“My first night in Snow Falls,” I said.
“How was it?”
“Not bad. A lot more decent than I expected, all things considered.”
“Snow Falls isn’t so bad once you get used to it. It’s not perfect but I wouldn’t trade it for anything else in the world.”
“Must be nice. Having a place to call home.”
“You… don’t have a home?”
“I have a place to stay. But I never hang around longer than I need to. That’s… just the life I live.”
“Shame. Maybe you could stick around in Snow Falls. It’d be nice having you here.”
I raised an eyebrow at Spencer, unsure that I’d heard him correctly. But even with his cheeks already as red as they were, there was no doubt that he was embarrassed.
He closed his eyes and shook his head.
“I’m sorry,” he said as he put his hands up. “I… I didn’t mean what you’re probably thinking I meant.”
“What am I thinking, Spencer?”
“That… Oh, God… Don’t make me say it…”
“You know, you’re pretty cute when you’re blushing.”
“Stop! Right now!”
He held his index finger up to me. Despite how serious he was trying to be, Spencer still put a smile on my face.
“What?” he said. “What’s so funny? What are you laughing at?”
“I’m not laughing,” I said as I started to chuckle.
“You watch what you’re doing around me. Just because you’re an Alpha doesn’t mean I can’t handle you.”
“Is that right?”
“Yeah, that’s right. I could do a lot of things to you.”
“Oh, really. Like what?”
“Like—”
I rushed my face to his and put my lips on him.
I stopped thinking.
I didn’t know what came over me. Maybe it was the alcohol. But for some reason, I couldn’t help myself.
He gasped into my mouth but didn’t protest, kissing me back. My tongue swirled between his teeth. The taste of his whiskey was still strong. He sucked on my tongue like he was trying to get a taste of liquor himself.
I wrapped my arms around him and pulled him closer. He squeezed me and the two of us slowly started to lose ourselves in the middle of the darkened alley.
“What?” I whispered. “What can you do to me?”
“I can do a lot of things… I know exactly where a man’s weakness is.”
His hand suddenly found its way between my legs. I gasped in surprise.
“Ah,” he said with a smirk on his lips. “Just like every other man.”
“Don’t think I’m not capable of doing the same thing.”
I returned the favor and shoved my hand on his crotch.
“Look at you,” I whispered. “Already so hard.”
Sloppy kisses echoed through the alleyway as we started to pump one another through our jeans.
“You’re a lot harder than I am,” he said. “It looks like I’ll have to do something about it.”
“I don’t want to take advantage of a drunk man.”
“Call me drunk one more time and I’ll make you regret it. You got that?”
“Okay, okay…”
I chuckled as I leaned back against the brick wall. We kept our eyes locked on one another as Spencer slowly started to lower himself down. He kept moving until he fell down on his knees before me.
He undid my belt and unzipped my jeans. The fabric of my underwear kept my strained cock back. I was so hard that it was painful to be wrapped up so tight. Noah kept teasing me though, staring at me seductively while he pumped me through my briefs.
“Look at you… So big…”
“I’m a lot bigger than you think.”
“Is that right?”
“Yeah, that’s right. Why don’t you see just how big I am?”
“I think I will…”
He grabbed the elastic of my briefs and slowly tugged them down along with my jeans. He kept rolling both down my legs. My cock caught on my briefs before finally popping back up. My dick was hard and swollen. The blood was warm but the cool night breeze against it sent a chill through my spine.
“You are big,” Spencer said. “You won’t mind if I have a taste.”
“I insist.”
He smirked at me as he took my cock in his fist. He gave me a few pumps then stuck his tongue out. He swirled it around over the head and made me twitch. The wetness of his mouth started to engulf the rest of my tip. He sucked gently to make me even harder.
The sloppy sound of his mouth smacking on my cock made me shudder again. I put my hands on his shoulders to brace myself. I kept my eyes on him for as long as I could before finally closing them from the pleasure.
It’s been too long.
Just the sound of Spencer sucking me off would’ve been enough to make me burst. But his mouth worked wonders on me to the point that it was taking every ounce of strength to hold back.
He took every inch of my cock. Into his mouth and down his throat, Spencer swallowed me whole until he was gagging on me. His tongue licked the underside of my shaft. My balls tightened up against me, resting near his lips as his spit started to spill out of him.
Spencer choked on me for a bit before pulling my length out of him. He inhaled a deep gasp and I grunted in satisfaction.
“How was that?” he asked.
I opened my eyes and saw the smirk on his messy lips.
“More.”
“Yes, sir.”
He complied with my wish and took my cock back into his mouth. He sealed his lips around my shaft and started sucking. Back and forth, he worked his face on me. He took my cock all the way down to the hilt until his lips were pressed against me. Then he would pull off and let out a deep gasp.
The entire time, all I could do was try to brace myself. I dug my boots into the ground. I squeezed his shoulders tight. My eyes closed, my face pointed toward the night sky.
I didn’t care that anybody walking through the back door could catch us. I didn’t care that cops would hear him sucking me off in the alley and come investigate. All I wanted was for the Omega before me to pleasure me with his mouth until I burst.
