“Now it is your turn,” Ashley said.

Davio quickly stood and divested himself of all his clothing. Ashley noticed that his manhood was already enlarged, ready to provide her with pleasure. He walked to the bed and asked Ashley if she would lay down. He wanted to look at every inch of her beautiful body. She lay back, bringing her knees up and spreading her long legs at the same time. When Davio watched her spread her legs it was almost his undoing. He wanted to bury himself deep inside her, but he knew he needed to slow down. He wanted to take the time to give her pleasure, hoping that she would forget the pain of the past.

Davio didn’t know it, but Ashley had been doing some research about sexual activities. Once she had determined in her mind that she wanted him to make love to her again she had started searching the Internet for was to please a man. Some of the things she had seen had been shocking initially, but then she read more about male sexuality and learned that certain activities could drive a man wild with desire. This was exactly what she had planned for Davio. She wanted to hear him beg. She rolled on her side and leaned on one elbow. She kissed him first on the lips, but then she started to move lower. She found his nipples and lingered there a few seconds before starting to move on down his body. Davio felt her hand as she found his taunt manhood and wrapped her fingers around it. He sucked in his breath when her mouth followed.

Ashley had read that taking a man inside the mouth was something that men loved. She remembered how good it had felt when Davio had used his mouth on her. At first she was unsure if she would be able to do it, but she found that Davio tasted good. She worked her hands and her mouth at the same time, enjoying the feeling of domination.

Davio was about to go crazy. The feel of Ashley’s hot mouth covering his manhood was almost his undoing. He had not expected this from her, but he didn’t want her to stop. He couldn’t ever remember anything that felt so good, but he knew that he could not last long. He was feeling the beginning of an orgasm when he told Ashley that she better stop before it was too late.

Ashley had read about that too. Apparently men liked it when they were allowed to spill their seed inside a woman’s mouth. She knew that Davio was getting close, and she intended to push him over the hill. She increased the pressure with her hand and mouth, working faster to increase his pleasure. She knew that he was powerless to do anything except enjoy the sensations that she was causing in his body. He was moaning in pleasure at this unexpected act. Suddenly he grabbed the side of her head and held her tightly in place as he bucked and sent his hot seed sliding down her throat.

Davio could hardly believe what Ashely had just done. He was planning on giving her great pleasure, but he never once thought that she would beat him to the punch. What’s more, she actually seemed to enjoy it. Wow! That was an orgasm that would be difficult to top!

Davio started kissing Ashley the way she had kissed him. He started at her neck and moved down. He took each of her beautiful breasts in his mouth and sucked gently. He watched as her nipples hardened in response. Soon he moved down to her belly button and teased her as his tongue darted in and out of her mouth. He skipped her womanhood, instead turning her over on her stomach. He started kissing her down her back and onto her buttocks. Ashely was surprised how good it felt for him to kiss her back. She lay there and closed her eyes, allowing her body to just feel. She felt Davio lift her hips off the bed, causing her to balance on her knees. She felt him spread her knees, allowing him complete access to her womanhood. In her research she had read about this position and how it gave the woman so much pleasure because it allowed the man to go deeper inside. Her body jerked when she felt his hot breath close to her clitoris. He then took it in his mouth and started alternating between sucking and gently biting.

Davio continued his assault on her womanhood while Ashley buried her face into the pillow to keep from screaming out loud with pleasure. Davio was doing things to her that felt so good she never wanted them to stop. She felt him bury two fingers inside her hot canal, sliding in and out, imitating what he was going to do with his manhood. He felt her juices and knew that it was time. He placed his hard manhood at the opening of her canal and gently pushed in as far as he could go.

Ashley was filled with Davio’s manhood. In this position he was much deeper than he had been when she was on her back. It felt so good to feel him so deep inside. He started moving slowly, pulling out and pushing back in, teasing her with pleasure. She knew that she could not last much longer. Already those feelings of pressure were starting to build in her loins. She was shocked when she heard herself beg Davio to go harder and faster. Soon Davio was pounding hard and fast, bringing them both to the ultimate brink of passion and desire. He felt Ashley start to convulse around him, making it impossible for him to stop. He heard her scream when his hot seed spilled deeply inside her.

  Chapter 5

Davio was determined to make the most out of a short weekend trip. Florida was always beautiful and the weather was usually warm. He knew of a great place to eat where they would have their choice of fresh seafood. Baha Joes was located along what was called the Miracle Strip, a non-stop happening place along the beach. There was always a lot of activity in the area because there were lots of things to do. Baha Joes offered food that could not be found anywhere other than Florida. The seafood buffet offered fresh caught shrimp, crab legs, monk fish, and so much more. He knew that Ashley would enjoy the variety, and their afternoon activities had left them both hungry.

Ashley could not believe the size of the buffet in Baha Joes. There was every sort of seafood anybody could think of and she was trying to figure out how to try it all. She started out with oysters on the half shell, then moved onto the crab legs. She savored every bite, knowing that she would never be able to get food like this in Chicago.

