“Come on, Liv.” Tony eased closer to her and she didn’t push him back. “We can help set up your camp. We’re experienced at being in the woods and you aren’t. It makes sense for us to tag along.”
Nick shot Eric a hard look, warning him to keep his mouth shut. He did, but barely.
“You know you want to,” urged Tony. “We’ll do all the heavy lifting and start a fire.”
“I don’t need a fire. I have lanterns.”
“See? That’s why you need us along.” Nick moved in, taking her other side and sending jealous pangs into Eric. “Lanterns won’t keep wild animals away. Especially hungry wild animals.”
“Hungry wild animals? Like what?”
He’d had enough. If they let her go out into the woods by herself, they could consider themselves guilty of anything bad that happened to her. She was worse than a babe in the woods. She was a cocky woman who didn’t know what she was getting into.
“Okay, that’s it. We’re coming along.”
Eric ignored her protests as he trudged back to his truck, grabbed some gear out of the flatbed and tossed it into her Jeep. They always kept sleeping bags and a large backpack with other equipment in the truck for emergencies. Although they could shapeshift and endure the elements in their animal forms, sometimes they needed to stay in human form. He shot her a stern look and slid behind the steering wheel.
“Hey, get out of my car.”
Eric gripped the steering wheel. “One of us should drive. We know the area and we know where the last sighting was. You’ll save time and energy by letting us play wilderness guides.”
That brought her up short. She was intelligent enough to know the truth when she heard it. “Fine. But I’m in charge. Got it?”
Right. Like he was going to go for that. “Sure. You’re the boss lady.”
* * * *
Livi wasn’t buying it. The Parker men weren’t the types to let anyone else, much less a city girl, call the shots. But Eric had made a sound point. She could use a local person’s help and having three hot men around would give the trip an added bonus.
Almost an hour later and she was lost. Eric had taken her car over roads that could barely be called roads. They’d gone much deeper into the forest and to a higher elevation than she’d planned on going. If she had to get back to civilization on her own, she’d be shit out of luck.
She was almost ready to ask Eric to turn the car around and take her back to Dorrie’s when he made yet another confusing turn and brought the car into a clearing at the edge of a lake. She’d never gone in for natural scenery, preferring the lights of a big city as her landscape, but the sight made her mouth drop open.
Statuesque trees cocooned the lake of greenish-blue water on three sides. The fourth side eased up from the water’s edge and she couldn’t see over the top of the mound. The sun sparkled on the water, and after staring at the shiny white tips that came up every so often, she realized that she was watching fish rise to the surface then dive back down. Birds soared overhead while more of them sang in the trees. She couldn’t have named any of the trees or plants, but she knew beauty when she saw it.
“The white wolf’s going to show up around here?”
Nick chuckled. “He could. Every animal has to get water. This place draws a lot of wildlife. Predators like wolves will come to drink and to lay in wait for their prey.”
“Don’t get your hopes up.”
She didn’t know why Eric was such a downer. At times, he’d look at her like she was the most beautiful thing he’d ever seen. Then the spell would break and he’d act like he was baiting her. Like he enjoyed getting her irritated.
“You let me take care of my expectations, okay?”
She slid out of the front seat while Tony and Nick got out of the back. As seemed to be his way, Eric waited until everyone else was out, then hopped out from behind the wheel.
Setting up the camp came easily for the men. In fact, she doubted she could’ve done it by herself. The instructions that had come with the equipment—charged to Bradley’s expense account, of course—were confusing, and by the time she’d made sense of them, the men already had the tent up. She’d bought it, not knowing how large it was. There was room for the four of them with space to spare.
Almost like they were meant to be here with me.
Shaking off the silly thought, she got busy putting the other equipment around the campfire pit the men had dug.
“Won’t a fire scare the white wolf off?”
Tony shrugged. “Yeah, it might. But we also want to keep other animals like bears away from the campsite. Once it gets dark, we can lead you to another location and wait for the wolf.”
“Speak for yourself. As long as you two go along with her, then I’ll hang around here.”
If Eric didn’t want to go with them, then that was fine with her. Or at least, that’s what she told herself.
The rest of the day passed without incident. Yet every time she got close to one of the men, she couldn’t help but want to get even closer. She caught them taking quick glances at her, glances that made her body tingle with awareness of their masculinity. Alone with three hot men in the forest? What girl wouldn’t get turned on by that?
By the time the afternoon had come around, she couldn’t stand it any longer. If she didn’t get relief somehow, someway, she’d go crazy. She had a decision to make. Either she could lay her attraction for them on the line or she could find another way to cool off.
But with three of them?
Her friends had talked about ménage relationships, saying how sexy, how womanly, being with more than one man made them feel. Hell, she’d even had dreams of turning her inhibitions loose and going wild, but she’d never acted on those fantasies. Why should she when the men she’d met hadn’t turned her on enough to make her want to have a ménage fling, much less a full-blown relationship?
At least that’s how she’d felt until she’d met the Parker brothers. She wanted them, separately and together. Hell, in any way they wanted her. If Eric and Nick were anything like she remembered Tony was in bed, she’d go crazy in a different and amazing way.
