Rock Your Body: A BWWM Romance Page 13

by Susan Westwood

  “Good.”

“Look over her shoulder at her, Colin. Have your face look as if you’re asking her to go further.”

Tamra was sure that she was wet from all this contact with a male body. All angles and planes, she liked the feel of him in her arms. She might run screaming from the house when she was done, but right now she was enjoying being close.

  Was he?

She bet he was. He’d made it clear how he felt about her. She’d have to get out of the house. Call Kelly and have her take over for a few hours. This was too much. Asking more of her than was humanly possible.

If Colin put his hands anywhere on her right now, she’d probably explode.

“Colin put both of your hands on top of hers.”

That tingle. Colin touching her made her whole body tingle. As if he passed on a vibration to her. Her pulse was doing a staccato. Would this end soon?

Colin looked at her over his shoulder. He did look as if he were pleading with her to do something. To touch him.

  “Wonderful.”

More clicks as Jett took more pictures. She put her head back down on his back and he rested his head on hers. He emanated such warmth.

“Nice. There’s a real chemistry between you two. Let’s take a break. I need to load another SD card.”

Colin didn’t move. He held onto her hands. She didn’t want to let go. This was dangerous. She was supposed to be protecting him. Not taking pictures with him. At the moment she couldn’t see any reason to move from where she was.

  “Tamra?” he whispered.

  “Mm?”

He nudged her head off of him, then turned toward her. His eyes held passion. For her. Not for some groupie or scary skinny model. For Her. Tamra. A normal, woman with curves and baggage.

He cradled her face in his hands, his eyes searching for something. Then he placed his lips gently on hers. She didn’t resist. Instead she gripped his shoulders, pulling him closer.

He deepened the kiss. His tongue reached into her mouth. She responded with his.

She heard clicking, but the sound seemed to be so far away that it was in someone else’s life.

When he finally let her go, his gaze on her made her feel as if she was the only human on Earth.

  ***

The kiss had been amazing. Hot, sweet, sexy and life changing, Colin thought. She could kiss very well.

Part of him knew that the photographer had caught their kiss. If Tamra wasn’t going to mind neither was he. He rubbed her lips, swollen from his onslaught. She blinked, but didn’t speak.

She didn’t pull away. She didn’t seem to be letting rational thought stop her. She had just kissed him back. There was no denying it. She had kissed him back.

Part of the reason for having his back mostly to the photographer was because of his dick. It was pretty hard right now. His condition didn’t frighten Tamra. She must have felt it pushing against her.

If only they could escape upstairs. Thankfully, the set had been cleared. Only the photographer had any idea what was going on. If he could escape upstairs with her before anyone else came in, he’d finish this.

Finish what they’d started today. Roger could clear his calendar, but Colin wasn’t sure he had any appointments.

“That was great, guys,” Jett said. “I’ve got all I need.”

Colin smiled at Tamra. He hoped it wasn’t predatory. He grabbed Tamra’s hand, yanking her out of the room.

“Where are we going?” she said, her voice still husky.

Sexier even than her usual voice.

  “Upstairs.”

She didn’t resist and his heart jumped for joy. She was all for it in. Or so she seemed. She followed him up the back steps, down the hallway and into his bedroom. He closed the door, then turned to her.

Her lips were still swollen, but he needed another taste. He wanted to feel her next to him. Skin to skin. Hopefully, he hadn’t read the signs wrong.

That she wanted to be here. With him. Doing this. They could make a night of it.

“If you want to stop, say so now.”

  *

Tamra’s brain screamed that she should go now. Leave. Get Kelly to come here. Refuse to guard him. They were on dangerous ground. She was in danger of being unethical.

Her heart and her body had other ideas. She couldn’t have stopped this speeding train if she’d wanted to. She didn’t want to. For the first time in years, she felt alive. She didn’t want to be the practical one.

She didn’t want to hold it all in while everyone around her had love. Even knowing that this would end at some point, Tamra wanted this. She wanted him and all that he would give her. Life was short. Why not take something that is being freely given.

A little pleasure during a job.

  What could go wrong?

Don’t go there, she told her brain. If there had been an angel on her shoulder it would have told her to stop. The devil would have told her to grab onto Colin with both hands. Right now she just wanted to stop thinking. To just feel. To just be.

The world and all of its troubles could pass them by for now. She’d solve the rest of them in the morning. So she did something that she never thought she’d do. Something so impetuous that in a way made her vulnerable.

She stepped away from him and tore off her shirt. “Yes.”

His smile lit up the room. He grabbed her back into his arms. “Good.”

