Chapter Six
DEREK
I could tell she was nervous.
Yes.
The beast loved it when she was nervous.
Vulnerable.
Ripe for the taking.
I’d taken care picking out her outfit. I knew exactly how I wanted her to look, what message I wanted her to convey to all the sniveling sobs in the room.
She was a Princess. A Goddess. Mine.
She wobbled on her sparkly silver stilettos as we entered the main room. It was a large ballroom, sectioned off into play-spaces. Some had privacy curtains, while others had their dirty deeds on full display. In the middle was a dance floor full of gyrating bodies. And towards the entrance, to our right, was the bar.
One look at Alexandra’s pale face and wide-eyes, and I knew she needed a drink. Badly.
It was a lot to take in, all the exposed flesh, the collars and cuffs, the sounds of beatings and moans. And while her outfit was far less scandalous than some of the others, I’d made sure she’d shine and sparkle. I wanted her to stand out in the crowd.
Simply because she deserved to. She was better than them. I tugged her over to the bar, her hand gripping mine like a lifeline. Once there, I ordered her a bourbon on the rocks.
“And what would you like, Sir?”
The sub working behind the bar eyed me up like a piece of candy. I scowled at her.
“Water.”
I wanted a clear mind tonight. I didn’t need alcohol loosening the hinges on the beast’s cage. It was pent up enough as it was since I hadn’t fucked my Venus yet. I didn’t want to tempt fate by drinking too.
“Whoa,” Alexandra said, eyeing the bartender with distaste. “She wasn’t exactly subtle, was she?”
“All the people who work here are submissives. They’re members who volunteer,” I clarified at her confused expression, “who get off on serving people. Especially Dom’s.”
“Was she trying to get you to be her Dom?”
I laughed.
“Maybe. Not my type, though,” I said, giving Alexandra’s ass a pinch.
She squealed, but she was smiling now, and that was all that mattered. The sub placed our drinks in front of us. Alexandra leaned against the bar and sipped hers slowly as she watched the crowd. She eyed a pair of women walking by. I followed her gaze and froze. That dark hair, the curvy frame, and symmetrical face, and the boney red-head at her side.
It couldn’t be. She wasn’t supposed to be here.
They walked by, and I let loose the breath I was holding. It wasn’t her. It wasn’t Vanessa. Just a woman who looked like her from afar. Who also happened to be walking with Saskia, my sister’s henchperson, best friend, and an all around cunt-face extraordinaire. I briefly wondered why Saskia was escorting a Vanessa look-alike around the Club before I decided I didn’t care.
When Saskia passed us by, she gave me a bitchy little smile that made my upper lip curl.
God, I hated that woman.
Alexandra watched them both with wide eyes. Two Dommes, decked out in corsets and leather and latex that clung to every curve. Strong, confident, unbreakable. Doubt filled her face, and she looked down at the floor, mumbling.
“There are a lot of beautiful women here.”
Fuck you to a million burning hells, Saskia.
She had to have known that I was here with a new partner. Had to have known that look, that stupid, fucking smile she gave me, would jolt Alexandra.
“I hadn’t noticed,” I said, looking at her. “The red-headed woman works for my sister. We know each other.”
“You know each other?”
“Yes.”
“Was she…did she and you?”
I laughed, harder than I’d meant to.
“Hell, no. I despise that bitch.”
Alexandra blinked, but a smile pricked the corners of her lips.
“I don’t know why you’re so worried about me,” I said, my fingers tracing up and down her arm, “when every man who walks by can’t stop drooling over you.”
Indeed, the beast had been growling, furious, at the men whose gazes lingered. Men whose gazes were not just appreciative, but covetous. I’d glared at them until they got the message.
Alexandra was mine.
“Next time, I’ll have to put you on a leash,” I murmured, fingers finding their way to cup her chin.
“Oh,” she said, her voice a bit breathy, “I think I’d like that.”
“I don’t care if you like it or not, Princess.”
