“How’d you remember so exactly?”
“Practice! Mom said if I ever wanted to impress a girl, remember the exact day you had your first date right down to the exact days, hours, and minutes.”
“Smart Mom,”replied Julie, wondering what Mom would think of her having other lovers?”
“What you say, we take the rest of the pizza and the wine inside? I can think of some interesting uses for the wine,”Jim said.
“Do tell,”replied Julie letting herself plus the pizza and wine be taken inside. She tucked the Beretta in a pocket in her white shorts, locking the sliding glass door behind them, while also pulling the drapes closed. She didn’t sense Jake was anywhere near, or anyone else. The house was strangely dark and quiet into the night by anyone observing. The wine it turned out served a very good purpose. A very pleasant purpose.
Chapter Nine
“Did you get a chance to sneak into the house?”
“No! Someone always seems to be there. She even has two other people visiting her. You sure they have the papers?”
“No, I’m not. That’s why I want you to search.”
“What papers am I searching for again?”
“Anything official from the Chinese Embassy, or anything mentioning the finding of oil in the China Sea, etc. They probably won’t be keeping any such information in a computer. Perhaps a flash drive though.”
“You don’t want much. They seem to be home a lot lately. Perhaps they are on vacation,”
“It doesn’t matter how you do it, just get a look around.”
“I might draw their attention don’t you think, my being Chinese.”
“Not so much they would take notice. Didn’t you say your father was German?”
“Yeah, but some women have guns, and she works for their State Department. I thought I saw a hand gun when she was sitting on the patio. She had it right next to her,”
“What are you afraid of? You’ll have your vest on.”
“What if she is one of those sick babes who likes to shoot people in other parts of the body? I’d like to enjoy myself well into my old age.”
“So, don’t get caught. I need the information as soon as possible, so get with it.”
“This still isn’t going to be easy.”
“Didn’t you say something about a wedding?”
“Yeah, I heard her talking to her sister. They were talking about the sister’s wedding in a few days.”
“Well, there you have it. Go in when they are gone to the wedding. Did you happen to hear when it was?”
“I believe she said on Friday.”
“That’s only three days away. Perfect! So nose around on Thursday night. Make sure when the wedding is, and then go in when they are gone. Keep me posted. I’ll call you on Friday.”
“Alright! I’ll try it, but if I get shot, I’m coming over to your place and bleed on your new carpet.”
“You don’t want to get shot twice do you?”
That being said the cellphone went quiet, and the older man pushed end on his phone. I hope the idiot doesn’t screw this up! I’d better plan on not being at home in case he does manage to screw this up, and brings the Feds around with him.
“Did your sister say what time the wedding was on Friday?”
“Two o’clock at the temple.”
“The temple and not the church? I can never keep up with things. Aren’t they Baptists?
“Only on Sundays. Besides her fiance is Jewish. This time she is having a Jewish wedding. A small private wedding. Just family and a few friends.”
“I thought Jewish weddings were grand affairs. All sorts of dancing and music.”
“You have been watching too many movies,”said Julie.
“So, what does her fiance think about this?”
“He understands. His parents though Jewish, took a Christian last name when their parents came to this country.”
“It’s confusing as hell to me. I’m glad someone understands,”added Jim.“You going to spend all day in the tub?”
“I thought I might. You have something in mind?”
“I thought we might go out for dinner.”
“Don’t we have that other pizza still? We could eat in, and have some more wine with the pizza.”
“You liked the wine last night, eh?”
“You might say that. I’d like more of the same tonight.”
“It’s a bit early for dinner. What do you want to do until then?”
“How about joining me in this tub.”
“Is there enough room for the both of us.”
“I think we can manage. Take your clothes off! Don’t turn you back. I want to watch!
Jim did as she instructed. He sat down on the small bench near-by. He took off his shoes and socks, undid the belt on his pants, and pulled his shirt free. He unbuttoned the shirt, and removed it, then laid it on the bench. He hadn’t worn an undershirt. Julie liked the bit of light chest hair Jim had. It always felt nice against her breasts. Julie was watching his every move as he now removed his pants, and laid them too on the bench.
