Tynan released a harsh snarl of anger as he quickly carried her out to his hover-cycle out back. “I would never leave you in there with those feral creatures. Get on the cycle.”
She hesitated for a moment and turned her head as screams of pain sounded from inside the structure. Tynan reached out and took hold of her chin to turn her so she was looking at him. “That is not for you. Do not fear me. I would die before I hurt you. Get on.”
For some inexplicable reason, Allie believed him. She slowly slid her leg over the hover-cycle so she was straddling the big bike. She was a survivor and knew when to trust her gut. Her gut told her that this man would keep her safe.
Tynan got on the bike behind her, pressing close enough that the rigid shaft of his cock fit between the parted globes of her ass. He wanted to groan and push into her but held back. He slid his palm down on the starter. He always loved to fly. The bike lifted off the ground, and he took off. He chuckled as they flew over the terrain, and she bent forward over the strange bag she was holding in front of her with one hand and gripping tight to his thigh with the other.
His humor faded as he took in a deep breath. Even with the wind blowing at them, he could smell her fear and sensed it through their blood bond. For her to feel fear while under his protection was inexcusable. Tynan leaned down so his large frame protected her from the elements as he all but hunched over her small body.
“Rest easy. I will not let anything happen to you.”
He breathed in her scent and fought the urge to bury his face into her pale hair. It smelled of sunshine and promises. He was surprised as a soft purr left his lips. Gods, he was purring for her already, and he didn’t even know her name. “My name is Tynan Dracor of the house of Dracor. I will be your protector and defender until my last breath. What is your name, little one?”
Allie heard him growling at her and shook her head in confusion. “Why can’t I understand you?” she asked out loud.
He cocked his head to the side then smiled. “I have an L-CON implant that allows me to understand different languages, but yours is foreign to the system. Only through our blood bond can you hear me. I am Tynan of the house of Dracor.”
“Tynan...” She liked his name. “My name is Allison Summers, but most people call me Allie.” She paused as they sped over the white sand.
This was the strangest thing that had ever happened to her. She had no idea where she was, or if this was even real, but as she looked out over the sparkling sand, red sky, and purple moons, all she could think was that it was beautiful.
“It pleases me that you think my home is beautiful.”
“Stop reading my mind. It’s freaking me out.”
His low laugh vibrated through her body straight to her clit, awakening her body so her she could feel her pussy slicken with cream as if preparing herself for him. Why was she thinking about sex when she never did?
Maybe it was this strange place. It was doing something odd to her.
“Do you swear to me that woman in there won’t be harmed?”
“Aye, little one. I vow it. In fact, I can do better.” Tynan allowed for his blood bond with Allie to hold strong as he opened a pathway to his brothers. “Cael, Ryder, is the female safe?”
“Aye, brother. She is safe. We will take her to the closest haven now,” Cael confirmed.
“The males who traded her were her family,” Ryder growled in anger.
“Take her to safety then meet us at home,” Tynan said then closed the connection.
Allie was amazed that she could hear the two other men’s voices inside her head. “What is a haven?”
“They are guarded sanctuaries for unmated females.”
Allie forgot what they were talking about as her eyes widened in wonder.
They approached a large city that seemed to rise out of the sand in the distance. It was built into the side of a mountain, and as they got closer, Allie could see it was much larger than she had originally thought.
There was a wall around the entire city, with many smaller homes within the safety of the wall, with the mountain at its back. In the heart of the mountain was a palace. It had large, open balconies and several floors that seemed to be built straight in to the mountainside. Off to the left of the city, the sand dropped off, and a sea of shimmering pink water lapped at the sandy shore.
“This is completely unreal,” Allie whispered.
“What does your home world look like?”
“We have dark-blue water and a light-blue sky with a yellow sun during the day. At night the sky is black and the moon is white.”
“Strange,” Tynan said as he sped the hover-cycle to the right of the city. He wanted to enter his home through the back way so no one else would see the find he had discovered while in the Citadel. If she saw one of the rare brown-haired, lighter-skinned smaller male trios, she might choose them to bond with before he and his brothers had a chance to stake their claim.
No, he wouldn’t risk that.
The guards saw Tynan approaching and opened a thick metal gate so he could pass inside. He reached up to push her hood back over her head. “Keep your covering on over your head until we reach my rooms,” Tynan ordered harshly, angered at the very thought that another male grouping might try to steal his female from him.
Allie stiffened. “Will they try to harm me?”
Tynan forced his voice to soften. “No, little one. They will be curious, but we should make sure you can understand everyone before dealing with the others.”
Allie nodded, but she could sense something else was wrong with him. She remained quiet and tried opening her own mind. The more she concentrated on him, the easier it was to hear his thoughts.
It shocked her what he was thinking. He wanted her out of eyesight of the others because he was afraid that she would find someone more appealing to her. His self-conscious view of himself was startling.
Christ, didn’t the man own a mirror? She had never seen someone so appealing, so masculine so…damn big.
