“Menace.” Her name rumbled out of his mouth as pleasure swamped him.
Never had he felt this good. Her mouth was sucking on him so tight and hot that he thought he wasn’t going to hold on, but he wanted to experience every bit of the magic of her mouth on his cock. His menace was showing him heaven. Had he really wanted to give her up? After today the way she danced in his memories and was now making him so hard and thick that when he blew, it was going to be incredible.
“Come for me, Lucca.”
She sucked on him devouring his cock as he felt a kick that started at the base of his spine and began to run up his body. His balls pulled up, and he roared as rope after rope of semen flew from him. He was flying; he'd never done this before, never felt like this. She raised her head meeting his eyes. In that moment, she was with him. Everything he thought he never wanted; he now wanted and so much more.
She slowly stroked him until his breathing slowed down before she climbed up his body to lie on his chest. His hand cupped her hot and throbbing pussy as her eyes closed.
He had never wanted to be buried deep in a female as much as he wanted to be buried deep in his female.
Chapter Ten
“Are you going to sleep all day?” The voice came from the bottom of the stairs.
Lucca’s eyes flew open before a groan left his lips. He slammed them tight and pulled Tempest even closer to his side.
“Ignore him, he’ll go away,” he whispered to her.
“I’m starving down here. No worries though I’ll just cook in your spotless kitchen.”
He threw his hand up to cover his eyes. “Theirs two of them.”
“Who are they?”
“Bothers the only people who will walk into my house without knocking. The Dare’s will do that too, but usually, they are politer and knock first.” His voice rose on the second part.
Laughter made its way up the stairs.
“I better get down there before they wreck the place.” He jumped out of bed and looked down at himself.
Tempest snickered before she burst out into loud laughter.
“I think you better take a shower first lover.”
He reached for her, but she jumped out of bed. “Catch me if you can.”
She ran to the bathroom laughing. He stalked her only to find her in the shower.
“None of that.” His eyes were swirling. “Your brothers are downstairs, and I bet their mates are here, and I want to meet them.”
He entered the shower and pulled her to him giving her a lazy kiss good morning.
“We should kiss every morning.” Her head was resting against his chest as the hot water steamed up the shower making it feel like their little piece of heaven.
“We will. You’ll love Jaz and River. They are mates to my brothers Mick, the one who tried to make an entrée of the demon who took over your body and Damon, the brother who healed you when you were dying.”
He smacked her on the ass. “Move menace or I’ll forget they’re downstairs.”
“Now I want them to go away.” She reached for the soap slowly cleaning herself and watching as he stood at attention.
“Later.” She dropped a kiss on his erection and made sure her ass was switching when she left the shower.
“You’ll be the death of me,” he called out to her. She wouldn’t need to bring whatever was chasing her to his doorstep, all she had to do was keep rearranging his world.
She was waiting for him when he got out the shower fully dressed.
“I’m going to meet your family, take your time.”
“Tempest—.”
“They’ll love me don’t worry.” She gave him a wink before leaving the room.
She slowed down when she hit the stairs. This was important she was meeting part of his family. After seeing the memory he showed her, the one thing she was sure of was they meant a lot to him.
“Hi Tempest, you’re looking a lot better. Although you looked tasty when you were looking like an entrée.”
She was staring at a male who was as tall as Lucca with brown hair and blue eyes.
“You don’t look like Lucca.”
“None of us look alike. It depends on the combination and the percentage of each beast they placed within us that gave us our physical looks.”
“Oh, you are?”
“I’m Mick, the second born.”
“Nice to meet you, Mick. I’m Tempest, but you already know that.”
“Hi Tempest, I’m Damon. Glad to see you moving around.”
“Hi.”
This wasn’t good. She just assumed she would bowl them over with her personality, but for some reason, she felt hesitant to be herself.
“Here.” Damon handed her a shake making her feel a little better.
“Hi, no one introduced me, but I’m Jaz, and this is River.”
“Hi.” They moved surrounding her.
“We’re going into the other room.”
“Call us when lunch is ready.”
She walked behind the two other females wondering what they were up to.
They entered Lucca’s living room and took a seat.
“That was hard.”
“What?”
“Meeting the brothers. The first time I met them, it was all at once, but I hadn’t met Mick yet. When I met him, I was with all his brothers. You want to talk about hard and confusing. I think whenever you meet family you begin to question who you are.”
“That, so much that. It’s exactly how I felt when I met Damon’s brothers. Then you can add in the fact that someone was trying to kill us. Some of it still seems like a nightmare. It took a while for me to be me.”
“Thanks, that makes me feel better. Do I know you? I know it sounds weird, but there is something about the two of you that makes me think I know you.”
“I was thinking the same thing.”
“Do you know if you’re a daughter of the Earth?”
Tempest looked at River in shock. “I am, are you?”
“I am.”
“So I am. What are the odds of the three of us being in the same room?”
