Metal Mage 7 Page 12

The wave had lost more than half its strength when it broke apart, and as Shoshanne worked to repel the last few waves, we finally managed to make it out of range of the aftermath.

When I leaned far out the window to look back, I saw the cliffs begin to break away as trees were dragged from the jungle and out to sea.

“Holy shit,” I breathed, and relief washed over me. “It fucking worked.”

Then Aurora hollered from inside the car.

  “Hold on!” she warned.

I whipped around to see the dense jungle straight ahead, and I dropped into the seat and braced myself just as Aurora barreled into the brush at top speed.

Shoshanne lurched, but I caught her and locked her against me before she could hit the dashboard, and all of the women shrieked wildly while we bounded over logs and through ferns. Ruela growled and grappled with her claws to get her footing, and her weight slammed against the back of the seat as she rolled around.

Then we hit a boulder and were abruptly thrown into the air, and we sailed between another wall of trees to come crashing out onto a road.

Aurora gasped and tried to gain control of the car, and I grabbed her leg to force her foot down on the brake.

Both of us had the steering wheel in a vice grip as the Mustang fishtailed across the dirt, and Aurora was white as a sheet when we finally came to a grinding stop.

“The one on the left is stop,” I mumbled, and we all sat in shocked silence while we stared down into the giant ravine we’d almost dropped into.

  Chapter 8

Once we’d recovered enough to leave the Mustang, I unsealed the doors, and Ruela took off like a bat out of hell to disappear into the trees. Deya insisted she’d come back eventually, but it was just as well that we were stuck waiting, since Aurora hadn’t returned either.

The half-elf had stumbled a little on her feet before she headed up the road a ways, and I hadn’t seen her since.

Shoshanne followed after her to be sure she was alright while I assessed the damage from the boulder, and when the healer returned, she told us to give Aurora some time to calm down. Apparently, she didn’t even light anything on fire, she just sat down at the edge of the ravine and wouldn’t say anything.

Which was concerning, to be honest. Aurora generally got off on near death experiences.

So, I decided to give her some time like Shoshanne suggested while I readjusted the alignment of the tie rods and installed some solid grab bars, but if Aurora didn’t show up by the time I was done, I would go and find her to make sure she was alright.

The axes I had stored in the trunk from the soldiers of House Syru were more than large enough, so I took two of them out and carefully siphoned a solid chunk of tungsten from each one. They still held their shape, only now they were at least ten pounds lighter, which would probably be a good idea if the women needed to wield one anyways.

I came around the side of the Mustang with the fresh tungsten in hand, and then I split off a smaller chunk and dropped into the passenger seat.

I’d have to keep an eye out for a material I could use for seat belts, but for now, I wanted to install some grab bars in the front and back. We’d been lucky enough to escape the tsunami and our rocky ride through the jungle with only some bad bruising, but I didn’t want to have any repeat scenarios.

This way, we’d all have something solid to grab onto in case we needed it.

I formed a solid, two-inch thick bar from the tungsten and fused it to the steel of the ceiling with three sturdy mounts, and then I tested the strength with my full weight to be sure the bar was strong enough. I did the same on the driver’s side too before I moved on to the back seat.

As I worked, I glanced up to check on my women. Cayla was cool and collected as always once she’d walked off her jitters, and she perched on the trunk with an arm wrapped around Deya’s shoulders while the beautiful elf kept her eyes trained on the trees where Ruela had last been seen.

Everyone but the princess was badly shaken after the ordeal along the cliff, and Shoshanne came around to each of us and applied a special poultice to the bruises we’d earned from the steel interior.

It smelled a little like peppermint and cooled the swelling immediately, but I thought there must be something extra in it, because after I’d been working in the car for a few minutes, I noticed a heady sort of high that seemed to calm my nerves completely.

So, I called Shoshanne over while I began forming a long two-inch bar to fuse across the ceiling above the backseat.

