Mated to the Jardan Warrior Page 7

by Aria Bell

His lips and tongue teased me until I was not just wet—I had been more than ready the moment he pulled off those pants and showed me his gigantic cock—but now I was soaking, my juices running down my thighs, my body was so eager to be fucked.

“You’re mine,” he growled. The words sent a pure electric thrill of lust through me. My pussy tightened around his cock as if to hold it inside me forever. The raw lust I could hear in his deep voice made me want for him to claim me, need for him to claim me now. That primal hunger in the tone of his voice made me feel powerful. I had driven this warrior to this state of passion. Me. I reveled in the knowledge. Loved my power over him, even as he had so much power over me.

He fucked me hard and fast. He simultaneously lifted my body with his arm and his hand positioned beneath me. Then he drove me down on his cock while at the same time thrusting upward with his hips. The force of it was breathtaking, not painful, but humbling. And it felt so good. So overwhelmingly good that the most wicked moan escaped me. And panting. He quickly had me panting with need.

An orgasm was rushing over me like a tidal wave, but he seemed to sense it coming. He looked right into my eyes, his gaze scorching hot, and he gave me a knowing smile. He slowed just enough to keep me hovering on the edge. Just at the edge of coming, where I shuddered and moaned in pleasure, but no further. He was drawing out my bliss. For the first time I wondered if this alien Jardan warrior might be the death of me in an entirely different way. And I realized I would go to my grave with the biggest smile on my face possible.

For how long he tormented me with pleasure like this, I did not know. Long enough that the world was spinning. Long enough that I was breathing in great shuddering gasps. Meanwhile, my mouth was letting loud and helpless moans escape my lips.

Then he changed position and pinned me up against the bare wall of the little cliff house. I gasped, both from the shock of the cool stone against my feverishly hot skin and from a sudden concern this big male would crush me with his weight. I needn’t have worried. He braced himself and kept me held up effortlessly, even as he began to thrust into me with renewed gusto. I closed my eyes against the waves of pleasure as the angle changed slightly and his cock began to sink deeper inside me. The stone quickly warmed beneath my bare skin as his sheathed cock drove into my pussy.

He was tireless. I couldn’t get enough. Soon my mind fogged with incredible pleasure. It wasn’t long until he’d fucked my body into absolute submission. All I could do was hold on to him weakly as he pounded his cock into me, again and again. He drove his shaft all the way into my needy pussy, sinking balls-deep inside of me, his cock drenched with my juices. With every powerful thrust, he conquered me. His balls slapped against my flesh with each hard stroke of his dick.

It was hard to think with the incredible sensations running through my body. I didn’t want to think. I only wanted to give myself to him. At that moment, I only wanted to be his. Completely. Utterly. His.

“Are you ready to come?” he rumbled against my neck even as he kept up the same maddening pace. “Are you ready to go over the edge like never before, d’mura osefei?”

“Fuck me,” I groaned aloud. I didn’t think it was possible to get any more turned on, but his words did it. Little beauty. I wished I had something beautiful to call him, but all my lips would form were helpless moans followed by pleas for him to fuck me harder.

And he did. Incredibly, he increased his speed. His stamina was godly. I shattered on him. My orgasm was so intense, it wiped every thought from my mind and only left me filled with ecstasy, every nerve ending singing in joy. For those moments, the pleasure was so intense I couldn’t even breathe. I was locked, helpless, in its grip…and loved every instant.

He growled my name when he came, finishing with several hard thrusts that rocked me even as I felt his cock pulse and shoot loads of hot cum into my pussy, filling me, marking me as his.

We clutched each other as our pleasure held us in its grip. I never wanted him to withdraw his cock from me. I wanted this connection to last forever. But he kissed me softly, tenderly on my lips and pulled out of me. He was careful to support my shaking body, still holding me in his arms because I was certain my trembling legs wouldn’t hold me up. I kept my eyes closed and reveled in the feeling of his arms around me and his hot seed inside me.

He carried me in his arms to the bed and laid me down on it. I watched him with half-lidded eyes, every part of me satisfied. I’d been taken. Claimed. Mated. And I’d loved it. I didn’t know what tomorrow morning would bring, but right now I was too drunk on pleasure and too exhausted to care.

He climbed into bed beside me. There was barely enough room for the two of us, but I snuggled up against him right away, enjoying the heat of his body. His cock glistened with my juices. It had softened, but it was still a huge and impressive sight, even when it wasn’t erect. I couldn’t believe I’d just been fucked by that monster…and loved it.

Ryrke placed a gentle kiss on my forehead. “Go to sleep, d’mura osefei. Nena Brax, my little human mate. We will talk of much more tomorrow.”

I didn’t want to talk about anything tomorrow. Tomorrow would be back to the fact that we were stranded here in this primitive world and no one from the orbiting space station had bothered to look for us. Tomorrow would be problems. But right now I was sated and content. I wanted the feeling to last for forever.

But as badly as I wanted it, I still drifted off to sleep.

