She peered at it. ‘I can’t really see it, to be honest, but I’m sure it’s amazing.’
He groaned. ‘Typical. Practical Banjo.’
‘It’s from you, Tom. It’s my engagement ring. I love it.’
‘Okay,’ he said, a smile in his voice. ‘Deal sealed?’
‘Deal sealed.’ She found his lips in the darkness. ‘And now my way.’

Sasha Wasley was born and raised in Perth, Western Australia. She is an author in many genres, including mystery, paranormal and romance. Her debut novel The Seventh was published in 2015. Today she lives and writes in a wine region with her partner and two daughters, surrounded by dogs, cats and chickens.
