Bonnie Chau is from Southern California, where she formerly ran writing programs at the nonprofit 826LA. She received her MFA in fiction and translation from Columbia University. She has been awarded fellowships from Kundiman, the Fine Arts Work Center, the American Literary Translators Association, and Vermont Studio Center, and her writing has appeared in Flaunt, Drunken Boat, The Offing, Joyland, Nat.
