Gavin shed his pants and climbed on top, kneeling above her hips and stroking his cock. “I want to fuck your titties. They’re so gorgeous ...”

Anna bit her lip, always eager to scoop up his compliments. Her thoughts drifted to the times when she’d done that, and it only boosted her excitement. She couldn’t wait to feel his hard cock pressing in between her globes. She nodded.

She held them together as Gavin lowered himself on top of her, supporting his weight with his hand above her head on the bed. Anna’s whole body went aflame when the head of his cock nudged the underside of her boobs. The blunt, warm presence pressed harder as she released her breasts slightly for an easier entry.

“That’s your favorite part of me, isn’t it?” whispered Anna, hugging Gavin’s cock with her tits. The head soon popped up underneath her chin, only to hide in her flesh again.

Gavin looked down as he slowly slid his hips back and forth. “No,” he groaned. Gavin’s cologne was so intoxicating when his body was this close. Anna gasped, squeezing the muscles around her pussy for more pressure on her clit. With each of Gavin’s moves, his thighs and ass tensed rapidly, clenching her in a tight grip.

“What is it then?” she whispered and reached her arm over her breasts to have one hand free. She licked two of her fingers and swirled them over Gavin’s cockhead when it emerged again.

Gavin moaned and his thrusts became more rapid. “Your epiglottis,” he said with a silly grin on his reddening face.

Anna made an ‘oh’ face. “What a horrible thing to say. You’re a perv because ladies don’t do bad things with their throats,” she teased before sliding her tongue out toward Gavin’s dick.

“You’re just a slave though, right?” Gavin made a few quicker and stronger thrusts into the slick cavity between her boobs, making them warm all over. The makeshift hole was burning with the friction, soon urging Anna’s whole body to rock in time to the thrusts.

“That’s my curse,” she whispered, looking between his deliciously slick cock and Gavin’s face above her, already out of breath.

Gavin panted, pushing his dick in with a rhythm that matched his breathing. “Oh fuck, I’m gonna come soon.”

“You gonna oil them up even more?” rasped Anna, toying with her nipples as she rocked her hips, pushing Gavin deeper between her boobs. They were so sensitive now, she was fairly sure she could get off just from touching them for a bit more, but she needed her release sooner.

“You want that?” he gasped, rocking the bed as he moved. “You wanna feel my spunk on you?”

“Just be sweet and don’t come on my face,” uttered Anna, rolling her nipples hard with her fingers. It was almost like detonating explosives in her pussy, but not enough of them to actually push her over the edge.

Gavin didn’t say anything else, just let out a low moan as he came, pumping his dick between her boobs and spreading his spunk all over. His chest moved at a ferocious pace.

“That’s good,” whispered Anna, watching him with all the pent-up lust simmering just skin-deep. “Love your spunk on me.”

“And I love ... providing it,” he panted, pulling out from between her boobs in a languid move. Anna had a thing for slim guys, and Gavin was such a feast to the eyes. So lean and tall, with shoulders wider than his hips.

Anna pulled him down to the mattress, rolling over to get to his lips. They were open, pink from the recent orgasm and sweet like the ripest fruit. She couldn’t help but rock against him, her blood pulsing furiously. “Need you.”

Gavin’s hand drifted to her pussy as if it were meant to be there forever. The bedroom filled with their hot breaths, and his slippery fingers rubbed her clit faster with each passing second. By this point, he knew her favorite rhythm so well it was bliss, and she hardly needed to correct him anymore.

With a hollow gasp she slipped her hands around Gavin’s neck and sucked on his lips, swallowing her moans as she rode his fingers at a wild pace, soon completely melting in pleasure. Her body was heavy. It felt thick, impossible to move as exhaustion fell on her like a web she couldn’t shake off.

They were both a panting, sweaty mess, lying together in complete satisfaction. Gavin wrapped his arm around her and kissed her temple with such tenderness and care it felt like lying on a cloud despite all of Gavin’s bones and edges.

“You’re fucking amazing,” whispered Anna, curling up against his sturdy frame.

