“Nice to meet you, Mrs. Wolfe,” Hanna said. “I’m Hanna.”

  “Call me Barbara. Everyone does.”

“Okay, Barbara.” Hanna looked at Derek and Kyro. “I’m flattered you’d think so, but I’m not their—

“Got our luggage,” Tristan said, joining them. “Derek, Kyro, good to see you.” They shook the Alpha’s hand. He spotted Hanna then, too. “Good to see you boys have finally found a mate.”

“Why does everyone keep saying that?” Hanna asked.

Kyro smirked. He didn’t tell her it was because she smelled like him and Derek. They’d partially marked her and practically claimed her, although it was incomplete. She was their mate, and she was going to accept that fact soon enough.

“I’m no one’s mate,” Hanna said. “I’m here to show Barbara around. That’s it.”

“Sounds wonderful,” Barbara said. “I hoped to get some shopping in during our visit. With all my girls back home, it’d be nice to have someone here.”

“Good. My car’s in the garage.” Hanna turned to leave, but Derek stopped her.

“We’re coming with you,” Derek said.

Hanna tilted her head. “Say that again.”

“Our men are outside to take Tristan to Dad,” Kyro said. “That means we’re your bodyguards for the day.”

Hanna’s face turned the sexiest shade of red he’d ever seen. He was going to enjoy discovering her moods.

“That sounds like fun,” Barbara said, winking at Kyro and Derek.

Barbara probably knew what Kyro and Derek were up to when it came to Hanna, and if Kyro remembered correctly, she was the queen of matchmaking. All of her children were happily mated. Barbara came at the perfect time.

  “Yay,” Hanna said. “Fun.”

Kyro couldn’t help but laugh at Hanna’s annoyance. If he and Derek had anything to say about it, that was going to change by the end of the night.

  Chapter 7

Hanna was in some kind of twisted universe, and she didn’t know how to get out of it. She drove her Jeep with Barbara in the front seat and Derek and Kyro in the back. The guys made her shift in her seat the entire time, knowing they were behind her.

She was grateful for talking to Barbara, or she would have gone insane.

“What are these Vella Fries I hear so much about?” Barbara asked. “I’m starving after that flight.”

Hanna’s stomach growled, reminding her she hadn’t had breakfast, thanks to her mother. “There’s a place on the pier that has best Vella Fries. It’s right next some of the best shops and boutiques on the boardwalk, too.”

  “Sounds perfect,” Barbara said.

“Food sounds good right about now,” Kyro said. “I’m starving.”

“Something magical and delicious would hit the spot, too,” Derek added.

Hanna gripped the wheel tight to focus. They were so not making sexual innuendos right now. She thought she caught Barbara hiding a smile, but she turned to the window before Hanna could tell.

Why was this happening? It was supposed to be a simple job. The two imposing shifters in the back seat were making it difficult.

“Fine,” Hanna said. “Fries will do the trick.” She stared at them in the rearview mirror. “If you still want something after that, I’m sure you can drown it in cold soda.”

“I knew I liked you, dear,” Barbara said with a chuckle. “I’ll have to remember that one.”

The trip to the pier wasn’t as long as it could have been, and she had to admit Barbara was growing on her. Derek and Kyro? Not so easy.

Annoying? Check. Sexy? Double check. Mates? She’d have to get back to that. Like way back to it.

That word stuck in her head. Mates. Everyone kept calling her Derek and Kyro’s mate. They’d done it in the cave, but they hadn’t said anything recently. Probably for the best.

Hanna made sure she ordered fries and a cheeseburger along with the largest soda on the menu when they put in their food order in. She hoped it emphasized her point, but she had two oppositions working against her.

She’d never seen two people eat more in her life. Derek and Kyro consumed food like it was a precious resource. Many times they made sure she watched when they slowed each bite down.

Watching men eat shouldn’t have been so erotic, but those two had the motions down to an art form. Both grinned like the dangerous wolves they were with each bite.