“What’s in that poultice?” I asked her with a suspicious glance.

The healer shrugged. “Nothing,” she replied. “Herbs, oils. You know … the usual.”

I nodded. “Is that why I’m stoned right now?”

The healer blushed. “Fine,” she admitted, “there’s some Aldrin pollen in it, too.”

I sent Shoshanne a sly grin. “Like the trees at Howleigh?” I clarified, and the healer nodded. “Damn. Not bad.”

“I figured we could all use a little help calming down,” Shoshanne giggled. “Topically, Aldrin works wonderfully for pain, but inhaling it obviously comes with some side effects … ”

“That’s what that is,” Cayla chuckled from her spot on the trunk. “I thought I’d forgotten how to give a shit for a minute.”

“I feel fantastic,” Deya announced, and she rested her head on Cayla’s shoulder with a dreamy sigh.

I shook my head and tested my weight on the grab bar in the back, and then I climbed out and joined the three women near the back of the Mustang.

All of their eyes were lazily hooded, and they sent me sweet smiles as I propped my elbow on the trunk.

“Looking good, ladies,” I chuckled as I admired their stoned expressions.

“Will Aurora be okay?” Deya asked.

“I’m gonna go check on her,” I told the beautiful elf. “I’m sure she’ll be alright, though. She kinda likes almost dying once in a while.”

“I don’t know,” Shoshanne muttered. “I think she’s actually shaken up this time.”

I furrowed my brow as I tried to imagine the half-elf shaken up. She’d been running headlong into disasters with me ever since I came to this realm, and she had a fiery way of embracing danger that I both admired and sort of feared.

Then I remembered the time I’d almost gotten crushed by a tunnel collapse in Orebane, and I realized I might know what was up.

I sighed and stretched my muscles out a bit, and the bruising on my arms and back didn’t even ache anymore thanks to Shoshanne’s special poultice. The smell of the Aldrin pollen radiated in a cloud around all of us, and as Cayla and Deya tipped to sprawl back against the window, I decided we’d have to dip into this poultice more often.

“How long have you had this stuff floating around in that bag of yours?” I asked the healer.

“House Quyn’s healers gave it to me,” she said as she hopped up to join the other two. “It’s a pretty simple recipe. I think I’ll keep this one around.”

  “I like it,” Cayla sighed.

“More please … ” Deya added.

I grinned. “I’m gonna go talk to Aurora,” I told the women. “We’ll be on our way as soon as she’s feeling better.”

Shoshanne nodded her agreement, and I left the women to relax for a while as I strolled up the dirt road to look for the half-elf.

The cliff here was thickly wooded along the road so the ocean was only barely visible through the branches, and on my other side, dense green mountains rolled out for miles to the north and west. From the high road, I could see the towers of Lyralus off in the distance, and a few sphinxes circled in the sky above the jungle’s lower valleys.

If I squinted, I could just make out the snowy peaks of Orebane from this altitude, but the air around me was heavy with humidity and made the dwarven region seem even further away. Still, it was quiet and peaceful on the road, except for the occasional call of a bird in the ravine, and I took a deep breath as the
heady scent of the Aldrin pollen wafted around me.

Despite almost dying from a rogue tsunami, it was really kind of nice to be on the road again, and the views always seemed to be shifting in Nalnora every time we set out. I took in the scenery as I ambled up the hill, and soon, I found Aurora with her knees pulled up against her where she sat at the edge of the road.

She stared blankly into the void of the ravine below her, and I sat down at her side as I leaned in to murmur in her ear.

  “Hey beautiful.”

Aurora only blinked in response, so I scooched closer to settle my arm around her shoulders, and I considered the gnarled plants that tangled around one another as they spilled into the steep ravine.

  “You doing alright?” I tried.

Aurora snorted. “How can you ask me that? I almost killed all of you.”

“No … that giant wave almost killed all of us,” I corrected. “You got us out of there alive.”