After their meal, Ashley and Davio drove up and down the strip just taking in the sights. They stopped at a gift shop and Ashley picked up a couple of items that she intended as keepsakes. It was just fun to be in a place where she could relax and enjoy her surroundings. She had to admit, Davio was proving to be a great travelling partner. He was very attentive and wanted to make sure that she had a good time. She wished they had longer to stay, but at least she got to enjoy the short time they had.

Davio and Ashley finally returned to their suite, full from their great meal, and tired from all of the shopping. But Ashley was not too tired to take a walk along the beach. That was one of the best things about the trip. Walking along the beach, feeling the sand wash away with the tide, and hearing the sound of the crashing waves was one of the best feelings in the world. Davio held her hand as they walked along the water’s edge. They spotted a pier about a mile down the beach and decided to check it out. Once they got there they noticed several people were fishing from the side of the peer. It was a beautiful night with stars and a bright moon shining on the water. The wind hit them both in the face as they strolled to the end of the pier.

To Ashley this was a magical place. She looked at the waves as they crashed along the shoreline. The reflection of the moon seemed to ripple with each wave, making it look like it was alive. This is a place where people can throw all of their cares away and just enjoy living. She and Davio just stood at the end of the pier, holding hands and looking out at the ocean. No words needed to be said.

Davio and Ashley finally decided that it was time to return to their suite to get some sleep before the plane ride home the following day. Ashley hated to see this magical day come to an end, but she knew that Monday was not far away and they had to get back to the real world. Surprisingly, she fell asleep quickly when she hit the bed. Before she knew it, Davio was shaking her awake and telling her they must get up and check out of the suite. She couldn’t remember a time when she had slept so soundly. Reluctantly she sat up on the side of the bed, trying to wake up enough to get dressed. She smelled coffee and headed in the direction of the smell.

After checking out of the hotel, Davio found a small rest
aurant that served breakfast. When they walked in the door they discovered they would have to wait about 20 minutes because the place was filled with diners. They decided to wait outside where they had a great view of the ocean. They watched as people started stirring around, getting an early start at the beach. Ashley knew that she was going to miss this place. It was so pretty here. She hoped that one day she would get to come back and stay longer than just the weekend.

Soon they were called to their table and the waitress asked them if they were ready for coffee. Both nodded yes before taking a look at the menu trying to decide what they wanted. Ashley chose sausage, eggs, and hash browns, and Davio decided to go with French toast and crisp bacon. When their food arrived they discovered why the place was so busy. The food was excellent, cooked to their liking. Ashley couldn’t remember the last time she had enjoyed breakfast so much.

Davio paid for their meal and they headed for their rental car. Ashley wished they had more time. She was enjoying her time with Davio, but she knew that it would soon come to an end. When they arrived back in Chicago she would return to her apartment, and to her bed, alone. But at least she would have her memories of her weekend with Davio. Maybe there would be more of this kind of weekend in the future. In spite of all of the warning bells inside her head, Ashley found herself drawn to Davio. She knew that she was dangerously playing with fire, and her heart was the one that would be hurt. Davio lived a dangerous life. Ashely had always heard that there was only one way out of the mafia, and that was death. A sudden shiver went through her body at the thought of anything happening to Davio.

  Chapter 6

When they arrived at the small airport the man working at the gate told Davio he would have to wait awhile before taking off. The weather was supposed to turn bad within the hour. Ashely knew that in Florida it was not uncommon for a storm to blow up unexpectedly, but they usually left just as quickly as they came. Ashely looked around her at the blue sky and wondered about the man’s prediction. She watched as Davio pulled up the weather on his cell phone. Sure enough, there was a dark cell just a mile or so west of them, and it was headed their way. Fortunately, it seemed to be just the one cell, with clear skies behind it.

Davio went ahead and loaded their suitcases onto the plane before the storm hit. He was anxious to get into the air, and didn’t want to waste any time once the storm had passed. He looked up at the sky as it started to turn black.

When the storm arrived, it was a nasty one. There were strong winds, lightening, and heavy rain. Ashely and Davio stood inside the terminal watching it from the window. Ashely was glad they had waited instead of getting caught in such a storm during flight. The rain was falling so hard they could not see the Porchelli aircraft, and they did not see the lightning strike that hit the rear of the plane.

Finally, the storm passed and Davio and Ashley headed for the plane. Just as fast as the storm arrived, it moved on, leaving hot steam rising off the runway. Davio started up the plane and when through all of the checks before heading for the runway. Everything seemed to be okay, the fuel tank was full, and they should be home in just a few hours. Davio began taxing down the runway, preparing to take to the air. Ashley felt it when they lifted off the ground and began climbing in altitude.

