Mick Sinatra 2: Love, Lies, and Jericho

Carolyn was stunned. Except for Roz, Mick had never ever allowed anybody to stay overnight inside the main house. “I know Mick didn’t like that,” she said.
“That’s none of your business what Mick liked,” Roz responded, wiping that smile off of Carolyn’s face. “Your business is to make sure the staff does what they are supposed to do, or you’ll be out of a job. You said you know Mick. So you’d better know it. He will fire your ass. I want to make myself really clear here.”
Mick already made it clear to Carolyn that she, and everybody else working at his estate, answered to him and to Roz. When Carolyn questioned how he could put a girlfriend in charge like that, he fired her on the spot. It was Roz who talked him down and asked him to give Carolyn a second chance. But Carolyn wasn’t grateful. She still blamed Roz for causing it to come to that in the first place.
“Have the staff clean every one of those guest houses every single day. If a guest shows up at midnight, it won’t matter, because any house Mick puts them up in will be clean. Understand?”
Carolyn looked at Roz with contempt in her eyes. She hated the fact that Mick had chosen her in the first place. She hated the fact that Roz graduated from an Ivy League school and walked around so prim and proper all the time. But Carolyn had some trump cards herself. And she decided to play them. “I understand,” she said. And then she smiled. “Mick was never concerned about the state of those houses before. Believe you me. All those dozens of times he took me into one, he never once complained about their cleanliness. Cleanliness was the last thing on that man’s mind when he took me back there. But things have changed. I get it.”
“Good,” Roz said, her big brown eyes never wavering in their seriousness. “Message received, that’s what I needed to hear.”
Carolyn could never understand Roz Graham if her life depended on it. She just told her that her man not only brought her a house, but used to fuck her constantly, but Roz didn’t seem to care. What kind of relationship did she have with Mick? Maybe it wasn’t as lovey-dovey as they made it out to be. Which, in an odd twist, gave Carolyn hope. She smiled. “Have a nice day,” she said, and turned to leave.
“And Caro?” Roz asked.
Carolyn turned back toward Roz. Fireworks finally? “Yes?”
“I expect every guest house on Mick’s property to be spotless by close of business tomorrow. I will be checking tomorrow night.”
Carolyn wanted to object, but when she looked out the window and saw Mick’s black Lamborghini fly onto the driveway, she suddenly got in a hurry. “Anyway, I’d better run,” she said as she began leaving. “I have a hot date tonight.”
And before Roz could turn around, she was out of the bedroom and heading downstairs. Roz, at first, thought nothing of it. Carolyn could be flighty like that sometimes. But then she thought again. Mick was coming over. Roz walked over to the window.
Her suspicion was right. Mick was sitting in his car, on his car phone, and she could see him staring up at her new home. She thought about the conversation she and Carolyn just had, and how convinced she was that Mick was not going to like this new place. Carolyn was also certain to throw in her little tea too, about her past relationship with Mick. Although Roz didn’t show it at the time, it bothered her mightily.
It wasn’t the fact that he and Carolyn had once been an item that bothered her most. Mick was an extremely virile and attractive man. Sexually, she knew he was a wanted man, and Carolyn or any other woman wasn’t blind to that. But the fact that Mick never told her about that relationship when he knew she would have to work with Carolyn and see that woman on a daily basis, was the problem Roz had with it. She knew Mick. She knew all she had to do was say the word and Mick would fire Carolyn on the spot, no questions asked. But Caro had worked as Mick’s house manager for years. There had to be more than a few bitchy words to get Roz to exercise that kind of nuclear option. Carolyn deserved a rebuke, maybe even a written reprimand, but a firing? A loss of her livelihood over hurtful words? Roz wasn’t there yet.
But when Mick finally got out of his car, buttoned his suit coat, and began walking toward her front door, Roz forgot about Carolyn. She couldn’t help but smile. She felt all kinds of happy whenever she saw Mick’s gorgeous face. She never thought she’d fall this hard for any man after the string of disappointing boyfriends she’d had in her past. But she fell hard for Mick. Super hard. And this so-called bad man gangster had been everything and more she always wanted her man to be. He treated her better than any man ever had.
