  About the Authors

  Born in London, Conn Iggulden studied English at London University and worked as a teacher for seven years before becoming a full-time writer. He is the author of the bestselling Emperor series and the Conqueror series, and is the coauthor of the New York Times bestseller The Dangerous Book for Boys. He lives with his wife and two children in Hertfordshire, England. David Iggulden served as a deck officer in the Merchant Navy and a private in the Army Reserves before studying journalism and English at Charles Sturt University, Australia. He has since worked as a journalist, press officer, and projects manager, and published several nonfiction books. He has been part of many international adventures, including In the Footsteps of Scott Expedition, the First Fleet Reenactment, and the 2000 Olympic Games. He lives in the Blue Mountains, Australia.