“You already told me that, but I’m happy to hear it again,” Gavin said and closed his eyes with a self-satisfied smile.

Anna kissed his shoulder, watching his angular profile with satisfaction pooling deep in her stomach. She’d had many boyfriends, but Gavin was just something else. Love or not, he was sensitive, caring, and amazingly focused on her in bed. He just picked up what got her going so quickly she hardly had to explicitly tell him most things. And right now, with lube and come to soothe the slight burn between her breasts, she felt absolutely content with what was going on in her life.

Gavin purred his happiness and pulled the comforter on top of them, but as lovely as that was, Anna couldn’t just stay in bed yet. It was the first night her dolls would spend without her, which meant she really couldn’t give up on her nightly routine tonight. Slowly, she pulled out of Gavin’s arms and slid off the bed, taking her soaked panties off completely.

“Nnn, don’t go shower,” Gavin said with a silly smile.

Anna smirked and donned her robe. “I just have a few things to do before bed. Go ahead and sleep.”

“I suppose I’ll go wash off my makeup then.” Gavin said and got out of bed, pulling up his jeans.

Anna hesitated, unsure if she wanted him to watch her with the babies, but eventually she gave him a nod and walked off to the new doll display. Every night she put night caps on all the dolls and spoke to each of them individually, simply appreciating how special they all were. The scent of resin was always lulling her to sleep.

Gavin disappeared in the bathroom, but when he reemerged, all fresh faced, she was only halfway through her routine.

“Um ... what are you doing? Weren’t you gonna shower?” he asked, watching her with all the tiny clothes.

Anna looked at him, hugging Lavinia to her chest. “Er—maybe later. I just want to wish them all goodnight.”

Gavin licked his lips and paused for a moment. “So ... are you coming?”

Anna wanted to roll her eyes. Would he be happy if she interrupted his makeup routine? “Just give me fifteen minutes.”

“Okay.” Gavin gave her a kiss and went off to the bedroom. There. That was the spirit she wanted.

Anna smiled and raised Lavinia to face her for a sweet goodnight’s kiss.

  Chapter 14

Waking up next to Anna was the best thing Gavin could imagine. Despite all the anxiety about getting dressed next to her or showing her his face without makeup, everything was perfect. Sunshine came in through the big window, illuminating the white room with a soft glow. Gavin stretched with a yawn, but when he actually opened his eyes, his girlfriend was nowhere to be seen. When he touched the spot where he’d seen her last, it was still kind of warm. Did she go off to the bathroom?

He sighed and put on a pair of pajama pants he’d brought with him before going out to see where she was. If she was still in the shower, he could make breakfast for them. But when he opened the door, there she was, on her knees with several naked dolls in front of her. There was a pile of tiny clothes in an open drawer, and when Anna looked back at Gavin, she held something that looked like miniature hot pants.

  “Oh, hi. You’re up early.”

“Me? You’re up early. I suppose that’s good if we’re both morning birds.” Gavin scooted down to her level and stroked her hair.

Anna’s mouth twitched, and she gave him a bright smile. “I guess so. Wanna join in?”

“And what is it that you’re doing?” he asked and sat next to her. Sure, he wanted to find out about her hobby, but he couldn’t help that it irk
ed him. Instead of falling asleep together yesterday, she went off to her dolls for over an hour to talk to them. That couldn’t be healthy.

Anna nudged him with her shoulder. “I don’t like to keep them all the same for long, so I change the outfits on five dolls every day. This way, I have a rotation of styles.

“You keep Fiona in the same outfit.” Gavin tried to wrap his mind around all of this.

Anna leaned back. “Yeah, but that’s because she’s so unique. I want to keep her the way the artist designed her. All those I got blank.”

“So ... each one has its own style? Why do you change them then?”

She shrugged. “I wouldn’t like to be in the same clothes all the time. It’s the same for them.”

Gavin wanted to say that it was completely different, but he bit his tongue and got up. He didn’t want to spoil his first morning here. “I’ll go make some breakfast, and get dressed, and stuff. When do you think you’ll be done?”

