn't about to gather firewood in the buff so you are just going to have to deal with it." The she squealed out a laugh when he scooped her up off her feet with a mock growl.

"Getting brave again are you? Did you already forget your lesson in the drive up here?"

"No!" Nadia gave him wide eyes that he might have bought if they hadn't been belied by the grin she couldn't hide. "No, not at all, oh high and mighty sir. I wont forget that ride as long as I live." She wrapped her arms close around his neck and kissed him sweetly. "I was going to take a walk in the woods though. My book has me a little stumped and I want to take a plot-walk to work it out in my head."

He brushed her hair back from her face and gazed at her with a look so tender it brought a lump to her throat. Whoa there, Nadia. This is too new to start seeing happily ever after already. No matter how much you wish it weren't.

"Didn't you say you cook when you need to work out a plot twist?" He asked with an indulgent smile.

"I do. But I also like plot-walks." She kissed him on the slight dent in his chin. "I'm a girl of many talents." He smirked at her and Nadia knew she was going to get her walk.

"That you are, baby. That you are." He stepped back and gave her a smack on her ass as he walked away. "Let me get my boots on instead of these sneakers." Nadia took a brief moment to admire his backside in jeans, since he so rarely wore them. But, then what he said registered.

"Oh, wait." Nadia called out. "I need to plot. I have to be alone and have quiet when I'm plotting. If you were there I won't be able to focus."

Caleb stopped on the first step and turned to look back at her. "You know I can't let you out of my sight Nadia." His arms crossed over her chest. "I think that they teach you that rule the first day of bodyguard school."

Nadia made a face at him. "We are way out here in the middle of the woods and nobody in the whole world knows we're here. What could possibly happen?" She wanted to know.

"And that is the question that proceeds every first death in every horro
r movie ever made."

Nadia smirked and then laughed outright. "Fine. Point for you. But I'm serious. I can't plot with you there. I'd be all distracted by the you-ness of you and not be able to think at all."

"Well, it's me and my me-ness or nothing. Take your pick." Nadia rolled her eyes with a laugh, gave in with a fling of her hands, and went to get her own shoes on.

"Hey, did I hear talk of a walk?" Jonas came in from the kitchen area with a huge slice of the gingerbread she had whipped up last night, when she'd tried baking her plot into submission.

"Yeah. Caleb is taking me on a plot-walk. You might as well come too. Maybe the two of you can talk to each other and stay three paces behind me so I can zone you out," she muttered as she marched up to him and stole a giant bite out of his treat before he could hold it away from her. When he pulled it back and frowned from his considerably smaller cake to her and back again, she smiled at him with her cheeks puffed out like a chipmunk before walking away with a flounce.

"So, when do you think we should tell her that we're keeping her?" Caleb and Jonas were far enough back from Nadia to give her the quiet she needed to focus on her work, yet still close enough to keep her in their sights. He felt safe enough talking about this now. Even if she did happen to hear them, she was so lost in her own little world that he doubted she would even understand them if they spoke directly to her.

"Don't you think we should wait until we catch the asshole?" Jonas asked.

"Well," Caleb considered it. "I thought about that. But, then I thought she was going to feel all kinds of mixed up and shaken after that. I'm concerned that she might do something stupid, like think we were offering out of compassion."

"Wow." Jonas shook his head and looked where Nadia meandered along ahead of them, with her head down as she muttered to herself. "I hadn't thought of that, but it does sound like something she would try to pull."

"Okay." Jonas agreed with him after a moment. "Let's do it before, then. How about tonight?"

"Tonight." Caleb said and felt purpose settle in his gut and take root. It was right. This feeling. It was so right it should worry him, as neither himself nor Jonas had thought themselves forever kind of men before. Instead, it was so good that he wondered if he and his partner were happily ever after kind of guys after all.

"She likes the porch swing. How about we-" There was a soft sort of whirring followed by a thump and Jonas grunted then he staggered and dropped to one knee as he clasped one hand to his forehead where blood began to flow. Caleb acted without thinking, even as the whoosh of a second shot whizzed by his ear, he was running. "Nadia! Down! Get down!" Rather than following orders, she'd turned back as soon as he'd yelled, and caught sight of Jonas down and bleeding. So, of course she was running for them, with a scream of terror in trapped in her throat. He caught her half way, and as she struggled against his grip trying to claw her way to the other man, Caleb took her down with ease and crouched over her resisting form.

"Let me up, Caleb!" She pleaded in between sobs. "Jonas. We've got to help Jonas." Caleb didn't let her up and refused to look back at his best friend and partner. He couldn't afford to split his focus right now. But a cold fury that settled in his soul as he resolved that this day, no matter what it takes, it ends. By God, come hell or high water, he was taking this bastard out. It ends.

"Shh." He ordered in a harsh rasp. "Listen to me. We've got to get back to the cabin. I want you fucking glued to me you understand?"

"But, Jonas-" she argued with another sob.

"We're taking him with us. I may need to help him walk, so I need your promise that you are going to match me step by step." Before she could answer, the forest floor exploded two inches from her face as a bullet barreled into it, and even as leaves and dirt flew, Caleb was pulling her into a roll away from the site.