“Don’t leave a girl hanging,”said Julie.“Let’s see it all.”
Jim put two fingers into the boxer briefs and pushed them down on his legs. They fell to the floor around his feet. He was sticking straight out.
“Come here,”instructed Julie, leaning over the edge of the tub. Jim walked towards her. She took him in her hands, feeling him up and down.“Closer, she said. She now took him in her mouth and tasted of him. He grew somewhat larger. He was enjoying her playing on him. Julie now released him and instructed him to step into the tub, and sit down. He did as instructed. She had stood up as he entered the tub. She now sat directly down on him, allowing that part of him to sink deeply into her. She embraced him pressing her pointed breasts against his chest.
“This is what you call saving water,”she remarked. She began clutching and un-clutching him with her inner muscles. The sensation was delightful for both.
Somewhere off in the distance the rumble of thunder could now be heard, as they enjoyed each other. His hands toyed with her breasts and nipples, as her own waves began within her. Julie kissed Jim with an open mouth kiss, tasting of him, and he of her. The time seemed to stand still. The last few days had been wondrous for both. In the water Jim found Julie’s bud and softly massaged it between his thumb and fore-finger. Julie lovingly bit him, as she came once, then twice. Bubbles came up in the water. Jim was content to wait for his pleasure, as he embraced her, and now played with the cheeks of her ass with his hands. Julie laid her head on his shoulder and softly kissed his neck, and whispered to him that she loved him. He held her as she drifted away into a lite sleep. He enjoyed how she still gripped him from within. He enjoyed most things associated with her. He too loved her.
Chapter Ten
“How do I look?”asked June, looking at herself in the full length mirror?”
“Just like a bride,”replied Julie.
“Very funny!
“Dear you look beautiful,”added her Mother.
“Not bad for an old broad,”joked Julie.
“Julie!!!”
“Well, you are thirty eight, and you are a little broad in the seat.”
‘Julie!! Stop teasing your sister,”instructed her Mother.“You look fine Dear!”
“You think I’m making a mistake?”asked June.
“Dear, Paul loves you. Don’t you know that by now.”
“Hey June, don’t look a good thing in the mouth. This is probably your last chance,”said Julie.
“Mother! Tell Julie to stop, before I sock her in the mouth.”
“Julie, why don’t you go and be with Jim,”said her Mother.
“Yeah, go and be with Jim,”said her sister.
“Alright. I know when I’m not wanted,”teased Julie again.“Oh, you didn’t forget to shave your moustache, did you June?”teased Julie as she left the room.
“Mother!!
Julie clo
sed the door behind her and walked down the hall. To her surprise she met Paul.
“Where’s my favorite sister-in-law going?”remarked Paul.“You want to do some heavy breathing together? I know where there is the perfect closet.”
“No thanks Paul. I did my heavy breathing before I left the house.”
“I bet you did! Woolf! Julie continued down the hall looking for Jim, but not before Paul goosed her. She just ignored it. She found Jim sitting in the last row of seats in the temple. The temple seemed empty with only the bride and groom, plus rabbi, and a couple of friends of June’s, plus the parents.
“There you are,”remarked Julie sitting down next to Jim.
“How are things going? Is your sister nervous?”
“Not a bit! This is her third time around. She has this down pat.”
“You sound jealous. You wish that this was you and me about to be married?” Julie didn’t answer. She reached across and felt him through his pants.
“Stop that! You always seem to resort to sex when you don’t want to discuss something.”
“I do not! And I’m not jealous, besides you have never asked me.”
“Yes, I have! You didn’t say anything then either. The sex was great though. Don’t you remember?”
“I remember, and the sex was good.”
“See! You admit it. What is your answer?”
“Are you asking me to marry you?”
“No!”said Jim.“Because you’ll just make a joke out of it.”
“Aren’t you concerned that I may not be able to have children?”
“No. I love you, and that’s what’s most important to me. Is having kids your only reason for getting married? Isn’t loving me enough?”
“Yes, and no,”answered Julie, now regretting almost that she brought Jim to her sister’s wedding.“This isn’t the place to discuss this.”
“I thought you might want to announce to your parents that we are getting married.”