Anna looked at the mess in front of her with a pout. “Twenty minutes or so? If you have time later, you could choose your training head, and we’d get you started on faceups 101. What do you think?”

“Sounds good to me,” he said and walked off to the kitchen. It felt weird. She really couldn’t stay in bed this one time he stayed over? Was this not a big deal for her? And he understood the whole faceup business, but she got out to change dolls’ shirts. Some of them even had underwear, for God’s sake. Dan was in the living room, with his hair wet from a shower. He sat next to a pile of bedding Andrea must have used last night, with his laptop on the coffee table, and a pile of pancakes on the side.

He looked up at Gavin and nodded at him before lowering his eyes to the screen.

Dan’s face was the last one Gavin wanted to see. Anna kept telling him that Dan was just a friend, and that she’d never date him, that he wasn’t her type, yet Gavin was pretty sure Dan wasn’t all that aware of her sentiment. Gavin got some toast he brought the other day and a banana he was planning to scoff down as the bread was toasting.

“Are you already registered on the Doll Appreciation Forum, and the other major BJD websites?” asked Dan out of the blue.

Gavin frowned and turned around to him, feeling naked without his makeup. “No. Why would I be?”

Dan shrugged. “You’re gonna need it if you want to do faceups. That’s where you get customers.”

Oh. So he’d have to actually engage with more doll people, who would tell him that they wanted a faceup that suited their doll’s music tastes? “Yeah, I suppose I will at some point. I’ll just see how it goes first.”

Dan sighed. “You know, Anna and I submitted a set of photos for this contest, and I’m sure she’d appreciate it if you voted for us. You just need to register.”

“Sure, I’ll vote,” said Gavin, watching Dan intently. Was this Dan’s attempt at forging a peace between them? Had he finally understood yesterday that his chances with Anna equaled zero?

“That’s really cool. She was so nervous yesterday when we were doing the shoot, because she hardly had time for Mimosa and Brad recently.”

“Yesterday? Wasn’t she doing a faceup all afternoon?” Gavin tried to sound casual, but the cogs moving in his head were creaking so hard his teeth hurt.

Dan blinked. “Er, no ... I think she was done with that already.”

“May I see the photo shoot?” asked Gavin and got the dry toast before approaching Dan’s laptop. Would Anna actually lie to him and play with Dan instead of spending the afternoon with him?

“Sure.” Dan moved to let Gavin take a better look at the series of pictures featuring a group of dolls in the small garden, with a fake cherry tree in full bloom playing a prominent role. The gallery had yesterday’s date.

“We had great natural light,” said Dan, munching on a pancake.

“Oh, I can imagine. The weather was great.” A muscle in Gavin’s cheek twitched.

“She likes to stay active before important auctions. Helps her get the steam off, I suppose.”

If that was Anna’s idea of ‘staying active,’ then she had another thing coming. Gavin nodded. “Nice photos. I’ll register,” he said and walked off to Anna’s part of the house where she was still on her knees, talking to her dollfies.

She looked up with a bright smile as she lifted her doll’s skirt and pulled a white stocking up its leg. “What do you want to have? We could pick something up from the deli if you want.”

“I was just wondering if you had enough time to finish that faceup yesterday. Did everything go okay?” Gavin asked, leaning against the wall with his hand in his pocket.

Anna looked back at the doll and gently pulled up the other stocking before pushing the skirt down. “Yeah, I try to be well-organized.”

“So I guess you also had time to do a photo shoot with Dan.”

The way Anna’s body went completely stiff told Gavin everything. She put the doll down and got to her feet with a slight frown. “I ... it was spontaneous ...”

Gavin gritted his teeth and breathed deep through his nose. “Spontaneous photo shoot after declining my invitation? Seriously? What’s up with that? It’s shitty to tell me you don’t want to spend time with me to photograph dolls, but I could have stomached that if you hadn’t lied to me!”

Anna’s face got a dark flush. “It wasn’t like that. We already started preparing when you called.”

“Are you lying now, too?” Gavin straightened up, as tense as the strings in Fiona’s polyurethane body.

