  “Wow,” he breathed.

“Yeah,” Brea self-consciously tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ear as she climbed off both Miles and the chaise lounge. Now that their moment of passion had passed she felt nervous once more.

“That was,” Miles was fastening his trousers back up, smiling to himself. “That was amazing,” he finished.

“Yeah,” Brea was glancing nervously at her hands as if she no longer recognized them. Two weeks into her new job and she was having sex with a client on her work chair. Who was she?

“Look,” Miles stood up and cupped her cheek with his hand. There was a tenderness in his voice which instantly soothed Brea.

“What we just did was…admittedly a little crazy. Amazing. But still a bit crazy.”

  Brea nodded.

“How about you let me take you out to dinner tonight, maybe even take in a movie? So that next time we might wind up at my motel together instead of you risking losing your job? That sound like a deal?”

Brea tingled at the thought of having sex with Miles again. He was so powerful, so handsome and god knows she fantasized about being in his motel room, so this would be like a literal dream come true.

“Yeah,” she agreed with a smile. “Deal.”

  Chapter 17

Miles could hardly take Brea out for dinner in Colridge considering that he was supposed to be keeping a low profile. But he was eager to spend time with her, to get to know her better and go on an actual date, so he invited her out to a movie. He figured it was the perfect setting considering the darkness of the theater; No one would be able to see him and he wouldn’t risk his cover being blown.

“I love going to the movies,” she told him flirtatiously in the lobby as they bought snacks. Miles was struggling to focus on anything other than her slender legs, which were on full display thanks to the tight fitting pair of hot pants she was wearing. Miles was grateful for whoever had designed such a piece of clothing. He, himself was wearing loose fitting dark denim jeans a tight fitting white t-shirt which showed off his impressively toned abs and arms. He particularly liked the contrast of his dark naval sleeve tattoo against a white t-shirt. He knew he’d worn the right outfit when he met Brea at the theater and her eyes widened with approval and lust.

“Do you go to the movies very often?” Miles asked, trying not to think about the last time they were together. How she had straddled him right there in the tattoo parlor until he came. A strange expression flickered across Brea’s pretty features. It was a mixture of sadness and regret. But it was gone as quickly as it had appeared, replaced once again by her coy, flirty grin.

“Sometimes,” she placed a piece of popcorn between her pink glossed lips and Miles shuddered deliciously, thinking about where he hoped she’d be placing her full lips later on in the evening.

“What about you?” Brea tossed her hair over her shoulder as she asked the question. “You go to the movies much?”

The simple answer was no. Miles rarely went to the movies. He rarely read a book. The main passion in his life was music. He loved traveling around the country listening to local trash metal bands. But he wished he’d grown up going to the movies, whether it was on dates or with friends. He wished that his reading ability hadn’t been so swiftly squandered and that he could actually focus long enough to be able to read an entire book if he wanted to. The Reapers didn’t care about Miles reading ability, or lack thereof, or his interest in movies. All they cared about was that he could handle himself in a fight and knew how to think quickly on his feet when he got into a jam. But to Brea, Miles wanted to be more than that. He wanted to be interesting and suave. He wanted to be a man she could admire.

“I go now and then,” Miles replied vaguely.

“Sounds mysterious,” Brea mirrored his stride as they left the foyer and wandered around to their relevant screen.

As they sat down in the back row, Miles was grateful to notice that there was no one else around. That was the beauty of a twenty-five screen cinema – most showings on weeknights were always blissfully quiet. They settled down together and after some monotonous advertisements and a few movie trailers the lights dimmed and the movie started.

Miles wanted to enjoy the film. He’d chosen an action thriller which he’d hoped would be exciting enough to hold his attention. But it was no reflection on the movie that he struggled to follow what was happening. He couldn’t stop glancing at Brea’s bare legs which were so irresistibly close to his own. Looking up he traced the curve of her bosom beneath the flimsy t-shirt she was wearing. Clothes which he could remove in less than a minute. The thought of seeing her naked made his pulse race. And her scent. She smelled so sweetly of vanilla that each time he inhaled she flooded his senses. Groaning Miles tightened his hands on the arms of the theater seat.

Brea must have noticed as she put down her tub of popcorn and turned towards him, her nose grazing his neck before she began to playfully pepper it with kisses. Miles groaned again, louder this time. As Brea kissed his neck, her hands began to travel towards the zipper on his jeans. Miles leaned back, loving how sensual her kisses felt against his neck. He didn’t even care if she gave him a hickey it just felt so good.

She undid his zipper and reached into his boxers. He was already hard when her hand found his dick.

“Good boy,” she purred into his ear approvingly. Miles grinned widely and tried not to cry out in delight. He’d sensed that there was something special about Brea. Most girls would insist on having an entire date before giving in to their desires but not Brea. She was brave enough to go after what she wanted, to give into the heat that sizzled between them. And the heat was undeniable. Miles struggled to think about anything other than Brea since their first meeting in the tattoo parlor.