My mouth pressed against hers. She tasted like bourbon. I pressed harder, opening her mouth until our tongues tangled together. It was time to loosen my Princess up and show her a good time. I wanted to get her hot and bothered and ready to play.
Because she and I were going to put on a little show tonight.
She just didn’t know it yet.
LEXIE
It was overwhelming, the flurry of people. So many different types of people. Decked out in leather, latex, vinyl, or nothing at all. The masks worn by some were especially disorienting. Even a little creepy. Heels taller than skyscrapers clomped by, tits were everywhere, and a few dicks too. Derek had warned me that clothing was not required. He had told me that I’d be dressed appropriately.
If anything, I felt overdressed. All the crystals stuck out like a sore thumb in the sea of black. But I had a feeling Derek liked it that way. I was his little Princess, and he wanted everyone to know it. The bourbon warmed me, loosened me up, and by the time I’d finished my second one, I was ready to dance.
I fought the urge to stick my tongue out at the sub behind the bar. She eyed Derek’s ass as we walked away, so I put a hand around on firm cheek and squeezed. It was an act Derek returned ten-fold. His arms enveloped me as he growled, pecking at my neck. I caught the bartender’s eye and she glanced away.
Good.
Derek was mine.
And I didn’t care if I was supposed to be the submissive one. I didn’t submit to her or anyone else. I wanted all these bitches to know that Derek belonged to me.
His hands were warm as they encircled my waist. He pulled my ass against his crotch and began moving to the rhythm of the music. I lifted my arms and let them rest around his neck.
I didn’t think we’d ever danced like this before.
Derek’s cock twitched, and I moaned.
I had a feeling I was going to enjoy dancing dirty with him. Very, very much. I ground against him, working him up and exciting him. His hands roved over my body and the crystals jingled.
This wasn’t an ordinary club where people had boundaries. No, other couples were all but fucking openly on the dance floor. And the way Derek and I were going, we weren’t too far behind.
He groped my breasts, deep and hard, squeezed my pebbled nipples, and I didn’t care. I didn’t care that we were writhing like rutting animals in front of everyone. Because this was a place where people didn’t judge. This was a place where people were free to be themselves.
I moaned and rested my head on his shoulder. My hands fell to his waist. I clung to his belt loops and used them to keep my ass pressed against his stiff arousal. I hoped he’d fuck me tonight. At last. Because I needed it. Every push against that hard, thick cock, had my core quivering for it.
I didn’t care what the consequences would be. Didn’t care if he’d punish me. Nothing was stopping me from having his perfect cock fill me up tonight. Derek’s fingers brushed my belly button, one hand still pinching my nipples.
“Please, Sir,” I moaned.
“Right here? In front of all these people?”
His warm breath tickled my ear, the sensation toppling like dominoes through my neck all the way down to my throbbing clit.
“Yes.”
“Naughty, dirty little slut.”
I moaned. He brought his hand lower and slipped it beneath the barrier of Swarovski crystals. He circled my hardened bud expertly, swirled my juices around it, so my knees buckled.
/> “Can you come for me, Princess,” his teeth grazed my earlobe, “right here. In front of all these people?”
I shuddered.
“Yes,” I gasped.
Close, I was so close.
Movement at the back of the room caught our eye. A murmur rippled through the crowd as the music changed to something low and pulsing, the dancing stopped, and a velvet curtain pulled back to reveal a…I blinked at what I was seeing…a gold throne.
“Shit,” Derek said.
He removed his hand and pulled me by his side. The crowd parted down the middle to create a path. I saw the red-headed woman from earlier sashay up to the throne.
“Get on your knees,” she commanded. Everyone was silent, awe-struck. “Your Empress is gracing us with her presence.”
Everyone fell to their knees. Derek included, so I followed suit. I glanced at his face, jolted to find he was mad. Not just mad, but furious. His shoulders shook with rage and his hands were balled into fists.
