Excerpt
As soon as I reached the designated address, I felt a tinge of excitement course through my thighs. I checked my hair in the rearview mirror and then applied a little peach lip gloss. I turned off the ignition and then took a deep breath. I wondered if Travis was watching me from somewhere at the location, and I scanned the area for signs of his presence. I ran my hands over my body and smoothed out my dress. It appeared that the address had taken me right to a local park, and I wondered who was going to be here to meet me.
I started to think about who might be here. Would it be one man? Would it be a group? Would any females be here, too? What did Travis have to say about all of this? I looked over my shoulder to see if anyone was following me and then stopped to scan the environment again. I couldn’t wait.
Suddenly I had a bizarre vision of a man performing anal sex on me. I had never even had anal sex, so I didn’t know why such an image came to mind. I looked again over my shoulder to see if anyone was following me and began rubbing my crotch then took a deep breath. Whatever Travis had planned, I was sure he would be testing my body.
I had another vision of a man sliding his cock inside my ass and stretching me. I stopped dead in my tracks as a group of men, seemingly out of the blue, approached me from beyond the surrounding trees. I tried to get a good view of each man, but it was too dark. One of them reached for my arm and started to rub his hands all over me. Another one joined in, then another.
Every muscle in my body jolted as a surge of energy bolted through my veins. One of the men was tall, and another one was short. The other two were average in height and all of them rubbed me with firm, brisk motions.

Bound for Ravishment
Act I
Chapter 1
I sat down at the table closest to the window and sipped my espresso. I had another week before finals and I wanted to make sure that I performed well this time around. The semester before had been pretty rough, and my grades were beginning to slip. I sipped my drink and then looked out the window as the sun started to set beyond the ocean. It pained me to think that I’d spent thousands of dollars on my education, and that I might not even graduate.
I hadn’t always planned on going into debt, but I knew that if I wanted to guarantee myself a solid education, I’d have to get through the school year and take as many courses as possible. I knew too many friends who had enrolled for college one year, only to be dropped out the next from either poor grades or insufficient funding. I wasn’t crazy about having such a looming debt, but I knew that my education was worth it. I took another sip of my espresso and then looked up just as my friend, Anna, walked through the door.
“Hey, Stephanie. How’s your morning going?” She gave me a wave and then headed up to the counter to order some coffee. After she had a steaming mug in one hand and a pastry in the other, she sat down across from me at the table. “I’ve got all the information that you were asking about.” She smiled and then pulled out a binder separated with several different folders. I sipped my drink and then waited for her to give me more details.
“You really think this is worth looking at, right?” I bit my lower lip and then watched Anna’s face for any signs of doubt. We had met during our freshman year at college and immediately become good friends. I trusted her, but I also knew that she was more of a risk taker than I was. She liked to gamble, and she liked to engage in high adrenaline sports. Sometimes I thought she was a little too wild for her own good, but she had always been a good friend, and I was highly curious about the information she had planned to share with me this morning.
“Stephanie. Would I steer you wrong?” Anna tilted her head and gave me a mischievous grin. “I am telling you, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity.” She nodded her head and then had a sip of her coffee. I took a deep breath and then leaned forward on the table.
“You know, I’m desperate at this point, Anna. I have so much debt that it’s going to keep me from being able to enroll next year if I stay in this major.” I shook my head and tucked one of my dark tresses behind my ear. “I really want to stay in school, but if I don’t find a way to get some of this debt knocked down, I’m screwed.” I could hear the desperation in my voice as I expressed my concerns.
“L
isten.” Anna tossed her long blond hair over her shoulder and sighed. “If Travis could make a fortune out of my meager savings account last year, then I’m sure he’ll be able to work a miracle for you, too.” Anna sounded convincing, and I was truthfully so desperate to find a solution that I wanted to believe her, regardless. I took a sip of my drink and then decided that I was ready to take my chances. Anna pulled out her folders and set them on the table. “Let’s just check out what I have here, and if you think you want to go through with the consult, I’ll put you in touch with Travis.” Anna had a gift for persuasion, and it was easy to understand why she had such a devoted male following.
For the next half hour, we poured over the papers, and I absorbed as much information as I was capable of understanding. I agreed to make an appointment with Travis, and I told Anna that I was ready to make a move. “I know you’ll be happy that you did it, Steph.” Anna took the last bite of her pastry and then smiled. “He got me from owing forty grand to now having an off-shore account worth just as much, and then some.” She shrugged nonchalantly and I nodded my head.
“What’s this guy like, anyway?” I had heard Anna talk about Travis in passing, but usually it was just when we were discussing money. I had always wondered if she’d dated him, which wouldn’t surprise me given Anna’s somewhat promiscuous nature. She smiled at the mention of his name.
“Funny you should ask. Travis is pretty hot.” Anna smiled and flicked her hair over her shoulder again. She had deep set green eyes that always made me think of some sort of ancient Egyptian goddess. “If I wasn’t dating Rory, then I’d be all over Travis.” She gave me a wink and I chuckled. It would be interesting meeting this guy, regardless of what he looked like. I just hoped that he was the financial savior that Anna made him out to be.
We finished our drinks and then decided to head out of the coffee shop. I had a big exam to study for later that night, and I wanted to make dinner before I got down to business. We stood at the corner, ready to part ways, and Anan put a hand on my shoulder. “Don’t worry so much, Steph. Travis will get you out of the hole you’re in. Have a little faith.” She winked and then crossed the street, her head held high and her long, thick hair bouncing in the wind as she left.