Aurora shook her head, and I nudged her with my leg.

“Seriously,” I told her. “You saved our asses. You can’t control where the trees grow.”

“I know,” she groaned and dropped her face into her hands, “but that was fucking scary, and everyone was screaming, and I love you guys, but I couldn’t--”

She trailed off as she shook her head again, and I reached over to pull her hands from her face.

“Yeah, it was fucking scary,” I agreed, “and we’re all okay. You didn’t let the car get pulled off a cliff, and neither of us let the car drive off a mountain. We’re both winning today if you think about it.”

I held out my hand for a high five, and Aurora chuckled as she reluctantly delivered.

“That’s one way to look at it.”

“It’s the only way to look at it,” I said with a grin. “So, let’s get back on the road, yeah?”

Aurora’s grin fell, and she shook her head again.

“Come on … ” I tried as I jostled her playfully. “I’ll even let you drive this time.”

The half-elf sent me a livid glance, and I sighed as I propped myself back on my elbows. We looked out across the mountains for a minute in silence, and I tried to think of something to get my half-elf back to herself again.

“You can fuck me if you want,” I offered as a hail mary.

Aurora’s hand shot out and grabbed me by the belt.

Then she pulled me to my feet and headed down the road as she dragged me behind her.

I raised my brows and stumbled along while Aurora kept her grip locked on my belt.

When we reached the Mustang, the three women glanced over their shoulders at the sound of my boots scuffing over the dirt, and I sent them half a grin.

“We’re ready to go,” I mumbled, and Aurora whipped me around to shove me into the back seat.

  Shoshanne snorted. “I’ll drive.”

“What about Ruela?” Cayla asked from outside of the car.

“I believe our earlier ordeal might have frightened her,” Deya replied, “but she will be fine. She knows these jungles, and she knows the way back home.”

I struggled to right myself after being pushed backward into the car, and Deya and Cayla slid in beside me as I got settled.

“Hey guys … ” I said with a hazy grin, but then Aurora ripped my belt open for me.

I quickly resealed the doors of the Mustang as Bobbie gave a deep growl, and the half-elf tore the clasps on her silk bodice open with a single yank.

My jaw naturally unhinged as she slid her naked thighs around me to straddle my lap, and I firmly gripped her plush hips without hesitating.

I dragged my palms along her curves and her slender waist to settle them on her breasts, and Aurora forced my head back to delve her tongue into my mouth.

I had just started to tease her nipples when Aurora caught my wrists and pinned my arms to the seat at my back, and I groaned as I took in the supple curves only inches in front of me.

  “Wha--I can’t even touch you?”

“I told you I’d get you back,” she warned, and the two women on either side of me took my arms.

“Godsdamnit,” I muttered as I eyed the ample breasts begging for my attention, and my lust only built up when Aurora sent me my favorite devilish grin.

Then she leaned to bite at my neck, and as her teeth sank into my flesh, a surge of heat shot through me. The half-elf shifted her thighs and began slowly sliding herself across my cock to tease me, and I fought the urge to flip her around and take her right then.

I let her have her way, though, and my breath hitched as she dug her nails into my chest and slowly slid me inside of her.

  One inch at a time.

“I said you could fuck me, not torture me,” I groaned, but Aurora only smirked and continued to take her time letting me have her.

She brushed the bud of her nipples across my lips just to tempt me, but she moved away whenever I tried for a taste, and then she locked my neck in her grip to slowly pull me from her slick center.

I ripped my arms free to bring her hips against me again, but Aurora immediately tightened her punishing hold on my neck as I chuckled, and then she sent the two women beside me a coy glance.

Cayla and Deya took my arms once more, and this time, they locked me by my wrists and brought my hands between their thighs.

I slid my fingers into both of them at once to find them wet with arousal, and as they sighed their approval, Aurora finally loosened her grip and took my full length into her.

