Before Pam could reach the back door it opened, and Chelsea Bell walked in. Her mouth dropped open as she took in the scene before her, a giant monkey carrying what looked like her daughter. The woman tried to scream but nothing came out. It was comical enough that Pam waited to see what was going to happen next. A moment later the woman passed out and fell, shattering her wine glass as it hit the tile floor. Pam was not wearing shoes, of course, so the humor faded quickly when she realized she needed to walk across the section of floor with the broken glass.
As they exited the building with only a couple of slivers embedding into Pam's feet Susan stirred awake. Pam quickly whacked the girl's head against the outside of the building to knock her back out. Unfortunately, it took three whacks to do the job, and it caught the attention of the elderly lady next door. They shared a brief moment of eye contact before the woman stumbled into her house and slammed the door shut.
"This is why I'm not an agent," Pam muttered to herself. "I suck at this." She sprinted as best she could, which she knew must have looked ridiculous in her upright position, and reached the car without further incident. She had to change back to human to fit into the driver’s seat which could have been visible if anyone was watching. She had no idea if there was, the street was reasonably well lit with houses all around. She couldn't think about that just now.
Calling her agents, she arranged to swap the girl over to another vehicle then head back to her house to shower and get some clothes before returning to the hospital. If Tish would survive the surgery Pam must be there when the doctor comes out. Then, and only then, would she decide what to do with Susan. The girl needed to feel some serious pain, she thought. Perhaps Pam will kill the girl herself to impress her staff. Or maybe that might be too much. But those thoughts were for another time. Right now, she needed to be there for her daughter. She truly believed that Tish would pull through and recover from the wound. Pam had done so much in the recent months to get things to this point. If Tish were to die now it would all be ruined.

These have taken the form of unpublished short stories, innovative board and card games, and campfire tales. As humans we spend most of our life in the mundane, but we ourselves are far from boring. We like to escape to new worlds and meet new characters with which we can relate.
