“This is my niece,” I said then everything started coming back to me when I tried to escape it. I am the worse sister alive and Tokyo will never forgive me.

“Damn, Tassana! You over there ready to cry! I would call her for you but you are Annapolis’ most wanted! Don’t nobody like you, shorty!” Dez said to me.

“Chill the fuck out, nigga!” Osari said to Dez.

“My bad, nigga! It slipped out!” Dez said. Dez sat down at the end of the couch going through his phone. “But whatever you do or whatever Osari say, do not move back!” Dez said to me. I wanted to leap across the couch to choke him out!

“Your food is on the stove. I will holla at you later. I’m leaving my car here so you can get to work tonight,” Osari said.

“Where are you going?” I asked him.

“To take care of something real quick!” he spat then walked out the door with Dez following behind him.

It was now ten at night and I was about to work the overnight shift. When I walked outside to Osari’s car there was an eerie feeling. I looked up and down the street before I turned around to lock my door.

“Go back in the house!” a deep voice said to me. I hurriedly walked into the house and the man walked in behind me.

“What do you want?” I asked as my hands started to shake. It might be someone I fucked over! I knew it was coming but I was just praying it didn’t happen until after I had my baby.

“Sit your ass down and don’t say shit!” he said to me. I sat down on the couch then he turned the light on.

“Who the hell are you?” I asked him. The man looked around thirty years old. He resembled Kauzie in the face. The only difference was that he didn’t have dreads and he was thick, solid thick like he was in jail just lifting weights. He had a small tattoo under his left eye. It looked like a mole from afar but I could tell that it wasn’t. His eyes were like Kauzie’s only a little lighter. This big guy was fine! His body size reminded me of Lil Scrappy’s.

“I’m Quron! I don’t want to hurt you but I fucking will! All I want is for you to cooperate!” he said to me. His phone rang then he answered it.

“What’s good, Armory? The nigga ain’t here but his car is!” Quron said into the phone. Osari was right about Armory! This is some fucked-up shit! I’m about to get caught up in someone else’s mess and not even my own! Quron hung the phone up then looked at me.

“All I want is that bitch, Tasira! I won’t leave this motherfucker until I get her! If your nigga don’t bring me his sister then you better fucking pray!” he said to me.

“Nigga, why the fuck are you here?” I asked him, getting pissed. I was about to miss work for this shit! I was still on my ninety-day probation! I don’t have nothing to do with Tasira!

“I can’t find that bitch nowhere! So, this is my last straw! Don’t feel bad though. My nigga Armory was really feeling you but he had to get close to you. Osari is a little smart nigga. He don’t trust too many people so we figured we could use you to lead us to her,” he said.

“What do you want me to do?” I asked him. I don’t give two fucks about Tasira! If I wasn’t pregnant and didn’t have a job I would’ve looked for her for them.

“Give me your phone,” he said with a gun pointed to my head. When I gave him my phone he snatched it. I didn’t have a lock on my phone, so he scrolled through my contacts then dialed out. He had to have been calling Osari.

“What you want, shorty? I’m busy!” Osari answered the phone.

“What’s good, my nigga? I see that you are all grown up! Got a baby on the way and all that!” Quron laughed.

“Who the fuck is this and what the fuck are you doing calling me from my shorty’s phone?” Osari said with venom in his voice.

“Quron! You forgot about me, didn’t you? Remember I was the one who looked out for you after your pops died! Put your mama in that expensive-ass home in VA!” he said with sadness in his voice.

“This is a fucking joke! Quron is dead! Now, stop playing games with me and tell me what the fuck is up! You want money or what? You better not fucking touch my shorty!” Osari said, getting hyped.

“Nigga, this ain’t no damn kidnapping! Keep your damn money! Bring me Tasira! I want that bitch right now! She thought she killed me! That crazy bitch is delusional! I spent five years in fucking jail behind that bitch! Tell her daddy is home and he came to play!” Quron said.

“Nigga, you got to be out of your rabbit-ass mind if you think I believe this is some motherfucking Quron!” he said. Quron pointed his gun at me then fired. I screamed as I ducked down on the couch.

“Now, that was a warning shot! The next shot is going to be successful! Where is your sister at? I been looking for her since I got out and I can’t find her!” Quron said to Osari.

“You shooting at my girl, nigga?” Osari said, getting pissed off.

  “Bring me Tasira!” Quron spat.

“Why the fuck would I do that?” Osari asked, pissing Quron off because he was being difficult.

“Because she was the reason your pops was killed, nigga! I bet you didn’t know that she was a part of that gang initiation! It was a small gang she was in and they all have snakes tatted on their wrists! She was going to have her own mother raped to be the girlfriend of the head nigga that was in charge! So, yeah your sister’s been a busy, sneaky manipulative bitch!” Quron said and Osari got quiet.

“Nigga, I don’t believe that! How would you know if she wasn’t even fucking with you then!” he said.

