“I am fine me and Drew here are just doing a little shopping before daycare” Sharon replied.
At that Cindy ran into the store. Everything was happening just like her dream. She quickly ran to the break room ignoring Wallace’s greeting, which was also the same.
When in the breakroom she looked at herself in the mirror. “You are not crazy Cindy, it’s just some weird dejavu. Get your head on straight,” she told herself. Sweat was beading on her forehead, her eyes dilated now. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath and went to work.
Everything was running smoothly and there was no more cases of the surreal dejavu until Cindy heard an ear splitting shriek. She then heard a malicious laughter in her head. After a few more screams she walked cautiously towards the electronics department. She cried at the sight she saw: a man in a tank top was biting a young boy while other people stood covered in blood from being bitten. “Not again!” she cried. The malicious laughter in her head came back taunting her as she screamed.
Alternate Ending II
Cindy sprinted through the parking lot, the death of Wallace Green seared into her mind. She dodged the onslaught of the undead until she was tripped up by a woman running to safety. An undead cart boy fell unto her and started biting. Cindy struggled to avoid the jaws of the zombie, she pushed up under his chin keeping her distance. The cart boy slapped her hand away and bit down unto her neck, spraying blood over her face. With adrenaline pumping through her veins, Cindy flipped the undead boy over and ran to her car, blood gushing.
“The world around her was fading now, she was losing blood fast. Cindy made it to her car and collapsed. She stared into the darkening sky, seeing the color bleed out. The sky had now turned gray. Cindy Drawstring took in a deep breath and went still.
Moments later she was standing shuffling around like the others, searching for meat. Cindy Drawstring’s consciousness was almost all but gone, she watched through her own eyes, a gray world. She tried to move, but she was no longer in control. She was a prisoner in her own body. She watched in horror as she watched her corpse grab a man and bite down onto his neck. It was like wearing a virtual reality headset, only it was her tragic reality. She caught a quick glimpse of her reflection in the man’s glasses and saw her eyes were milky white. Cindy looked on in horror as her body fed upon the dead man. She ceased her feeding when she heard gunshots. Her body turned and approached the origin of the noise. John Stenson was on his roof shooting the monsters.
John! John please help me! Oh God! Save me! I can’t stop! Her body approached the store and she stared intently at John. He stared back at her and muttered something inaudible and leveled his weapon. No! Please stop! It’s me! It’s Cin- She screamed in her head as she watched the bullet glide into her right eye. Everything went white.
