  "Hey, what's ur name?" he asked Aubrey who was trembling in the corner and she tried to push herself further up the filthy wall.

  "I'm speaking to you!"he shouted and slapped Aubrey hard across the face that it turned immediately to the side, and the sound echoed.

  Aubrey started to cry heavily now, touching her face and looking at the man in fear.

  "Leave her alone you bastard!" Bree shouted, feeling sorry for her innocent friend who was now caught up in this messy situation.

  "What's your name?" he demanded and grabbed Aubrey roughly by the jaw and made her watch him in the face, although it was covered by a black mask.

  "Au-au-brey." she muttered out, the tears still falling from her face.

  "What was that?" he asked still squeezing her jaw.

  "Aubrey." she cried out," Aubrey Stone." she cried out.

  He released her jaw and she held her face crying.

  The man walked towards Bree and gave her a kick to her stomach, causing her to cry out in pain.

  He then took a hold of Brianna's hair and yanked it back causing her to cry out in agony.

  "What's your name?" he asked her.

  "You kidnapped me, so you should know my name." she grunted out in anguish.

  She struggled trying to free herself even though it was no use.

  "Tell me your name before you regret ever being alive." he threatened her.

  "I'll only speak to the man who set up this kidnapping." she mustered up the courage to say as he pulled her hair further.

  The man suddenly released his hold on Brianna's hair allowing her to stop struggling as her neck was bending backwards with the force he used.

  Before she could breathe properly, he kicked her in her stomach and then he began punching her in the face, letting blood spew out from her nose.

  She tried to fight back using her legs to kick him but the way they tied her hands up dangling, it was a strain on her body.

  Aubrey screamed in horror as she saw her best friend being beaten up.

  When he finally stopped, Bree spoke up.

  "Is that all you've got, pig?" she said, testing his patience even though he had already given her back eyes and a possible broken nose.

  She then spat blood on him. That was insulting and what occurred next would make her regret aggravating him.

  He gave her one last punch in her face and that was it for her and it contacted her face so hard, that her face launched backwards and then snapped back hanging down.

  "Bree!!!!! Brianna!!!!!!!!" Aubrey screamed out as she realised her best friend was unresponsive.

  "Thank you for telling me her name." he said to Aubrey who did this absentmindedly and then put off the light in the room and exited while Aubrey began to scream for help.

  Chapter 4- Hostages Pt.2

  ~~~~~~
  "I want my mommy." the little girl cried out. She must have been only five years old and it was really dark where she was. She sat on the dirty floor, crying for hours.
  "Shh!! If they hear you crying again they might beat us." the boy whispered back. His hands were tied up by a rope and he dangled as his feet could not hit the ground.
  He was not older than twelve years old and he was trying to comfort the little girl who was in the room with him.
  "Do you think mommy and daddy are coming for us?" the little girl asked, hoping she could go home.
  Voices started shouting and the little girl started screaming and crying loudly as everything suddenly started to spin around.
  ~~~~~~~

  Brianna opened her eyes but could not see anything. In fact, the dream awoke her. She could hear voices talking in hushed tones. She stayed completely still as she did not know who could be watching her.

  Her eyes were blind folded and she could tell that she had been moved, as she felt herself seated on a hard chair or something. Her hands and feet were tied to the chair and her mouth gagged . She could feel the pain from the punches she had received from the masked man.

  Her mind kept replaying the dream in her mind.

  Who were these little children who were tied up?

  Brianna didn't think this was a dream. She had a feeling it was a vision. Two other kids were trapped in this place and they needed to be brought home to their parents. They were probably siblings and who knows how long they could have been there for.

  Bree also thought about Aubrey. This was all Brianna's fault. If only she had listened to her best friend and called her chauffeur to pick them up from the ice-cream parlour, or maybe taken a taxi home. They would not have been targets for these kidnappers. Brianna also blamed herself because she was a black belt. She should have been able to escape these kidnappers before they had a chance to grab her.

  Her parents would be so disappointed in her fighting skills.

  They never favoured her. Brianna's older brother, Bryan was their favorite. He was loved unconditionally by her parents. However, he was killed in a car crash when he was 17 and Bree was only a toddler then. When he died, her parents became more preoccupied with work, moved to another mansion and brought in nannies, butlers and chauffeurs to take care of her. They barely uttered a word to Brianna and lived their lives as if they did not have kids.

  Her father was very strict, however, and any mistake Bree made would not go unpunished. She was forced to learn karate, take part in sports and other activities even though her parents never came to watch her tournaments. They only ensured that everything was paid for and that she had all the material things she needed.

  Brianna was very antisocial but many people longed to be her friend because she was beautiful and kind, except for at karate. Whenever she trained, she turned into a different person in the rings. It was as if all her anger and hatred was shown there and she was aggressive when it came to karate. She was also a really good shooter as she did this as a sport.

  She had never killed someone but it was something that she would do without hesitation, except if it had to be someone she loved.

  After about forty-five minutes, a deep voice spoke up.