And just as she suspected, Carolyn was now outside and making her way up to him. They met on the driveway. And began a conversation.
Roz stood at her window and watched them, but she wasn’t sure what she was looking for. Mick’s body language never gave anything away. He stood there, in his Versace suit, his hands in his pants pockets, and listened to Carolyn the way a businessman would listen to a sales pitch. It seemed innocent enough to her. But Carolyn had spilled the beans. She had proudly proclaimed that she not only used to be Mick’s lover, which was bad enough, but that Mick once bought her a house. A house supposedly far superior to the house Roz had selected for herself.
It was not lost on Roz that Mick never mentioned having that kind of relationship with Carolyn. In fact, he never mentioned anything about any of his previous women. Not even his four baby mamas. She sometimes wondered what she was getting herself into with Mick. Was he faithful to her? He wasn’t usually home until late at night. What was he doing when he was away from her? Roz knew she had serious trust issues, but so far so good with Mick. At least she hoped it was good. She only hoped that the big reveal by Carolyn wasn’t uncovering a deeper issue.
The conversation finally ended and Mick left Carolyn’s side and headed toward the house. Carolyn headed toward her car. She yelled something to Mick in a joking way as she walked and glanced back, but he didn’t respond to her. Another Mick trait. When he was done, he was done. A fact Roz was relying on when it came to him and his previous ladies.
He rang the doorbell one time, and then walked in. “Anybody home?” he yelled as he entered.
“I’m up here!” Roz left the window and made her way back to the lingerie drawer.
But Mick took his pretty time coming up. He was, undoubtedly, checking out the place. Not to see the beauty of it, Roz knew that wasn’t his style. When it came to Roz, her security was always his number one concern. She continued to put away clothes in the lingerie chest, and waited for him to render his verdict.
Finally, he made it upstairs. But he checked out the two other bedrooms up there first, before he made it into the master.
Mick stood at the doorway and looked at Roz put away clothes. His heartbeat quickened when he laid eyes on her again. She was a special lady in every way to him, with a beauty about her that still stunned him every time he looked upon her face. It wasn’t that she was the most gorgeous woman he’d ever seen. It wasn’t a comparison like that. It was all about her, no one else. It was her big brown eyes, eyes that looked happy and sad, soft and hard, all at the same time. It was her sweet dimples on each cheek, and the way she smiled her big white smile. It was the way she wore her clothes, and held her head, and behaved so much more mature than any woman he’d ever known. And her body, from her tight ass, to her flat stomach, to that honey spot between those thighs that he craved to fuck, made him realize that he had won the grand prize when he didn’t think he could be in the competition. It staggered him to think that Rosalind was his.
“Hey there,” she said when he didn’t speak at all. But it didn’t matter. He was staring at her, and she was staring at him. But her thoughts were less circumspect. She was just happy to see him. Every time she saw him she wanted to drop everything and run to him. But she had a feeling such a display would get old to him real fast. She held her ground. “You’re late,” she said.
She spoke softly, but it was enough to break him out of his staring trance, and he began walking around the sizeable bedroo
m. “How are you?”
“I’m good. I expected you a couple hours ago. Something came up?” Roz glanced up at him.
“Something like that,” Mick said, as he continued to look around. Then he sat on the edge of the bed and straightened the leg crease on his expensive trousers. “So this is it? You bought a house.”
Roz looked at him. “You knew I was looking.”
“Yes, I knew.” What she didn’t seem to know was what this step meant to Mick. He didn’t see it as her independence, as she probably saw it, but as their separation. She was moving out of his house. She was leaving him. That was how he saw it.
Roz could tell he wasn’t pleased. “What’s wrong?” she asked.
“You bought a house,” he said again.
