Theon Untamed: First Contact (Untamed World Book 1) Page 9

by Hannah Davenport

The sun has started its descent, and the light has already begun to fade when they head back to his rooms.

Once again, he puts on his sleeping shorts while Catalina changes into her sleeping gown.

When she steps out, he asks, “Ready for sleep?” knowing sleep is the last thing he wants to do.

“Yes.” She places her hand in his, and they both take their spots on his pallet.

Lying face to face in silence, he feels happy, content. He likes having her on his pallet, in his life.

Using her forefinger, she runs the tip across the ridges on his forehead. His eyes closing on their own, he shudders. His length hardens to an almost painful state as his breathing increases.

His fingers circle her wrist, stopping her from tracing the ridges. “What’s wrong?” she asks with a furrowed brow.

In a husky voice, he growls out, “If you do not stop, then I will not be able to.”

  “I don’t understand.”

Staring into her searching eyes, Theon releases her wrist and wraps his hand around the back of her neck. Closing the gap between them, he presses his lips to hers. When she parts her lips, he intensifies the kiss. Without breaking contact, he moves over on top of her, supporting his weight with his elbows but letting her feel the hard length of him.

She breaks the kiss. Breathing heavily, she whispers his name. “Theon.”

Theon places his forehead to hers and moves his head in small, circular movements. His ridges are erogenous zones, and his release is approaching fast.

  “Theon?”

He raises his forehead and peers into her lust-filled eyes. “How many females have you had here? In your rooms?”

He smiles seductively and slowly shakes his head. “None.”

  “Really?”

  He nods.

  “You’re a virgin?”

With a gleam in his eyes, he smiles wickedly. “I did not say that.”

Catalina searches his eyes before closing the distance. Every part of them touches as Catalina presses her lips to his. Her hand roams his back, his chest, his muscled arms before tugging at the waist of his sleeping shorts as her hips arch and her legs part. She wraps her legs around his waist, rubbing her core against the length of him.

When Theon’s hand snakes under the hem of her gown and pushes it upward, Catalina throws her head back and pushes her breasts up higher to his face.

In one swift movement, he pulls the gown over her head, exposing her naked body. It is a playground; he stares at her beautiful, round breasts. They are not huge, but they are perfect. Without hesitation, his finger lightly grazes the valley between the two before he cups one and sucks it into his mouth. His tongue swirls around the hard nipple.

“Oh, Theon…” Catalina throws her head back, arching her back so her core bumps against his hard length.

With a pop, his mouth leaves her breast, and he gazes at her face. Her eyes are closed and her swollen lips slightly parted. She is so open to his touch, her face expressive. She holds nothing back as she writhes underneath him.

“Oh…” she moans as she presses her core tightly to his covered length and begins to spasm. Her face turns pink as he stares at her untamed passion. “Oh Theon…” She bucks against him, and he knows she has found her release.

Just watching her makes his breathing intensify, and he knows he has to have her. Now! Raising his hips slightly away from hers, he shoves his sleeping shorts down enough to release his hard length. He prefers to be naked, but he does not want to leave the furs or the warmth of her naked body.

He hooks one hand under her knee, hitching her leg higher around his waist, opening her further to him. Staring down at her feminine beauty, he plunges his full length inside her tight channel, watching it disappear. He alternates from watching his length pump in and out to the pure pleasure on her face as her release keeps coming.

Finally closing his eyes, he moans her name. “Catalina.” The feel of her tightness sucks him farther into her tight channel. Nothing can compare with the blissful pleasure. No longer able to control himself, he increases his speed as he forcefully thrusts…in and out. When he presses his forehead to hers, he plunges in as far as possible and holds his length in place while he jets his seed inside her in forceful spasms.

“Ahhh…” he throws his head back.

Never has anything felt so good, so right, as it does at this moment. When he finishes, he falls to his elbows and rolls to her side. Looking into her satisfied eyes, he grins. “Are you all right?”

  Catalina

Catalina lies on the furs, staring into Theon’s flaming eyes. She’s more than all right, she’s just had the best, most intense orgasm of her life. His dick was large as he thrust inside, but there was something different about it, more pleasurable. She hadn’t seen it, except briefly at the lake, but she could feel every glorious inch of him as he filled her completely.

He is a mystery that she’s determined to solve. It didn’t escape her attention that the ridges on his forehead are more than just ridges. When she traces them with her finger, his breathing intensifies and the flames of amber in his eyes brighten.

With a mischievous thought, she answers, “No. I’m not all right.” His face falls, but she presses on. Cupping his face in the palm of her hand, she finishes, “I told you two days ago that I wouldn’t have sex with you, and look what I just did. PLUS, I didn’t even get to see you naked.” She gives an exaggerated sigh before letting a playful smile stretch across her face.

He rolls over on top of her once again. Laughter dances in his eyes as he reminds her, “I thought you saw me naked at the lake.”

“Yeah, but I was in a hurry because I didn’t want you to catch me looking.”