“I said this isn’t the time and place for this,”repeated Julie. She was thinking how sweet Jim was being, but really didn’t want to get married to Jim right now, or commit herself to a marriage with him. She was remembering the two weeks she spent in the hospital after he’d gotten shot. Her world had come crashing down around her. She didn’t want to feel that way again.
“I love you Jim, let’s leave it at that.”
“Ok!”he answered. He wasn’t sure why she was being this way. He knew her. There was a reason for her being like this. Perhaps he had under estimated the impact his getting shot last had on her. She really hadn’t been the same since. Just then things started to happen. People were being instructed to take their places, and the music started to play.
Else-where back at Julie’s and Jim’s place, they had a visitor. He debated going in through the sliding patio door, then opted for a partially open garage window, which was shaded from view. He opened the window the rest of the way, and slid inside. He was glad they didn’t have a dog. He hated dogs. He didn’t know why so many people had them. Oh sure, they were good companions, but how long did they live? He preferred his birds. They could live as long as a person, plus you didn’t have to walk them in the middle of the night, or on some cold rainy day. He stood there and let his eyes adjust to the pale light, and looked around. He saw the alarm was on, but there didn’t seem to be any inside sensors. Only outside ones, and on the exterior doors. He pulled open a near-by drawer. It was filled with all sorts of junk. A screw driver, some string, trash bags, and to his surprise, tucked in the corner under some rags, he made out the butt of a Beretta 380. He didn’t bother it. He just closed the drawer, and made for the door leading into the house. It had a single knob lock on it. His gloved hand reached out and turned the knob. It wasn’t locked. Careless he thought, as he opened the door, and stepped into the kitchen. He closed the door behind him. He stood there for a moment and listened. He heard voices. His heart beat quickened. It’s a radio he realized. He relaxed. He began to look around for the computer. He pulled open a few drawers. Just the usual silver ware, and kitchen cooking utensils. He did find another 380 though. Who are these people he asked himself? He’d found two guns so far. He bet there were more. He definitely didn’t want to be found here by these people. He proceeded towards the bedroom. He now realized there were three bedrooms. Two upstairs, and one down. The upstairs was the main floor as you walked in. He walked down the hall. He passed the bathroom, and came to Julie’s bedroom. He looked around. The room had both the look and smell of a woman. He began to open drawers. Nice he said to himself, as he found silk underwear, and other woman things. He ran his hand through the silk underwear. He felt himself rise. Down boy he said to himself. He re-focused on his mission. No PC in here. He exited the room, and walked into Jim’s room across the hall. It was plainly furnished, and very neat. Everything seemed to be exactly in it’s place. Once again he opened drawers. Everything was picture perfectly displayed. This person clearly was a neat freak, to the extreme. He’d only seen such things in the service or in magazines. There also wasn’t a speck of dust. It didn’t take long to go through the room, because everything was so neatly displayed. He thought to check the mattress, then under the pillows. His hand brushed against something in the cold steel department. This one was much more serious. It was a Colt 45 auto. He carefully re-arranged things leaving the gun where it was. A trickle of sweat went down his back. He was getting nervous. The wedding he found out was from 2 to 4, with a reception afterwards. It was only now two-thirty. He calmed a bit. He continued his search, leaving the second bedroom. He was beginning to feel this was a very bad idea. He searched the living room. Again no PC. Where do these people hide their PC? He started downstairs. He immediately found the pool table. Nice, he thought! When at last he found the PC, or more aptly, the entertainment room. There was a nice wide flat screen TV mounted on the far wall. A comfortable leather couch. Even a small bar with refrigerator. All the comforts of home. No home he’d ever had though. He now made his way towards the PC resting on the custom made computer desk off in the far corner, complete with it’s own cocoon like folding door. He sat down in the chair at the desk. A modest flat screen monitor was mount flush on the wall. The keyboard rested on the desk. It was wireless, as was the mouse. He sensed what he was looking for wouldn’t be in the PC. These people weren’t that careless. Such information would be too easily stolen or exposed. He began to look for flash drives, or CD’s. To his surprise he found three complete files of CD’s, but no flash drives. His storage favorite were flash drives. They were so easy to carry or hide. He picked through the CD’s. They were labeled taxes, expenses, family pictures, vacations, friends, and hobbies. Viewing these would take too long. He rifled through the desk. He still wasn’t finding anything, when from upstairs he heard a voice.