“You knew I was looking,” she said again. But she knew that wasn’t going to satisfy him. “I haven’t bought it yet,” she finally said. “I’m renting with a six-month or year lease if I chose to continue the lease, with an option to buy. It comes furnished as you can see.”
Mick didn’t feel great about it, but at least it wasn’t a purchase. “Six months,” he said.
Roz looked at him. “Sorry?”
“You don’t want to extend it over six months. If you have to do this at all.”
“You make it sound as if I’m doing something wrong. I’m leasing a house. I need my space, you know that.”
“You have space at my house,” Mick said firmly. “You know that. Don’t extend it over six months.”
Roz didn’t understand why he preferred a six month lease, but she didn’t argue the point. He had his reasons. “Okay,” she said.
Mick crossed his legs.
So what do you think?” she asked him. “Do you like it?”
“Do you like it?” he asked.
“I do. Yeah.”
“Then I like it too. I’ll need to get my security team over here tomorrow and get it up to code.”
Roz smiled. “What code?”
“My code. My security code. You’ll spend most nights with me, or I’ll be here with you. So I’ll always be with you. But when I’m not . . .”
Roz could see the worried expression on his face. And she saw right. Mick was deeply concerned. She lived with him ever since she relocated to Philly nearly a year ago. Now she was stepping out alone. He hadn’t planned on it turning out this way.
He stood up and walked over to Roz. He placed his hand on her back. She turned to him and he kissed her on her lips. Up close, he was smiling at her. But his intense green eyes couldn’t hide his doubt.
“It’s going to be okay, babe,” she said. “We’re going to be okay.”
Mick was rubbing her back.
“You’ll get used to it,” Roz added.
“I don’t want to get used to it,” Mick said. “You no longer in my home every night. You no longer in my bed every night. I’ll never get used to that.”
“You’ll just have to be in my bed the nights I’m not in yours,” Roz said with a smile. “That’ll solve it.”
Mick wrapped her in his arms and pulled her close. “I’m glad you found a home for yourself, you know I am. If it’ll make you happy, I’m all for it.” He lifted her chin with his hand and stared into her gorgeous brown eyes. He wanted to make it clear that it was a temporary home, and that someday she would come back to live with him forever, but he couldn’t bring himself to expose that level of vulnerability just yet. He, instead, just stared at her. And she stared back at him. And then he kissed her again.
Only this kiss was a lingering kiss. He was starved for her affection. He could never get enough of her. They kissed so long and so passionately that before Roz could come back up for air, he had pulled down and removed her panties, and was lifting her onto the lingerie chest. And as she was focusing on the fact that her panties were off, he was opening her legs and lifting them atop his broad shoulders. And then his face found its way between those legs.
Roz leaned her head back and closed her eyes as Mick’s long tongue made long licks across her clit and folds. Her stomach muscles clenched with every lick of his fiery hot tongue. And when he began eating into her pussy with that painful pleasure that heightened it for her, she was on fire.
“You want it like this?” he asked her as he ate her.
“I want it like this,” she responded. “I want it just like this!”
And he ate her harder. She was having joyous spasms as he went down deep inside of her. He was eating her so hard, and with such reckless abandon, that the chest she sat atop began to rock, and seemed on the verge of falling apart.
To protect his love, and continue his pleasure, Mick lifted Roz up by the catch of her ass and continued to eat her as he carried her to the bed. When he laid her down, he was still feasting on her and wasn’t ready to stop. He couldn’t stop. And she didn’t want him to stop as that euphoric feeling overtook her body and made it his own. She was going to cum if he wasn’t careful. She was on the verge of certain cum.
And that was when Mick stopped eating her as if he instinctively knew her time was near. He removed his suit coat, his tie, his shirt, tossing them all aside. And then he removed his shoes, dropped his pants and briefs, and stepped out and left them where they lay.
Roz opened her eyes when she saw his naked, muscular body. She licked her lips as he removed the rest of her clothes and got on top of her. He began sucking her breasts, and rubbing his penis against her outer womanhood. And then he pushed all nine inches of his thick joystick deep inside of her.