Then his lips were on her as if she held the cure for what ailed him. Not tender, but not rough. Confident. He was confident in his ability to kiss her. Confident in his ability to make love to her, clearly.

His hands traveled down her body, stopping first on her breasts. He teased them through her bra.

“This bra is the sexiest thing I’ve ever seen,” he said.

She glanced at what she wore, not sure what he was seeing. It was plain and purple. No lace and just enough to support what she had. “Okay.”

His eyes shone. “Seriously. Forget Victoria’s Secret. The person makes the bra sexy.”

She blinked, but then he was kissing her again, undoing her bra. When he let her breasts free, he cupped them in his hands. His thumbs rubbed across her nipples and the feeling went right to her core. She arched her body so he could get better access.

  His hands were creating magic.

She tucked her fingers into his boxers, slid them off of his hips. They dropped to the floor, and she realized that he had a hard on. He was turned on. For her. By her. Ready to do this, to her.

The enormity of it hit her, but she refused to back down. She’d lived her life carefully. Maybe too carefully. This man had not, and look how successful he was. Maybe she needed to figure out how to do what he did. Make her company better and bigger and more in demand.

  Another day.

Right now she had a naked, sexy man in front of her. That didn’t happen often. She wasn’t going to waste the opportunity.

“Tamra,” Colin said, between kisses down her neck.

He stepped out of his boxers, but didn’t lose contact with her. Instead he undid her pants, sliding them of her legs as he rained kisses onto her stomach. Then he was on his knees in front of her, worshiping her breasts.

  “Oh, Colin.”

She followed and still part of her knew this was wrong. Part of her didn’t care. That part won.

  ***

Colin sat on the bed, urging Tamra to stand between his knees. He looked into those amazing eyes and wanted to get lost. For one moment, he didn’t want to be Colin Brennan, the rock star. He wanted to be Colin Brennan, a man making love to Tamra.

Let everyone else deal with the world. Today it was him and Tamra. No one else. He didn’t need anyone else.

Just this amazing, soft, sexy woman. Clearly, she was ready for him.

“I could stare at you all day.”

“I hope you plan on doing more than that,” she said.

  “Why now? Why so easily?”

“You going to look a gift ho
rse in the mouth? I’m here. Don’t question.”

He laughed. She was right. Why question why she was here now? Ready for him.

So he took one breast in his mouth while he played with the other one, bringing both nipples to a sharp peak. He heard a sharp intake of breath and hummed. She shuddered.

She dug her hands into his hair, bringing his face to hers to kiss him again. He murmured sexy words to her as he went back to her breasts. Tasty and just the right size. Then he shifted her to lie on the bed. Her legs were over the edge and he positioned himself between them.

  “You are beautiful.”

He spread her thighs, then kissed up one of them, skipping over her most sensitive part. Then he kissed up the other thigh, but blew a light breath across her curls. With his thumbs he opened her lips and licked her.

She shuddered. Her hands fisted in the covers. This surrender wasn’t going to be so hard. He smiled, then went back down for another taste. A moan escaped her lips. He couldn’t imagine wanting to be anyplace but here.

. He might be willing to give up his career if he could stay here permanently. His tongue danced over her clit. She squirmed and he had a hard time keeping her still enough to do what he wanted.

Then her back arched and a keening sound came out of her. He sat back on his haunches, smiling.

She glanced up at him through heavy-lidded eyes. “You’re proud of yourself.”

  “Yep.”

He slid himself up her body as the last of her orgasm rocked her. He liked that he’d done that. To Tamra. Here she was, naked in his bed. He’d thought this would take longer. He brushed her cheek with his thumb.

  “You are amazing.”

  “I haven’t done anything yet.”

Before he could take another breath, she managed to flip him onto his back. He let out a gasp, but she ground her pelvis into him and he groaned.

He was ready whenever she wanted to do something.

  ***

Tamra wasn’t passive in anything she did. Not life. And certainly not making love. She wasn’t the most experienced woman, but she could hold her own.

She just had to forget who Colin was. She had to remember that he’d led her here, so he must want her. And his erection pressing against her was proof of that. She’d have to forget what her job was here and concentrate on the now. This hot body under her was there for her.

Sex. Physical release. No emotions. No strings.

  “Ready?”

  “What do you think, woman?”

She smiled as she positioned herself over him. With ease she held herself above him and slowly slid herself onto his cock. He filled her as he raised his hips to meet her. She set up a rhythm, enjoying the feel of him inside of her.

She refused to contemplate why she’d given in so easily. She refused to feel guilty. Instead, she wanted all that he could offer.