“I was locked up with the nigga she did it for! That’s how I fucking know! You don’t believe me ask her who Scar is and the meaning behind that snake tattoo on her wrist! In the meantime, I’m not leaving this fucking house until you bring me that bitch!” Quron said, hanging up.

“That little nigga was pissed!” Quron chuckled.

“I don’t necessarily find that shit funny! You pointed and fired a gun at me knowing that I’m fucking pregnant! You sick piece of shit!” I said to him.

“Tasira is the bitch in charge, huh?” he asked, ignoring what I just said.

“To my understanding, yes she was,” I spat.

“She stole my shit and got on with it. All that shit she took from me and I want it back. She took my life from me. Killed the bitch I knocked up. I thought me cheating on her was what set that bitch off. It took five years for me to realize the bitch was already like that!” Quron said. From what he just told me it sounded like I was going to become someone like Tasira if I hadn’t stopped doing my dirt. Her story was almost like mine except there is no way in hell I would do something like that to my mother. Tasira was filled with hate just like I was. In all reality Tasira is the person who made me want to change. I hated the bitch so much I didn’t want to become like her.

“Why does she think you are dead?” I asked him.

“My baby brother was in the house. He fell asleep on the couch when Tasira set the house on fire! She burned that shit down! I had all of my cars there so she must’ve thought I was home. When I came home my house was in flames! I knew she did that shit! But anyways, I rode around looking for her with a gun in the car I was driving. I was going to kill the bitch! But the brake light went out in the car I was driving. When I was pulled over for it they found the gun and I got charged with it. That bitch moved back to VA to be with her mother and brother. She hit up all of my stash houses and safes! She had the codes to everything! She didn’t even stick around to figure out she killed my little brother! He was only fourteen years old!” he said. I just picked up his accent and noticed it was the same as Armory’s.

“Are you from New York?” I asked.

“Yeah, that’s where I met that bitch! She had just moved down there to go to college. That bitch fucked my life up!” he said.

“Can you just let me go? I don’t like her either but I don’t want to be involved in this shit! I need to go to work!” I said to him.

“I can’t do that, shorty! I’m not leaving this motherfucker
until he brings me his sister. I’m not trying to hurt you but I will. You just don’t know how long I’ve waited to get out to kill this bitch! I counted the years, days, minutes, and seconds while I was locked up!” Quron said. I hope Osari believed what Quron told him because now my life was on the line. I hope he finds Tasira and finds her soon.

  Chapter 19- Kauzie

I was chilling at No Hands’s crib with thoughts spiraling through my mind. I have never dealt with a crazy bitch like this before. I thought Tassana was giving Tokyo and I hell, but Tasira is uncontrollable! Tokyo and I were staying at my parents’ house because Tasira took shit too far when she put a snake in my daughter’s crib.

“Yo, this bitch is crazy! It’s almost impossible how crazy that bitch is! I’ve never witnessed someone acting like this over a nigga! I don’t even know what the bitch’s pussy smells like and she won’t leave me the fuck alone!” I said to No Hands.

“She must be on some good shit to be acting like that. I didn’t know black women could get like that. Nigga, if I was a movie writer I swear I would make a killing off this storyline! That bitch is past coo-coo! You wouldn’t think a beautiful bitch like her would have so many missing marbles,” No Hands said. There was a knock on his door. I told him I would get it as I got up. When I opened the door it was the little nigga Osari.

“What’s good?” I asked him. No Hands didn’t fuck with Osari because of Kyree. I hope this little nigga didn’t come over here on some confrontational-type bullshit!

“Have you seen my sister?” he asked me. I hope this nigga don’t think I’m fucking that crazy bitch.

“Naw, nigga, and if I did she wouldn’t be breathing! I’m going to kill that bitch!” I told him.

“She been stalking you and you don’t know where the fuck she is? I need to find that bitch!” he said.

No Hands came to the door then grilled Osari. “Kyree ain’t here, nigga! What the fuck do you want?” No Hands asked him.

“That’s your bitch! I didn’t come here to rap to you! I wanted to holla at the nigga that answered the door!” Osari said.

“Nigga, don’t be knocking on my fucking door!” No Hands said, getting hyped up.

“Nigga, you ain’t shit but a fucking joke to me! Too bad I’m not in the mood to clown with you! All I want is my sister and that’s all! I can’t find her! Her phone is off and nobody has seen her!” Osari said.

“Well, go knock on Kauzie’s door then, nigga!” No Hands said.

“I’m not dealing with this stiff finger-ass nigga! Come rap to me when your fingers start working, so I can knock your slow ass the fuck out!” Osari said, walking down the steps. I shut No Hands’s door then called out to him. I didn’t know the nigga that much, and as bad I wanted to knock him out for pulling out a gun on Tokyo, I couldn’t. He didn’t know it was her plus she said he is cool peoples.

“Your sister has been sneaking into our house. That bitch put a snake in my daughter’s crib! She has taken shit too far and I’m giving you a heads up right now! When I see that bitch I’m strangling her,” I told him.

“Do your thing! But I need to find her first,” he said walking off then turned around. “Yo, how she get inside your house without you knowing?” he asked me.