His boisterous laugh lightens the seriousness of what they have just shared together. Catalina doesn’t have random sex partners and one-night hookups. The fact that she has already slept with Theon makes her a little nervous. But she’s never felt such a primal attraction for someone before.

Everything about him draws her to him. His beautiful smile, his mesmerizing eyes, his wit…his strong muscles that flex with his every movement.

Using his feet, he kicks off his sleeping shorts before he rolls over onto his back. With one arm behind his head, he says with a cheeky grin. “There you go.”

She grazes his skin with her forefinger, starting at his lower lip, heading south, barely skimming his skin. His body is perfection, but she already knows that. Small, raised, oval-shaped bumps cover the entire length of his dick, which only serves to intensify her pleasure with every stroke. And with his erection ready, Catalina bites her lower lip as she contemplates whether she could be so bold. In for a penny, in for a pound, she thinks as she climbs on top, taking his large length inside her to the hilt.

His hands fly to her hips, grabbing her ass. “Catalina,” he says in surprise as he automatically arches his hips, giving her all of him.

She snakes her hands slowly up the length of his arms, tugging until his hands leave her hips. With their hands above his head, she laces her fingers with his, and then leans over and runs her tongue across the ridges on his forehead.

“Oh Catalina…” he moans as his hips fall into a steady rhythm with hers. She loves it when he calls out her name in a raspy voice.

She doesn’t know if blowjobs are the same for his people, so she treats his ridges as erogenous zones, her tongue swirling over and around each one before dipping in between.

She feels powerful when he lets go of her hands, wraps his arms around her back, and pulls her close. With his length plunged deep inside, she feels him pulse as he comes again.

She falls onto his chest, sweaty and panting, as his arms circle her body. “What did you do with your tongue?” he asks, hoarsely.

“You liked that?” she teases, knowing very well what her tongue did to him.

“Like is not the word I would use to describe how I felt.

As her cheek rests on his chest, a smile graces her face. “We got the furs wet.”

“I do not care.” And neither does she.

Lying on his chest, she enjoys the feel of his arms wrapped around her, the heat from his body reminding her she is no longer alone.

The silence grows, and her smile slips away as the reality of their encounter slams into her with an iron fist. What if he thinks of this as a one-time thing? What if he expects a lifetime commitment? They have never talked about anything much, and now she could kick herself for jumping head first into an unknown situation.

Did she want to spend her life with him? Would he send her away now that she had slept with him? So many questions.

“You tensed up on me. What is wrong?” When she doesn’t answer, he nudges her. “Catalina, talk to me.”

“I’m just afraid. I’ve never slept with someone so soon after meeting him.”

She feels his chest rumble slightly. “We did not sleep.”

She swats his chest playfully with her hand. “You know what I mean.”

“Perhaps. But if it makes you feel better, this is not normal for me either.”

She scoffs, “Actually, it does make me feel better.”

“Tell me more about your world. What happened? What was life like there?”

  “You wouldn’t like it.”

  “You do not know that.”

But she does. There is something primal and untamed about Theon, just like the world he lives on. If he doesn’t like living down below, he surely wouldn’t like Earth, or at least her little part of it.

“After my parents died in a car wreck, they placed me in foster care. I bounced around from one family to another, but never really fit in…and I can admit that I didn’t really try to fit in. It was hard watching the happy families, and it made me feel even more alone. When I got old enough, I left and never looked back.”

Memories flood her mind as though it were yesterday. Working at the hospital when the first bomb exploded. Parts of the ceiling collapsing as people ran for cover. Over the next few hours, ambulances poured into the ER with wounded patients. Another explosion. Bricks fell from the walls, and everyone feared the hospital would collapse.

So much chaos! The hospital tried to evacuate patients until the very last minute. Until the choice was to save yourself or die with everyone else.

“Before the Tureis attacked, our topside looked like your down below. We had tall buildings, cars to drive, planes that flew through the air, technology everywhere you looked. I lived in a small apartment, smaller than this room.”

  “And you lived alone?”

“I did.” She thinks about her parents and the few memories she holds close to her heart. “I never wanted to settle for less than what my parents had.”

  “What do you mean?”

“On Earth, most people get married and then they have kids. My parents loved each other, and that’s what I want.”

“So most of your people marry for love and stay together forever?”

“Yes,” and then she thinks about her answer. Laughing, she waves her comment away and corrects herself. “No. Most people fall in love, cheat on each other, and get divorced.”

“I don’t understand, and why are you laughing?”

She raises herself up so she can look him in the eyes. “I have no idea.” She giggles and lays her head back down on his chest. “Tell me about here. What do I need to know?”

“Hmm…I guess you have figured out that the females have power over the males.”

She scoffs, “I noticed that yesterday, and it’s stupid.”

“When a female has young, he or she is raised in the female Commons by the older generation.”

  “Yeah, that’s not happening.”

“This is a fairly new practice the females came up with a few cycles ago. The males are not happy about it.”

  “Understandable.”

When lightning, or some type of energy, lights the night sky, Catalina jumps in his arms. Booms thunder in the distance, making her tremble.

