Money Is King: The Complete Series Page 31

Mink was truly the biggest bitch in the world, but truth was I did miss her. The girl could ride a dick and suck a mean one too. But she was poison like a black widow sneaking up on its prey. She was like venom from a rattle snack traveling a seventy miles per hour to consume your entire body. I shifted my body, pumping eagerly into her mouth, fucking it like it was a tight sweet pussy. My thrust became longer and more powerful with every sensually wet sensation I felt and the wetter she allowed her mouth to get coating my dick entirely the more that feeling racing through me took control.

“UGH!” I bellowed clenching my teeth.

I grabbed my dick in my hand stroking it rapidly back and forth releasing all of my creamy white shot onto her face. I grabbed her hair not giving a fuck about messing it up, gripping tightly as I slapped my dick on her eye a few times shooting the remainder of it out. She didn’t mind. She was nasty that way. She rubbed it in casually like it was lotion wiping a bit off with her finger sticking it in her mouth for flavor.

“You happy now baby?” She smiled kissing the tip of my dick like she wanted some more.

“Naw.” I breathed. “Go clean that shit up.”

She did as she was told sauntering her fat juicy ass past me as my hand got a little slap in. Mink bounced all the way to the bathroom while I pulled my pants up noticing Ms. Pearl pull up out front. CJ exited the car with the quickness. I managed to complete my belt buckle just in time before his little hands broke through the door. He ran right passed me into the kitchen and to the garbage having finished his meal in the car. Ms. Pearl didn’t let him eat McDonald’s very often because she claimed it wasn’t healthy enough but when he did get it he went dead in, no games.

“You enjoyed yourself, son?” I asked as he flew back into the living room using his Superman toy to fly around with him.

“Yeah dad, It was awesome!” He replied plopping down on the couch.

“You know he always has a good time at that restaurant.” Ms. Pearl said handing me the meal that I asked for.

“Awe, momma you didn’t have to do this. I was just joking.” I smiled feeling grateful since I was hungry as hell.

She waved me off while sitting her purse on the floor next to the couch before slew footing it to the kitchen. Mink waltzed her ass back into the living room flopping down next to me on the couch looking for her meal. Immediately she knew her momma wasn’t fucking with her on that level, not enough to buy her some food and huffed to blow off steam. Before I knew it she was laying on my shoulder leaning her rat nose in my food looking for yet another hand out.

“Mink you can beat it. I haven’t eaten all day thanks to you and its now damn near 3pm.” I said stuffing my face with another bite of my burger and about four fries.

“Damn all I want is a taste. You’re so fucking stingy.” She smacked her lips.

“I just gave you a taste remember. You went and washed it off. You need be glad that I gave your ass that cause you won’t get it again.”

“What? So you just used me yet again? You ain’t shit Cesar. All you do is think about yourself.” Mink huffed crossing her arms and pouting. “Get your shit and get the fuck out my house.”

“Man, shut the fuck up. The only one who can put me up out this house for damn sure ain’t you.” I snapped finishing my food tossing the empty contents back in the white paper McDonald’s bag. “Aye boy, go get your things out the room. You going with me.”

CJ looked up into my eyes happy as ever. I had never seen his face light up so brightly. Ms. Pearl made her way back into the room catching the ass end of my sentence shooting me an almost sad expression. Her disposition let me know that she didn’t want him to go but I had to be able to give him a break from the drama that surrounded him. Not to mention that I hadn’t kicked it with him in forever. But she knew that I would always bring him back to see her with no problem.

“So you taking him huh?” Ms. Pearl asked scooting down onto the identical couch on the opposite side of the room.

“Yeah, Gotta spend some time with my boy.” I said standing to head to the garbage can.

“I don’t know why you want to spend time with him now. You weren’t thinking about him when you were all wrapped up under that bony light skinned bitch.” Mink stood shoving my back as I walked towards the kitchen.

I ignored her even though she followed me to kitchen and back. When I walked past the CJ’s bedroom I could see him scurrying to put his shit in a backpack to leave. He was excited and couldn’t wait to get up out of there. Mink looked in the room at how fast he was preparing his things and swiftly became annoyed by his sudden urge to want to leave. She had saltiness splashed all over her face. I leaned on the front door with my arms folded waiting for him to finish knowing that the look on Mink’s face when we walked out the door would be priceless.

“I don’t even know why you want to take him up out of here anyway. He ain’t your damn kid.” Mink revealed sucking her teeth.

  “Mink!” Ms. Pearl yelled.

“Shut up momma. This is between me and him.” Mink scolded tapping her foot.

“Bitch, don’t play with me right now. You’re just saying that shit so I won’t take my son up out of here and leave your lonely ass alone to wallow in your own shit.” I replied trying not to allow my blood pressure to flare up.

“Whatever. Think what you want. But if you wanna be his daddy so bad then your dumb ass is gonna have to start lowering some child support. Bitch!” Mink danced, laughing in the process.

