Prince Charming and the Little Glass Bra Page 4

by Annette Archer

“Oh?” she said, smiling broadly. “Do you kiss lots of girls?”

“Honestly, I can’t remember. If there were girls before you, I don’t remember them at all.”

Christina blushed. There was no talking her way out of these feelings now. She was stuck on him. Stuck on his pretty face and his compassion and the way he could bare his soul in his writing.

  Speaking of which…

“So, um, Luke. Does your story have an ending?”

He pulled her into an embrace. Her whole being was alive with the feel of him. “I’m sure it will have an ending,” he said to her. “But sometimes happy endings take time to be written.”

  6.

Christina went home that night in a cloud. She and Luke had spent most of the night just sitting and talking.

Well, talking and kissing. Quite a bit of kissing.

Mandy had gotten jealous over it all and jumped up on them as they sat on the couch, wrapped in each other’s arms, enjoying the feel of love growing between them.

Mandy had gotten a vigorous belly rub and Christina promised to give her doggie treats later before pushing her back off the couch. This was time for her and Luke.

It was actually after midnight by the time she made it home to her aunt’s. She and Luke had lost track of time. He had finally agreed to let her see more of his writing. She read through a few things while he nervously watched. After each one of his stories, her understanding of him deepened. The thoughts and ideas and emotion he put into simple words astonished her.

She asked him shyly what he was looking at as he sat there, studying her.

His answer started them kissing all over again.

Touching, reading, and talking. That had been their entire evening. And it had been the best night of her life.

The lights weren’t on at Aunt Virginia’s place when Christina got there. She assumed her aunt had gone to sleep. Good. She didn’t want anything to ruin her mood tonight. She took her sneakers off at the door and tiptoed upstairs in her sock feet. Quiet as a mouse she slipped into her room. She took her jeans and t-shirt off and tossed them into the hallway for tomorrow’s laundry, then fell into bed in her panties and bra. She was too tired to find pajamas.

She was still smiling when sleep came to her.

Her alarm went off as soon as her eyes closed.

That’s how it seemed, at least. She knew she’d gotten less than five hours of sleep in any case, and she should’ve been dead tired, but she woke with an energy and an enthusiasm that she hadn’t felt in a long, long time. She practically bounced on the balls of her feet as she went to her closet...

  Which was empty.

She stood, blinking at the empty hangers for a moment, wondering where all of her jeans and shirts had gone. Then she went to her simple three-drawer dresser. Everything was gone from there, too.

  What was going on?

Timidly, aware she was only in her underwear, she went down the stairs to the kitchen. Aunt Virginia was there at the kitchen table, a bowl of cereal untouched and getting soggy by her elbow on the table, a cigarette dangling from her lips.

“Aunt Virginia? Do you, um, know where my clothes are?”

Her aunt didn’t even look at her. She just stared at the ugly floral wallpaper. “Yes, Christina, I know where your clothes are. I took them.”

Christina was stunned. “You took my clothes? Why?”

Suddenly her aunt slammed a fist down on the table, making her cereal bowl jump. “Because you need to learn some respect! Because you need to learn your place!” She puffed at her cigarette hard and then took it out of her mouth to wave it around her as she ranted. “You think you can just live here and use up all of my food and my money and not do anything to contribute to the expenses I have? The expenses I have because of you! You think you can just meet a rich guy and leave me in poverty while you go play? Oh, I don’t think so, missy.”

Christina backed away. She’d seen her aunt get into these moods before. They never ended well for Christina.

“I’ve decided that it’s high time you started earning your living here. Starting now, you’re dropping out of school. If you’re old enough to work for big-shot Averton then you’re old enough to work a real job. I’ve already got something in mind for you. You’re going to work during the day, then come home and do your chores. That’s your life now, little girl.”

“You can’t do that!” Christina didn’t know what made her say that. She hardly ever stood up to her Aunt. She knew that talking back was worse than just staying silent.

  Like now.

Aunt Virginia stood up from the table in a rush, knocking over her chair and sending the ashtray spilling all over the floor. “Don’t talk back to me! You’re eighteen now. That’s old enough to leave school in this state, I checked. And you’ll get your clothes back when you’ve learned some respect and start minding your aunt! You will do as I say!”

Virginia had advanced on Christina as she spoke and now she was close enough that when she pulled a hand back Christina was sure what was coming and she ran. She ran back upstairs, into her room, and shut the door tight behind her. She turned the flimsy lock just as her aunt started pounding on the door.

“You hear me? Don’t you come out of there until you’re ready to do what I say! You hear me?”

Christina heard her perfectly. She sat down on the bed and started to cry.

