His sack tightened and he felt the tingling at the base of his spine and he knew that he was about to be hit with an explosive climax, but he’d be damn if he’d come alone. Joe slammed the phone down, he’d been trying to reach Regina by phone all night and now it was ten o’clock in the morning and she still hadn’t answered her phone. He knew she was with the white boy and that pissed him off even more, because during the time that they were together, she never stayed all night with him, always giving him the excuse that she couldn’t sleep in someone else’s bed. Well apparently she wasn’t having a problem now. He checked his watch it was time for him to head to work. There was a big meeting regarding the purchase of a new company and it was a meeting he couldn’t miss.
He sat around the conference table along with the other Sr. management while they waited for the CEO and Vice President to arrive. He damn near swallowed his tongue when he spotted Regina’s white boy standing with the CEO and VP.
“So my friend, rumor has it that you’ve been keeping company with the new dance instructor at the center.” Eric asked his smiling friend.
“As a matter of fact I am,” Ethan confessed a huge smile spreading across his face.
“Oh man turn down the wattage, you are blinding me man,” Eric teased. “I can’t wait to tell Roz that mister love them and leave them has been bitten by the love bug.” Eric waited for him to deny and stared opened mouthed when his friend didn’t.
“I can’t deny it because that is exactly what’s happened.” Ethan said reading his friends face.
“Well I think that it is time for Roz and me to meet this special woman, so how about the two of you come over for dinner tomorrow night.”
Ethan knew that even though it was a suggestion, coming from Eric it was just like an order. He wasn’t offended because he knew his friend only wanted to meet Regina because he was important to him. Besides he’d done the same thing when his friend had fallen for Roz. “I’ll check with her tonight to make sure that she doesn’t have anything else planned and I’ll call you tonight to confirm.”
The two friends embraced before Ethan turned and left and Eric joined the VP in the conference room too. They wanted to give them an update on the purchase the company was in the mist of and although they wouldn’t release any names they would let the management team know what was expected of them.
Joe half listened to what the VP was saying, his mind still reeling over seeing the white boy being all chummy with the CEO. He wondered about the sudden appearance of the white boy and how long he and the CEO had known each other. Something was going on and he was determined to find out what exactly it was.

Ethan drove across town to the center as he had a class later this afternoon, but he wanted to see his woman. He hoped to make it there before she started her tutoring class, hoping to get a chance to see her dance. He knew how much she loved dancing and did every free moment she got. He parked behind the center grabbed his duffle bag and headed inside.
Regina let the music flow through her filling her completely taking control. Her body flowed fluidly and gracefully and she loved the freedom dance gave her. As the tempo picked up so did she executing some of the most difficult moves imaginable, which never failed to make the others in her dance troupe jealous.
Ethan watched her as her body moved along with the music, even though it looked as though she was creating the music herself. He stared at her with pride in his eyes and love in his heart.
“Oh man you got it real bad, don’t you?” Roland inquired standing beside him.
“I suppose I do, but you know I’m really okay with it. Unlike you and Eric I know that I’ve fallen and I’m not afraid to admit it,” he responded chuckling as his friend glared at him.
Ethan waited for her to come out into the hall immediately pulling her into his arms. “Hey baby,” he whispered against her mouth.
“Hi yourself, have you been out here spying on me?” She asked slipping her arm around his waist.
“Yes, I love to watch you dance so I decided to get here a little early so I could get my fix,” he confessed.
Regina laughed, but his confession warmed her heart and made her fall deeper in love with him.
“I know we are going to the restaurant tonight, but I was wondering what you had planned for tomorrow night?”
“I don’t have any plans for tomorrow night, why?” She inquired.
“Well I went to see my friend Eric and you came up and he suggested that I bring you over for dinner to meet him and his wife Roz.”
Regina stopped walking and turned to stare at him and she noticed that he seemed nervous knowing immediately that these friends were important to him. She cupped his face in her hands staring into his beautiful blue green eyes, “I’d love to meet and have dinner with your friend’s tomorrow night. The only other thing that I can think, that I’d rather due is spending a quiet night home with you.”
Ethan captured her luscious mouth with his for a deep sensual kiss. The sound of someone clearing their throat loudly shattered the sensual haze they both were sliding into. Ethan apologized and forced himself to step away and head for the locker rooms to change.

Regina was upstairs dressing when she heard the security beep signaling someone entering her home. She smiled when Ethan announced that it was him entering, “I’m almost ready, I’ll be down in a moment.” She called back down to him.
“Do you need any help with anything?”
Regina gasped and spun around at the sound of his voice coming from the doorway of her bedroom. “Ethan, how did you get up here so fast without making a sound?” She demanded her hand pressed against her heart.
“I had hoped that if I’d hurry up here and I could possibly catch a glimpse of my luscious body without clothes.” He said coming into the room a frown marring his face because she was already dressed.
“Well I’m glad that I’m already dressed because if I allowed you to help we’d end up late if we made it at all.” Regina smiled up at him giving him a quick kiss to wipe away the disappointed look on his handsome face. “I’m ready so let’s go meet your friends and hope that they like me.”
“Don’t worry baby, they are going to love you,” he assured her.