“You’re a stupid ass. The joke’s on you. You can’t get child support for something you don’t have. Tomorrow I’m going downtown so I can file the papers to sue your ass for full custody. Shake your ass on that.” I smirked never flinching an inch as her entire demeanor changed in the blink of an eye.

  Chapter 11—Mink

“Nigga; how the fuck you plan on just taking my kid from me? So you can live with perfect Patty in a big ass high rise or something with my son like y’all the American family or some shit? Naw, I’ll be damned if you take my shit up out of here.” I snapped jolting my hands on my hips.

“Mink, Mink now you know you’re wrong and you need to gone and let that man have his son. God knows you ain’t doing much with him.” Momma jumped in.

“Why are you always on an outsider’s side and never my side? Stop jumping for the next muthafucka and jump for me.” I begged. “Momma, tell him to get the fuck out of your house. He will see CJ when the court says he can.”

Momma just turned her head around in the opposite direction of us and threw her feet up on the coffee table. I was unappreciative of her lack of respect for my situation. She was always sticking her nose in the business when it was only convenient for her. It’s just like when I was a kid, she was never there for me then and she isn’t there for me now. I was beyond tired of her bullshit too. While she was sitting there pretending to be sleep and not listening, she had better hope that I don’t find a big ass pillow to smother her ass with tonight.

“You’re not taking him and that’s final.” I said turning back to Cesar realizing I was going to have to settle this dispute, once again, on my own.

“Says who?” Cesar laughed watching CJ peek his head around the corner to see if it was safe to come out or not. “Come on son. You can come out.”

“Okay dad. Just a few more things and I’ll be ready.” CJ yelled back, his head disappearing out of view.

“You won’t get full custody for something that isn’t yours dumb ass.” I grinned shoving my left shoulder trying to get me riled up.

“Man, you keep thinking that just because you say that you’re gonna get your way. He’s my son, that’s my name on his birth certificate, and that’s my name he’s got. You’re not keeping me from my boy.” Cesar growled.

“When are you gonna get it through that thick skull of yours? He’s not your damn son. Tell him momma.” I said bringing her back into the conversation.

“Naw naw Mink. You’ve wet your bed now yo
u’ve got to lay down in it. Don’t sit here and try to use me in the middle of your mess.” Momma responded turning her nose up at me.

It was sickening that Cesar wouldn’t believe the words that I spat at him. Any other man would have been happy to be let off the hook especially after ten years of bullshit but he just wasn’t letting go. He stood there in his holier than thou stance like he knew he had the upper hand on me this time. I wasn’t letting him get out that door with my son even if it took every breath in my body to fight him off. It was obvious that my own damn momma wasn’t about to give me an aid or assist in this, so I needed to make sure that my point was made. CJ wasn’t going no fucking where.

I ran to the room to lace up my sneakers, remaining in my jeans and tank that I had on earlier. I pinned my long weave back into a ponytail just in case he tried to get feminine and grab my shit for leverage. Just to make sure he didn’t mess up the one thing that meant more to me than CJ, I took two fingers and dug in the small jar of Vaseline sitting next to the table. I smeared it in the palm of my hand rubbing them together before sliding it all over my face. He wasn’t about to destroy my beautiful face. I needed it to pay the bills once I found me another sponsor.

Back in the living room, I could see that momma was silently pillow talking with Cesar trying to whisper things to him before I got back. Her phony ass could have said the shit when I was there instead of doing it behind my back. But it only furthered the truth that she was scared of me too. I already knew it but she only just confirmed it. Cesar looked me up and down already knowing what time it was. He laughed placing his hand over his mouth before lowering it revealing a stern expression that I guess was supposed to scare me at this point. CJ returned to the living room looking at all of us with his engorged backpack and a rollaway suitcase grinning from ear to ear.

“I’m ready!” He said walking right up to Cesar as he rubbed his head.

“No! You’re not going anywhere! Take that shit back to the room and sit your ass down.” I spat wrapping my hand tightly around his arm.

“Look at what you’re doing to the boy. Look at his face.” Momma said placing her feet back down on the ground. “Mink you are stressing this boy out now. Let him be with his daddy now.”

“Stop getting into my business when it’s convenient for you. I just asked for your help and you shot me down. So butt out you old hag.” The words just flew from my mouth.

“Mink, you will not disrespect me in my own house. Remember you need a place to stay, not me.” Momma said before Cesar grabbed CJ’s other arm.

“Let him go Mink. He don’t even want to be with you.” Cesar said pulling CJ towards him.

“How do you know? You didn’t even ask him if he wanted to go with you. You just told him to get dressed.” I retorted.

We pulled back and forth on CJ like he was a thick tug of war rope. I was not letting go and from the looks of it neither was Cesar. He was just as stubborn as I was when it came down to winning. But I was not one to back down from a fight. He should have known that much about me. The more he yanked towards him I yanked even harder towards me. Momma sat there with her eyes bulging from the excitement looking as if she wanted to jump in and save her grandson from the bullshit he was trapped within.

