Breakaways Page 20

by Lily Harlem

She kept on going, tipping the base to the bed a little, hoping that would mean the tip would rub over his prostate.

“Fuck!” He drew up his legs and dug his heels in to the covers. His cock twitched, and he grabbed it.

“Hold the slats, Harry,” she said firmly.

“Jeez,” he muttered and did as she’d asked, releasing his cock.

She paused, allowing him to pant through the new sensations she’d given him.

“That’s it, just breathe, mate,” Evan said, glancing between Olivia and Harry. “Breathe.”

Olivia found the switch at the base of the vibrator. She wasn’t sure what Harry’s reaction would be, but she intended to find out now she’d gotten this far.

She licked her lips and stared at his cock. She was still holding his balls so couldn’t stroke it.

  “Are you ready?” she asked.

  “For what?” Harry said.

“The best bit.” She flicked the switch.

“Fuck!” He bucked upward, but she stayed with him.

His belly tensed further, his thighs clamping around her.

He was at her mercy. She loved it. And he was loving it, too.

“Oh my God, my cock. Olivia, I need.”

She was about to release his balls, grab his erection and work him, but Evan beat her to it.

He wrapped his fist around Harry’s meaty shaft and pumped him hard.

Harry stared down at Evan’s hand as if unable to believe what was happening.

“Come,” Evan said. “For fuck’s sake, man, come.”

“I am. I am.” It was as if holding on to the headboard was the only thing anchoring Harry down. He flailed and strained, his back arching and bowing.

Olivia used the pulsing vibrator to gently but rapidly fuck his asshole. Each time she hit full depth and smoothed over his prostate, he twitched and moaned.

Within seconds, the first shot of cum left his cock.

Evan rose onto his knees, hunching forward to apply a quicker, firmer movement.

Harry gritted his teeth and grunted.

Another pearly string of cum landed next to the first. He was shaking and sweating, his body completely owned by her and Evan.

A final burst of pleasure landed over the others, basting his stomach.

Evan released him, grabbed his own cock, and masturbated furiously. He stared down at Harry’s abdomen with his hair hanging over his face.

Olivia turned the vibrator off and slipped it from Harry’s ass. She leaned over and dropped it to the floor. She’d sort it out later. For now she wanted to watch Evan.

“Ah fuck, yeah…” Evan tipped his head to the ceiling and thrust his hips forward. Pleasure released from his cock tip, landing on Harry’s belly. He kept on going. More cum spurted as he groaned and thrust into his hand.

Eventually he stilled and stared down at Harry’s abdomen. He released his cock. “I have no fucking idea why I did that.”

Olivia reached for him. “Because it felt right—isn’t that what we’re doing here?”

“I guess.” He was breathing fast, his cheeks were red.

Olivia suddenly felt exhausted. As Harry clamped his legs together, she dropped down next to him, her head landing on the pillow.

Evan did the same on his other side.

“Did that feel good, Harry?” she asked, dipping her finger into the well of cum in his navel then smearing it over the hairs running to his cock.

“Good, more than goddamn good.” He blew out a breath. “Didn’t think it would be.”

“Not gay at all, are you?” Evan said with a huff.

“Hey, you just jerked off all over me, that’s pretty damn gay.”

Evan shrugged, and a grin played with his mouth. “I guess I am a little bit gay…but only for you, Vidal.”

  Chapter Twenty-Four

After a second shower, Olivia, Harry, and Evan went down to the kitchen. Harry had carefully cleaned the vibrator and locked it away, storing the small silver key high up so the children wouldn’t find it.

“Pizza is ready,” Raul said, grinning. He was clearly pleased with his new kitchen and all the supplies.

Olivia was hungry again so happily took a slice of cheesy-topped pizza out onto the decking. “Is this dry?” she asked, looking down at the clean boards.

“Aye, I’d say so,” Lucas said. “They were just being cautious. Nothing is going to stay wet for long in this heat.”

