He started to laugh and put his foot on the gas. “I’ve thought that but wasn’t sure. The look on your face just told me what I needed to know though.”
“So, we are good?” she asked. “Because now I’m starting to think about training wheels again.”
“We’re good. We’re going to be great pretty soon too.”
“I’m holding you to it,” she said.
They parked in his garage and she got out, him walking by her and putting his hand on her lower back. He was always reaching for or touching her and she liked that. Sometimes it was chivalrous, other times flirty.
When they got in the house, he threaded their fingers together and just brought her right to his room. “There is no reason to stop. I can tell you are nervous and I want to do everything I can to ease that.”
“You don’t need to. I’m already at ease,” she said, hoping he believed her. There were nerves still, but not enough to make her want to run out of the room.
He turned and faced her, put his hands around her cheeks and lowered his mouth to hers. She started to warm up and melt like she always did. He just had some smooth moves on him.
Her jacket was slipped from her arms and dropped on the floor, then there was a breeze on her lower back as the zipper was releasing, his hands going on her bare skin. So soft and smooth, yet firm at the same time.
His mouth went to her neck and slowly started to nibble. “Turn around and put your back to me.”
She did and found she was facing out the huge wall of ceiling-to-floor windows looking at the ocean and moonlight coming in. Total romance move there.
“It’s beautiful.”
“You’re beautiful.” His fingers were trailing down her arms and up, his mouth moving all over her neck and collarbone, featherlike, chills erupting all over her body. She wasn’t cold there. No, that wasn’t possible at this point.
Somehow her dress was lowered from her waist and then dropped to the floor, her bra following. She could see the reflection of his body behind hers in the windows, his hands moving over her breasts.
“This is kind of naughty in front of the windows,” she said in a whisper.
“No one can see us. There is no one out there. But you can see what I’m doing to you in the reflection. You can see the care I’m taking with you.”
“I can,” she said telling her again how he was so much different than any other man she’d been with before.
His fingers were massaging her breasts, flicking at her nipples that were rock hard and wanting more. Her back was arching into his, pushing her tender flesh into his grip some more.
“You like that, don’t you?”
“It’s hard not to.”
And speaking of hard, she felt him pressing against her lower back.
“Do you want me to move my hands down?” he asked.
She nodded her head and it was answer enough. He wasn’t going to make her say it, which was good. That might be pushing too much in her mind.
His large hands slid into her lace panties and pushed them down her hips and to the floor. She was standing there in her black heels completely naked, the sexy Drew Bond behind her fully dressed and touching her everywhere.
Now his hand was down between her legs, his finger slipping over her wetness and her head just fell back. He’d found the right spot, her swollen nub, and he was working it good. Soft but good.
Her legs started to shake, she knew it wouldn’t be long. Why? Because it’d been so long since a man held her like this. Touched her like this.
And Bri had been right. She was missing it. It wasn’t the same as any battery operated toy she had.
“Drew,” she said.
“Shh. Just let go. Let it out. Seeing you like this, watching you. You have no idea what it’s doing to me. That’s participation enough.”
She’d heard the hoarseness in his voice and had no choice but to let her body fall as he started to flick and rub in alternating motions. A moan escaped her lips and her knees threatened to buckle.
He knew, of course he did, because he knew everything about her, it seemed.
She felt weightless and then realized she was in Drew’s arms and he was carrying her to his bed, then laying her down.
She turned her head and watched him undress as he watched her looking at him. “I can’t tell you how badly I’ve wanted to see you there just like that in my bed.”
“I’m here now,” she said. “And I’m hoping there is more to come for this night.”
“There is a lot more that is going to happen tonight. You’re going to feel me in you, on you, and you’re going to scream out my name again and again.”
“Now you’re just bragging, but I hope it’s true.” He let out a laugh and her breath sucked in when his shirt came off. He was in much better shape than she thought he was. “Wow, look at you.”
“That’s exactly what went through my mind when I dropped your dress.”
“I’m waiting for the pants now,” she said. She was finding her voice. She was finding her rhythm and she was finding she was much more comfortable with this night than she’d thought she’d be. Maybe all she needed was that first orgasm.
No, what she needed was Drew.
His pants and underwear were dropped down, his shoes and socks gone too. She’d kicked her own heels off when he’d put her on the bed.
He opened a drawer by the bedside and pulled out a condom. Here she was hoping they could play some more but then realized that might be asking too much. He was probably at his breaking point.
When he was ready to go, he climbed on top of her, held her face in his hands and started to kiss her again like he had when they’d gotten to his room.
He was putting her at ease. He was relaxing her. And then he was filling her.
Another moan escaped and her hips lifted up. It was tight but it was wondrous at the same time. So full and stretched like never before.
“Are you okay?” he asked.
“More than okay,” she said, her hips moving to let him know.
“Jesus,” he said back like he was in pain. “Don’t do that.”