Hanna had to catch herself from fingering their bites on her neck. That would probably make their day better.

An outpour of mercy finally hit when Derek’s phone rang.

“Hello,” he said, still staring at Hanna. “Wait. Slow down. What broke?”

  “Damn it,” Kyro muttered.

Wolf hearing is probably a nice thing to have, Hanna thought. Everyone seemed to be in on the phone conversation except for her. She tossed a fry in her mouth but kept her eyes on Derek as he closed the phone.

“Problems at the club,” Derek said. “They need us.”

“Go,” Barbara said. “We’ll be fine here.”

“We promised we’d stay with you,” Kyro said.

“Trust me, you two,” Barbara said. “I’m not a wolf anyone messes with. Besides, Hanna and I can meet you there in a couple of hours.”

“We can?” Hanna asked. She hadn’t been to Derek and Kyro’s club. That seemed like asking for trouble since she wasn’t even a shifter.

“Of course,” Barbara said. “We’ll do a little shopping and make our way over to Clawed Obsessions later.”

Hanna sipped her drink. Clubs weren’t really her thing. She’d been forced to go in Miami, and she’d always felt awkward among the toned bodies on the dance floor. In Miami, everyone showed skin. She didn’t want to imagine the fit shifters who visited Clawed Obsessions.

“We’re sending someone to keep an eye on you two just in case,” Derek said.

Kyro moved over to Hanna and leaned in close. “We’ll also check in on that phone Dad gave you,” he said. “We’re programed as number one. Anything happens, anything, you call us.”

Damn, he smelled good. She wondered if he tasted as good as he smelled in that moment. Her memory in the cave was a little hazy.

Kyro’s nostrils flared as if he could scent her desire.

He kissed her hard before she could protest. He had a hint of salt from the fries, which only blended into the flavor of him. It was over before she could decide if she wanted to pull him closer or not, but she concluded he tasted better than she remembered.

“We’re a call away, baby,” Kyro said.

All she could do was nod. Her mind was doing flip flops along with every other part of her.

“He’s not the only one who gets to kiss you goodbye, is he?” Derek asked. He pulled her up from her seat and covered her mouth with his. She was giddy with his kiss.

There was no better or worse with them, only different parts of a whole, and she craved both equally. She was a needy witch, and there was no soda that could cool off those kisses.

When he pulled away, she had to sit back down. She wasn’t expecting that.

“Stop worrying,” Barbara said. “Get out of here.”

They left, and Hanna finally felt like air could fill her lungs.

“Those two don’t want to leave your side,” Barbara said.

“One of many things about them that’s confusing as hell,” Hanna said. “Are all shifters that way?”

“Just the men, dear,” Barbara said. “But I have an idea that will help.”

Hanna wasn’t sure she should ask, but curiosity and cats went together for a reason. “What idea is that?”

“We’re going shopping,” Barbara said. “You’re going to show me these great boutiques and tell me all about you and the brothers.”

“How much time do you have?” Hanna asked.

“More than enough to hear everything.”

Hanna smiled at that. How come her mother couldn’t be this easy to talk to? Barbara was the
mother she wished she had growing up, not just for her but for Riana, too. At least she was grateful for spending some time with Barbara now. Maybe someone could help her make sense of the confusion known as the Keller Duo.

  Chapter 8

“Are you sure about this?” Hanna stared at herself for the umpteenth time. This reflection came back from a shop near Clawed Obsessions. She wore an emerald-colored dress Barbara bought for her with matching shoes and bag. She told her it was too much, but Barbara insisted. Hanna’s image looked like that of a stranger. The dress made her eyes look enchanted and brighter. If anything, she looked like what a true, modern witch would look like if she a had sexy, kick-ass potion.

“Absolutely,” Barbara said. “Now come on. I have a mate waiting for me and you have to show that dress off.” Barbara led the way as they entered the club.