Life was short and if he wasn’t really in danger, she might as well take advantage of what he was giving up easily. At the end of the assignment she’d have great memories.

Besides, based on the video, he wasn’t really in danger. Might as well have fun.

He bracketed her hips with his hands, guiding her up and down on him. She braced her hands on his chest, loving how his muscles bunched and moved under her hands.

  “You’re killing me,” he said.

“Then I’ll be known as the woman who killed Colin Brennan.”

He laughed. Still she moved up and down the tension building in her core. Her eyes falling closed as she reveled in the feel of him. He wasn’t too big. Just big enough to touch all the right spots.

Then she was close. Her fingers curled under and her back arched and then she sped up, needing to head to the finish line. Her back arched as she went over the edge, her body convulsing as if it would explode.

White lights starred behind her eyelids. Her breath stopped coming out. She couldn’t help just wallowing in the pleasure of it all.

As her orgasm finished and her body twitched, Colin grunted, his hips thrusting into her, his fingers digging into her hips. His movements were swift then with one more pulse, he stopped moving, his breath coming out in gasps.

She couldn’t help smiling. There was a certain power in doing that to a guy.

  ***

Tamra curled her legs up on either side of him, as Colin tried to see straight after that mind-blowing orgasm.

  “Now who’s proud of themselves?”

She laughed into his chest, the vibrations skittering across him. “Yep.”

He couldn’t have moved if the bed had been on fire. Nor did he want to. He could stay here, surrounded by her, breathing in her scent, enjoying her soft skin against his.

Sadly, real life intruded as he heard the front door close. He twirled her hair around his finger, hoping he could stave off reality for a few more minutes. Would she regret what she’d done?

He didn’t think that she was usually a person to get caught up in the moment. What had happened? Had he done something to change her mind? Could he keep it changed?

Or would the harsh light of other people knowing what they’d done make her rethink her decision? He hoped not. He wanted Tamra in his bed. For as long as she’d have him. Whatever this threat to him was, he wanted her here. He could convince her that he was safer the closer she was.

She blew out a breath and sat up, his penis still inside of her. “We probably need to get back down there.”

“You realize, everyone knows what we did. If you want to stay up here, you can,” he said.

He didn’t want her to embarrassed. He wanted her to be comfortable with what they’d done. Because, damn, he’d want to do it again. And again. Probably at least once tonight before they went to sleep.

He’d have to feed her. He needed food after that.

“I have a job to do, Colin. No matter what else is going on, I have to be your bodyguard.”

  “I doubt there’s a threat.”

“Probably not, but let’s be safe.”

She slid off of him and began to put her clothes back on. His body felt the loss of hers as if he’d lost a limb. That scared him a little, but he’d started down this road. He would see it to the end.

Which he knew would be Tamra finding the stalker and her leaving. Part of his heart would go with her, but that’s what happened in his life. He had an album to put together. He had a career to expand.

His music wouldn’t keep him warm or sated after she was gone, but he’d have to live with that. She was dressed before he even moved off the bed.

  “You okay?” she said.

She put a hand out to help him up.

  “Couldn’t be better.”

He stood and kissed her again before he found some clothes to put on. Fully dressed, he squeezed her hand and braced himself for whoever was still in the house.

  ***

Tamra had to admit that she was relieved that only Roger remained in the house. She would have braved the looks of the rest of the crew because she had a job to do. Well, she didn’t really.

She was pretty sure there was no threat. She had to talk to Larry today and make him come clean.

She wanted to do it in person, but she didn’t think he’d come out of the two one two for a meeting. She didn’t want to leave Colin because he’d suspect something. With a frown, she figured she had to do it over the phone.

Sleeping with Colin had changed things. The truth about the threats had to come out.

Roger was standing in front of the stove.

  “You’re cooking?” Colin said.

“I can cook. I just choose not to because you’re better at it than I am. I got hungry and didn’t want to go home,” Roger said.

  “Can I help?

“No, sit. It’s been a long day.”

Roger glanced at Tamra, then Colin, before turning back to his creation.

“I could get used to men cooking for me,” Tamra said.

“Tamra isn’t a foodie. I’m trying to co
nvert her,” Colin said as he set the table.

“He’ll do it, Tamra. He loves food,” Roger said.

She sat at the counter, not sure what to say. She felt the elephant in the room and wondered if Roger disapproved. Wasn’t his problem. Wasn’t his concern.

“Oh, Docta Hop’s agent called while you were, uh, away. He’s free to see you tomorrow. He’ll come out here.”

  “What time?” Colin said.