“What is it?” I asked, as a hush fell over the crowd and the click of heels started at the far end of the room.
“My sister,” Derek said, trembling with rage.
Chapter Seven
DEREK
She wasn’t supposed to be here tonight.
She promised me she wouldn’t be here tonight. I didn’t have time to pull Alexandra away. It’d attract too much attention, would be too much a breach of club etiquette. Because if there was one thing you didn’t do at Club Midnight, it was disrespect the Empress.
My fucking sister.
I had to say, I was surprised. Vanessa usually kept her word. She was respectful about these things, stayed away from me and the women I played with at the club. Not that I’d brought anyone here before, but she always stayed away when I asked her.
So what the fuck was she doing here? Tonight? Of all nights?
I rolled my eyes at the show she was putting on—decked out in skin-tight vinyl, holding the chains to two collared slaves draped over a shoulder. The men were beautiful, of course, impeccable. Vanessa always knew how to make an entrance.
Even if she was always the one people looked at.
Those heels clicked our way. She should have kept going, should have ignored us. Instead she stopped. My body trembled. I wanted to punch something. God damn it, Vanessa. Her eyes met mine, and she nodded, as if to say, I know. I’m sorry. Then those purple eyes, those damn violet eyes that everyone lost their shit over, slid to Alexandra.
Alexandra gaped at my sister. Openly gaped as she peered up at her through lowered lashes. Vanessa gave her a kind smile the had Alexandra blushing bright red. It was over in a flash, but it felt like an eternity before she moved on, walking until she settled herself on that ridiculous throne.
We had to wait. Wait until she told us to get up. Here in the club, we were her court, and to disobey meant expulsion. I seethed, watching as she took her time getting settled, having one of her slaves bring her a drink, needing to sip it first before she waved a clawed hand at us.
The music picked back up, the members rose, and the dancing began anew. Alexandra was pale and shaky by the time she stood up. Those sea-green eyes turned on me, livid.
“You said she wouldn’t be here,” she hissed.
“She wasn’t supposed to be.”
“I never would have agreed to this if I’d known she’d be here.”
She stomped off towards the bar. I knew the signs. My bratty little Princess was close to throwing a tantrum. Like she had the night of the hurricane. I’d strung her along, let her go too long without fucking her, and now she was at the end of her rope.Vanessa had been the last straw.
I shot a glare at my sister.
You’ll be hearing from me later.
She sighed, but looked remorseful.
Sorry.
We’d always been able to read each other’s faces. Always been close like that. Close enough that it wasn’t weird seeing her here. Not for me, at least. I didn’t really understand it, our relationship, why it wasn’t weird when it would be for so many others.
We just didn’t see each other as sexual entities. We didn’t recognize one another as sexual partners. It was just that kink was a shared interest. Nothing more and nothing less. And I knew it was hard to understand, and even harder to face as an outsider. Knew that Alexandra had wanted to make a good first impression when she met Vanessa.
I wished I could tell her how little Vanessa cared. That this did nothing to tarnish her in Vanessa’s eyes, Alexandra wouldn’t see it that way. So I followed her to the bar, just in time for her to put in her order.
“Make it two,” I said to the bartender.
Because, by now, I needed a fucking drink.
LEXIE
I refused to look at Derek as he downed his shot. Refused to look at the stunning woman sitting on that throne at the far end of the room. I felt stupid. Small and stupid. I couldn’t believe that was how I met the Vanessa Drake.
“I’ll be damned,” Derek said, seething, “if my sister ruins the night for us.”
I buried my face in my hands. “I’m so embarrassed.”
“Why? It’s her club! You think she hasn’t seen it all?”
“That’s not the point.”
“What is it then? Because she’s rich and powerful?”
“Don’t be ridiculous.”
“Then what?”
I hesitated and took a sip of water. I was upset because when I met Derek’s family, I wanted it to be under different circumstances. My brow furrowed as I unpackaged that sentiment. What was I thinking?! As if it even mattered—this wasn’t a normal relationship where that sort of thing was an important, landmark event.
