Thank you to my incredible editor, Andrea Doering, for believing in me and this series. I can’t believe this is the last book!

Thank you to Michele Misiak, who always seems to know what to do, when to do it, and how to do it exactly right.

Thank you to the cover art staff. You guys are so talented! Thanks for doing such an awesome job!

Thank you, Barb, for your wonderful editing suggestions.

Thank you to those who read the story and offered their feedback, especially my police officer buddy, Jim Hall, who fixes all of my police procedural stuff and then says, “But I know it’s fiction, so you might want to do it this way . . .” Needless to say, if there’s something inaccurate, it’s totally my fault!

Lynette Eason grew up in Greenville, South Carolina. She graduated from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, and then obtained her master’s in education at Converse College.