  CHAPTER SEVEN

  Nena Brax

For the next few days following our acceptance into the Andgronn tribe, time seemed to blur past for me. I spent much of my time in a kind of daze. There had been no sign of rescue, even though we were both carefully watching the sky. No ships, no signals picked up by the computer and communicator on Ryrke’s wrist. So I filled my days with work. There was so much to learn, trying to fit in with the Voltuni and their customs.

The Voltuni sang to the sun when it rose and when it set. Hearing the beautiful harmonies woke both of us every morning after our nights of scorching-hot sex. Each night after our work for the day was done, Ryrke would make love to me with an intensity that left me exhausted and satisfied beyond believe. After a few hours of sleep to recover, my lover would wake me again late in the still hours of the night and tease me back to full arousal. Then he would fuck me in all kinds of positions, owning me in every way possible, from both tender and slow lovemaking to hard and fast fucking. But as tired as I might be every dawn, it was still an amazing way to wake up: naked, next to a nude Jardan with the body of a god, with beautiful harmonies echoing through the canyon.

Ryrke and I usually traded only a little small talk in the mornings, because there seemed to be so much to say that there wasn’t time to say it. Or maybe the time wasn’t right. Either way, each day he went with a group of male Voltuni to help finish an almost-complete watchtower at the north end of the canyon. The tribe had eagerly put his great strength to use moving stones, hauling things, doing the work of half a dozen Voltuni.

I laughed and teased him about it, but that was before I found out I’d be working in the kitchens making bread. It was an important job for the settlement. Most females spent some amount of time in the kitchens, which were located throughout the canyon, cooking food for the families for the nightly gatherings. Unfortunately, I had no talent for baking. But the Voltuni women were good-natured about the handful of bread loaves I made that either didn’t rise or that I burned. Yes, I was teased—or at least I thought I was teased. Ryrke had taken the translator with him, which made communication another challenge.

Ryrke always came back with the rest of the males in late afternoon. I was amazed at how glad I was to see him at the end of each day. But I didn’t waste a lot of time questioning myself, I just went with it. Besides, he was my only connection to the outside universe. We needed each other.

We went to the gathering spots where the Voltuni all ate together as if every night was a feast. I put a chunk of the
bread I’d baked on Ryrke’s plate along with dishing him up a huge chunk of meat from some kind of beast the hunters had killed and brought back to cook. He bit into the chunk and chewed. And chewed. And chewed some more.

“How is the bread?” I asked, biting my lip to hide my grin.

“This is bread?” he asked in his deep, rumbling voice. “I thought I was gnawing rubber.”

I smacked him on the shoulder and nearly broke my hand on his muscles. “You’re terrible. I cooked that. For you.”

“So you have stopped trying to arrest me and have gone straight to poisoning me?”

I laughed. “I admit…I have a lot to learn. But it’s hard when I don’t speak the language. Believe me, it’s tough learning to bake only by watching other females do it.”

“I will leave the translator with you tomorrow.”

“Don’t you need it?” I mumbled around the chunk of my bread I was trying to chew. Even after soaking it with the berry wine the Voltuni made, it was not easy.

“I mostly haul stones from one place to another and lift heavy things. It does not take much thought.”

“It should keep you in shape, at least,” I said, then bit my lip again to keep from smiling at the outrageous lie I was about to tell. “I noticed last night, you’re getting a little flabby.”

He paused, looking at me with those stunning green eyes. “Are all humans so…amusing as you?”

I grinned. “Only the best, most intelligent and beautiful ones.”

  “You forgot humble.”

“If you wanted humble, you shouldn’t have mated a galactic police officer.”

He smirked. “Next time I get you alone, d’mura osefei, I will be certain to pleasure you until you scream how humble you are.”

My body flushed, and I had to take a quick sip of air. But I tried to play it off, even as my body was immediately turned on by his words. “Now who is humble?”

  He only laughed.

After we finished eating, Ryrke invited me to watch the sunset with him. Intrigued, I agreed. We walked up a twisting stair carved out of the rock of the cliffside up to the top of the canyon rim. He sat down and motioned for me to sit next to him and I did. He put his big arm around me and hugged me close. We didn’t talk, only watched as the sun began to set. Soon the Voltuni gathered in the canyon below and sang a different song as the sun was going down. It was amazingly beautiful, the chorus perfectly complementing the reds and purples of the setting sun.

We stayed where we were as the evening grew cool and the stars came out. I could see the cloudy Ios nebula covering half the sky. The Voltuni had gathered around bonfires in different parts of the settlements. Others were clustered in little groups near the cliff dwellings. It was nice seeing them having a good time, laughing and talking and telling stories, but I still felt very different from them. An outsider. Even though, aside from the fact that they’d forced me to marry for some strange religious reason having to do with the land, they were a rather warm species.

“I hope it was not too boring for you working in the kitchens,” Ryrke said, startling me out of my thoughts. “Perhaps you could come with me tomorrow if you would like. Or we could go with the hunters if that sounds more to your liking.”