  "I know you're up." he said to Brianna who said nothing in response, and even if she had to, it would be muffled as her mouth was gagged.

  "Brianna Montgomery. Daughter of well known attorney James Montgomery. We're so sorry that you have to get in the middle of our squabbles yet again but it doesn't seem that your father is understanding why he should drop this case. It has been going on for too long and he is too adamant about it. I guess he didn't learn his lesson the first time." the man said.

  Brianna muffled something but it was incoherent.

  She was so confused. Why did the man say that I got in the middle of this yet again ? And learnt his lesson the first time?

  Brianna wanted to learn more and see whom she was addressing.

  She heard footsteps leave the room and heard screams coming from a far distance. It sounded like Aubrey and Brianna began shaking her chair and moving around trying to free herself but the chair did not move an ounce.

  After what seemed to be hours of silence and in and out of consciousness due to the limited amount of air in the room, footsteps were finally heard again, coming towards Bree.

  "We're going to do a live video for your parents to see. You are not to do anything that will result in them not agreeing to what we have planned. If this does not work out, we are going to kill Aubrey in front of you while you remain helpless like the pathetic little rat that you are." the man said causing Bree to scream at him but it just sounded like muffling.

  "The news has your face all over it but they don't think you were kidnapped. They all think it's a rebellious prank you did to worry your parents but Aubrey's parents are worried about you both." the kidnapper said and this cause Bree to cry out.

  "Mr.James. What a pleasure it is to speak with you. I have something which I believe you would want." he said and then Bree heard her father speak up.

  "Is this some sort of joke?" he asked unamused, "Show your face you cowar
d. I don't think you have anything I want."

  Bree cried out but it was incoherent. What if her father doesn't want to save her? He never showed her love. Only her nannies should her love and appreciation. Her heart broke thinking of all the awful things they would do to her before finally killing her.

  "I think you will want what I have." the man said.

  I suddenly heard my father cry out.

  "Oh my God! Brianna?" he cried out and Bree muffled trying to shift.

  The man then removed the blind folds from Bree's face and her father cried out in horror. Her face was badly bruised and blood was all over it.

  "Don't worry sweetie. I'm going to get you out of this." her father said and this was the first time in years she had heard him sound so concerned as if he truly loved her.

  She couldn't look at her father on the camera for long because she saw his eyes full of tears and sorrow and it made her want to cry. Her face was battered enough. Her left eye could barely open due to the black eye she had and her face was red and swollen.

  "Don't touch her. I'll do anything." Mr.James cried out.

  "Drop the case." the man said simply and ended the phone call. He then threw the phone he used to the ground and crushed it with his huge feet.

  Brianna watched the man and she could tell it was not the same man who had beat her up. This one spoke with more class. He was the one who planned the kidnapping.

  Brianna tried to get his attention by making sounds and he removed the gag from her mouth.

  "Why are you doing this? And where's Aubrey?" she cried out.

  "You're my hostage. I ask the questions here and I say what happens." he said and then exited the room.

  Not long after he left the room, a funny smell began to fill the air. They were using a knock out gas to make her unconscious. It began to make Bree feel sick.

  Brianna tried to hold her breath but it soon knocked her out.

  Chapter 5- Get Away

  ~~~~~~~~
  "Stop hurting him! Leave my brother alone!" the little girl cried out and kicked the man who was hurting her big brother as he was tied up to a chair and being beaten.
  The man simply shoved her and she fell to the ground. She got up and then saw another man enter the room. He left the door open and she took this opportunity to run for help. She wanted to stay but her brother gave her a weak smile, as he believed that if anyone should make it out of this alive, it should be his baby sister.
  She quickly ran out of the room, as her brother's screams were the only thing that could be heard. She was very small and could easily hide, as the only way she could have been noticed was by the few cameras which guarded the building or wherever she was.
  The hallway was very dark and after what seemed like forever, she saw a door which had stairs. She ran up the stairs very quickly, although the ground kept shaking. She then had two paths ahead of her, one going left and the other right. She took the right one and ran through the hall as quiet as a mouse. She then had many flights of stairs to take. Finally, after being exhausted from running up over a kazillion stairs, she saw light not too far away so she carried on in order to help her big brother.
  As she ran up the stairs, she found herself on a decking of a ship. No one was in sight and although she was in a dangerous situation, she could not help but admire the beautiful sea and the fresh air which she could finally breathe instead of the musky old room she was in. She walked closer to the railing but tripped a couple of times as the ship was rocking. She had to grip the metal bars and when she finally got to the railing, she observed her surroundings to see if she could see land, but only the blue sea surrounded her for miles. She always read stories about the beach but had never seen the ocean as the area she lived only had lakes.
  Suddenly, she heard loud voices shouting, "Find her! How could you let her escape!"
  She knew that she had to escape or else these men would hurt her. She quickly ran in the opposite direction of the voices and ran down some rusty stairs which were very slippery and on both ends the sea was visible.
  Without warning, the boat suddenly shook and she missed her footing. She screamed as she fell overboard into the cold water. She tried to fight the currents but she started swallowing too much water. She cried out for help but it was useless. She struggled as she began to sink and lose consciousness.
  ~~~~~~~~~~~

  "Ahh!" Bree screamed as she awoke with fright. Her clothes were soaking wet. She looked around her to see what was going on to see a handsome man, who looked vaguely familiar. He was dressed in a suit and she believed he was the reason she was held captive.