“Let him go! He’s my son.” I roared curling my lips up at his ass.

“No you let go. You only want him so you can use him as your sympathy money bag any fucking way.” Cesar retorted pissing me off.

“STOP!” CJ screamed at the top of his lungs. “Stop fighting over me. I can’t take this shit anymore.”

“Boy, you better watch your mouth in front of your grandmother.” Cesar said slapping him in the back of his head.

“Ugh. His grandmother? What about his mother? I deserve respect too. That’s what’s wrong with you muthafuckas. You want me to give you respect but you’re not willing to give none.” I snapped pulling CJ towards me and to my left side winning the war.

“Whatever Mink. I told you that I was coming to get him at the end of the summer anyway. This shit ain’t new to you. He’s coming to live with me and that’s that.” Cesar boasted like I had was supposed to accept his word and keep my mouth shut.

“You two need to calm down and ask the boy who he wants to go with. Just ask him whom he wants to live with for good and whomever he chooses the other needs to just accept that and move on with life.” Momma said like she already knew what CJ’s answer would be.

I knew she was directing that statement towards me. She could have kept that shit. All I wanted to do was to be able to keep the one thing in life that no one should have been able to take from me. If I had been throwing it in Cesar’s face a long time ago that CJ wasn’t his, we wouldn’t even be having this problem. I should have been using that to hurt his ass all these years instead of keeping it locked away while he was spending that cash. I was blind then but had I known he would try to leave and take my son years later I would have been broke his spirit with this shit. Niggas never need to have the upper hand like that in any aspect. Now he felt like he was the better parent for my son.

“Fine. CJ, son, who would you like—“

“Dad.” CJ responded cutting me off before I could get the rest of my sentence out.

“Dad? But he’s not even your real dad, honey. What about me huh? I’m the one who takes care of you and makes sure you get everything your heart desires. You wouldn’t have half the shit you got if it weren’t for me.” The words, though hurtful, rolled off my lips like water on glass.

To say that I was hurt was an understatement. But to say that I was livid would be more accurate. Cesar didn’t know what I felt inside. He thought I was just this cold-hearted bitch that cared for no one and nothing. In actuality, I loved my son. He pissed me off at times and has grown to be more disrespectful than I would have liked him to be but nonetheless he was my seed. The only thing that I had in this world that was of me and would ride with me no matter what he thought. I felt like they had each turned this muthafucka against me on purpose. They wanted to erase me out of the picture, out of his life for good.

“They’ve turned you on me. Haven’t they?” I said allowing my voice to crack to inject empathy into their hearts for me, playing on their weaknesses.

“What? No one’s trying to take this boy from you or turn him against you now, Mink. Why would you think such a thing? You’re always thinking the worst of somebody.” Momma replied.

“I’m not stupid.” I said looking down into CJ’s big brown hate filled eyes. “You don’t love me no more, son?”

“Not really.” He said as Cesar smacked him in the back of the head again.

“Boy! What is wrong with you? Apologize to your momma.” Cesar said as I brought my surprised eyes up to his.

It was the first time in a long time that Cesar had actually taken up for me. It made me realize that there was still a glimmer of hope in his heart for our family. But knowing him it needed to be dealt with slowly. He rushed into a relationship with that bimbo and he would need some time to realize that we belonged together. That wedding was not happening, that’s for damn sure. Still, I appreciated his standing up for me just then.

“Naw, dad. She choked me in the room just before you got here. Grandma came in at the last minute and didn’t see it.” CJ tricked staring up at me.

“What? Is that what was going on in there that you didn’t want to tell me?” Momma asked him rising to check his neck for abrasions.

“Yep. She was choking me and I couldn’t breathe. I thought I was going to die. But she didn’t care she just kept choking harder and harder. That’s how she got the knot on her head right there. I punched her to get her off of me.” CJ continued as Cesar checked over his body as well.

“Oh my God! Mink, what the hell were you thinking putting your hands on this child like this? Are you out of your damn mind?” Momma said turning to me.

“He’s…he’s lying. I never put my hands on him.” I responded in a low tone backing
up slowly from the scene before becoming louder. “Stop lying boy! You stop that shit right now!”

“Naw, he ain’t lying. Your ass is lying. And you wonder why I wanna take my boy up out of here. Bitch if you ever put your hands on my son again, I’m gonna personally beat your ass myself.” Cesar snarled through his teeth.

“Don’t be sending me out no threats nigga. You don’t fucking know me. I’m not scared of your ass.” I replied.

“Don’t be. You’re not supposed to be scared of me. And keep your fucking hands to yourself and you won’t need a reason to.” Cesar stated pimping off towards the front door with CJ in tow. “Momma Pearl, I’m gonna call you later.”
