  Editor’s note:

Thanks to the miracle of digital publishing, errors are no longer etched into printing plates, and corrections can be made at any time – even after a book is published.

Like other publishers, Magic Lamp Press employs the services of proofreaders and editors, but it’s almost impossible to catch every little error while rushing to issue a first edition.

If you have read this book through and think you’ve found a few typos or other blatant errors, please bring them to the attention of the author, who was the last person to sign off on the manuscript before the first printing.

He can be reached by email: [email protected]