The guy was a pretty good shot, but not good enough, and Caleb realized that the shots he took came when they had stilled and he had time to line up his next target. So he wasn't going to let him have another chance. "Keep moving," he ordered, and grabbed her hand in one of his while he kept his pistol at his side. He'd pulled it as soon as the attack had started, but the bastard was keeping out of sight, so until he had a target it was at the ready but down. "He's not good enough to fire while we move, so let's keep moving."

Much to her credit, Nadia quit arguing and stuck close as he made his way back to Jonas in a zigzag pattern. Caleb took it as a good sign that his partner was on all fours instead of flat on his face. He didn't let himself think about the amount of blood that was puddled below his hanging head. Before letting go of Nadia's hand, he gave it a squeeze and ordered. "Grab the back of my shirt and don't fucking let go unless I'm dead. That happens you run for the cabin and the car." She cried out at his command but did as she was told and clamped onto him.

"Buddy." Caleb reached his now free hand to Jonas' shoulder and gave him a little shake. "Jo. Come on. We gotta get the hell outta here to higher ground." Jonas groaned and his elbows buckled like he was going to face plant after all, so Caleb fisted the collar of his shirt and pushed him back to his haunches.

Nadia let out a wail of anguish, even as Caleb cursed with a viciousness that felt hell-born. The bullet had torn through the flesh of Jonas' forehead like a scalpel, leaving him filleted like a fucking fish and the sickly white bone of his skull was morbidly displayed. The trajectory of it had left a noticeable gauge in the bone but Caleb was relieved to see that although one hell of mess, this wasn't a kill shot. "Come one, partner." He made his voice sharp, and filled it with the bark of a drill sergeant in order to compensate for the injury and get through the shock and blood loss. "On your feet, agent. NOW! We got to go. MOVE!" He shouted the last when another round was fired that took a chunk out of his bicep. "Fucking up! I said up, you lazy sonofabichingasshole! Now!" Then he dragged him to his feet as Jonas struggled to follow orders and fight back from the brink of unconsciousness.

"Na-" His voice was garbled and strained. "Nadia? Where?" Caleb figured that his vision must be zeroed out from the injury with his brow hanging free and he couldn't see for himself.

"I got her. She's right here with us." Another round. This one thunking into the tree that was less than a foot from them. "But we're still taking fire. We gotta move and move fast."

Caleb felt Jonas grip his side and anchor himself and then the three were off as a unit. Caleb led the way as fast as he could drag Jonas without tripping the other man. Nadia stayed tucked in tight and close like she'd been instructed and he thanked God for that, because Jonas wasn't a small man and his injury was enough of a worry without having to add an hysterical and panicked woman that needed chasing down to the mix.

Every ten feet or so, there was another shot. That told Caleb that their assailant was running ahead, so he could set himself up to take aim. Caleb did everything he could to try and track the distance and keep an eye out for any other clues to his pattern. It gave him a grim satisfaction that the man was not a good enough marksmen to take shots on the run, because as soon as he got Nadia and Jonas to safety, he was going to show him what a good marksmen really was. He could take this asshat out doing a flat out sprint. The thought brought a savage smile to his face, and a renewed burst of energy and speed.

  Chapter Eight

Nadia swallowed convulsively and tried to be as quiet as possible. Terror had turned her bowels to liquid, and it was taking all her concentration to keep from vomiting. She couldn't make them stop though. Jonas had already been shot because of her and Caleb too, though she knew that one was only a flesh wound. She wasn't going to let them die for her. She was going to get back to the cabin, and then she would find some way to stop him. As the lives of these two brave and valiant men stood in the gap between her and danger, Nadia felt selfish for placing them there. Her life wasn't worth theirs, and if she'd known that this maniac was going to take measures this far to get to her, she would never have involved them. Prayers she hadn't uttered since childhood fell from
her lips in a silent appeal as she continued to keep up. They weren't for her. They were for them. Don't let them die, God. Please. Please, take me if you have to but, oh God don't. Let. Them. Die.

An eternity later they reached the cabin, but Caleb didn't take them directly to it. He rushed them to the car instead, and braced Jonas against it. "Jonas." His voice had that bark in it still that caused Nadia to flinch, but it brought Jonas' head up. "Hold here. I need to check the cabin before we go in. You good?" He looked hard into his partners face as Jonas pulled his own weapon from its holster and took it in a two handed grip.

"I'm good." Jonas' voice was so weak she would never have believed him capable of sounding like that. "Visions shit tho. Did the bastard blind me?" Nadia thought he didn't sound overly upset at the idea, but Caleb was shaking his head.

"No. Bullet sliced your scalp open is all. Your ugly mug is going to get uglier with a Frankenstein scar across it now."

"Great. No more worries over what to wear on Halloween."

"Jokes?" Nadia was flabbergasted. "We're being hunted like moose and you two are joking?" Her shocked whisper sounded a little too weak willed damsel for her liking, so she took a breath and tried to get a grip on her emotions. "What do you want me to do?" She asked, ready to grab a gun herself and help sweep the house or stand watch over Jonas. Whatever they needed.

"Get under the car, and don't come out until I call you."

"What?" She could not have heard him right. "You want me to hide under the car?"

  "Yes." Caleb said.

  "Good plan." Jonas agreed.

"I can't hide while you risk your lives for me. Let me help." She widened her stance, and tried to school her features into an expression that Caleb would interpret as capable.

It must not have worked, because he just grunted, grabbed her by the arm and pushed her to her knees. "Baby. This is what you hired us for. You think this is the first time either of us has been in a fire fight?"
