When Aaron’s turn came, I removed a simple white gold band and slid it onto his finger before the justice announced, “You may kiss your bride.”
Aaron leaned down, and I went up on my toes. Our lips melted together and what seemed like a short moment to me must have been a long moment for our friends as a few throats cleared.
The justice gestured his hand towards our friends.
“Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, Mr. and Mrs. August Aaron Knox V.”