The kids tumbled out. There appeared to be a plan to climb the big tree.

  “Careful,” Olivia called.

Harry stepped next to her. He had his phone out as he munched pizza.

“What are you doing?” she asked.

  “Nothing.”

“Yes you are.” She peered at the screen. “Twitter again.”

  He shrugged. “It’s a habit.”

“A habit you can’t indulge in when there’s no Wi-Fi.”

“But there is.” He grinned and pressed a kiss to her cheek. “So I can.”

  “Mmm.”

“Shall we lift this stuff up?” Mason said, indicating the new barbeque and furniture. “So it’s done.”

“Aye, I’ll help you.” Lucas jumped over the railing, landing softly on the ground.

Evan appeared, also eating pizza. “What’s going on?”

“The kids are climbing a tree. Mason and Lucas are sorting out the decking furniture, and Harry’s on Twitter.” Olivia raised her eyebrows.

“Twitter?” Evan nudged Harry with his shoulder. “Come on, mate, let’s get the barbeque area set up. This is the best it’s ever looked.”

Harry glanced about. “Yeah, it is a pretty cool place to barbeque.” He used his phone to take a photo of the view.

“I’ll go and watch the kids,” Olivia said, “get out of your way.”

“The big tree is safe enough for them to play in,” Evan said, “but don’t let them go down to the river, where all that reed is.”

  “Why?” she asked.

“Snakes.” He mimicked Lucas by bounding over the railing and landing next to the brand-new barbeque.

  “Snakes?”

“Yeah.” Evan shrugged and straightened. “You’re in the bush now, remember.”

Olivia swallowed. Snakes were not her favorite creature. “Okay, I’ll tell them.”

“And don’t let them play with bugs and spiders. Most things here bite pretty bad. Probably worse than Africa.”

“Yes, I’ll tell them that, too.”

As she walked to the beautiful big tree, which was shaped like an enormous cloud, she wondered how sensible it was was to bring up a family with snakes and poisonous bugs all around.

“Get a grip,” she said to herself. “Plenty of people live here.”

The kids were having a lovely time. They’d managed to climb up into the low branches and were peering out of the leaves.

“Can you see us?” Amal called.

“Yes, but only just.” She laughed.

After a few moments, and she’d given strict instructions about snakes and bugs to the children, Raul joined her.

“Hey,” he said. “How are you feeling?”

“I’m getting tired.” She rubbed her belly.

  “Si, me, too.”

“Do you think someone else will bathe the kids tonight? I just want to go and lie down.” Tiredness had come over her like a crashing wave.

“Of course, I will do it. You go up to bed now.” He studied her. “Are you sure you’re okay? No pains?”

“No, nothing like that.” She stroked his cheek. “I’m just tired. I’m sure that’s normal. And thank you, for sorting out the children.”

She lay on the bed, marveling at how her energy had been sapped by the day, it was as if a tap had been turned on and she was now empty. But she was content to listen to the men arranging the barbeque area and the boys splashing around in the tub under the watchful eye of Raul.

Banna’s room now had a tiny en suite, which Olivia
thought quite appropriate, considering how outnumbered by males Banna was in the house.

Olivia wondered if she’d have twin girls. That would balance out the genders a little bit.

She closed her eyes and dozed, enjoying the sounds of a busy house getting ready for the night. It had been an eventful day, surprising and satisfying.

Several hours later, she woke to the sound of an owl hooting and found Raul fast asleep on his back at her side.

Snuggling closer to Raul, she sensed movement in the bed behind her. She turned. It was one of the twins.

He reached for her, and she felt for a thumb ring. Found it.

“Go back to sleep,” Mason murmured against her hair. “It’s gone midnight.”

“Mmm,” she said, closing her eyes.

She must have slept for a while, but then the owl woke her again. Except it wasn’t the owl. It was loud screaming.

  She sat bolt upright.

Mason had already done the same and was leaping out of bed.

“It’s one of the children,” Olivia said, panic gripping her.