I told myself to get it together. We weren’t dating. I repeated that over and over to myself as the anger and embarrassment began to quell.
“Nothing. Let’s forget it,” I said at last.
I glanced towards the back of the room and was relieved to find she had left. If Derek was the epitome of masculine appeal and sexiness, she was the opposite, the pinnacle of feminine mystique. I’d seen pictures of her, but I always assumed they’d been heavily touched up to make her look so damn flawless.
But, no. She was a rare and incredible beauty. The kind of beauty that men went to war over, the kind stories and songs were written about. To be a genius and a billionaire too?
She was one lucky bitch.
“You’re thinking about her,” Derek said, leveling a glare at me.
I shrugged.
“Don’t! Stop. This is why I…,” he pinched the bridge of his nose. “This is why I don’t talk about her being my sister. Vanessa gets into people’s heads.”
I wondered what it had to be like, to have grown up with a sister like that. To know that no matter what you did, you’d never shine as bright. I recognized we were about to go down a dark road. It was a path that would not lead anywhere near me having my fun with Derek tonight. He was right—I, too, would be damned if I let this ruin our night. It was time to change the mood.
“The only thing I can think about,” I purred, grinning, “is your fat cock. Pounding into me. Again and again.”
Derek’s eyes flashed. His hand gripped my wrist and he pulled me away from the bar.
“It’s been so long,” I said as he dragged me towards the elevator. “I need you.”
“What would you do to have this cock, Princess?” he asked, pushing the up button and pulling me close.
Up—that meant we were going to a different level. I shuddered, spinning to face Derek.
“Anything,” I whispered against his lips.
The door pinged open and he pushed me in, all the way to the back of the elevator, where he planted his mouth on mine. He pinned me there with his muscular body, and I moaned against his tongue.
Fuck, I loved this.
Loved being overpowered by him.
Only him.
His teeth scraped my bottom lip as he pulled away for a moment to pr
ess the button he needed. The moment the doors slid shut, he was on me again. Hands roving, dick hard and ready against my pelvis. Desire consumed me like wildfire, and I feared my arousal would start to drip down my thighs. The crystals would do little to keep it contained.
I hardly registered the ping of the door opening. It wasn’t until Derek pulled me out of the elevator that I realized we’d arrived. The floor was dim, but quiet. No, not quiet, there just wasn’t any music. But I could hear other sounds. The sounds of pleasure. Gasps, moans, and screams. Also, the sounds of pain. A flutter of excitement rattled me and my heart skipped a beat.
It was nothing more than a hallway, similar to one you’d see in an apartment, with doors on both sides. So many doors. They all had engravings on the outside, carved into the wood and painted gold. I noticed each engraving was a different variation of an eye.
Some doors had eyes that were wide open, others were shut, and the door we stopped at, the one Derek opened with a terrible grin, had several eyes. All wide open and staring.
“This floor,” Derek whispered as he pushed me into the room, “is all about Voyeurism.”
I emerged into a crowd. All eyes were glued to the couple on the stage at the far end of the surprisingly large room. Those eyes watched as that couple had sex on stage. In front of everyone. Several of those in attendance were touching themselves or others.
“Voyeurism,” Derek said, “and Exhibitionism.”
The door shut behind me. I swallowed down my nerves as an inkling of what Derek had planned crept into my mind. Surely, we weren’t going up there?
I stared at the couple on stage. A man was strapped around what looked like a mechanical bull, except it wasn’t moving. His arms and ankles were chained around it as he lay face down. His ass was high in the air, and the woman behind him…she was…I did a double take.
“Oh my god.”
“Never seen a man pegged before, Alexandra?”
Derek had come up behind me. Those hands began exploring my body again. I stared as the woman fucked the man over and over with a big, black strap-on. Pegging, he’d called it.
