Description
Benedict Eddie
Eddie is an important asset Nick acquired after taking down Guerrero Ellis. Eddie is an awkward looking gentleman; he carries an umbrella constantly - rain or shine. He is a bit quirky, but has a perfect memory and is used primarily as a Memory Expert. Eddie remembers everything; including the exact date and time he saw it. He is also a computer expert and can hack just about anything or create any device that his boss may need. Eddie has an innocent crush on Kayla, and also enjoys the criminal lifestyle and all the excitement it entails.
Bo Sirra
Nick’s original trainer that he met at Whittaker Street Center. Bo showed him how to control his anger, and therefore control who he is. He is well built and can take down most anyone with his skills, but his best skills are disappearing and tracking. Bo was sent off with Exie and her son to help hide her when she and Kayla were suspected of murdering Andrew Rankin. Bo has been a loyal friend to Nick, and Nick has been loyal to him, helping him build up many intercity rec centers. Out of respect, Bo has worked for Nick for many years and continues to do all he can for the Jayzon family.
Brady Simone
Brady is one of the few characters that started out believing in good and evil and nothing in between. He was born to a happy, loving family and was adored by them. Brady’s father, a cop, swore to bring justice to the one that killed his sister. His investigation led him to the ultimate evil, Savage, who slaughtered him and his wife in his own home. The only reason Brady survived was because he ran and hid. Brady grew up determined to get justice for his parents and aunt. He became a cop to fight evil and to bring criminals to justice. His first encounter with Nick Jayzon was when Nick stole his fiancé and recorded their sex games for all to see. Brady hated Nick and would do anything to get back at him. He tried to return the favor by stealing Kayla, but was unable to follow through with the plan. Brady eventually was forgiven by Kayla and the two became good friends, but Brady was never quite able to ease tension between Nick and him. However, Brady was able to gain revenge by falling in love with and marrying Lena – once thought to be Nick’s sister but turned out to be his cousin. Lena and Brady live happily with their newborn son, Galen.
Brayden Jayzon
The youngest son of Nick and Kayla Jayzon has had to fight illness with the help of his father and his brother. Overcoming his illness has proven that Brayden is most like his mother. He can ease any temper with a simple gaze into their eyes and once he has them he can twist their anger into anything he wants.
Catriona Aherne
Catriona is the daughter of Fagan, the Lord of the 4th. Catriona, a tomboy since she can remember, has been her father’s biggest supporter and her leadership and battle skills are the only reason he has survived as a Lord. She has the ability to kill by fooling you into believing she is someone else - a desire, a feared enemy, or any other being she wishes you to believe. She was thought to be the ideal wife for Nick, considering her skills, intelligence and that she is still a virgin. Her best friend is Amery and she has adored him since they met, but has realized that her true love is Elijah. The moment his handsome face turned to her and smiled with a wink from his beautiful blue eyes she hasn’t been able to think of anyone else. Catriona is a dutiful soldier but has started to understand her own beauty and ability to attract men with her own face and body. She will give it all up for Elijah, and he - her.
Dante Jayzon
Dennis Savage’s illegitimate son, he was the middle child between Savage and his wife’s two children, Saldean and Galena. Dante had three children with three different women: Connor, the oldest, Nick, and Ryan. He conceived one other with Sophia Simone but the child died when its mother was attacked and died from the trauma. Dante was spared from his father’s poisonous dragon, thanks to Sophia’s hand holding his and struggling long enough to allow her and her child to cure him of the poison. Dante requested assistance from the High Council to help him protect his family from his father. Dante was granted a second chance at life as Eey, the dog.
Dwayne Dobbins
Dwayne is a long-time trusted friend of Nick’s, primarily because Nick’s power has complete control over him. Nick converted Dwayne’s loyalty to him when he first started to build his own corporation. Dwayne is huge, quiet and is Nick’s enforcer and bodyguard. Dwayne, has a family of his own, a wife and three kids but he keeps them hidden and unknown to everyone so as to never risk their lives.
Elijah Stevens
Elijah is Nick Jayzon’s long-time best friend and partner in crime. Elijah’s father met and became friends with Dante Jayzon and the two worked together quite closely and secretively. Eli and Nick group up together and became “brothers for life”, so when Nick needed Eli to watch over his family, he didn’t dare say no despite Eli’s attraction to Nick’s wife Kayla. Eli has wanted a family of his own since his mother left him and his father behind. The heartbreak and sadness from it has left Eli dreaming of the family he and his father always wanted. Eli’s obsession with Kayla drives him crazy until he realizes that another has eyes for him. He then begins to see past his jealousy for what his best friend has and begins to focus on what he could have for himself - Catriona. She pushes every button Elijah has, but the moment they kiss him finally begins to see her and she captures his heart. His insecurities from his mother leaving are hard for him to overcome, but with Cat he may just have found the one to give him the dream he has always desired.