With her hand still on his dick, Brea slid off her chair and dropped to her knees beside Miles. He held his breath in anticipation, watching her maneuver herself in the shadows so that her mouth was directly above his pink, throbbing cock. It felt full of a thousand nerve endings as he imagined how good it be to have her mouth wrapped around it. Brea glanced up at him, smiling sexily before lowering her head. She took his dick into her mouth, letting her tongue press against it.

Miles squeezed the armrests tight and leaned back, closing his eyes in delight. It felt amazing. Brea’s head bobbed as she suckled and teased his erection. It felt so good that Miles knew he wouldn’t be able to last very long. He tried to slow down his breathing to delay his climax, not wanting Brea to stop.

Tipping forward on her knees Brea pressed her mouth further down on his dick and Miles gasped in delighted awe. She was taking the full length of him, positioning herself that as she deep throated him she wouldn’t gag. Miles felt dizzy with the desire to cum. He’d never experienced anything like it in his life. All the women he’d been with, none had ever been able to satisfy him like this. And Brea looked so sweet and innocent. That juxtaposed against her sexual appetite and ferocity was the hottest thing Miles had ever known. After almost a minute of being deep throated he came, shuddering in his seat as he released his load directly into Brea’s mouth. He wondered if she’d gag or make some sound of revulsion. Instead she brushed off her knees, straightened her t-shirt and ran a hand over her mouth as she sat back down beside him and smiled innocently.

“Holy fuck,” Miles gaped at her in shock. “That was like…that was the hottest thing ever. Who are you? You’re like the girl of my dreams.”

Brea smiled contentedly before leaning against his broad shoulder and settling down to watch the rest of the movie.

  Chapter 18

Every morning Brea woke up with a smile on her face. She hummed to herself as she showered and spoke to the birds which gathered on the window sill outside. She felt like she was in some Disney movie. Gone were the sad cooped up days in her old home. She was finally free and able to be herself. And she’d met a man who made her heart race, who let her live out all her sexual fantasies without any judgment.

Digging into her bowl of cereal, Brea looked up at the map of the United States which she’d hung above her sofa. It was something she’d picked up in town a few days ago, along with some bright pink pins. The entire map was dotted with pins as though the country had broken out with some strange neon chicken pox. But each pin meant something – it represented a place Brea wanted to visit. Now that she’d been brave enough to venture out to Colridge she didn’t just want to stop there. She wanted to see the huge glass buildings of New York City, run along the beaches in Miami and walk along the film stars’ names in Los Angeles. She wanted to see everything. She felt like the whole world had suddenly opened up to her and she wanted to enjoy every part of it.

  Chapter 19

“So this is it,” Miles opened the door to his motel room, ashamed of how modest it was inside. Brea deserved to be staying at five-star palaces, not some shabby place that cost twenty bucks a night. But she walked inside as if it were the Ritz, admiring the four small walls and complimenting Miles on how nice he’d kept it.

“I like it,” she concluded, hands on hips. Even in the small room she looked tiny, like an exquisite doll.

“I’m glad you like it,” Miles nodded at her. His heart was already racing, wondering how long it would be before he had her naked on the bed with her legs spread. He got a semi just thinking about it.

Brea swiftly gave him his answers. She sexily maneuvered herself towards him, unbuttoning the shirt she was wearing as she moved.

“What if I want to talk first?” Miles teased.

“Do you?” Brea cocked her head to one side, a smile pulling oat her soft lips.

“No,” Miles growled the word as he pulled her to him and kissed her deeply. Her tongue slid against his and desire within him grew, not to mention his cock. As she shed her clothes, she went on to hastily removed his jeans and t-shirt. It was the first time they had both been completely naked together. Now all of his scars were on display but Brea didn’t mention them. Instead, she turned around and crawled up onto the bed, curving her back and raising her ass in the air. Miles inhaled and clenched his hands into fists. She was so sexy he thought he might explode there and then.

Fully on the bed on all fours Brea glanced back at him, her hair tumbling into her eyes.

  “What are you waiting for?”

Miles quickly joined her on the bed, positioning himself behind her. He ran his hands over the perfect roundness of her ass. It was so soft and perky. She gasped when he touched her, already aroused. Slowly he reached for the warmth between her legs, pressing his thumb against her clit. Brea groaned and he could feel her slick wetness against him, making him even harder, which at this point, he didn’t think was possible, but she did that to him.

  “Fuck me,” Brea ordered breathlessly.

“Tell me how bad you want it,” Miles ordered as a finger teasingly slid up inside her. She was so wet and tight. Just perfect. He bit down on his lip to stop himself crying out at the thought of it.

“I NEED you inside me,” Brea panted. “I want you to fuck me hard, my bad boy.”