What was she going to do? Her aunt had taken all of her clothes. She couldn’t leave the house now, not in her underwear. She was stuck here until she agreed to do what her aunt said. She knew if she didn’t give in, things could get even worse.

She was missing school. And now she’d have to stop seeing Luke. She sobbed uncontrollably when she thought of that.

Her foot kicked against something under the bed. She felt whatever the object was slid when she did.

  What was that?

Still with tears in her eyes she leaned over to look. It was a box. A slim, rectangular white box.

Aunt Virginia hadn’t taken everything away from her, after all.

A few minutes later, hands shaking, heart pounding, she opened her door again. Virginia had stopped beating on it and she wasn’t in the upstairs hallway. Slowly, Christina made her way downstairs on bare feet.

Virginia had sat back down at the table again, another cigarette in her hand, even though the ashtray was still scattered across the floor. She was probably leaving it for Christina to clean up.

  Not this time.

Christina took a great deal of pleasure in seeing her aunt’s jaw drop as she stood in the doorway to the kitchen, in the blue dress that Luke had bought her that first day. She had been keeping it up in her room, saving it for a special occasion. Today had turned out to be that day.

She was about to break free of her aunt’s domination.

“And just what the hell is that?” Virginia asked, a scowl on her face.

“I’m leaving,” Christina said, not sure if her voice was going to fail her, or if her stomach could twist any tighter. “You can keep my clothes. I don’t want anything from you.”

Her aunt’s eyes raged. “You think you can talk to me like that? Get back up to your room, right now!”

Courage had never been an easy thing for Christina. She found just enough now to say something she had always wanted to say but never could. Not in this context, anyway.

  “No.”

Her aunt stood up, very slowly, her voice too quiet and too calm. Storms swirled in her eyes. “You get back upstairs and you take that off, or so help me God, Christina, I will—”

“You’ll do nothing,” said a strong voice from the open front door.

Luke stood there, hand fisted around the doorknob, anger obvious in his tone. He was dressed in his business clothes again, black slacks and a crisp white shirt open at the neck under a black suitcoat. His eyes met hers. They spoke to each other without having to say a word.

Virginia turned on Luke. “You! You get out
of my house right now!”

“I’ll be happy to,” he quipped. “I’ve had more than enough of you.”

He held his hand out to Christina. She didn’t even have to think about it. She went to him, keeping the kitchen table between herself and Virginia.

“You look beautiful,” he whispered to her.

“Thank you. I wanted to look my best. It was a special occasion.”

  “Oh?”

“Yeah. Plus, I didn’t have anything else to wear.”

He raised an eyebrow. “I see I’m going to have to buy you some shoes, though.”

“Maybe some glass slippers, Prince Charming?”

They were outside now. Virginia was still screaming at them, but Christina didn’t pay any attention to her at all. The last thing she heard her aunt say before the door slammed behind them, was “Don’t you come back here! Ever!”

  Christina didn’t plan to.

Luke’s limousine was waiting at the curb for them. The driver opened the back door with a smile.

“How did you know to come get me?” she asked Luke.

“I sent Gus to the school with, well, some writing I did this morning. I wanted you to see it and I couldn’t wait until tonight.”

She liked the way his voice got excited when he talked about his writing, and her reading it. “

He continued, “So anyway, when Gus got to school they told him you hadn’t come in today. He got concerned, so he called me.”

“And you came to my rescue,” she said as she sat down next to him inside the car, and he put his arms around her.

“I did come to rescue you. But it looks like you didn’t need my help.”

She shrugged and nestled closer to him. “A girl needs all the help she can get.”

  “Like a place to stay?”

  “Um. Yeah. About that.”

“You have a room at my place already. Would it, you know, make sense for you to stay with me?”

She looked up into his face and couldn’t help teasing him. “Why, Mr. Averton, are you asking me to move in with you?”

His answer started with a kiss. In the middle of it, he whispered, “Yes, I believe I am.”

The next few weeks before school ended went by in a crazy swirling rush. She had finals to study for and a life to put back together. She had a dog that needed a lot of attention.

And she had a new boyfriend.

Luke continued to amaze her with little expressions of his love. Flowers. Notes. Breakfast in bed. There was nothing that could compare with what he had already done for her, though. He’d saved her from a life of misery. She would never forget that.

  ~ ~ ~

One Friday night, she was at home—her home now, the Averton mansion—reading in bed before she went to sleep. Luke came home late from work and came up to kiss her goodnight. Mandy woofed at him from the foot of Christina’s bed, a place she had claimed as her own. After ruffling Mandy’s ears, Luke leaned in to kiss Christina. It tingled and thrilled, just like always. She would never get used to this. She never wanted to.

