“Zeus, hold still!” Zeke’s mother shouted as she held the cat down in the flea bath that evening. “I have to rub the soap behind your ears.”
“This is so embarrassing,” Zeus hissed.
Zeke let out a loud “ha ha ha ha ha ha.”
“I guess you’re still not feeling any better,” Zeke’s dad said to him.
Zeke smiled. Actually, he was feeling better. Much better.
Those ha ha has had nothing to do with sneezing or being sick.
They had to do with how silly Zeus looked in his bath.
Zeke was laughing at something funny.
Just like any other kid on Planet Earth.
“Ha ha ha . . . ZNORT!” Well, almost.
