I looked up into her grey eyes and saw something there that I had never seen before. Yeah, she may have been a little crazy, but who was to say that was a bad thing?
“Well…” I said, “I suppose if you promise not to take me to any more cemeteries, I think everything will be okay.”
She smiled. “Deal.”
“Good. Now come here,” I reached up and lowered her face down to mine.
Her smile widened and something glittered in her eyes. And then, well, and then we kissed.