But what would Tony say if she suggested the idea? Didn’t she owe him enough to ask how he’d feel about it before she acted on her desire?
Eric was the wild card. She could feel the lust wafting off both Tony and Nick, but it was hard to read Eric. Until she figured him out, it was better to say and do nothing.
Damn.
The cool lake beckoned to her. “Hey, is it safe to get in the water?” She caught Tony watching her again, but by now, she was getting used to it. Or as much as she ever could. Her body still sang, his hot gaze dancing over her like a bow over a violin. She’d gladly make music with him as her musician.
“Do you want to go for a swim?”
“Yeah. Why not?” She made a face. “Unless there are things in the water I can’t see.” Did fish bite? Were there other creatures lurking below the surface?
“It is a lake so, yes, there are things in the water.” Eric took the last bite of one of the sandwiches Dorrie had packed for her. “They won’t bother you, if you don’t bother them.”
“Is he playing with me?” She wouldn’t put it past Eric.
“Not really. The lake is full of fish and a few snakes—”
She jerked her attention back to the lake that had appeared so serene a moment before. Now it looked ominous. “Are you kidding me, Tony? Snakes? Damn, I hate snakes.”
“No, he’s telling you the truth, too.” Nick slid an arm around her waist to comfort her. “Don’t worry. They’re more afraid of you than you are of them.”
Instead of comforting her, his touch hit her with a shockwave of desire. Her knees grew weak and the heat between her legs rivaled the sun above. She had to concentrate to speak. “I doubt that, but I’m willing to give it a try. If you come with me.”
“Sure.”
“We’ll all come.” Tony got to his feet, eager to join
them.
“You guys go on. I’ll man the campsite.”
Disappointment flashed and was gone. If Eric wanted to act like a stick in the mud, then let him. “Fine. Last one in the water sucks eggs.” She was off and running the several yards to the water, undoing the button on her jeans as she ran.
When Tony and Nick dashed past her, all in the buff, she almost stumbled. “Hey! Where’s your underwear?”
They’d both dived under the water and had resurfaced in time to hear her. The water cascaded off their hard bodies as they ran their hands over their faces and pushed their wet hair back.
Holy hell.
Her mouth dried up. Like two sexy bookends, they stood, waist deep and grinning at her.
Thank you, Bradley, for sending me on this assignment.
If she didn’t get a photo of a white wolf, the trip still would’ve been worth it.
“We don’t wear underwear to swim.” Tony wiggled his eyebrows. “And neither should you. You need to keep your clothes dry.”
“Uh, you didn’t think I was going in butt naked, did you?”
“Uh, yeah,” mimicked Nick. “At least we were hoping you would.” Nick started to come toward her, the water level getting lower and lower on his torso. “If you’re not coming in, then we’re coming out.”
“No! Stop. Don’t come out.” She undid her jeans and let them fall to the ground as she toed off her running shoes. Her T-shirt followed.
She threw back her hair. Although she didn’t have the greatest body, she knew she wasn’t half bad. From the way Tony and Nick were slipping their hot gazes up and down her, they liked what they saw. If they looked any harder, she’d come right there on the shore. She was thankful she’d worn her favorite red undies and bra.
Worry about whether she should ask Tony first died away. He was obviously into sharing her with Nick. But what about Eric? What about her decision to do nothing until he came around? Or would playing in the water with his brothers make him wake up and realize how much she wanted him, too?
Taking a step forward, she was surprised to find out how rocky the ground was underneath the water. “Ouch. Does it get smoother the farther in I go?”
She brought her head up. “Guys? Did you hear me?”
Tony shoved his brother. “Yeah. But no, it doesn’t get any smoother. Just walk on your tiptoes. You’ll get used to it soon enough.”
She kept going, stepping carefully on the rough ground. The chilliness of the water crept into her body, cooling her skin from the sun. The water level rose to her waist and then she stopped, unsure of how much closer to get to them. It was her point of no return and she had to make the decision now.
She shivered, whether from the coolness of the water or from the nearness of the men, she wasn’t sure. Yearning for them, to feel their hard bodies under her touch, to see their cocks and take them in her hands, made her decision easy. She reached behind her and undid her bra, then shimmied down the wet undies over her thighs and kicked them free. “Okay. Here I come.”
“You need to duck your body. Do it fast and you’ll get used to the cold.”
She nodded at Tony then held her nose and dropped under. Pushing her hair back as she came up, she laughed as she found Tony on one side of her and Nick on the other.
She hadn’t expected them to get so close so fast, but she wasn’t about to push them away. The feel of Nick’s cock on one hip and Tony’s on the other felt so good that she closed her eyes and enjoyed the moment. All she had to do was to reach down, take one in each hand and stroke them. Almost in the same instant she had the thought, she dropped her hands below water and wrapped them around the hard shafts.
Nick inhaled, then let out a groan. He pushed his chest against her arm and the friction of her skin rubbing against his as she worked his cock fed her excitement. His hand came to her breast, his thumb massaging her nipple, circling it, pressing against it then lightening his touch. The man knew how to make a woman go wild using only one hand. He wanted her turned on as much as she wanted it. And he was doing a bang-up job of getting her hot.