Lately she’d been wondering how…other things would feel with Luke. She loved him. He loved her back, and had even said so. That had been a night to remember in a long string of nights to remember.

This was going to be another one.

When he sat up, feeling across his lips with his tongue, and then stood up to leave, she caught his wrist and tugged him back.

“Where do you think you’re going?” she asked, her eyelids lowered, her voice throaty and soft.

Luke caught the look in her eyes. His breathing sped up and he leaned back down over her. “I’m going wherever you lead me.”

  She giggled. “Good answer.”

Luke pulled himself further onto Christina, sending more electric tingles down Christina's spine. Just the thought of having a sexual relationship with Luke almost brought her to orgasm. Never before had a man cared anything about the way he made her feel, about how she liked to be touched.

Mandy looked at the two of them, humphed deep in her chest, and then jumped off the bed. The dog went to the bedroom door. Gripping the knob in her teeth—a trick she learned in obedience school—she pulled it shut as she gave Luke and Christina the privacy they needed to explore their love.

Luke kissed down her neck. “Do you like that?” he asked, busily unbuttoning her pink, flannel pajamas.

Christina hadn't planned on seducing him tonight. She might have planned sexier underwear and clothing if she had thought about it. But the pull of Luke was more than she could stand.

Christina pulled Luke's t-shirt off, letting his bare chest mingle with her skin. Luke tugged on her bra.

“I think I recognize this from the first day I met you.” He laughed as he gently removed it.

“Maybe we should frame it.” Christina grabbed him and kissed him intensely.

Luke dropped the bra on the ground while beginning to kiss his way down to her breasts. Christina gasped as his tongue enveloped her nipple. His hands continued further down her waist, stopping at the top off her pajama pants for just a minute until he gently tugged them down over her bottom and down her legs.

Christina eagerly yanked down Luke's jeans, feeling his growing erection. Luke responded by kissing his way down her belly. Christina tingled in anticipation as Luke slowly removed her panties and continued his kissing spree further down.

Luke stopped and looked back up at Christina, staring deep into her eyes.

  “I love you.”

  “I love you, too.”

“If you want me to stop, just tell me,” Luke spoke with a soft voice that sent further shivers through Christina's body.

  “Don't you dare stop.”

Christina grabbed Luke's hair, digging her fingers in deep. Luke smiled and moved his tongue down to her clitoris. When his lips lightly sucked, Christina had the first orgasm that a man had ever given her. Christina gasped in a deep breath and pulled on Luke's hair. It was more amazing than she could have ever imagined. When her body relaxed a little and air reentered her lungs, she realized that she still had a death grip on Luke's hair.

“Sorry,” she said, releasing his hair.

“You don't ever have to apologize with me,” he said, moving on top of her and kissing her neck. “I'm glad you liked that. All I ever want to do is please you.”

“You always have the best answers.” Christina pulled down his boxers as he continued to whisper sweet nothings into her ear and kiss her neck gently.

Luke gently entered her with just the tip of his penis. Christina loved the feel and grabbed his butt, thrusting him further into her dripping vagina. They laid entwined in each other, getting used to the feel of their unified body. Luke slowly began to pump inside of her, making sure to keep constant contact between his shaft and her clitoris. Christina whimpered in ecstasy.

Christina couldn't get over the intensity of the feeling and had to keep reminding herself to breathe. Luke's breathing shallowed as well and his motion increased in speed and intensity. Christina felt the heat rising his her body again. She knew that any moment she would explode in her second orgasm.

And just then, at that thought, the feeling of Luke's release sent her over the edge.

Luke, who had been breathing heavy and panting the entire time, finally vocalized his pleasure, a loud, gaping “ohh!” from his throat, the sound reverberating from his ‘O’ face.

The waves of pleasure rippled from Christina’s vagina and throughout her body as the orgasm crashed her senses. She grabbed his hips and dug her finger nails in.

“Luke!” she cried out in the midst of her animal heat. “Oh God!”

Luke, his body going from rigid, fueled by his sexual energy, suddenly went limp, his drive exhausted from his climax, and he practically collapsed on her. They lay tangled in each other, catching their breaths. Luke kissed her down her arm.

“I'm so glad that you tried on that dress,” Luke said.

  Christina didn't really
want to remember her old life. “Yeah, and I’m glad I left that stupid bra too.”

Luke softly laughed at her. “It was kind of like Cinderella’s little glass slipper...”

Christina smiled and curled herself up in his arms, listening to the sound of his heartbeat. She loved her new life, her new man, and even her new dog. Just when she thought that life sucked and the only good in life was its predictability, it handed her a big surprise with Luke and Mandy.