Chapter 2
I kicked off my leather boots as soon as I got inside. It was warm in the apartment, and I felt a fleeting twinge of optimism as I opened the fridge. Hopefully, this Travis character was a miracle worker and I’d be out of debt within no time. I gathered some ingredients for a salad and then got to chopping a few vegetables on the cutting board. I slid off my jacket and then reached in the pocket for Travis’s card.
His company phone number was etched on the bottom of the card, and a small quote was inscribed on the top. It said “Go out on a limb. That is where the fruit is.” I pondered on that for a minute and then smiled. I had a feeling that my meeting with Travis would bring the exact financial relief that I was hoping for. I set the card on the kitchen table and then went back to making my salad.
I sat down and gazed at the view across the bay. Since living in California, I’d come to appreciate the lifestyle that came with living in a desirable city. I had taken to the ocean, the beach, and all of the handsome men that frequented the same areas as me. Most of my classes at school were filled with young men who liked vying for my attention. Luckily, I was pretty good at maintaining my grades while still having an active and exciting social life.
I decided that if I wanted to continue living in this part of the country, and if I wanted to continue attending classes, then I’d better give Travis a call to see if we could get my financial situation straightened out quickly. I ate my salad, cleaned up my dishes, then picked up his card and dialed his number. He picked up on the second ring. I gulped and then introduced myself. “Hello, Travis. My name is Stephanie McDermott. My friend Anna recommended you as a financial investor.” I wasn’t sure of what else to say.
“Well I’m glad that Anna recommended me. What can I help you with?” He sounded genuinely interested in helping.
“Well, I took out a very large loan to get through my first semester at University, and I just can’t make it through the next semester with another one. I need to get out of this debt.” I could hear the desperation coming out of my voice once more. Travis was silent for a minute and then he offered his solution.
“I have a knack for lending money, you know.” He spoke and I could feel the weight of an entire semester being lifted off my shoulders. “In fact, most of the people who I lend money to end up doubling their return in less than a year. I think I can help you out, Stephanie.” He sounded cool and confident, so I decided that Anna was right- he was a reputable source, after all.
“What kind of loan are you looking for?” Travis sounded curious. “I mean, are we talking ten thousand, twenty thousand?” His question made my heart sink. What if he only secured loans for smaller amounts? What if I was asking for too much?
“Well, I was actually hoping for more.” I didn’t want him to think I was being too pushy, but the truth was that if I was going to do this at all, I wanted to do it so that it made a significant impact on what I already owed. Travis was quiet for a second. Then I blurted out my request.
“I’d like forty thousand dollars.” I held my breath after I said it.
“Forty grand, huh?” I tried to imagine what he was doing at that moment, and what he looked like. Was he in an office? Was he out on the beach? It was hard to say. I wondered what he looked like, and recalled Anna’s feedback about how handsome he was.
“Yes. I know it sounds like a lot, especially since you don’t really know me, but…” My voice trailed off and I started to think about how difficult it would be going back to school without my debt under control. Sometimes I felt envious toward the students at school whose parents paid for their tuition in full. But I reminded myself that I was doing the best that I could, and that I had just made the dean’s list for the first time this year. I had what it took to be an excellent student. I just had to get my money straightened out.
“Well…” Travis paused and I held my breath. “I suppose since you’re a friend of Anna’s I could help you out. Where should I send the forty thousand dollars? Do you prefer a check or would you like a wire to an account?” I paused for a second, in a state of disbelief over the ease with which he agreed to accommodate my needs.
“A check would be fine. Thank you, Travis.” I knew already what I was going to do with the money. I had spoken with Anna about what my options were, and even before speaking to Travis knew that I wanted to invest it in a stock that Anna had told me about. She had apparently been told by her investment broker that this particular stock was on the rise, and that now was the time to get in so that she could reap the return. My mind wandered as I thought about how excited I was to get the loan from Travis.
“Well, I’ve got to get going now, Stephanie. I appreciate you giving me a call, and I should have your check out by the end of the day tomorrow. Could you give me your address?” He sounded so polite and thoughtful that I couldn’t help imagining what he looked like. I pictured him tall, with dark hair and piercing brown eyes.
“I live at Arrivia South Western Lane in San Francisco.” I wondered if he knew my neighborhood, or if he ever frequented this part of the city.
“Great. I’ll take care of this as soon as possible. Have a great night, Stephanie.” He hung up the phone and I walked, slightly dazed, into the living room. Then I jumped up and down and quickly called Anna on the phone. It went to voice mail, so I left her an excited message about Travis securing me with the loan. Then I skipped into my bedroom, got changed into my yoga pants and my tank top, and headed for the Bay Area Yoga Studio. Life felt suddenly wonderful.
Chapter 3
I wasted no time in calling a broker after the check from Travis arrived in the mail. I had never dealt with a broker before, but after being prepped by Anna, I felt pretty confident in contacting him with my request. Base
d on Anna’s recommendation, I called Calypso Investors, down on Sufrine Boulevard. I spoke with a guy named Pete and then got to work explaining what my expectations were, and how much I wanted to invest. When all was said and done, he had taken my money and invested it in several shares of a company called X-Min.
“I wish you luck Ms. McDermott. I think you’ll be happy with your choice. From what I know of X-Min, now is a wise choice to invest. It probably won’t be long before they are completely taken over, so now is the wise time to make some moves.” Pete spoke to me with confidence and charisma. I crossed my fingers that he knew what he was talking about. From what I could gather, now was the time to buy, so that’s exactly what I did.
“Thanks for all your help, Pete.” I hung up the phone and then walked into my bedroom. The sun lit up the San Francisco Bay area, and I took a deep breath. Finally, I could start to rest easy about my looming debt. I now had a plan, a way out, and I was making waves. I thought about calling my parents to let them know that I’d definitely be attending school again next semester, but before I could do anything, Anna stopped by my apartment.