“We have a home inside of our home. It’s one of those immigrant houses. I didn’t know I had that shit in there,” I said to him.

“We used to live in one before my pops got killed. That shit used to be fun growing up as a kid. Hide and seek was the shit! We used to get in from underneath the house,” Osari said then he got a weird look on his face.

“Where do you live again?” he asked me. I gave him the address because I no longer cared. I was selling that house. I had it on the market already. They can keep the furniture and all! I don’t trust nothing inside that house.

“That’s our old house! She knows the shit like the back of her hand. Damn, that shit is crazy! I can’t believe you live in our old house!” Osari said. Now, it was all making sense how she was coming and going without anyone knowing.

“You are not the first nigga she did this to! It just so happens she knows how to get inside your home. She snapped after she was fucking with this nigga, Quron! She falls in love with anyone who reminds her of him. That’s her way of feeling like he is alive. Fucked up part about it is that he isn’t dead and she doesn’t know yet! I can’t believe this shit!” he said.

“Come take a ride with me. You know the house better than me. See, if she is still in there,” I said to him. He looked at me as if contemplating whether he was getting inside my truck or not. This little nigga doesn’t trust anybody! I don’t even know how he ended up fucking with Tassana.

“Let’s go!” he said, walking towards my truck. Thirty minutes later we were pulling up to my crib.

“Damn, you fixed this shit up, didn’t you?” Osari asked, talking about the house. I looked upstairs and the light was on in my daughter’s room. When Osari got out and shut the door, the light turned off. That bitch was still in there and nobody could find her!

I unlocked the door and Osari followed behind me. I heard the clicking of high heels coming down the stairs. Osari pulled his gun out from behind him. I turned the hall light on and there she was smiling at me.

“I couldn’t wait till you came home alone! Now, we can have some alone time!” Tasira said. When she walked down the rest of the stairs she saw her brother and her face dropped.

“I know you had done some fucked up shit, but this shit here is too far, Tasira!” Osari said to her. I couldn’t help but slap the fuck out of her. She fell back onto the stairs then I slapped her again.

“Bitch, you had a snake in my daughter’s crib!” I said, choking her as she clawed at my arms. Osari wrestled me off his sister. She started coughing with blood dripping from her lip. She looked at me then smirked.

“Why are you fucking with these people? Mama been worried about you and nobody has heard from you! You got your number disconnected!” Osari said to her.

“Shut the fuck up, Osari! You took over and now I don’t have shit! You went behind my back and found a new connect!” she said then started scratching.

“You’re high, aren’t you? What are you on now? You are on something else! Look, at you! You lost weight and you look a hot-ass mess!” he said to her.

Tasira looked at me then blew me a kiss. I slapped the hell out her. This time she was laid out on the floor not moving.

“Take me back to my whip! I got it from here!” OSari said. This nigga was up to something! I could see it in his body language that Tasira must have done something to him too. Osari picked her up then put her over his shoulder. He threw her in the backseat of my truck. When he got inside the truck he started loading his gun with more bullets. All he has to do is give me the gun and I would shoot the bitch myself.

“Your sister pissed you off, didn’t she? You was supposed to shoot me for knocking her dumb ass out!” I said to him.

“That’s not my sister! That bitch is all highed up! I don’t know who that scandalous bitch is!” he stated not showing an ounce of emotion. Something else was going on and I didn’t give a fuck! I just hope this nigga kill this bitch and get over it with! I pulled up to Osari’s car that was around the corner from where No Hands lived. He got out then grabbed his sleeping sister from off my backseat. He threw her in the backseat of his car; she hit her head on the door.

“Good looking out! I apologize for you and shorty having to go through that! Putting a snake in y’all’s daughter’s crib? That bitch lost her mind!” he said, shutting the door. I gave him a head nod then pulled off.

I arrived at my parents’ house forty-five minutes later. When I walked in, Tokyo was sitting in the living room on the couch watching TV. Kylee was in her bassinet sound asleep. I sat down next to Tokyo then put my arm around her shoulder. I started telling her everything and she wasn’t surprised, she was just mad because she wanted to get to Tasira before anyone else did.

&nb
sp; “So, that crazy bitch was just in the house and made herself known when she thought you was by yourself? I’m not surprised that her and her family used to live in that house. She knew that house too damn well! I hope her body washes up onshore! Someone needs to off that bitch!” she spat.

“I feel like this is the last of her. She pissed someone off tonight. Osari looked like he didn’t give a damn who she was to him. She must have really done some fucked-up shit to him,” I told her. Kylee woke up crying, so I picked her up and rocked her.

“You are spoiling her.” Tokyo laughed.

“This is my baby girl, shorty! Look at her. She got all of her daddy’s looks,” I said, kissing Kylee’s forehead.

“Well, I hope she has my attitude!” Tokyo said.

“Keep thinking that,” I said. My father came down the stairs with his robe and flip-flops on. That man never slept or kept still!

“What’s up, Pops? What are you doing up this late?” I asked him.
