Real Love
Anastasia and Frank boarded the plane hand in hand. They were so excited to leave their small world of Charlotte, North Carolina to go on their much-needed vacation to the Bahamas that they literally packed in a matter of seconds. A young Charity stood at the airport gate window with her Aunt Suzie watching the plane take off. She pointed out happily as the plane rode down the runway into the eerie night sky flickering its lights like fireflies. As the plane raised gradually into the air another plane, which was preparing to land smashed nose first at a hundred miles an hour smack dead into their plane. The darkness lit up like wild fire from the explosion. Charity banged on the glass screaming her parents’ names, desperately wanting to run out to them. Patrons flocked to the glass almost shoving them out of the way as fiery bodies emerged from the fire falling like asteroids to the earth. Crews came out trying to help extinguish the blaze as it made it’s way to the ground; rapidly searching for survivors but it was no use. Charity’s aunt pulled her away kicking and screaming trying to hold back tears herself. She felt she wanted to look she needed to look. BOOOM!! And then, there was yet another explosion.
Charity woke up in a cold sweat, huffing. She looked over at the unidentified man and realized she had to have had a rough night. She looked on the other side of her at the clock on her IPhone checking for the time.
“Hey! Hey! You have to get up. I’m late for my cousin’s barbeque.” Charity slapped the man’s almond chiseled back.
“Damn, ma. I thought we was gonna sleep in for a while. I know we missing it I gotta be there too remember?” This man’s voice sounded familiar.
He stirred around in the bed before finally rising to stretch. Just then both of their cell phones began buzzing wildly vibrating on the nightstands next to them.
“OMG! It’s my aunt. She’s looking for me. I need to leave now.” Charity exclaimed scrimmaging for an outfit to wear then running toward the bathroom.
“Yeah this is Brittany calling me too. How’s about a quickie before we go?”
Charity looked over at the man recognizing the sound of his voice. She turned to discover it was none other than her cousin’s fiancé Derek rolling out of her bed. It was all coming back to her now.
She had gone to the bar last night crying, drinking, and depressed that she’d just caught Tim sucking another girl’s tits in a car behind Club Push. Derek was there with his boys but when he saw Charity he knew she needed someone to talk to being a sucker for a woman in distress. He decided to console her for the rest of the evening. They laughed talking about old funny movies all night, a technique he had used on saddened women all too many times. When the last call was made in the bar, they were having too much fun to let the night end so quick. Apparently, they figured out something else to get into.
“What the hell? We can never speak of this again! I can’t believe we...”
“We what? We had a good time? We had some great sex? You are more of a woman than Brit will ever be. My only mistake was choosing the wrong girl.” Derek walked over to Charity straddling her arms pulling her closer to him. She could feel the heat of his loins massaging her bare blushed skin.
“You’re getting married in three months! This will never work. Please leave.”
“But Char, listen...” He pleaded.
“Please leave!”
Derek was never one to disrespect a lady. He angrily grabbed the remainder of his clothes and stormed out slamming the doors behind him. Charity tried to forget about the events that took place last night as she scurried to shower and get dressed. She was just about done when she hawked herself down in the mirror finishing her makeup. The shame she felt couldn’t over power the feelings she felt inside for Derek. He was like a dream come true but he belonged to someone else. She grabbed her beige and red Birkin bag then headed out for the barbeque.
*****
On the other side of town, Brittany and her mother, Suzie, prepared the food for the barbeque as the others partied in the back yard. Her angry was outwardly visible as she chopped up the celery crazily swinging the knife down with each thrust. Suzie watched as she continued to sling food around carelessly wondering what the hell was going on in her daughter’s brain.
“Brit, what’s keeping Derek? He should be here to help you with all of this. I mean this is your engagement party, ya know.”
“Yes, I know mother. Okay, I know whose party it is. But I think he had to work late last night or something. When I called he didn’t answer so he must still be sleeping.”
“Mmhmm.” Suzie looked at her from the top of her eyes trying not to alert her to the fact that she didn’t believe a word of what she just said. "I bet you can't wait til y'all move in together, huh."
Brittany stirred the punch then checked her reflection in the window. The stress acne that had started forming on her skin haunted her like a Steven King movie. She figured she would begin to combat them right after the party because there was no way she was walking down the aisle looking like a human pizza. After straightening her Toya Carter inspired bob hair cut, she grabbed the punch and took it outside.
“Derek! You finally made it! And you…brought your boys. Hi, guys.”
Brittany casually smiled at Dereks’s friends who were all scavenging for the liquor table. She never really cared for them and their childish ways but the truth was they never really cared for her either. They only tolerated her because their boy had found love. As Derek kissed Brittany he opened his eyes to see Charity walk out onto the patio. He immediately stopped kissing Brittany trying not to signal her that something was wrong. Suzie called Brittany over to taste the ribs, perfect for Derek who made his way towards Charity. Charity saw him and spun off heading towards Brittany.