“No.” Anna shook her head, raised her arms, and let them drop. “I’m sorry. I know you’re not that much into dolls. I didn’t want to tell you I’m not meeting up with you to do a photo shoot.”

“But you did. One moment you say you love me, the next I find out you lied to me about a photo shoot with Dan?” Gavin couldn’t remember the last time his pulse sped up like this.

Anna’s eyes widened, and it almost seemed like she wanted to step away from him, her hands going into the pockets of her robe. She let out a long exhale. “Gavin, you know I think you’re a great guy. But I love my hobby too. And I didn’t want you to feel bad.”

“So love for a person and for an object is comparable to you?”

Anna slid her hands up and cradled her nape. “I ... Gavin, we’ve only known each other for three months. We’re not married.”

Gavin didn’t like what Anna’s body language told him. “But sometimes things can happen fast ...”

Anna chewed on her lip, her gaze alternating between Gavin’s eyes and mouth. “I think I need more time than that.”

“I thought we were on the same page.” He awkwardly grabbed his own shoulder, the chill getting to him as he was standing there in just his pajama pants.

Anna’s eyes were pale when she looked at him. “I’m sorry ... I didn’t mean it like you thought I did.” She stepped closer, clasping her fingers in front of her stomach. “Doesn’t mean I won’t, but I am not that quick with this stuff.”

Gavin licked his lips, wondering what planet he was on. It had to be Fail-andia, or some other Sucks-atoid. Why was this happening to him? Of course, she wouldn’t treat him seriously. What could he add to her life except some fun every now and then? “Okay,” he muttered.

Anna’s breath got shallow, and she reached out for his hand, but at this point, Gavin was sure her touch would burn so he put it behind his back.

When Anna spoke, her voice was quieter than he’d ever heard it. “I’m sorry.”

“You can’t help it. You feel what you feel.” Gavin said. “I need to process this.” He turned toward the bedroom. How could he have been so stupid?

Anna didn’t stop him, so he went back to her bedroom and tried to dress as fast as possible. He wanted to be out of here. For once, he was happy not to have makeup because tears were coming all too fast. He really thought that he’d found someone who considered him special, who could see a future with him. He shouldn’t have stayed over.

&nb
sp; Dressing took ages, and Anna could come in at any moment. But she didn’t. She probably felt this whole thing was awkward too and was dying for him to disappear. At least then they would be feeling awkward without having to look at each other. But when he took his bag and moved into the corridor, eager to just disappear, he found Anna exactly where he left her.

In her colorful robe, with her hands folded low across her chest, she seemed deflated. “Won’t you stay for breakfast?”

“No, thanks. I kinda need time for myself. Maybe things did move too fast ... I don’t know.” He didn’t want to look into her pretty eyes, but looking at her legs didn’t do him any good either. She started following him in quick strides.

  “Will you call?”

Gavin had no idea when all of this escalated. “I will, but I need some time. Anna, I think ... we’re looking for different things.”

Anna’s brows dropped low over her eyes. “What is it that you think I am looking for?”

“I fell for you. If we continue this relationship, and you change your mind ... I’m sorry, I just can’t do this.” He looked up at the ceiling, trying not to cry, and took a deep breath.

Anna slowly moved out of his way with her gaze fixed on the floor. “I can’t guarantee anything yet, but I care for you. A lot. Let me know?”

“Maybe we should be friends for a while. It’s too intense for me.” He rubbed his face and nodded. It had to be the most un-man-like thing anyone said ever, declining a relationship with a beautiful girl who was eager to jump his bones. But if they kept having sex, and he’d keep falling for her harder, his heart would break once she got bored. There would be a time when he wouldn’t be a novelty boyfriend anymore.

Anna exhaled, looking everywhere but at Gavin’s face. “I put it in your bag.”

“What?” Gavin looked into his bag and there was a small box in there.

Anna made a jerky gesture toward it. “It’s a present. You know, the head I promised.”

Gavin totally forgot about it. The last thing he wanted to look at now was dolls, but he knew he still wanted to try doing those freaking faceups. It was all just getting him too emotional. “Thanks.”