“It is all right, Catalina. It is just a storm. It will pass soon.”

“It sounds like another invasion.” After listening to more of the storm, she asks, “Is this why you don’t use technology up here?”

“It is. We tried it in the past, but when a storm passed by, it rendered every piece of technology useless. We finally just quit using it.”

“I liked the food replicator when I could actually get it to make what I wanted. The design-o-pad was also nice.”

He kisses the top of her head; his voice sounds sleepy. “I can get those for you if you would like.”

She looks up at his face; his eyes are closed, but she still asks, “Really? But how would I keep the storms from destroying them?”

“I will make you a large box lined with rock. That should protect them if you only take the items out when you need them.”

“That would be great.” She lays her head back down on his chest. It’s at that moment, she realizes, that they choose to live topside without any items to make life easier.

He tightens his grip around her, holding her tightly against his chest. “Go to sleep.”

Sleep? Is he out of his mind? She lies there, listening to sounds worse than a thunderstorm, but there is no rain, nothing falling from the sky. Only when the storm quiets does Catalina drift off to sleep.

The next morning, she wakes up alone on the furs. Rubbing the sleepiness from her eyes, she glances around the room.

Theon is already up, has a fire built in the center pit, and…

  “Good morning.”

  “G’morn.”

  “What are you doing?”

Her lips twitch as she watches him place a large tube over a grate, which covers the small embers. “I’m getting your water ready.”

“A bath?” Her eyes light up.

He walks over to where she sits on the furs. Bending down, he softly kisses her lips. “I have cooked you some food for this morn, and your water is warm.”

Her eyes dart between him and the bath while her heart swells with admiration. “Thank you.”

“You are most welcome. When you finish, come down to the training fields.”

“Okay.” With one last kiss, he turns swiftly and heads out.

It’s been so long since she soaked in a tub of warm water. She washes her hair and then her body before getting out and toweling off.

Dressed in a light blue, form-fitting, V-neck shirt and white pants that hug her curves, Catalina braids her wet hair. With a spring in her step, she heads toward the training fields. It feels like a new beginning.

It is just as crowded today with both males and females. Sitting in the same spot as yesterday, she plops down and crosses her legs. No one has noticed her as she sits plucking grass from the ground and watching Theon.

Tarra, Sheilia, and Shena, along with a few others she has seen in the Commons, flirt with a few of the males, just as they did the day before. All but Shena, who keeps a watchful eye on Odias.

Catalina focuses on Theon, who fights with a large, muscular male in the center of the field. Intently watching the training, she doesn’t hear Odias walk up behind her until he clears his throat.

  “Ahem.”

Catalina jumps, then looks up and over her shoulder. “You scared me,” she says with her hand on her chest.

  “Mind if I sit down?”

“Not at all.” She turns back toward the training field to watch Theon.

The two of them sit together in a moment of silence before Odias starts. “You like Theon?”

Catalina purses her lips. The last time she was around him, it was clear he didn’t approve of her. So whether she likes Theon or not is none of his business.

“Look,” he grabs her arm. Her head whips around, and she shoots him a warning look. He immediately lets go. “Look, I am just looking out for my best friend.”

  “Okay,” she says absent
ly while once again watching Theon.

“He is of the Royal Clan.”

  “And?”

“In case you have not noticed, he is different…” Her mind swirls, wondering where he is going with this line of questioning. She doesn’t have to wait long to find out. “If you two are together, you may not be able to have offspring.”

  “Okay.”

“And if you can, then what will your offspring endure?”

She finally turns her confused eyes on Odias, her eyebrows pulling close. “What do you mean?”

“Did Theon tell you how difficult it was to grow up different?” She shook her head. “You should ask him, and then think about your offspring, and how different he would look from the others.”

She tries to imagine, but before she can rebuke him, Odias pushes up from the ground, looks down at her, and says, “Just think about it.” And then he walks away.

She doesn’t look back at him, but she does think about what he said. Does she want that? No. But what are the chances she could even get pregnant? They are two different races of people, so probably slim to none.

Catalina focuses in on Tarra, who now has her hand wrapped around Theon’s upper arm. Jealousy takes hold for only a moment, until he moves away from her touch by taking a step back. It is easy to see that Tarra doesn’t like that.

A big smile spreads across Catalina’s face when Theon breaks away from the group and trots over. He takes the spot Odias had just vacated.

“I didn’t think you knew I was here,” she says. Just being near him makes her heart happy. All the worry about having kids drains away when he smiles at her.

“Of course I did. I knew the moment you sat down.” He puts his arm around her neck and pulls her in for a quick peck on the lips.

“Eww, you’re all sweaty.” She leans away from him, a teasing smile on her face. He laughs while he tightens his grip, pulling her close and rubbing his sweaty body on her arm.

  “Stop it,” she giggles.

Uncaring that Kaid, Odias, and Shena have walked up behind them, Theon cups her cheek with the palm of his hand and kisses her lips tenderly. “Did you enjoy your bath?”