  "Glad you're awake." he said in a monotone.

  He had a heavy Spanish accent and looked at Brianna with sharp squinting eyes.

  "Ddd-Do...do...I know you?" she asked freezing from the cold water which was splashed on her.

  "Not in person, but I do know you."he said smirking.

  "I've heard your voice before." Bree said trying to understand what exactly was happening.

  "That you are correct. We've spoken to each other almost everyday for the last nine years, after I located you." he said and after silence for about a few minutes, Bree spoke up.

  "How is that possible? The only man who knew me so well was.....Mr.Winchester....but I've only known him for seven years, when he married my nanny. I'm so confused?" Brianna said not understanding this situation at all.

  "You're probably going to die soon so I might as well explain this to you, just so your soul can rest in peace but burn eternally in hell like your pathetic brother." he said causing her to get angry.

  "What does he have to do with any of this? He's been dead for twelve years and he died in a car crash!" she yelled, her face getting red with anger.

  If she had not been tied up to a chair them she would have already beaten up the man who stood before her.

  He reached towards her with a taser and give her a shock causing her to cry out in pain.

  The shock was way worse due to the fact that her body was wet.

  "Do not speak out of turn. I can snap your neck in two seconds as you are useless. No one wants you." he taunted and she closed her eyes, her mind beginning to spiral.

  The voices in her head which caused her to cry and be scared matched his.

  "Shock therapy.Ever heard of it?"he asked her.

  "Yes."she answered timidly and nodded her head. She felt broken and felt as if she would lose all hope if she stayed tied up any longer.

  "Your brother did not die in a car crash. He was killed as an order by one of my men. He was only twelve and the time. So innocent and young. If it wasn't for you, he would still be alive. We thought you were dead and your father was not complying with our terms so your brother was killed. It was not our intention to kill him but he was already sick from the beatings and lack of nutrition. When the sleeping gas was put on, it suffocated him and killed him. We disposed of his decaying body two weeks later in a park near your old house." he said and by now, Brianna was crying heavily.

  So the dreams/visions she was having was not her imagination. It was a reality. It was actually part of her life which was erased from her memory due to how horrific the experience was.

  "Why are you doing this Mr.Winchester?" Bree asked full of hurt.

  "That's not my real name. I'm Antonio de Velez. Your father has been cracking down on my company for illegal activities. My company had been doing well as we had moved from Mexico to America to continue business but your father was adamant in a case which could make us lose all our finances. As a result, we had our men closely follow him and after multiple threats, we took action and kidnapped both of his children, while you were on vacation in Merida. If only your father had known that taking his family on this trip was a set up." he informed her.

  "You're lying. What kind of sick man are you? Making up stories about my family? Are you that desperate?" Bree asked him although she knew deep down that he was telling her the truth.

  "We Mexica
ns are not to be messed with and your father put both you and your brother in this mess. If only he dropped the case. We worked hard to find your lifeless body but after two months we gave up. Your father moved houses but he never dropped the case. We eventually found him and I put a device in your room which made you hear 'voices'. You were having nightmares already and your parents hated seeing you like that. As a result, they brought you to counselling and realised that the only way for you to function was to get shock therapy to erase these things from your mind." he said and it all made sense to her now.

  She only remembered certain parts of her childhood. In her house, only pictures of Bryan when he was twelve or younger. Her parents declared it was because these were happy moments than his teenage years but now it all made sense. They had lied to her due to the bad memories of the kidnappings which haunted her every second of the day. It was as if her entire childhood was a lie now.

  "Get me out of here!" Brianna said and started screaming and trying to free herself from the tight ropes.

  She continued screaming and Antonio just left the room. The truth was too much to handle and she needed to free herself now. She feared falling asleep or being knocked out and her own delusional mind caused her to scream even more. The thoughts of them hurting her and flash backs from a kid now flooded her mind. She cried out for help and cried out for Aubrey who was probably being held in another room.

  "Don't touch her! Release me and fight me like a man! Coward! You idiot! Get me out of here now!" she screamed out feeling all the hurt and anger build up as her heart began to race in her chest.

  Her mind raced to so many possibilities. She began to rock the chair with all her might in order to be free.

  One thing on her mind was to get away and she was seeing red like a bull now. She leaned to the left and after a while, the chair feel to the ground.

  She cried out in pain, trying to twist her arms to get them free from the ropes. She tried to stop crying as in order to escape, she would need to have a sane enough mind to escape unharmed. These men were very dangerous and she had heard of the crimes and increasing gun violence in some areas. They were not a force to be reckoned with and Brianna needed to escape, with Aubrey or her best friend would be killed without a second thought to her family or the fact that she had nothing to do with this mess.