Miles withdrew his hand and frowned. For only a second it aggrieved him to be her bad boy. He wanted to be more. But then this was the part he’d been groomed to play. He was the bad boy with the tattoos and the cocky attitude. He rode into town on a motorcycle with a cloud of dust and would soon disappear the same way. If Brea yearned for a bad boy, then that was what she was going to get.

  “Fuck me,” Brea pleaded.

Miles gripped her hips and guided himself up into her. He groaned as his dick became enveloped in her moist warmth. He began to push back and forth, his eyes roaming over her perfect curves. Twice he smacked her perfect ass, loving how when he did, she became even wetter and gasped with delight.

“That’s it,” Brea cried out. “Fuck me! Fuck me hard!”

Miles entered her completely, almost climaxing as he did. She felt so fucking tight. He fucked her hard, giving into his own desires. She groaned and cried out beneath him and after a few minutes, shuddered as she came. Miles tightened his grip on her and cried out in delight, the sound escaping from him as he leaned back and filled the condom he’d hastily put on.

Panting, they breathlessly collapsed side by side on the bed. Miles could hear the drum beat of his own heart. Usually, this was the point he’d made his excuses and ask her to leave. But all he wanted to do was lie beside Brea until he fell asleep. So that’s exactly what he did.

  Chapter 20

“So what’s this?” Miles gestured up towards the dotted map of America. Brea leaned contentedly against his chest. They were on the floor of her apartment, naked, except for the blanket which was now wrapped around them.

It was the first time Miles had seen Brea’s apartment. She’d had no reservations about inviting him over. Everything with Miles felt so natural, so safe. She loved how it felt to be in his arms, to feel as if nothing and no one could ever hurt her.

“It’s a map of America,” Brea teased.

“I can see that,” Miles gave her a playful nudge. “I’m wondering what all the little pins mean. Are they places you’ve been?”

“No,” Brea wilted slightly against him. “They are places that I want to go.”

“Oh,” Miles nodded. “I see.” There was a slight pause as he cast his eyes over the vast array of pins.

“You want to visit a lot of places,” he commented.

“America is a big place,” Brea replied. “And I want to take it all in.”

“You been to many of the places before?”

It was a logical question, but Brea couldn’t help but be affronted by it. Sylar had successfully stifled much of her development growing up. She’d never traveled beyond the borders of their small town until recently. Would Miles be deterred by how little she’d seen of the world? His sleeve of naval tattoos hinted at a life spent exploring. Brea envied all the adventures he must have had, all the wonders he must have seen.

“No,” Brea replied curtly, clamoring to her feet and taking the blanket with her to protect her modesty.

“Hey,” Miles followed after her, his tone soft with concern. “I didn’t mean anything by that. I was just asking.”

“No,” Brea stated again, less sternly this time. “I’ve only ever been in my hometown and Colridge. My life has been a little…sheltered.” She chose her words carefully for fear of coming across as strange.

“You had strict parents, huh?” Miles gave her a sympathetic smile and then started pulling his pants back on. Brea chewed her lip nervously. It would be so easy to say nothing, to just let Miles think that she was from a family with strict parents. But she wanted there to be no secrets between them. Brea could feel herself falling for Miles and she didn’t want to taint that feeling by lying to him.

“Actually, my parents died when I was twelve.”

“Whoa,” Miles paused, only one leg in his pants.

“My…um…” Brea felt nervous beneath the sudden heat of his gaze. He was looking at her like she was some injured little bird who might never fly again. And she wanted him to see that she was still capable of spreading her wings if she wanted to.

“My brother raised me after they died.”

“That’s mighty kind of him,” Miles continued dressing, appeased by her response. “A big task for a young guy to take on.”

“Yeah,” Brea agreed. Gratitude swelled in her chest, but it was swiftly countered by crushing feelings of guilt. She’d been so resentful towards Sylar for holding her back, had been so desperate to get away from him, to experience life in a new town. Did he now hate her for leaving? She prayed not.

“He gave up everything to take care of me.”

“He sounds like one hell of a guy.”

“He is,” Brea agreed. “Only…” was she going to sound wretched and ungrateful if she told Miles how stifling living with Sylar had been? How she’d felt she had no choice but to escape his strict regime where she wasn’t even permitted to go into the town
to use the library.

Miles gazed at her expectantly, his eyes wide and soft with patience. Brea was astounded by the depth of understanding he displayed. On the outside, he was this tough, tattooed guy with mysterious scars but beneath that steely exterior he was as soft and sweet as melted chocolate.

She loved him. In that moment, Brea knew it to be true. But she also knew it was too soon to declare such feelings. Clearing her throat she focused instead on discussing Sylar.

“He could be a little overprotective,” she admitted, her cheeks flushing with guilt.

“In the end it just got to be too much and I had to leave.”

“I’m sure he just thought he was doing right by you,” Miles offered kindly. “It can’t be easy trying to step into an adult’s shoes when you’re still just a kid.”