It was different from the clubs she went to in Miami but was still packed and had music blasting, but she found the mood to be different, almost as if it reflected the personality of the brothers.

Dance music filled the room. The place was darker than most clubs without the fancy neon lights, but it was more intimate that way. Hanna realized that lights bouncing off the walls were probably too much for shifters with sharper vision.

“There’s Tristan,” Barbara said, spotting her mate. She moved towards him.

“Wait,” Hanna said. “You’re leaving me?”

“Hanna, you’re a powerful witch who looks fierce in that dress. I have a feeling you’re going to be just fine.”

Why did it seem like more people had more confidence in Hanna’s abilities than she felt herself? She checked that off as something to work on in the future. “Thanks, Barbara.”

“Anytime, dear.” Barbara disappeared in the sea of people as she made her way over to Tristan.

Hanna looked around for Derek and Kyro, but she couldn’t spot them anywhere. As big and imposing as those two were she was sure she’d spot them sooner or later.

She moved further into the room, slipping past bodies gyrating on the dance floor.

A man stopped in front of her, blocking her way. “What’s your name, honey?”

Hanna rolled her eyes. “It’s definitely not honey.”

  “Don’t be that way, babe.”

“Look, I’m not your honey, I’m not your babe, and I’m most certainly not someone to mess with,” Hanna said. “Please get out of my way.”

He grabbed her arm and gripped it tightly. “No one talks to me that way. You should apologize by giving me a dance.”

This scene felt too familiar, and Hanna was afraid of how she’d react. What if she did a repeat of what she did in Miami?

Before she could do anything else, Derek was there with his hand around the guy’s neck.

“I’m pretty sure you can tell she’s taken,” Derek said. “Either you are stupid or have a death wish. Which one is it?”

“I’m sorry,” the man said, flinching as if he expected Derek to hit him. “I didn’t mean anything by it. Honest.”

Suddenly, Kyro was there, too. “If you like living, I suggest you leave here and never step foot in our establishment again.”

“I won’t. Promise.” The man scurried away as if he had his ass handed to him in a paper bag.

“What was that all about?” Hanna asked.

Instead of answering her, they pulled through the crowd, Derek in front of her and Kyro behind her.

“Where are we going?” she asked.

They didn’t answer, and she thought she heard them growl out a reply.

It wasn’t until they had her alone on an elevator that they spoke up with actions and words. Kyro pressed a button, and then they both were on her.

Derek pressed her against the back of the elevator and kissed along her neck. “Do you know how hard it is to keep from killing other shifters when you look like that?” Derek asked. His knee nudged her legs wide until it pressed against her panties. “We were both seconds away from snapping that asshole’s neck for coming anywhere near you.”

“Speak for yourself, brother,” Kyro said, nibbling the other side of her exposed skin. “If I had gotten there first, he would have been dead on arrival.”

“See?” Derek asked. “Do you get how sexy you look in that dress?”

  “How sexy?” she asked.

“Damn gorgeous, and we’re going to rip it off you to show you what you’ve done to us by coming in here like that. We’re going to fuck you senseless until you’re screaming for us.”

“After we’ve done that,” Kyro added, “we’re going to make you come for us even more.”

When the elevator opened to the second floor, Hanna saw a large living space before her. It was spacious and luxurious, but it still felt like part of the brothers. “You live up here?”

“Of course,” Kyro said. “The entire second floor is our loft. That way we’re nearby if anything goes wrong downstairs.”

“There’s only one view that matters though,” Derek said. He lifted her over his shoulder and smacked her ass. “The bedroom.”

The bedroom was warm and inviting. In the center of the room stood a king-sized bed. Hanna didn’t have time to analyze the entire room or the decor. She was too distracted by the shifters undressing her.

Kyro slid the dress above her head in one smooth pull. Her bra and panties came next. It didn’t take on so she was completely naked before them.

  “Damn, you’re beautiful,” Kyro said.