“I don’t know. It seems weird, especially when Lucca is the protector of the unknown galaxy.”
“So is Damon.”
“And Mick.”
“Do either of you remember anything before coming to this time?”
They both shook their heads.
“I remembered some of what happened to me, but not enough to tell you about, or even if I had friends,” River told them.
“I could be wrong, but I think we were friends.”
“I say we forget the past and work on being friends right now.” Jaz gave them each a smile.
“I agree; we could go to the mall. I don’t remember living in this time.”
“We can’t go to the mall without Rena and Dee.”
“What if we hurt this time by meeting them here?”
“I think it’s too late to think about that Jaz; we're here, and I want to go to the mall.”
“How do we get in… did you see that?”
The other two nodded their heads.
“What is it?”
“A piece of paper with Rena’s number on it.” It had just appeared in her hand.
“Oh, you’ll get used to that.” They were laughing so hard Tempest expected them to hit the floor and roll around.
“Yeah, that looks like a big brother Dante trick.”
I’ve got to meet him; she whispered to herself. “Does anyone have a phone?”
River pulled hers out and handed it over.
“Rena.” Tempest raised a brow at the way she answered the phone.
“Tempest.”
“I was just thinking about you.”
“I was wondering if you and Dee wanted to go to the mall with Jaz, River and myself.”
“Yes!” She could hear an excited voice in the background that sounded like Dee.
“We weren’t doing anything we can be there in ten
minutes. Twenty if we have to bring our mates along.”
“See you then.”
“They’ll be here soon.”
“Twenty to thirty minutes.”
“Why?”
“Mick taught me to drive both hover cars and regular cars. I noticed when I could finally drive that he could show up somewhere in five minutes to pick me up, but when I was in the car, it took ten or fifteen minutes.”
“Why?”
“They drive slower when we’re in the car, and they demand we drive slower too. Jaz you’re going too fast you could have an accident. Mick, we’re on your level, there is no one to have an accident with. Then he looks at me his blue eyes squinting adorably, and I have no choice but to slow down. When I’m alone, it’s a different story.”
“Are you trying to give someone pointers on driving?”
Jaz uncurled from the couch and went over to her mate. “Never. I was explaining why it is best to drive like you’re a hundred years old.”
He growled at her. “Awe, love.” She went to her tiptoes to kiss him.
He pulled her closer and kissed her again. “I came in to find out what you wanted to eat.”
“We’re going to eat at the mall.”
“When did the three of you decide to go to the mall?”
“Right before you came in.”
“Alright, we can go to…” He stopped as Jaz shook her head.
“Only females allowed,” Tempest told him as she stood up. “Rena and Dee are coming.”
“Dee? You could be there all day.”
“Why do you think we invited her? I love shopping with Dee. Sometimes she doesn’t buy anything she just people watches. Her insights are amazing.”
“I am going into the kitchen to let Lucca know.” She unfolded from the couch much like a lazy cat.
“How did she do that?”
Jaz looked over at River. “I don’t know, but I want to learn.”
They shook their heads before following her into the kitchen.
She walked up behind Lucca and wrapped her arms around his waist before giving him a kiss on the back of his neck.
“I think you want something, menace.”
“Maybe, do you remember that black card you used to buy our shoes with?”
“I do.”
“Can I take it to the mall?” She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. How could she have forgotten this was temporary? What was she thinking? She took a step backward before he tightened his hands over hers.
He turned around until he was staring into her eyes. “Stop Tempest.” His voice was low causing her to strain to hear it. There was a hint of command in it that made her stop moving.
He pulled out the card from his back pocket as if it were sitting there waiting for her to come get it.
“I already called to give approval for you to use the card. I would have ordered you one, but I don’t know your last name.”
He knew that she was warm in his arms and that she was magnificent when she licked and sucked his cock. He also knew she made him smile so why didn’t he know her last name?
“I don’t have one. That wasn’t a thing when I was born.”
“Would you like to try on A’rouk? I can see a card with Menace A’rouk on it.”
She smiled and pushed at his shoulder while she pretended to fall.
“Tempest A’rouk.”
“If you insist.” He handed her the card. “Hmm I know you don’t need me to tell you this, but you need a wallet and a purse.”
“Keep it up, and I’ll make you my personal shopper.”
“You’d be surprised at what I can do.” He winked putting her at ease.
“Thank you,” she whispered into his ear.
He took her in his arms and just held her. She placed her head against his chest and enjoyed the feel of his arms as the heat from his body kept her warm.
There was a knock at the door before they heard it open.
“Where here,” Dee called out.
They walked to the kitchen with Aran and Niko following them.
“How did my plans for a silent day at home go up in smoke?” Aran growled looking at the females.
“Are you growling at my female?” Lucca moved to make sure that Tempest was behind him.
“Me? Never.” He winked at Tempest who was sticking her head out behind Lucca’s back.