“Hey Charity! I thought you weren’t going to make it. How are you doing sweetie?” Brittany bellowed excited to see her favorite and only cousin.
“Oh I’m fine. I’ll be fine. The party looks great, babe! Everyone’s here ready to celebrate and be happy for you. Hi, T-T.”
Charity gives her aunt a hug and a kiss. Suzie loved her little niece considering her more than that. She stroked her honey blonde streaked ponytail admiring the way she kept her appearance together. She was happy to have raised such a fine young woman. Brittany would often times get jealous of her mother’s love for Charity feeling as though she may have loved her more. But on this day of her engagement par
ty Brittany was determined to have a good time no matter what upset her.
Over by the liquor table, Derek’s boys huddled next to him side by side gazing at Brittany and Charity’s beauty. The men watched as the women taunted them with their curves keeping sure to keep their backs turned to them at all times. They held a silent vote as to whose booty was bigger. Charity won.
“Hey, dude. Are you really hittin’ both of them fine pieces of ass?”
Dune was to be his best man. He was in fact that. He kept all of Derek’s sexual escapades logged away for safe keeping making sure his game was tight when Brittany came asking. He did not like the fact that his boy was playing two women since he grew up in a loving household with his parents being married 35 years, no outside kids and still in love to this day. Even though Dune disagreed with his friend’s actions, he considered him family and would never turn his back on that.
“Yeah man but Charity is so guarded. She doesn’t make it easy and that’s what gets me off. I feel like I gotta have her every single day. I think I love her.”
Derek’s friend Dune steps in, “What? Man you don’t fall in love with no skeezer. You’re too kinds of crazy, dude. Leave that trash alone.”
“She’s not a skeezer man. She’s a real woman and better in bed than Brittany. Way better.”
Derek was master of his craft of maintaining composure when it came to his friends saying idiotic shit. He had learned to let the crap go in one ear and out the other, but this wasn’t always the case. A few years back he and Dune boxed over Dune’s slick remark about him not deserving a woman like Brittany. Once they made up, he decided that it was not worth it to keep fighting Dune since being an asshole was in his nature.
“Man, Derek you crazy. What you need to do is get your Italian ass into some white women, you know what I’m saying? ‘Cause see you tell ‘em the deal upfront and they don’t even look for a call in the morning, son.”
The guys begin to laugh. Dune had once again delivered another one of his infamous asshole comments of the day. They looked at him for the level of seriousness in his face and discovered that he really wasn’t joking. The men tightened their faces attempting to move on from the subject focusing their attention on refilling their cups with more free liquor.
“What ya’ll laughin’ at man? I’m telling you dude, I can hook you up.” Dune pressed on with the issue that so desperately needed to be dropped.
Charity had her fill of looking at Derek for the moment and decided it was time to take a break. She went in the house headed for the upstairs bathroom in hopes of no one coming to find her for a good while. But Derek seized that opportunity as the guys watched him slip away into the house. Brittany slid in grabbing him by his strong molded hips bear hugging him right before he hits the door.
“Mmmm, baby, I bought a little something for us this weekend. I think we need to spend some alone time together. I miss my ‘binky boo boo’.” Brittany whispered into Derek’s ear before licking it seductively with only the tip of her tongue. Derek tried to oblige his fiancé by grabbing her firm athletic ass giving it a few playful slaps, but his mind was still somewhere else. She squeezed his body tighter loving the feel of his arms around her titillating frame.
“Eh, okay Hun. That sounds great.” Derek spat as he finally pried her hands from around his waist.
“Well what’s wrong sweetie? Can I get you anything?”
“Nothing dumpling, No I’m fine. I just need to really hit the bathroom. My stomach is not agreeing with something I ate over there if you know what I mean.”
“Oh, I’m sorry about that honey…” Derek kissed Brittany’s forehead then headed in the house.
Derek fishes past a slew of people in the kitchen before heading upstairs. He looked in all of the rooms upstairs trying to see if Charity may have stopped in one of them hoping she was already stretched out on one of the beds. Water began running in the bathroom. Derek went and stood outside the door against the wall. If it wasn’t Charity at least he could fake that he needed to use the bathroom, which coincided with his first lie. Charity dried her hands on one of the nearby towels hanging on the rack then opened the door. As soon as she stepped one foot out of the door, Derek stepped in forcing her back in, closing the door behind him securely locking it. Her eyes were widened in shock while her heart beat faster than a bass drum in a marching band. Derek wasted no time pulling her by the wrist close to his face throwing his tongue down her throat, kissing her passionately.