Tony’s hand cupped her other breast as he nuzzled into her neck. The slight touch made her flesh come alive, like a magnet attracted to a greater force. She kept her eyes closed, knowing she was about to take a major step in her life, one she might not be able to return from. She wanted them beside her, inside her, claiming her as only they could.
Their hands skimmed over the rise of her butt cheeks at the same time, then Tony moved his hand over her thigh to the dip between her legs. She lifted her face to the sun as he found her pussy lips and eased them apart.
“Sugar, you feel so good.”
Nick’s voice was like the match that lit her bomb. His touch sent an explosion of emotions and sensations rushing through her. Her breathing grew heavy as the burn threatened to consume her. She wouldn’t have been surprised if the water had started to boil.
They both felt so right, so natural standing next to her, making her body come alive under their touches. Her clit throbbed and she gasped as Tony’s finger found her clit. She shifted her feet apart, giving him permission to do more.
Oh, please let him do more.
As though he realized that her focus had shifted to Tony, Nick tugged her hair back. His pull was on the threshold of painful, but sent shivers of delight through her.
“Look at me, Livi.”
She obeyed, as she knew she always would.
“Do you want me? Us?”
She couldn’t have lied if she’d tried. “Yes.”
Tony plunged two fingers into her pussy. “Let’s make sure you’re really ready. Does that feel good?”
“Mmm.”
She’d wanted Tony from the moment she’d left him in Vegas. After spending five years convincing herself that it was a thing of the past, two nights to remember, she’d finally given up on ever seeing him again. Then to find Nick? It was enough to make her believe in dreams coming true.
But what about Eric?
She eased around just enough to search the shore for Eric. Having him join them would make everything perfect. But where was he? Her heart sank to think that he’d left to give his brothers time alone with her.
Tony slipping below the surface wiped away her disappointment. She reached for him, but couldn’t find him. When he put his mouth to her pussy, her knees almost buckled. Only Nick holding her up kept her head above the level of the shiny water.
She was theirs. She knew that in a quick flash of recognition as Nick moved behind her and wrapped his arms around her to play with her breasts. She didn’t have to know them long. She could sense their goodness, their kindness, and their honesty. The fact that they were masculine and sexy as hell only added to the wonder of them.
But where was Eric?
Their hands massaged her, caressing her body as though she were a treasured prize and ridding her of thoughts of Eric. Tony’s tongue circled her clit, then dove in and out of her pussy. How he could stay under water so long was a mystery, but one she didn’t care to solve.
They drove her body into a wild whirlwind of sensations. She hungered for them, thirsted for them like a woman who hadn’t known what food and water tasted like until now. Her body shook with the electricity rolling through her as Nick nibbled on her neck and kissed her earlobe. She leaned against him, letting him support her physically as she had no doubt he would emotionally. They were an invading force attacking her with all the ferocity they had, ready to win the spoils of war. And yet she’d already surrendered to them, ready to submit to all their demands.
Tony rose up from the water, taking her along with him with his arms hooked behind her legs. She met his gaze as he wrapped her legs around him and placed his cock to her entrance.
Nick tugged her face toward him. “Are you sure?”
“I’m sure. Please.”
He kept his eyes on her as he pushed his finger into her butt hole. “This way, too?”
Her clit ached as Tony ru
bbed his cock against her, teasing her. Together they were driving her to the edge of insanity. If they didn’t give her what her body needed, her mind would surely break.
Tony gripped her thighs and groaned. “I can’t wait any longer. Not after five years of needing you.”
His cock pierced her sex, pushing into her so hard that Nick rocked on his feet. Tony gripped her, holding her as he filled her again and again, stretching the limits of her pussy, driving the friction hotter.
Nick moved first one finger then another in and out of her dark hole, preparing her. He stretched her, murmuring that it would hurt without lube, but she didn’t care. She was already prepared in her heart where it mattered the most.
“Please, Nick.”
He groaned, then held his cock and pressed it against her resisting wall. When he pushed his shaft inside, she cried out and clung to Tony’s neck. Nick stopped, his hard breaths warming the chilled skin of her neck. Tony paused, too, sensing that they needed time.
She whispered, unable to speak any louder. “It’s okay. Please.”
Her words broke apart any resistance they had. They groaned as they shoved their cocks in to fill her from both sides. Water splashed around them, as they moved, bouncing as though they rode a wave in the ocean.
She’d known Tony was the man of her dreams, but had pushed that aside as an unattainable fantasy. Nick was his own unique man, yet he was the same in so many ways. She needed him just as much. Whether it was fate or luck, she didn’t care. She’d come to Lost Hills looking for an elusive white wolf and had found the men she was meant to be with.
Again, she searched for Eric and saw nothing. She thrust that hurt aside, determined to deal with it later.
Nick and Tony. They were all she needed for now.
Livi couldn’t get enough of them. She felt like she was in a scene from a romance movie and had not one, but two heroes for her to lean on. Their cocks stretched the limits of her insides, plunging to demand that she give way even more.
The sun beat down on her shoulders and her body grew warm under their touch. Their hands caressed her, their tongues raking over her body to wipe away the drops of water.