“Julie! Are you home?”It was a male voice. He stopped what he was doing, and looked for the fastest exit. All he saw was the sliding glass door leading out onto the beach. He closed the drawer, and made his way towards the door. His hand went to the locking latch, and he unlocked the door. He hoped the door wouldn’t make any noise. He heard the person upstairs move further into the house. He slid the door open. It hardly made any noise. He stepped out onto the patio, and closed the door behind him. He saw no way for a direct exit to his car parked down the block. He’d have to walk down the beach, and then walk back towards his parked car. He made a fast break down the beach, hoping he hadn’t been seen. He had. Jake stood at the sliding glass door, and watched the small man make his way down the beach. Jake locked the sliding glass door, and went back into the room. He noticed the desk had been disturbed. He straighten things up, and pushed the chair back into it’s place. He looked around and saw nothing else seemed to have been bothered. He went back upstairs. He looked into all the rooms. Again nothing seemed to be out of place. He now went into the garage and closed the half open window, and locked it. Jim had intentionally left it open. Jake was with the agency. His job wa
s the safety of both Julie and Jim. Jake did write books. He was a company free lancer. They called on him to do jobs like this one. Yes, it had it’s perks. Delicious perks so far. Jake exited the garage side door, and also walked down the beach, but in the opposite direction. He was heading home. He knew Julie and Jim would be home within the hour.
Chapter Eleven
The ceremony went perfectly. June looked beautiful in her off white gown. Vows were exchanged, and the bride and groom had kissed. It wasn’t the usual Jewish wedding. Some things were more in line with a Christian wedding. It was what June wanted, which was fine with Paul. Julie wasn’t real sure about Paul. June hadn’t chosen well two previous times, she hoped beyond hope this one lasted longer. The reception went well. June and Paul left for their honeymoon, right after dinner. There was the cutting of the cake, then they were gone for two weeks in Hawaii. Now Julie was jealous. She’d like two weeks in Hawaii. Perhaps she could talk Jim into taking her before they got called back. Julie was rethinking what Jim had said earlier. She was finding she half-way felt she should have accepted his proposal. She hadn’t worked out in her own mind, and feelings, how she felt about the prospect of not being able to have babies in reality. If something did happen to Jim, she’d at least have something to love, and care for.
“Let’s go home,”instructed Julie. She suddenly was tired, and wanted to hold Jim naked in her arms. She felt herself becoming damp.
“Did you say good-bye to your parents?”
“Just did. Let’s go.”
“That was a nice wedding,”remarked Jim as he lead Julie towards their car.
“It was, wasn’t it. I hope Paul treats my sister well.”
“He will. He seems like a nice enough guy,”said Jim, as he opened the door for her. Julie slid into the passenger seat. The cool leather felt good. She let the back of her dress slide upwards in the back allowing her bare bottom to rest on the cool leather. She had chosen not to wear any underwear at all. Jim slid into the drivers seat, fastened his seat belt and started the car, before looking over at Julie. He sensed her mood. He put the car into gear and pulled out of the driveway. He gave the car some gas and they were quickly into the flow of traffic. Julie’s hand unseen rested between her legs, softly massaging herself. She always liked the smell of leather. One finger dipped into herself. Her little bud was engorged, and alive. The waves of pleasure began in her. Jim was busy concentrating on driving. He wasn’t paying any attention to Julie. Julie fished around in her purse for her handkerchief, and found it. She pressed it between her legs just as she came. It soaked up her wetness. The nipples of her breasts poked through the fabric of her dress. For whatever reason Julie was excited. She was tempted to have Jim pull over, but she wanted to be home. The car sped along, and Julie just went with the waves of pleasure coursing through her. At long last, she let sleep find her, all the while Jim drove, and she became lost in herself. It had been a pleasant day as the sun now became lower in the sky, and she slept.