She arched up to him as soon as she felt his entry, and began to constrict around his rod as her muscles contracted. Mick nearly went insane with joy when she began to tighten around him. He fell into a groove, and began fucking her with the kind of steady strokes that kept him on the edge of cum. And her tightness, the way she hugged his dick, gave him that wonderful feeling of fucking a virgin without the baggage of virginity. She was so tight that he could barely move inside of her. She was so tight that he could feel even the veins of his penis as he rubbed against her and forced his way deeper and deeper inside of her. In that space now reserved for only him.
He kept sucking her breasts as he fucked her. He began to enjoy the feeling so much, and that powerful way she made him feel, that he accidentally bit one of her breasts as he sucked her nipple and mound. She screamed out in pain and pleasure, and began to cum just from that awesome combination, and his penis stroked faster.
Mick felt her spasms as he fucked her. He moved from her breasts and captured her mouth as she squirmed and arched and screamed muffled sounds of joy into his mouth. He fucked her fast and fucked her hard. He kept pushing through that tight, wonderful thicket of love until he was completely inside of her, and was still fucking her hard. And that was how it felt to Mick and Roz. They were complete. They were making love, as she had waves of orgasms, and he had waves of pleasure, with that perfect feeling of oneness that stunned them both.
Mick finally stopped kissing her and looked into her eyes, as he made love to her. He’d never had it like this before. He’d never had sex with a woman he loved this deeply until he had sex with Roz. She made him feel so vulnerable! She made him feel that his heart was in her hands, and she could crush it at will if she wanted.
Because it would be the point of no return. It would be the point where he gave up himself for her. Where he did something he’d never done before in his entire life: placed his heart, his very existence, into the hands of another human being. And as he stared at that special lady, and fucked her so hard that he began to cum and pour into her, even his droopy eye, along with his regular eye, opened wide with passionate alertness.
“I think I’m there,” he said as he poured into her. “I think I’m there!”
Roz thought he meant he was at the point of cumming, but Mick meant so much more than a momentary sexual experience. He was at that point of no return. He was there. Rosalind Graham had taken him there, and the ball was in her court, and there was no way,
he knew, that life would ever be the same again. He had control over some of the strongest men alive, in his legitimate and illegitimate businesses, but this one gorgeous lady beneath him right now, this black bombshell of a magnificent creature, controlled his heart. He would never admit it to any man alive, he didn’t think he would even admit it to Rosalind herself, but it was the truth: she had him. He had total control of his world and all that was around him. But she controlled his heart.
He strained out his release into her. He poured and poured as the feelings sensual joy and her part in that joy slammed him into a reality that was as terrifying as it was electrifying. He wrapped her in his arms, and held her fragile body in a way even he knew was too tight, as he arched his back and came. But that protectiveness, that sense of possessiveness, was overtaking him. She had to look out for his heart, and he had to look out for her. It was as simple and as complex as that for Mick. This was his new world order. Roz first. Everybody, everything else, second. There was no turning back.
But later, when they both were drained out and were lying side by side and hand in hand, Roz had a different kind of heart concern on her mind. Because that point Mick had arrived at tonight, that point of no return, happened to her months ago. She was already there. Which meant her heart was in his hands. Which meant she was as vulnerable to heartbreak as he was. Which brought her back to Carolyn and those two little tidbits she revealed before she left.
Roz turned on her side, toward Mick. He had already decided, shortly after they made love, that something major was on her mind, so he turned toward her too. She looked so sexy to him, with her wild hair and pretty face, with her gorgeous brown body that was still glowing from the sex he put on her, that he couldn’t help but smile. She brought out a side of him no other human being would ever see. To the world he was a ruthless businessman and a ruthless thug. Around Roz, he was a thug in love. His guys, all the men who relied on him for their pay and protection, knew about Roz but still wouldn’t believe the depth of his love. They knew he loved her, but they had no clue just how much.