Exie Carol
A former dancer at Pagelle Place, she is now a co-owner of the new Pagelle club with her best friend Kayla Jayzon. She is feisty, sexy, smart and full of swagger. She has a young son, Jerran, who ages from 5 to 14 within the story’s time frame. Exie is currently dating Bo Sierra.
Gillian Jayzon
Gillian suffered severe mental abuse growing up and, even though she was highly intelligent, never learned to develop empathy for anyone and was incapable of normal social behavior until she met Dante Jayzon. His ability and power awoke a passion in her and gave her a life she had never known before. Dante never truly loved Gillian, but he felt good about making a woman who had never know happiness feel loved. He grew to love her as a friend and felt the need to stay with her to protect her from destroying herself after he left. Dante’s death caused Gillian to sink into a deep depression and a long denial of any life after his death. The only cure was a touch from her grandson, but the awakening was too much and she refused to recognize the present, and continued to live as if not one day had ever passed since Dante’s death.
Jael Jayzon
Nick and Kayla’s youngest child and only daughter and seemingly the most powerful of the three. Her abilities resemble Nicky’s ability to heal and bring back life, but she can also imbue others with her own emotions.
Jonathan Coulton
Kayla’s father and president of the United States. Their relationship has been a secret to the outside world, but he remains loyal to his daughter and her family. Since his wife’s death, he does all he can to spend time with them. He plans to retire and be near them, and to hell with anyone who wants to say anything about his newly-revealed daughter.
Kamini
The temptress punisher. She can fight and win against most with little trouble. Her primary role is to lure in and then inflict torture on deserving men before their descent into hell. She is a Jayzon family’s ally and distant relative of Kayla’s.
Lena Chambers
Once thought to be Dante’s only daughter, Lena is actually Galena’s and Marius’s only child together. She is intelligent and strong-willed, and possesses a power similar to her mother and uncle, but not near the level of her cousins, Nick and Ryan. Lena fell for and married Brady Simone and had a son named Galen, named after her natural born mother. She works as the lead coroner and medical examiner for the police department.
Lionel Benning
Lionel was hired to be Kayla’s escort and driver af
ter Nick’s death and after she returned to take over Nick’s corporation. He rarely says much, preferring to keep to himself and not divulge any information about himself if he doesn’t have to. Kayla had a hard time getting him to warm up to her, but eventually they came to an understanding and formed equal respect for each other.
Nicky Aiden Jayzon
Oldest son to Nick and Kayla Jayzon. A child that is a powerful combination of his parents own abilities. The combination allows Nicky to decide death or life for those he meets.
Rabbie
Rabbie was brought in to be Dante’s teacher. His high intelligence and advanced education were ideal for the young Dante, who had already shown a high intelligence himself. Rabbie once worked as a professor at one of the top universities in England, but was lured to the Savage estate just for Dante. The two became close until Dante left to escape his father’s control. Savage’s anger towards his son was taken out on Rabbie. He lost his tongue and was forced to forever serve Savage without question.
Reginald Blackstone
Reginald was stolen from Connor, Nick’s older brother and biggest tormentor growing up. Reginald is completely loyal to Nick and, just like Dwayne, is controlled to stay that way. His smooth conversation skills and high education makes him valuable. Nick provides Reginald many more opportunities than his brother ever did, and pays Reginald well to be more than just an errand boy and bodyguard.
Roland Roosevelt
Roland, Ro-Ro, or simply ‘Ro’ as Nick calls him, is a friend from Kayla’s past. He and his mother took Kayla in when she was living on the street soon after she ran away from home. Roland used a water gun to steal from people, and then resold the goods for money before Nick hired him to be his assistant. Ro is an animated person who never needs much of an excuse to break into song or dance.
Ryan Milio Jayzon
The handsome young half-brother of Nick Jayzon with similar abilities to his older brother, who just recently learned how powerful he can be. He has lost his mother and his fiancé, and seeks to heal his broken heart in another city. He loves his family, but seeks to build his own life without his brother’s help.
Terrence Donovan
Terrence was a valuable asset to his old boss, Malcolm Coles, due to his intelligence, negotiation skills and deadly accuracy with a gun. With Terrence’s help, Coles was able to seemingly bring in money from out of nowhere. Nick hired on Terrence when he took down Coles and has trusted him to handle the most complicated of business issues. Terrence is smooth, and matches his boss’s expensive style thread for thread.

(1st) Bade Keel
Bade rarely speaks and has little power since he was appointed, as a suggestion by Savage himself, due to his battling skills and in hopes of winning his loyalty when it came time for war. Bade sticks to his loyal servants, which are all men, and does not like to deal with outsiders. He is more of an all-out warrior, a champion warrior. Bade is handsome and manly, and is desired by most every woman that meets him but has little interest in any of them. He prefers to use their desperation for fun and entertainment for his men and lovers. Bade has not been known to be in love, but the moment he met Nick Jayzon he fell hard and desires him like no other. He will be loyal to Nick just in case it may win him favor and more attention from Nick.