Females of this world didn’t like strong, muscular men. As Tynan thought of what the women of his world thought was desirable, Allie wanted to laugh. Now she knew she was dreaming. Nowhere real could have this much beefcake and have them not know how absolutely smoking hot they were.
Tynan pulled the vehicle into a space and turned the machine off. It lowered to the floor, and he quickly picked her up in his arms and strode forward, up a large set of stairs. He hurried through several corridors until they reached a doorway with intricately carved doors.
The carvings were of fighting warriors with swords on the panels. They were beautiful, and Allie wanted a closer look, but Tynan turned and shoved the door open with his shoulder before striding inside. He kicked the door closed behind them and moved further into the room.
The suite was enormous, big enough to be a dwelling all its own. There were large couches off to the side, surrounding a large fire pit that burned a bright blue with a cutout window and a large balcony that overlooked the beautiful dark-pink sea. There were three large doorways that branched off from the main room, and Allie could see that they were bedrooms by the large beds inside the rooms. Each bed was covered with a vibrant ruby-red covering that looked so soft her hands ached to touch.
The walls were made of a deep cream-colored stone that was both warm and inviting, but the vibrancy of the colors made the setting all the more surreal to Allie as she looked around.
Tynan wanted nothing more than to take the tiny female into his bedchamber, strip her of her covering, and sink himself deep into her body until he released his seed deep inside her. But he could not. At least not until his brothers returned.
Instead, Tynan took Allie to the seating area, so she could look out over the sea she thought was beautiful, and set her down carefully. She placed her strange bag down next to her, and he smiled at how small she looked on the large seat that had been made for a male his size.
He unstrapped his sword from his side and laid it down on a table
in the center of the seating area then walked over to a shelf built out of stone to retrieve an instrument connected to a small gray box from a jewel-encrusted box. He came back to her and hunkered down before her so they were eye level.
Allie looked into his glowing gold eyes and had to stop herself from stroking a hand over his strong jaw. She had never been so wildly attracted to someone and wanted to lean into him. To breathe him in and smell his unique scent up close again. She wanted to bury her hands into his dark hair and pull him close for a kiss. The need was so overwhelming she had to fist her hands in her lap to keep from grabbing him.
Tynan wanted to groan as her thoughts raced through his mind. His control snapped as he leaned in and settled his mouth over hers in a kiss so hot it seared him straight to his core.
He angled his head to the side so he could take her mouth fully. Thrusting his tongue into her mouth, he tasted the sweet haven that only made him want her more. He pushed the covering off of her pale hair and used one large hand to hold her neck in a firm grip so she would not escape him.
She tasted of light itself. This female was every hope, every wish, every dream he and his brothers had ever had in one tiny package.
He dropped the instrument onto the seat beside her and gripped her thighs in his large hands. He roughly shoved them apart and settled himself between them so he was pressed up against her, pulling her to the edge of the seat so their bodies rubbed together. His cock pressed against her strange blue leggings at the apex of her thighs, and the thin material of it made his already-hard shaft fill to bursting as he felt her feminine heat.
Tynan wanted nothing more than to rip the offending material from her tiny body. He wanted to prop her legs open so he could release his straining cock from its confines and shove inside her until he was so deep she would never be free of him. But that would hurt her, and that was something he would not do.
He ate at her mouth like a man starved. Her soft moans and whimpers ignited a fire so deep within him he knew he would kill any other man that would dare to try and take her from him and his brothers.
She would belong to them and only them.
Tynan was forced to pull away from her as his brother called for him through their bond. He sat back on his heels as he answered his brother’s call, sucking in air in great gasps.
“Tynan, we will be…delayed,” Cael said.
“What is wrong?” Tynan demanded, knowing something was definitely amiss with his brothers.
“We were ambushed outside the city. The female is safe…but Ryder was injured. We are on our way to drop the female off, and then we will head home.”
“Do you need to seek a healer in the Citadel?”
“Ryder does not trust them.”
“I am fine, brothers,” Ryder said. “My wounds will keep till we get home.”
Tynan wanted to curse. “Get it done then, and come home.”
“What is it? What’s wrong?” Allie asked, knowing that something was off with Tynan the moment he pulled away from her. Her body was still singing from his touch, but he was focused on something internal, and she knew he spoke to his brothers.
“My brother Ryder has been injured. They will be delayed.”
“Is he okay?”
“He will be. I will allow nothing else,” Tynan replied tersely.
Allie sat up and slowly moved her legs together, stung slightly by his harsh tone. The man had just had his tongue down her throat, but she asked a simple question and got her head bitten off.
Tynan sighed. “I apologize for speaking harshly to you, little one. I do not like it that my brother is injured.”
“I understand.”
Tynan picked up the instrument and held it up so she could see it. “Will you allow me to implant an L-CON in you so you may understand the others?”
“What do you have to do with it?”
“I will inject a small device into the back of your neck that will allow you to understand the languages loaded into the mainframe. If you place your hand on the device while it uploads to your system, your own language will be uploaded as well,” Tynan explained.
Allie nodded her head, and Tynan moved to sit beside her. “Place your hand on the box. This will sting for but a moment.”