“I can’t help it. It feels so good.”
“I want to get you there again. I want to feel those muscles of yours squeezing me. You’ve got to give me a minute though.”
“I’m not sure I can wait,” she said, knowing her body was building again. When was the last time she felt the need to come again so fast? Never with a toy. Definitely not with a man.
With Drew she was finding anything was possible.
She bent her knees and put one leg behind his hip, sending him deeper and grinding against him. Between the pressure inside of her and the friction of her own movements she was ready to scream his name again.
“Drew,” she said with her breath catching.
“I’ve got you,” he said, moving in and out at a hurried and frantic pace. All she could do was hold on and try to match his speed, but it wasn’t to be as she just exploded all around him, her muscles clenching and releasing, their breathing bordering on exhaustion.
When he finally stopped moving, she wasn’t sure where she was anymore. It was almost like an out of body experience.
Her hand started to move up and down his back, then she pinched him. “Ouch,” he said laughing.
“Sorry. I meant to pinch myself. I guess I wasn’t sure where my hand was. I should probably open my eyes. For a second I thought I was blind.”
He hugged her tight and rolled so that she was on top of him. “You are one of a kind.”
“I can say the same about you. Thank you,” she said.
“My pleasure.”

Confidence Boost
The next morning Drew rolled over and saw Amanda on her side, her hands under her head. He inched closer, put his arm around her waist and pulled her back to his chest.
He wasn’t sure he’d ever had a night quite like that.
She’d been insatiable after that first tim
e and he wondered if he could keep up. After her third orgasm though, she’d fallen into a deep sleep and hadn’t moved since.
It was a good thing because that second time for him he wasn’t sure he’d have the energy to get out of bed and he was slightly mortified to think that.
He nuzzled his nose into her neck gently and she scooted even closer so he gave her a bit of a hug.
He wasn’t much of a cuddler and she didn’t come off that way either, but this morning he was all about getting as close to her as possible.
She rolled over on her back, he slipped half on top of her. “Morning,” he said. “How did you sleep?”
“Like a baby. It’s hard not to when you are physically exhausted and surrounded by this loveliness. It’s so quiet and peaceful here.”
“Thanks on the loveliness. I do try to maintain a good appearance.” She giggled and the sound just warmed his heart like never before. “But I’m a little insulted about the comment on it being quiet and peaceful here. I tried really hard to shatter any peace in this room last night and you did yell my name a few times.”
“I did,” she agreed. “And you did make it not so peaceful while it was happening, but after it was like the angels started to sing, the clouds were lifting me up.”
“Those were my strong arms, not soft clouds,” he said wondering where her mind was going right now. She was smiling so it was good even if he was feeling a bit self-conscious about the fact his arms weren’t quite as big as Bode’s.
“But your skin is nice and soft,” she said, her hands coming up and rubbing his arms. He flexed a bit for his own confidence boost.
“See,” she said, gripping his bicep, “nice and firm. Like something else I’d like to see.” Her hand went down under the sheet and took ahold of his cock.
It was already growing before her touch. “Meet with your satisfaction? I see you are ready to get back on that bike.”
She shoved him on his back and straddled his hips. “I guess you were right. Do you want me to go back to needing training wheels?”
“No way,” he said, his hand reaching over to the drawer, rooting around and finding a condom, then handing it over.
She didn’t waste any time opening it and covering him. “I guess I didn’t forget how to do that either.” She moved up and over him, not even hovering, not hesitating, not waiting a beat before she lowered back down and popped up and did it again.
“Shit,” he said his eyes almost crossing. Maybe it was a good thing she was a little shy at first last night because right now he was on the verge of exploding again which didn’t seem possible after last night.
The sight of her bobbing up and down on him was sending him to the heaven of where those angels were singing last night.
He moved his hand right to her nub and started to rub fast and furious trying to get her there quicker to catch up with him. The last thing he wanted to do was leave her waiting or wanting.
“You’ve got the magic touch,” she said. “Keep doing that.”
He wasn’t about to stop no matter how much he was on a thin thread of control. One that felt like an elephant was hanging from it and threatening to snap in seconds.
He pulled her forward, his mouth going right to her nipple, his teeth grazing, and it was enough to send her over, her body tensing, his hips now slamming up into her.
She collapsed on him seconds later and just lay there. “Well, now that is a great way to wake up.”
“I’ll be back to your place in a few hours,” Amanda said when Drew dropped her off.
“I can come back and get you if you want,” he said.
“Are you sure?” she asked. By the time they’d gotten out of bed and had breakfast it was ten. They’d gotten in the shower together, their hands roaming and playing more than cleaning, but she didn’t care. Now it was shy of eleven and they had to be to his parents’ house by two for dinner.
“It’s on my way. I’ll get you around one thirty, if that works?”
“Perfect,” she said.
She shut the car door and went to the side door of the house that would let her into the kitchen. There’d be no sneaking in at this point. Both Bri and Sidney were probably up and waiting for her.