Once again Ashley was admiring the view from the air. Things looked so different, much like a puzzle, with each piece fitting neatly into the next one. Davio seemed to be a skilled pilot, making the ride feel smooth and steady. Suddenly Ashley heard an alarm go off. She watched as Davio checked his gauges and had a concerned look on his face.

“What the hell,” Davio exclaimed. “I checked when we left the airport and we had a full tank of fuel. Now it is saying we are dangerously low and must land immediately.”

“What will we do? Is there an airport nearby where we can get more fuel,” Ashley asked.

“No, the next airport is in Birmingham, and according to the gauge, we don’t have enough fuel to get there,” he said.

Ashley felt fear run up her spine. Panic was threatening to take over and she feared what she would do if it did. She tried to console herself by telling herself that Davio is a good pilot and he will figure something out.

Ashley was not the only one who was about to panic. Davio knew they were I serious trouble. He didn’t know how they were losing fuel, but he did know that he needed to look for a clearing where he could make a crash landing. He tried to remain calm so as to not upset Ashley. He didn’t want to scare her, but he needed to be realistic.

Davio spotted something that looked like a field just ahead. He knew their only chance was for him to set the plane down in that field.

“Listen to me carefully,” Davio said to Ashley. “I need you to go to the rear of the plane and buckle yourself into one of the chairs back there. You will be safer the further back you are.”

Ashely was not having any of it. She wanted to stay right here with Davio. If they were going to die, she wanted to at least be holding onto him.

“I am not kidding Ashley. Go to the rear of the plane NOW! I am going to have to crash land this plane in that field up ahead and I need you to do as I ask,” Davio said.

Ashley heard the determination in Davio’s voice and decided to do as he told her to do. She reluctantly go up and turned to head for the rear of the plane.

“Hurry, get yourself strapped in,” Davio said.

Ashley did as she was told. She felt hot tears stream down her cheeks. She didn’t know when she had ever felt such fear. There was a real chance that both she and Davio would be killed when the plane went down. She could feel them lose altitude and knew that any minute they would hit the ground.

Davio took a good look at the field, trying to determine the safest place for them to land. Fortunately, the field looked fairly large and flat. There were no trees to get in the way of his landing, but he knew there was the real possibility that the plane would break up when it hit the ground. He called on every skill he had, just hoping that he and Ashley would survive.

Davio watched as the ground came closer. He had done everything he could to hold the plane steady. The best chance him and Ashley had was for the plane to land on its belly and scoot to a stop. If the nose was down too far it could throw the plane into a spin, disintegrating and throwing the two of them out. He held tight on the controls, just waiting for impact. The plane did land on its belly, but it broke in two, sending the pilot’s section in one direction and the tail in another. Davio could only pray that Ashley had survived the crash.

Endurance (BWWM Mafia Romance Book 3)

  Chapter 1

Ashley and Davio had taken off from a Florida airport, headed in the direction of Chicago. A storm delayed their take-off, but fortunately it had passed quickly. Davio was unaware that the plane had been hit by lightning, causing the fuel to leak from the plane. He was caught off guard when the low fuel warning sounded, telling him he must land immediately. He spots a field ahead and knows that the only chance him and Ashley have for survival is to land in the field. Still, he will have to do a crash landing, putting their lives in danger.

Ashley did not want to go to the rear of the plane, but Davio had insisted. He told her that was the safest place to be in a crash landing. She held onto the seat as tight as she could, scared to death that both of them were going to lose their lives. She felt the plane hit the ground and heard the sound of tearing metal. She closed her eyes, not wanting to see what was happening. When she finally came to a stop she opened her eyes to discover the plane had broken in half, leaving her staring at the open field. She started screaming for Davio, not knowing if he had survived or not.

Davio had been knocked unconscious when the plane hit the ground. When he came to he heard Ashley screaming his name. He unhooked his seatbelt and checked for injuries. There was blood coming from his head, but his arms and legs seemed to be okay. Still addled, he got out of the plane and looked around to find the rear of the plane missing. He he
ard Ashley screaming and started in the direction of the sound.

Ashley was terrified that Davio had been killed. She quickly unhooked her seatbelt and climbed out of what was left of the plane. She spotted Davio walking toward her and stated crying uncontrollably. They both had survived! She ran toward him and threw her arms around his neck. She could not talk for crying so hard. Davio was still disoriented, but he knew that Ashley was in his arms. His knees gave way and he fell to the ground.

Ashley looked at Davio and realized that he was injured. Blood poured from a cut on his forehead, and she feared that he might have a concussion. Survival instincts kicked in and she started searching for something to stop the flow of blood from Davio’s head. She found clothing that had been thrown from their suitcases and quickly grabbed an undershirt, ripping it into pieces. She took part of the fabric and quickly wiped off the area to determine how deep the cut was. She was happy to find that it was not very deep, and would likely quit bleeding soon. She took one of the stripes of fabric and tied it tightly around his head, hoping to stop the flow of blood.