And the way Spencer worked his mouth on me, it was inevitable that I reached my end.
“Spencer…” I grunted. “I’m gonna come…”
“Come in my mouth,” he said, taking a quick break and using his fist as a temporary replacement. “Give me every drop.”
He put his mouth back on me and started sucking even harder. He rocked his head back and forth faster and faster. His lips smacked on me even louder.
My shaft was drenched with his spit. I was throbbing so hard that it hurt to hold on for as long as I did.
“Spencer… Damn… I’m coming… I’m coming…”
My body tightened up. I squeezed Spencer’s shoulders then moved them to the back of his head. I pushed myself as deep as I could and planted my cock firmly in his throat as I lost control.
“Fuck…”
A thick grunt escaped my lips as I started to come. My knees trembled. My muscles tightened. My breathing was nonexistent.
I held Spencer in place and emptied my cock into him. Healthy throbs of cum spilled out of me.
Spencer sealed his lips around me. Loud gulps accompanied the sloppy mess of my cock pulsing on his tongue. My entire body shook one last time as the last drop of cum spilled out of me.
My senses returned to me slowly. My vision cleared. My breath was deep. My hands released Spencer’s head.
I leaned back against the wall to keep myself standing.
Spencer looked up at me and slowly got back up to his feet. He licked the cum on his lips then wiped the rest of it away with the back of his hand. His eyes were watery and his face was red but he smiled at me in a way that let me think that he probably enjoyed it just as much as I did.
“Just like an Alpha,” he said. “A slave to your cock.”r />
“Just like an Omega,” I replied. “A slave to your own desires.”
“I guess that makes us even. For now.”
I took a moment to gather myself before picking my jeans and underwear back up. As soon as I finished buckling my belt, the back door suddenly swung open.
A man stumbled out and slowly made his way down the alleyway, ignoring us like we weren’t even there.
“I think we’ve both had enough excitement for tonight,” I said. “Come on. Let me take you home.”
I moved to my bike and revved my engine. Spencer got behind me and squeezed his arms around my waist.
“You can stay at my place tonight,” he said. “Don’t worry. I won’t try anything else. We could both use a good night of sleep.”
“I can’t think of anything better.”
I needed as much sleep as I could get. As soon as I got up, I’d have to start thinking about what my next move was. I had a lead on Amy’s whereabouts. Now all I had to do was follow it.
Chapter 6
SPENCER
There was a soft hum inside of me. In my stomach. In my head. I couldn’t pinpoint the exact spot where it was. The situation with Amy and a night of drinking were a bad combination. Early in the morning I was feeling it. That wasn’t gonna stop me from doing what I had to do though.
I headed to the address I was given. It wasn’t that far from my place. The small diner had a decent crowd, with everybody enjoying their late breakfasts. I didn’t have to search much to find Marshall. As big as he was, he would’ve stood out even in the biggest crowd.
“Hey.”
He didn’t even look up at me when I took a seat across from him, his attention focused on his breakfast. Two plates full of food and he was scarfing both down like he hadn’t eaten in weeks.
“I hope you saved some for me,” I said.
“How are you feeling?”
“I feel… I feel like anybody would feel after a night of drinking. You seem to be doing well yourself though.”
“I can handle my liquor. Don’t take it personal. No offense intended.”
He gave me a smirk before shoveling another forkful of eggs into his mouth.
“None taken,” I said with a laugh.
“Hello,” the waiter appearing next to me said. “Can I get you anything?”
“I’ll have what he’s having. Just one plate though. And maybe something to drink. Some water will do just fine.”
The waiter left and I sank deeper into my seat. I closed my eyes and sighed a deep breath to myself.
“Are you sure you’re all right?” he asked.
“I’m fine. Just fine…”
I collected myself and sat up straight.
“I hope you don’t mind,” he said. “I helped myself to your shower when you were sleeping.”
“I don’t mind at all. That’s what it’s there for. And from the looks of things, you helped yourself to some other things.”
I held my phone up and showed it to him.
“I woke up this morning groggier than ever,” I said. “I looked at my phone and saw a message from you. I thought I was dreaming because I never gave you my phone number.”
“I put it in while you were sleeping.”
“Remind me to put a password on this thing… I suppose you would’ve figured out a way to do that anyway. Must be part of your military training. Special operations. Whatever you call it.”
“You can call it whatever you want.”
Marshall nonchalantly kept eating. It was somewhat satisfying to see a man with such a voracious appetite. With as big as he was, I guess it was understandable that he ate so much.
“Ashton wouldn’t have hired you if you weren’t capable,” I said. “You have a lot of experience with this sort of thing?”
“I’ve dealt with hostage situations before. Infiltration. Search and rescue. I’m retired from active duty but that was all a part of the job.”
“Yeah,” I sighed. “To think that we need an ex-Marine on the job for Amy… That doesn’t exactly sit well with me…”
“Nothing about this situation should sit well with you. But I’ll get the job done. That’s what they pay me to do.”