What’s the matter? Is someone in the house?

“Wait here,” Raul said, “I will go and see.”

By the time he’d reached the doorway, Mason was walking through it, holding Darius, who was snuggled into his neck and breathing fast.

  “What happened?” Olivia asked.

“The wee fella had a nightmare,” Mason said, rubbing Darius’s back.

“Oh no, what about?” She flicked away the covers so Mason could get into bed with Darius.

“Dinosaurs,” Darius said with a sniff. “They were chasing me.”

“Oh, that’s not nice.” Olivia kissed his head and stroked his hair. He was warm and clammy. “But they’re not real, not anymore.”

“And you are safe with us,” Raul said. “We will not let anything hurt you.”

  “I…I know.”

Mason lay down. With the light of the moon, Olivia could see his eyelids were heavy.

“Go back to sleep,” Olivia said to Darius. “Here’s a little place for your head.” She tapped the pillow next to her.

He quickly snuggled down, gripping Mason’s arm as he did so, his fingers tiny against Mason’s big biceps.

Olivia smiled. Her heart was beating rapidly after the shock of waking to a scream. But soon it settled, and she was aware of herself drifting off again.

Until, that was, the covers moved around her feet, then lifted, allowing in a cool draught. A small wriggly body crawled up the bed, beneath the sheet.

“Amal, is that you?” she whispered.

  “I’ve lost Darius,” he said.

“He’s here, look.” She put her finger to her lips. “But don’t wake him, or Mason or Raul.”

“I won’t.” He slotted his slim little body next to hers and placed his thumb in his mouth.

She wrapped him in her arms. He smelled of bubble bath and soap. “Why do you do this now?” she asked, gently tapping his thumb.

He pulled it out. “I like it.” It went straight back in.

“Oh, okay.” She tugged him a little closer. “Try and go back to sleep. We’ve got a busy day tomorrow.”

  “Doing what?”

“I’m not sure, but it’s bound to be busy.” She yawned and closed her eyes.

The children they’d taken into their care were good, sweet kids, but they’d had a traumatic start in life. There were bound to be a few issues along the way, but if the odd nightmare and thumb sucking was as bad as it was going to get, she could live with that.

When she woke again, Amal was gone. Everyone was—she was alone in the huge bed.

She twisted to see the clock on the bedside cabinet. It was mid-morning. When she dropped her head back to the pillow she realized moving had been a mistake.

Her stomach clenched. An acrid taste bloomed in her mouth. She looked at the en suite door.

  Could she reach it?

She had to try. Quickly, she rushed across the room and made it to the toilet. There was nothing to come up. Her stomach was empty.

For several minutes she sat with her eyes closed and enjoying the cool tiles on her shins. Then she stood, flicked the shower on, and stood under the flow of water. She’d be glad when the morning nausea eased up.

But even after the shower, she still didn’t feel great, so she pulled up a chair and sat with a view of the garden. Banging and loud voices had caught her attention.

There was activity around the tree. All the guys, and the children, were dragging and carrying planks of wood there and winching it up with several ropes.

Amal and Darius seemed particularly excited. Darius was on Mason’s shoulders, passing nails to Evan and Harry who were in the branches.

Banna appeared to be helping Raul make some kind of ladder structure.

  “A tree house.” Olivia smiled.

Evan had mentioned building one the day before, in the café. It seemed the children were making him stick to his word.

She was content to watch them. Sitting quiet made her feel better. She dozed on and off, her body completely relaxed.

After a while she heard the door click open.

  “Olivia, are you okay?”

She didn’t turn at the sound of Lucas’s voice but kept her head still.

“Yes, it’s only the morning nausea.”

“It’s well past morning now, you’ve slept most of the day.” He stepped in front of her. “Here, I brought you this.”

“Thanks.” She took the glass of iced water and a biscuit. “I should try and eat something.”

“Yes, you should.” He turned and stepped up to the window.