(2nd) Daijiro Tillian
Daijiro is a crotchety old man who looks as if he will turn to dust at any time but is stronger than he looks, strong as steel in fact. If you punch Daijiro, he won't feel it and you will break your hand. His body cannot be penetrated with the usual weapon, he must be frozen; frozen solid and then broken. For this reason Daijiro, will not come near ice and you are never to serve him anything cold.
(3rd) Marius Cane
Marius is an egotistical jackass. He has been using Galena to try and win favor with Savage, who has never trusted or cared for him at all. Marius has a lot of followers and a huge army. He provokes greed and hatred towards friends and blinds them to sympathy or any type of sincere feelings. Marius cares little for anyone but himself and enjoys other’s failures. He was granted his realm and title after his uncle died and his younger cousin died in a suspicious accident, leaving Marius the only heir.
(4th) Fagan Aherne
Lord of the 4th, Fagan has similar traits to his daughters. He can cause you to see things that are not there. He has been married many times but is consistently losing his wives to other, stronger Lords. He is spineless and afraid of everything and everyone. Paranoia overwhelms him constantly. His realm could easily be defeated if not for his daughter Catriona handling his armies and befriending Amery Luvis, who helps protect her. Fagan’s daughters are Audra, Ria and Catriona, all with great powers of their own. Audra is the oldest but is rarely seen following a battle caused her to be severely scarred. Ria is the second oldest, the most promiscuous, and thought to be the most beautiful ever since Audra’s scarring. Ria enjoys attention and never thought much about her youngest sister until she became the focus for Nick’s new bride. Her jealousy forced her into an overwhelming insanity. She wanted Nick more than ever and to prove that he was supposed to be hers and only hers. Catriona is her father’s pride, but he would sell even her out to gain more power. Fagan finds Elijah detestable and prefers Cat to focus on Amery due to his powerful realm. He will never accept Eli unless he is made a Lord somehow.
(5th) Amery Luvis
Lord of the 5th realm, Amery is somewhat cocky, but is best friends with Catriona despite her father’s disapproval. He killed Galena's mother and Savage's wife, but only after she, Belinda, buried his lover alive in cement. Amery’s love, Haile, was thought to be too beautiful and Belinda's jealousy heightened when Savage noticed her and was set to have her called to him. Amery believed Galena helped her mother kill Haile and that Savage supported the attack, so he has wanted to seek justice against them all. Amery, is very political and is about restoring order but is not to be completely trusted. He lies most of the time since he sees it as no one’s business what he is thinking. The only power he has was been granted by the High Council after his father died. He is the youngest on the Council besides Nick. His abilities match Savage’s, but he was not strong enough to defeat Savage or Nick. He could only defeat Galena if he could get close enough. With more knowledge about Galena, Amery began to have respect for her and sought to have her soul treated as a hero and not a devil. Amery has barely paid attention to any other woman since Haile’s death, but once Elijah took an interest in Catriona, Amery’s long time best friend, he has been awaken to seeing her as more than a friend. He holds a grudge against Nick for killing his assistant and loyal friend, Timber, but he hates Eli for desiring Catriona. Amery’s love for Cat only grows and his jealousy of Eli grows with it.
(6th) Galena Savage
The temporary Lord of the 2nd realm, Galena’s timeless beauty is undeniable. She is strong in battle but she lacks the tactical skills to make her great. She has similar abilities to Savage and Nick but is nowhere near their level of strength. Galena survived only because her mother defied her husband and announced her birth to the High Council, forcing Savage to accept her as his own. If anything were to happen to Galena, his position would have come into question and invited an unwanted investigation. All Lords and their families are protected and any death must be investigated completely. Galena’s mother, Belinda, was never forgiven and Galena has suffered for her mother’s betrayal ever since. Savage takes all his frustrations out on her and has never seen her as an equal part of the family. Galena’s pregnancy with Lena was an even bigger disgrace, especially considering the father was what he believed to be nowhere near Savage’s standards. Galena was close to Dante and found his new lifestyle promising for her newborn daughter. Marius was never made aware of her and still has no idea he has a daughter. If he find out, he will use her to take claim to the Savage inheritance.
(6th) Gideon Stark
Lord of the
6th and the most honorable Lord, Gideon is highly respected by the high Council and, because of it, rarely suffers attacks from others. He was once Savage’s most trusted friend, but the friendship was one sided. Savage used Gideon to get information and win favor with the High Council. Gideon’s brief departure from his realm was restored when Galena was killed and Nick took over at the Ninth, Nick and Amery recommended him back to his Lordship over the 6th realm. His respect for Kayla grew and Gideon now has a huge respect for the entire Jayzon family, considering them an everlasting ally.