“A mercenary for hire… Just what Snow Falls needs.”
I smiled softly. Despite his hardened exterior, Marshall didn’t seem as threatening as he did initially. I knew better than to trust him completely. This was a job to him, regardless of whatever he might say.
“All right,” I sighed a deep breath. “I won’t question your abilities to do what you say you do. The more important thing we need to deal with is trying to figure out what our next move is.”
“We’ve got a lead. It looks like it was one of the MCs who took her. Would you remember the logo if you saw it again?”
“I… I think I would.”
“You think you would?”
“You’ve seen these patches these gangs wear. They all look the same. But… I’m pretty sure I could do it.”
“You have to be absolutely sure. We don’t have much time. Can’t waste any of it barking up the wrong tree.”
“I can do it. And with what I was thinking this morning, I think there’s a way I can test it.”
“And how’s that?”
Marshall hadn’t stopped eating this entire time. Even though his eyes were wide with curiosity, he was constantly chewing. I stopped what I was about to say and started chuckling at him.
“What’s so funny?” he said.
“You’re really hungry, aren’t you?”
“And you’re really fascinated with watching another man eat.”
“I’m just saying. I can’t recall someone having as big an appetite as you. Even the people at the shelter don’t eat with the kind of… zest you do.”
“We have a long day ahead of us. I need as much fuel as I can get. Don’t change the subject.”
“Right, right, right… I was thinking we could go to the Croc Pit.”
“The Croc Pit?”
“It’s a place where a lot of bikers go. I haven’t been there much. Never had much reason to. But there’s a chance if the guys we’re looking for aren’t there, then somebody will at least know who we’re looking for.”
“The Croc Pit…”
Marshall stopped eating for a moment. He set his knife and fork down and leaned back in his seat.
“What?” I said with a shrug. “What is it?”
“If this place is what you’re saying it is, then there’s a chance that it’ll be dangerous.”
“I expected as much.”
“We go to the Croc Pit and start sticking our nose in everybody’s business, somebody will wanna take a swing.”
“You look like you know how to handle yourself in a fight.”
“I can. But I don’t know if it’s such a good idea to put you in that kind of danger.”
“What?” I exclaimed. “You’re not saying what I think you’re saying—”
“I’ll go to the Croc Pit. I’ll question everybody. There’s no need to get yourself in trouble.”
I let out a frustrated sigh and leaned forward across the table.
“Look,” I said. “I’m trying to save Amy.”
“I know how important she is to you—”
“I’m going to do everything I can to get to her. If that means putting myself on the line, then so be it. If I’m there, you’ll be able to question everybody at the Croc Pit a lot faster. You said it yourself. There isn’t much time left. I can’t let you do this alone. I won’t let you do this alone.”
I tried to make it as clear as possible to him. Marshall stared at me. A smirk slowly formed on his lips. Then he nodded and picked his utensils back up.
“I’ve never met an Omega as stubborn as you before,” he said.
“Yeah, well, they don’t make ‘em anywhere else like they do in Snow Falls.”
“I’m beginning to understand that.”
The waiter arrived with my breakf
ast. A small stack of pancakes with butter and syrup. Half-a-plate of scrambled eggs. A side of bacon and sausage. Roasted potatoes. And a glass of water to wash it all down with.
I looked down at the massive plate then looked over at Marshall’s food.
“You finished two plates of this?” I said.
“What’s wrong?”
“Nothing, nothing,” I sighed. “Your appetite is a lot bigger than I thought it was…”
I started digging in. After the long night and a sleepy morning, there was nothing more satisfying than being able to dig into my breakfast. Everything helped make me feel better and the slight hangover I had became a memory I’d forgotten.
“There’s something else,” he said. “We should go to the police station.”
“Looking for help from the cops? I thought you could do this on your own?”
“I’m not asking for their help. Not directly, anyway. If Snow Falls is like every other city, they should keep tabs on every biker club here.”
“…I didn’t get a good look at anybody’s face.”
“That doesn’t matter. They have information on every club. Including their patches. If you’re able to remember what it looked like exactly—”
“Then I should be able to pinpoint which club was responsible for taking Amy.”
It was some of the best news I’d heard in a long time. Right now, I was looking for any reason to smile.
“That’d certainly narrow our options down,” I said. “Maybe we won’t even have to head to the Croc Pit.”
“Even if we do figure out which club it was, we can’t confront them head-on. I doubt they’d be so eager to talk to us. They think they’re negotiating with Ashton Webb. They haven’t realized yet that I’m doing his negotiating.”
Marshall’s confidence made me feel a lot safer than I did a day ago. Wherever Amy was, I knew it was only a matter of time until I got to her. Everything seemed to be falling into place. I hope that it wasn’t too good to be true.
Marshall polished off his two plates while I wasn’t even halfway through mine. He sipped on a cup of coffee, his eyes wandering as he looked around the diner.
“Have you ever eaten here before?” he asked.
“What?”
“This diner. Have you ever been here before?”
“I’ve been here a couple of times. It’s close to where I live but eating out isn’t something I do very often.”