She switched her attention to his butt. Encased in tight faded denims, with a brown leather belt which had seen better days, it really was one heck of a cute ass.

“The tree house is coming on,” he said. “Will soon be finished.” He paused. “Quicker if Harry could stop taking pictures of it.”

“Him and his phone.” Olivia sipped her water, appreciating the cold ice refreshing her tongue.

Lucas turned back to the room. “How’s that?”

“Nice, thanks.” She took another sip, then handed it to him. “Can you put it down for me?”

“Oh dear, you are feeling rough.” He took it and set it on the dresser.

“I’ll be okay soon. It passes.”

He picked up a brush and stood behind her. “You haven’t even combed your hair today.”

She touched it. “Sorry, I’m a mess. I managed a shower, that’s about it.”

“I didn’t mean that. You always look gorgeous. I meant I’ll do it for you.”

Very gently he began to ease the tangles from her hair. He didn’t tug or pull or yank, just patiently and methodically tidied her knotted hair.

Olivia relaxed into his touch. It was nice to have a sensation other than nausea.

When he’d finished, he kissed the top of her head. “Anything else I can do for you?”

“That was lovely, thanks.” She held up the biscuit. “I’m going to eat this, then maybe lie down for a while. Hopefully then I’ll be able to come downstairs.”

“Okay, I’ll tell the others so no one disturbs you. But if you need anything, just shout, okay?”

Fortunately the biscuit stayed down, and after a couple more hours’ sleeping, Olivia began to feel hungry and restless. She took that as a good sign.

After pulling on shorts and a t-shirt, she went down the stairs. Pausing at the bottom, her nostrils were filled with the scent of cooking. She was becoming used to the moment of uncertainty she had whenever she smelled food. Was it going to turn her stomach or make her ravenous?

  Ravenous.

She followed the smell and the sounds. The guys were all on the decking, which now looked like something from Beautiful Home Magazine. The barbeque was enormous, the biggest she’d ever seen, and was being christened with steaks and sausages. Tall-backed comfy chairs were set around a huge glass
table that was in the shade, thanks to a parasol tilted against the dipping sun. Banna lay in a hammock with her legs crossed, reading. An assortment of bronze pots had been placed around, each containing large frondy palms.

“There you are, hen,” Mason said, setting down his drink and standing. “We missed you.”

She smiled as he set a kiss on her cheek.

  “Come and sit down.”

  “Where are Darius and Amal?”

“In the tree house.” Harry grinned. “They love it.”

  “I bet they do.”

“But don’t worry,” Evan said, “it’s safe—well, as safe as we can make it.”

“Every little boy should have a tree house.” She smiled. “Oh, these chairs are nice.” The seat padding was super soft as she sank into it.

“Cool, huh.” Harry grinned. “Those steaks ready yet, Raul?”

  “Si, if you want rare.”

“That’ll do me.” Harry grabbed a plate from the center of the table. In bowls sat slaw, bread, corn, and a pile of potatoes drenched in mayonnaise.

“You okay with all this food around, Olivia?” Lucas asked hesitantly.

“Yes.” She rubbed her stomach. “I’m hungry now.”

“This is very good news.” Raul grinned her way. “And I have a small but perfect steak cooking for you.”

Soon they were all tucking into their first meal on the new decking. Eating outdoors was always something Olivia loved, but eating outdoors, in her new home, with her new family, made everything pretty much perfect. Darius and Amal had both declared steak was their new favorite dinner over and above pizza. Banna was non-committal.

“We should have a few days’ rest,” Evan said as he pushed his empty plate away. “It’ll be busy next week when the ranchers come in.”

  “Why?” Harry asked.

“There’ll be a few thousand head of sheep for us to look after.” Evan folded his arms and sat back.

  “Can’t the ranchers do that?”

“Not for free. My mother paid them until the end of the month, so she said. They’ll bring the stock back, then head off and look for more work.”

“What do the ranchers do exactly?” Lucas asked.

“They go where the sheep go. Sleep under the stars, take care of them.”