She laughed. “I’m going to like you.”
“Of course, you are. No one is easier going than I am.”
They all groaned and shook their heads.
Rena took her hand, “We better get out of here before Mr. Easy Going decides he needs to be with me while I shop.” She pulled her towards the door with the others following and waving goodbye to their mates.
“You’ve got to love Aran,” Dee told them.
“I know; he got us out of there without the guys coming with us.”
“Let’s go shop.” They laughed at the look on Dee’s face.
Chapter Eleven
“I can’t wait to explore this time. Damon has been watching over me like I’ll disappear.”
“I know; Mick has been doing the same. I think it’s because Lucca met Tempest.”
“I agree; they think that maybe The Darkness or another force will come after us like we’re conciliation prizes.”
“Did someone try to keep you from mating?”
“Yes. It’s like every time one of the A’rouk brothers finds his mate, something or someone tries to kill her.”
“Oh, someone is trying to kill me, but it doesn’t have anything to do with Lucca.”
“Are you sure? Whatever wanted to kill me was also trying to kill Damon.”
“If you left would he have been safe?”
“No, there was no stopping what was coming after me. It almost killed both of us. I’m not sure what happened to make it stop.”
Would it matter if she left Lucca? Would whatever was coming after her still come after him? How could she leave him alone to fight her enemy? How could she leave him? Already she could feel her desire to be with him. Her heart was beating faster, and it was harder to breathe without him in the room. She had never felt this way before like a male was that important to her, but he was.
“Deep breath,” Dee told her quietly. “I felt like this in the beginning. The further I got away from Niko the harder it was for me to breathe or think. That changed over time after we mated. It’s different for each couple. I think your heart and your body are so connected that being apart is painful.”
She nodded she had felt that way when she ran from him the first day, but this was much worse.
“I think… Stop! Rena stop!”
She pulled to the side of the road burning rubber in her need to put on the brakes.
“I need to go there.” She was pointing at a small bar that was far enough away they could barely see it.
“No, you need to go to the mall. That’s why we got together.” Rena’s voice was sharp as she looked at the bar.
“I can’t pass by it without being torn apart. I have to go in there.”
“You can call Lucca,” Dee was taking out her phone. “This way you can tell him.”
“No.” She was already shaking her head. “He’ll try to stop me, and I have to go in there.”
“I can’t let you do that.”
“I understand.” She reached for the handle.
“Stop, I’ll take you back, but we’re all coming in with you.”
She slumped back against the seat with her hands wrapped around her abdomen. It was starting to seep blood, and she didn’t want them to notice.
Rena cut across traffic to get into the lane going in the opposite direction. Good thing she was an excellent driver, or they would all be dead.
“Where’s Lorali when you need her?” Dee muttered under her breath.
“Good question next time we go to the mall she’s coming.”
Rena pulled up in front of the bar and did a donut before s
he came to a stop just because she could.
“Tempest, I don’t like this. The bar is shady looking from the outside. It may be great on the inside, but that’s not the vibe I’m picking up. The bikes look like they belong to a gang.” The symbol for Satan on each bike was a dead giveaway. “I think we should wait for the guys.”
“You’re right Dee.” She got out of the vehicle. “But I don’t have that kind of time.” She lifted her hand to show them it was covered with blood.
“We’re coming.”
“No, you’re not.” She lifted both hands and closed them into tight fists. The doors that were trying to open were slammed shut.
“I’m so sorry, but I can’t allow you to die trying to protect me.” She called the wind to her hoping she still had the ability to do that. It swirled around her lifting and pulling on her hair. Raising her arms, she commanded it to still. Then she threw her hands out aiming at the SUV. The wind began to push it. She stood there with her eyes closed imagining the mall they were headed towards. When she opened her eyes, she was swaying with tiredness.
Now it was time to find out what had summoned her to the bar.
She knew she wouldn’t survive this. There was no way she was going to call Lucca so that he could die with her. The only thing that made her sad was that she didn’t have more time with him. She swayed on her feet before catching herself. Making sure that Rena and the rest were out of harm’s way had weakened her, but it was worth it to know that they were safe.
The bar was run down and dirty on the outside, but the door was painted a beautiful light blue. The juxtaposing of colors made her twitch until she remembered that something in there wanted her dead. She took a deep breath and squared her shoulders before she opened the door.
“Hi boys,” she sauntered across the room. The entire bar was filled with nothing but men. That fact alone either screamed gay bar or possessed by the devil. Unfortunately, her money was on the second thought.
“Mama’s home,” she said as she took a seat on the bar stool that was shaky it looked like it needed to be replaced.
“Hey hot stuff, glad you didn’t make us track you down.”
“Where’s the fun in that?”
“I can smell your blood.”
She turned to look at the giant talking to her. Couldn’t she get a break? Maybe the next person who tried to kill her would be shorter than her and thinner than her.