“The most beautiful woman we’ve ever seen,” Derek added. “Lie back on the bed for us.”

She obeyed by crawling on the bed and turned to lie on her back.

Derek reached into the nightstand and pulled out a bottle of oil. He poured the liquid over her body slowly. Their hands explored her exposed skin, making her arch up into their touch. They massaged it into her, making each rub sensual. It was enough to heighten her pleasure but nowhere near enough for her to come.

Kyro kneaded her breasts and rolled her nipples, sending an ache straight to her pussy. Derek worked on her thighs but avoided touching her core. Derek added more oil between her legs. It coated her outer lips and then he finally touched her where she needed him, dipping his fingers in and out with methodical ease but not enough to penetrate her.

Their pace was torturous and her body rested in a place where she could feel her orgasm in reach but couldn’t meet it. Hanna moaned and rocked her hips gently back and forth, trying to get him closer.

She opened her legs wider, silently begging him to do more. Derek finally complied and sank a finger deep inside of her. He added a second finger and then a third until she could pull him deeper.

“Are you ready to come for us, Hanna?” Derek asked.

She moaned and ground into the bed, but it wasn’t enough.

“We need to hear you, beautiful,” Kyro said. “Tell us what you want.”

“Make me come, please,” she cried. Her fingers dug into the pillows around her, needing something to hold to keep from floating away.

Then Derek circled her clit enough to push her over the edge she’d been grazing for too long. She screamed her release until her ears rang and her body hummed.

“Are you ready for us to take you, baby?” Kyro asked.

All she could do was nod and let them maneuver her body where they wanted her. Derek lay on his back and guided her over his hard length. She reached for him and guided him to her entrance. She pushed down, taking each inch of him slowly. Her body felt stretched to its limit and rode that line between pleasure and pain.

“Damn,” Derek said. “You’re so wet and ready for us, aren’t you, lovely?” He held her still, preventing her from riding out her release.

  “Yes,” she sighed. “Please.”

“When we’re both inside you then we’ll let you come again,” Kyro said.

She felt Kyro’s hands on her ass as she leaned forward. She glanced back and watched as he spread thick lube on his cock, preparing himself for her.

Watching his hands go up and down his length entranced her. He poured some between her cheeks and worked it inside. One finger and then two stretched her, preparing her for him.

She shuddered when she felt the head of his cock at her back entrance.

“Relax for me, Hanna,” Kyro said.

She followed his instructions as her body eased to allow him entry. He took his time, which she was both grateful and impatient for. When he finally stopped, she felt utterly complete with both of them inside her. Then the world shifted around her as they moved in sync to one another. In. Out. Back and forth. They alternated to provide the sweetest friction she’d ever known.

Hanna tried to move her hips in tune with them, but all she could do was allow them to use her body in the best way possible. She gripped them tight, trying to hold each one in as they thrust into her.

They picked up the pace, urging her body to move with them. This time her orgasm slammed into her, and she held onto them as she rode the wave of it.

Derek and Kyro used that moment to sink their canines into her neck, which pulled another sensual shudder from her body. The pain merged with pleasure until they yanked all she had left out of her.

Derek released into her first, filling her up until she could feel his cum slipping out of her. Kyro came deep inside her, causing her to claw at them with markings of her own.

It didn’t take long before she passed out in between them.

  Chapter 9

Derek couldn’t believe it. Hanna was finally in their bed where she belonged, and if he had anything to say about it, she’d never leave it. He’d tie her to it if he had to, but she wasn’t going anywhere.

Derek was hard already and needed to be inside her. His cock ached to delve deep inside of Hanna and finally feel her consume all of him. Six years was a long time to wait for her, but she was worth it.

Their mate was everything he’d ever dreamed she could be and then some. She was perfection, and he would remind her how much she meant to them over and over again if that was what it took.

He and Kyro took turns going down to the club to check on things, but they always came back to sleep beside their Hanna.