“I’d like to work with you. If you think I can help.” I shook my head, thinking of how I hadn’t been much use in the kitchens. “Although, one the females came up to me, crying and hugging me. She kept saying something over and over again. I couldn’t understand her, so I’m not sure what that was about.”

Ryrke grunted. “One of Gamesh’s wives. Another of them did the same to me. She wanted to thank me for killing him.”

“Did she want you to mate her?” I asked, arching an eyebrow.

  “She did.”

I felt a brief and absurd flash of jealousy. “And are you? Going to mate her?”

He looked me in the eye. “No. I may be a Jardan warrior, but one mate is all I can handle.”

I laughed and hugged him. I was acting like a fool and I knew it, but I couldn’t help it. I should’ve been terrified of being trapped on this planet forever. I should’ve felt trapped, desperate, but I didn’t. Not yet anyway. Ryrke made me feel safe.

“You aren’t what I expected,” I said softly, looking up at him. “Not at all.”

His expression grew guarded. “What did you expect?”

I shook my head, turning back to watch the twinkling stars. “A criminal. A murderer. But you’re not like any criminal I’ve ever met…”

I felt him tense. I could tell he was not pleased I had brought it up. Maybe it had been wrong to raise the subject, but it was a huge deal and it threw a shadow across us. Besides, I wanted to know the truth. As a galactic officer, I always wanted to get to the bottom of things. I knew he meant to kill again, to bring vengeance against the men who had killed his friend. And that bothered me…because as an officer of the law, I couldn’t stand by and let him take justice into his own hands.

“I am not a criminal,” he finally said, dropping his arm from around me. I immediately missed his touch, his warmth, but I was determined to learn the truth. “Your warrant is mistaken—instigated by one of the corrupt men I am after. Or at least there is far more to it than you know.”

“You’re wanted for murder. Did you kill someone?”

“I did.” He dropped his hand to the handle of his blade. “I killed an assassin with this blade.”

“It was self-defense then? Will you tell me what happened?”

“What does it matter what I say? Will you believe my words?”

I looked at him for a long moment, holding his gaze. Then I nodded. Everything inside me told me I could believe him. I could trust him.

He seemed to accept that, although he leaned back to look up at the sky and the wispy clouds hiding the stars to the north. “The assassin was sent to stop me before I could avenge Terx Ko’dal’s murder. Judge Gev Yordal hired him to slay me. The assassin admitted as much to me before he died from wounds he sustained in our battle.”

His words sent ice through my body. “Judge Gev Yordal was the judge who submitted the warrant to the galactic force. That’s when I was dispatched.”

Ryrke nodded grimly. “After his hired assassin failed, Yordal was afraid. He knew that having a Jardan warrior swear an oath of vengeance against him meant he would not live for long. So he tried to get the galactic police to stop me. Yordal is completely corrupt and rules the Kyel Yost Space Station with a steel grip. But I will bring him down by killing him with this blade. I have sworn it before my clan. I swore it to Ko’dal’s mate and his sons and daughters. I swore it to myself. Nothing will stop me.”

Except me, I thought, suddenly feeling stricken. I had shot him down. I was the reason we were trapped on this planet. “Why didn’t you tell anyone it was self defense? Why didn’t the Jardan come to the police after Ko’dal was killed? There would’ve been an investigation. We could bring Gev Yordal down. But legally.”

He grunted. “That is not how the Jardan work. Besides, you don’t understand how deep Yordal’s tentacles go into the administration and systems of Kyel Yost. Judge Yordal and his minions control everything on the station. The court. Politics. Security. The markets. No one would believe he hired Ko’dal as a bodyguard, then after Terx expressed concerns over the dishonorable crimes and oppression he learned were being committed, have him murdered. Ko’dal ‘disappeared,’ but there was another who was working for Yordal at the time who managed to flee the station. I tracked him down to Talov Seven and learned more of the truth, uncovering what had happened to my clanmate. That is when Yordal sent his assassin. To silence us both. Unfortunately for the assassin, he came after me first.”

I had arrested plenty of criminals and wanted individuals as an officer. Most of them always claimed they were innocent. But unlike them, I believed Ryrke completely. It was something about the determined tone of his voice, the undaunted expression on his face. The way he held himself. How simply he sp
oke, as if he expected to be believed because it was the truth. As if, if I didn’t believe him, that was my problem, not his. Most criminals were desperate to convince everyone around them they were innocent. This was the first time he’d gone into detail about the charges against him. But I was the one who’d asked him to tell it. He had nothing to prove.

So I now had no doubt this corrupt judge had not only killed his friend but had sent the assassin to kill Ryrke.

I closed my eyes and snuggled against him until he put his arm around me and held me again. I needed him to hold me. My body was shaking. Tears forced their way out of my eyes and ran down my cheeks. I tried to hide my tears, but he noticed.

He gently put a finger under my chin and tilted my head toward him. His eyes were so big, so green. I wanted to lose myself in them forever.