“Stop…” Charity struggled to get her feelings together. She didn’t know whether to fight him or let it happen.
They kissed feverishly pulling at each other’s clothes like wild boars in heat.
Derek reached for the lock on the door checking it twice without skipping a beat on groping Charity’s size C cup tits while tongue wrangling her neck. He moved down pushing the V-neck portion of her floral maxi dress along with her bra to the side then began ravaging nectar from her beautiful perky breasts as she caressed his finely tapered fade. She ran her fingernails down his muscular back raising his temperature every second. There was much heavy panting as Derek picked Charity up from her tiny waist. She wrapped her legs around him then tongued him down once more. He took her and sat her on top of the sink.
The dress Charity had on made for easy access as he moved her lace red thong to the side. Derek pulled away from Charity’s kisses to look her square in the eyes. He gently moved downward holding her dress out of the way with one hand then planted his face in her well-waxed loveliness. Charity tried her best not to make a sound as the feeling became more and more intense. She placed one foot on the toilet and the other on the tub opening herself up to him more, taking her lashing like champ. Just as Charity was about to reach the ultimate climax feeling better than she had ever felt before, there were footsteps outside of the door.
Charity looks up worriedly quickly moving Derek’s head away from his lunch. As the footsteps become even more prevalent their hearts began to beat out of their chests locking eyes with one another. A subtle knock shuttered the bathroom door sounding like the police banging even though it was nowhere near that loud. Derek shushes Charity with one finger then nears the door slowly placing his ear to it to listen.
“Yeah?”
“Hey man, they’re looking for you outside man com’ on let’s go.”
Dune had come upstairs to warn Derek.
“Alright, alright man. I’m coming now.”
“Honey, are you in there? Honey we’re all outside waiting on you. My mom wants to say a speech for us, com’ on out of there.”
Brittany had made her way up the stairs to find Derek herself. Dune intervened not wanting his boy go down like that. He felt the nigga deserved just a little more time to get his shit together.
“Yeah he was just handling his business ‘cause some of those ribs may not have agreed with him. I’m trying to get him out now. Gone girl, I’ll bring him down in a minute. Gone.”
Derek, amazed at the fact that Brittany was even attempting to listen to Dune, walked back up to Charity and struggled to slide his finger inside of her loveliness rekindling the flame from a few minutes ago. Charity fights him in silence, signaling that Brittany is right outside of the door with a disheveled look on her face. That didn’t seem to bother Derek as he reached his goal and stuck two fingers inside her hard. Charity tried to remain very silent letting her body succumb to the blissful feeling laying her head on his shoulder. She tried to hold all of her moans in as Derek lowered her dress and bra straps to continue sucking on her now erected nipple.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the door, Brittany was a bit skeptical as to what the hell was going on but decided again that nothing was ruining her day, but her women’s intuition was going off like a smoke detector.
“Well…ok but hurry him up we’re about to start the party.”
Brittany went back down the stairs to the party unknowing of what went on just inches away from her. Dune rolled his eyes wish
ing that the lame ass party was over already. He didn’t want to be there anymore than he wanted to cover for Derek’s ass. He felt the nigga was too bold pulling this type of shit right in this woman’s face. He looked at the door partially angry at the fact that he was participating in this in the first place. He really came to the party for the free food.
“Thanks Dune. I’m coming dude.” Derek blurted still thrusting his fingers inside of his beauty.
“Yeah, I know that nigga…But com’ on outside and stop that shit man. Let’s Go. Hurry up.” Dune insisted.
“I got it. I got it.”
Charity looks up at Derek as she pulls her clothes straight. She reaches up and kisses him then licks the taste of her sweetness off of his lips. The display of pleasure on her face told him everything he needed to know about her feelings. He wanted to grab her and leave the party, leave Brittany for good, and make her his wife. Charity cleaned up attempting to wash the smell of sex off of her person.
“Lata baby.” She said as she opened the door.
Derek winked his right eye at her as she walked out of the door, passing Dune with a devilish look in her eye as to say thanks. Dune busted in the bathroom door staring blankly at the cum rim all around Derek’s chin.
“You know you done fucked up right?”
Derek just shook his head then grabbed Dune’s cup out of his hand and guzzled the vodka inside. He then used his hand to wipe his mouth with soap and water rinsing his hands as well. The men vacated the bathroom scurrying back to the party. Suzie was drunk as hell trying to happily deliver a congratulatory speech to the young couple without wobbling over. Charity scorched through their love with her eyes as they hugged and held each other displaying loving affection. She hated the fact that her cousin had the man she loved. She knew it was wrong but her heart felt only everything that was right about it.