Tynan pulled down the back of her sweatshirt and gently swept her hair over one shoulder. He couldn’t help but lean in to sniff at the delicious scent of her hair and skin, closing his eyes to savor the smell of her.
His breath tickled her skin so that her hair stood up. He held the instrument up to the back of her neck and depressed it against her skin. Her neck stung for a second, then her spine tingled in an uncomfortable reminder of how she had felt when the lightning had struck her. The gray box vibrated slightly under her hand, and she felt weak. Her body swayed, but Tynan leaned into her and held her up.
“Just relax,” Tynan whispered against her forehead as he leaned down to kiss her brow. “Let the connection merge naturally.”
“I…I can understand you!”
Tynan smiled. “So you can. Why don’t you take a bath, and then we will go down to the main hall to await my brothers and get something to eat.”
“Sure,” Allie said with a shrug.
She could eat.
After all this was just a dream, wasn’t it?
Chapter Three
“No fucking way…”
There was no way in hell she was wearing that.
Allie stared down in anger at the deep-ruby-red dress laid out on the bench where her clothes had been. Where in the hell were her things?
After implanting the chip in her neck, Tynan had taken Allie to a large bathing room in the suite that was lit up by what seemed like thousands of glowing pale-blue crystals. There was an enormous sunken pool in the center of the room filled with pink water that reminded her of pictures she had once seen of ancient Roman bathing rooms.
“The water will aid with healing and will also cleanse you,” Tynan had said. He had then left her in the room, leaving an emerald-covered bathing sheet for her to use when she finished with her bath. Allie had stripped off her clothes and laid them on the stone bench before slowly walking down the steps of the pool until she was covered with the pink water.
The water felt thicker than she was used to. It was pleasing to wade through, almost like it was almost a gel instead of pure liquid. Allie laid her head back and floated in the water. She was aware that her large breasts stuck out and her pink nipples tightened as the cool air washed over her. She had allowed herself to float for a few minutes, letting her aching body soak in whatever healing properties the water had. As a doctor she wanted to examine the water. When she went home maybe she could take a sample…
Her thoughts sobered at that. She had no idea how she had gotten to this place, and frankly, she still believed this was all a dream. If this was real…well, she wouldn’t even go there because then she would have to worry about how the hell she would get back to her own world.
When her stomach grumbled, she got out of the water and walked back up the steps. That was when she saw the red dress laid out for her. Furious that someone had taken her clothes and had been inside the room while she had bathed, Allie wrapped the bath sheet around her and pushed open the door, holding the dress in her hand.
Tynan was in the seating area reading over a scroll of some kind he held in his hand. He looked up as she entered. He had changed out of his leather vest into a shirt made of a soft material the same dark-ruby-red color as the dress she held in her hand. His midnight-black hair was the perfect contrast to the deep-crimson color, and even though the shirt was loose, she could still see his muscles rippling beneath the material.
Damn, he looked good.
Focus, she told herself. “What is this? Where are my clothes?”
“Your garments are being cleaned. That is for you to wear downstairs for our meal.”
“Oh no,” Allie said, punctuating her words with a shake of her head. “I am not wearing this.

“I left you a dress the color of our house. It is an honor to wear the Dracor red. No other outside our house can wear it,” Tynan said as he stood, offended.
Idiot.
“It’s not about the color,” Allie said through gritted teeth. “It’s about the fact that it’s see-through!”
Tynan smiled. “Of course it is. All the females wear such dresses.”
“Well, this female doesn’t.” Allie glared at him. “Why aren’t I surprised that you guys make the women wear this shit.”
“Females are scarce here in my world. They wear the dresses for the enjoyment of the males who do not have a mate of their own.”
“I am not going to parade around for your buddies to get off, so just forget it. What the hell kind of place is this? I want my clothes back!”
Tynan’s face tightened with anger. “Enough! You will wear the dress.”
The events of the day suddenly caught up with her, and her thoughts veered back to the fact that she might never be able to get home. What the hell was she going to do if this was really happening? She might be stuck here with a man she didn’t know who was going to force her to do something she didn’t want.
Memories of her childhood flashed through her at being stuck in a small dark closet until she behaved. She would never be that, never allow for anyone to have that kind of power over her again. Allie felt her face drain of color as she took a step back.
Tynan smelled her terror from clear across the room. Terror of him. He took a step forward and froze as she stepped back, away from him. “What is it, little one? Why do you fear me so?”
Allie felt her body trembling and cursed the telling weakness. The strong preyed on signs of weakness. “I won’t wear this. You can’t make me.”
Tynan studied her face as he used their blood bond to ruthlessly delve into her mind to see what made her so afraid of him.
He was swamped with visions of Allie as a youngling, pleading and begging for a fully grown female to stop hitting her. The vision changed as he watched as a large male held her by her beautiful hair and shoved the younger Allie into a small room. Her small fists pounded on the closed door, begging to be released, but the male kept her locked in the dark. He told her she was a bad girl, and he would let her out when she learned to obey him.