Her tight center burned for me as she began to gently roll her hips in tantalizing circles, and the two women watched her and began to pant while I caressed them.

The half-elf giggled and blew me a kiss as I dragged my eyes along her sultry curves, but she shook her head the moment I leaned in toward her lips.

I groaned again and let my head drop back as my desire only grew, but then Aurora held me there to sink her teeth into me once more.

I tightened my hold on the two women as the pain heightened, and Deya moaned while Cayla rolled against me for more. So, I slid another finger inside of her and rubbed their clits simultaneously as I forced myself deeper, and they braced themselves on the steel behind them while they watched Aurora tear into me.

The half-elf bit at the muscles of my shoulders and chest while she trailed her tongue across me, and I jolted as bursts of pain rippled from my neck to my arms, but I let her get as rough as she wanted.

Cayla and Deya trembled from the motion of my fingers, and they started to writhe against my grip without reserve.

Then Aurora finally released her bite to grab onto the bar above her, and her breasts heaved against me as her thrusts became more insistent.

I bit my lip and watched her while she shrieked my name, and the heat that began radiating from the Ignis Mage coursed straight through my cock to the base of my spine.

I could hardly hold back as her thrusts came harder each minute, and I took out my frustration on the two women moaning beside me. They clutched their hair and began to fight to keep breathing, and they each let out whimpers of pleasure as Aurora’s taut walls began to spasm around my cock.

The half-elf drove herself firmly against me to bury me deeper inside of her, and I could feel the pulse of her climax as she let out a feral moan and clutched at the bar to steady herself.

I finally let myself climax, and my cum shot up into Aurora’s accepting body by the cup full as the three women quivered simultaneously around me. Then I shook slightly beneath Aurora while she gradually slowed her thrusts and let out a satiated sigh.

Then she trailed her tongue across my lips with a little smirk, and before I’d even eased up on the other two women, Aurora flipped around to climb into the front seat and take the wheel.

“Fucking hell … ” I sighed as I watched the fiery woman go, but then she ordered Shoshanne to the back seat.

I hadn’t moved an inch when Cayla suddenly slid her leg up to straddle me next, and I felt Shoshanne pull my fingers into her
as Deya shifted to tear Cayla’s corset open.

Her heavy breasts tumbled free in front of me, but when I moved to take her by the hip, my free hand was immediately dragged away for Deya once more.

“My turn,” Cayla purred against my lips. “Don’t move.”

I let each of the women take turns doing what they wanted with me for the next hour while we drove along the road to the north, and once Deya had finished making Cayla and Shoshanne bite her while she fucked me with my hands locked to the grab bar, we finally collapsed into a heap in the backseat.

I summoned my magic to undo the tungsten shackles Shoshanne had ordered me to lock my wrists in, and the healer let out a husky giggle as she traced a slender finger along the bruises on my neck.

The teeth marks on her supple breasts were already beginning to bloom a deep purple, and I couldn’t count how many times I’d been clawed at since Aurora threw me into the back of the car.

I was more than happy to oblige the four women though, especially when they left trails of kisses wherever the damage was particularly brutal.

Shoshanne’s teeth had broken through the skin on both sides of my neck, but then she let me bend her over the front seats until she shrieked through another orgasm to make up for it.

Now, Cayla was laid out across my lap with her head resting against Deya’s breasts, while Shoshanne left a slow trail of kisses along my shoulder and periodically grabbed my chin to pull me to her lips.

“I can’t move my arms,” I chuckled, and Aurora caught my eye in the rearview mirror.

“Good,” she said with a smirk.

I grinned back. “You let me know when you wanna take out any other frustrations on me.”

“Deal,” Aurora said, “but you still owe me some new chains first.”

I raised my brows, and the three naked women around me giggled their approval.

“Hopefully, House Orrel has sturdy bed posts,” Cayla mused.

“I think we’re getting close, by the way,” Aurora called back, and she dropped the map over the seat.