The minute the kitchen door was shut, she heard, “Here she comes with the walk of shame,” from Bri.
“There is no shame in coming home the next day with a man you’ve been dating for weeks,” Sidney said back.
“That’s right,” she told both of them. “There is no shame at all in what we did all night long and into this morning.”
“Now you’re bragging,” Sidney said.
“Brag all you want,” Bri said. “I want details. It took you long enough to get here so you better have put him to work.”
She laughed and walked over to make a pot of coffee. She desperately needed it. “I’m not giving that many details,” she said.
“You’re no fun,” Bri said. “I tell you girls stuff all the time.”
“We don’t want to know half of what you say though,” Sidney said. “I can tell by Amanda’s face that it was a great night though so whatever made her finally do it was well worth it.”
Once she had her coffee, she sat down and said, “Kayla texted me last night and then when I didn’t reply again this morning, she’d figured I’d stayed with Drew and wanted to know how I was doing. I’m doing great,” she told them. “As for what made me do it. He’s everything I always wanted in a guy and never really thought existed.”
“Now I’m jealous,” Bri said. “What did he do last night? Something had to push you over the edge though.”
“It’s just who he is. He loves his family and doesn’t want to hurt them even when they tick him off. But he can’t be pushed around either. He treats me well and he’s given me time to control the pace of our relationship. Then last night Kayla and I went to the bathroom and when I returned there was someone he went on a blind date with. Someone his mother set him up with. She was sitting in my chair and putting some pressure on him why he didn’t call her back.”
“He ghosted someone. That’s rude,” Bri said.
“It’s not rude if he didn’t like her,” Sidney said. “There is no rule that you have to call someone for a second date or tell them you don’t want another date.”
“I get the impression he didn’t call her and she didn’t reach out either. If she had he would have been honest with her. But she kept saying she was talking to his mother about him. Like she thought she had an in because his mother set them up. Either way, Drew was trying to be polite but he kept inching his chair back further.”
“That sounds funny,” Sidney said.
“It was, but I felt bad for him. I asked the woman who she was and why she was in my seat. She wanted to know who I was and I said Drew’s girlfriend.”
“You didn’t,” Bri said. “You never do things like that. Get in someone’s face.”
“I didn’t get in her face. I just approached and addressed the situation like a mature adult. She didn’t know what to do, stood up, and then pretty much walked away. He thanked me.”
“That’s sweet,” Sidney said. “He didn’t want to be rude, but the woman wasn’t getting the hint, right?”
“Pretty much. But then he bought Grace Stone for the night for me to get a cooking lesson.”
“They say the way to a man’s heart is through their stomach, but the way to yours is anything homemade or homey, right?” Sidney asked.
“Yeah.”
“So he only had to spend money on that for you to go to bed with him. See, you’re not much different than me,” Bri said, laughing.
It was the worst thing that Bri could have said to her. “No. I’m nothing like you, Bri, and you know it. I’m trying not to take offense to that. Especially since Drew thought that too and we almost got into a fight over it.”
“I’m sorry that happened to you,” Sidney said. “I’m sure you told him the way it was.”
“I did. Money
means nothing to me. I’m sorry it means so much to you, Bri, but I can’t be bought.”
Amanda got up and walked out of the room before she started to cry. No one knew what she had in her past and she didn’t want to tell them either.
Bri thought she was being cute but wouldn’t know how much that statement hit home and hurt her fragile heart. How it not only destroyed her dreams and trust in men, but also what little relationship she’d had with her family to begin with.
By the time she was done taking another shower and washing and drying her hair, she was looking for a shirt to put on with her jeans. She wanted to be casual to go to Helena and Scott’s house for dinner, but she didn’t want to look like a bum either.
There was a knock at her door when she was pulling her sweater on. “Come in.”
Bri stood there looking upset just as Amanda expected. “I’m sorry. I was only joking. I didn’t know you’d get so upset over what I said.”
“I’ll apologize. You would have had no reason to know that would cause me to react that way. Just know that it’s personal and it’s not me. I didn’t mean to take it out on you. You have your reasons for wanting men with money.” She suspected Bri needed a daddy figure in her life since she knew her father wasn’t in her life much. “And I’ve got my reason for not wanting that.”
“You never talk much about your life,” Bri said.
“I don’t and I’m not going to now either. But I am sorry if I hurt your feelings with my reaction.”
Bri’s eyes were welling up with tears. She was the fragile one of the house, often needing the most amount of mothering. “You did, but I hurt yours too and I didn’t mean it. Can I have a hug so I know you aren’t mad at me?”
“Of course. Come here. And as a peace offering, does this outfit look okay? Drew will be here shortly. His mother asked me to dinner.”
“You went from driving like a little old lady to the market to an Indy driver in the final lap in one night. Sex and now dinner with the family. How does that make you feel?”