Eric opened the door and smiled in greeting at his best friend and his beautiful woman at his side. “Come on in, Roz is checking on dinner.”
Ethan quickly introduced Regina and he wasn’t surprised when she gave his best friend a hug in greeting. He and Eric froze when they heard an ear piercing scream and were totally surprised when their women embraced.
“Oh my God, when Ethan said Eric and Roz, I didn’t even think that the Roz he was talking about was you.” Regina exclaimed hugging her childhood friend whom she hadn’t seen since school had been out.
“First off I didn’t think that my boy would come to his senses and stop messing with those snobbish white chicks and come and get himself a little dark meat. It is so good to see you. Now you can explain why your ass seemed to drop off of the face of the earth.” Roz demanded.
“Uh honey do you want to explain how you two know each other?” Eric inquired.
“Baby, Regina and I grew up together my parents used to live two houses down from hers and we were close as sisters until someone got a job for t
he summer at that snooty Richie rich school and didn’t have time for me any more.” She said glaring at her friend.
“I can only apologize for allowing that place to take up too much of my time and ask that you forgive me. I can assure you that if you find it somewhere in your big heart to forgive me I can promise that I will not be remiss in my duties as your friend going forward. Besides thanks to Ethan, I no longer work for the Richie rich school.”
Roz folded her arms across her breasts as if contemplating Regina’s request, “I suppose since you had the good sense to hook up with the white knight I think I can give you a second chance.”
Regina squealed and launched herself into her friends arms and the two hugged enthusiastically. Eric and Ethan looked at each other and shook their heads.
Dinner was a huge success and Ethan was happy that Regina and his two closest friends hit it off so well. He couldn’t wait to get her home and strip the dress that she wore off of her luscious body and had his way with her.
Eric noticed the glazed look in his friend’s eyes and nudged him snapping him out of his thoughts. “So have you met the ex and the cousin?” Eric asked as the ladies took their drinks into the family room leaving them to clean the kitchen.
“I met him a few days after she moved in, she’d come home from the Richie rich school and he was on her front porch waiting on her. I was going over to invite her over to dinner with the girls and I and I could tell she wasn’t comfortable with him being there. I saw him again at her family cook out her bitch of a cousin invited him as her date.”
“Oh please don’t let Roz hear that she pulled that or she will hunt her down and kick her ass. When she learned he worked for my company, she demanded that I fire him on the spot. I came real close to doing just that man when she threatened to cut me off.”
Ethan laughed.
Once the kitchen was cleaned, Ethan grabbed two beers out of the frig handing one to Eric as they sat at the breakfast table.
“So is anyone giving you any flack about selling the business?” Eric asked.
“Yeah, Frank Jr. came to the office the other day with the same old bull and Jerry showed up at my place that same evening, interrupting the dinner I’d prepared for Regina. He accused me of trying to go out with a bang as the golden boy that made more money than our grandfather did when he started the company.”
Eric shook his head, he didn’t envy his friend at all, “I guess you’re supposed to ignore all the signs and the research that you’ve done and just hand the company over to them so they can prove themselves better than you? That is bull shit, if they want to run a business so bad why they don’t start up their own company.”
“That is exactly what I told Jerry, hell I’d even be willing to help them, but I’m sure they would just say that I’m only trying to make them look bad or some crazy shit,” Ethan said tossing his beer bottle in the trash can.
“Have you told them that the deal is done and the money is in escrow and it’s too late to change things now?” Eric inquired.
“Hell yes I’ve told them that, but they are under the impression that if they find out the name of the company it’s being sold too, they plan on approaching the owner of the company and talk them out of purchasing it. I guess they figure if they put enough pressure on the owner they will blow the deal.”
“I don’t know why you won’t just tell them that my company is buying it or has bought it, I should say,” Eric suggested.
“I wouldn’t do that to you although I know all you’d do is sic Roz on them.”
“Sic me on whom?” Roz asked as she and Regina joined them in the kitchen.
“My cousins, Eric thinks that I should have told them that his company is the one buying the family business that way they would approach him instead of hounding me.”
“If they won’t even look at the stuff that you’ve compiled, how in the hell do they expect to run a business? You know jealousy is a terrible thing.”
Ethan pulled Regina down onto his lap wrapping his arms around her waist. “What really ticks me off is the fact that they’ve never shown any interest in the business until now.”
“No baby, they are showing interest now, because the rest of the family has praised you for all the work that you’ve done running the business and the money that you made for the family. Now because of their jealousy they now want a chance to outshine you, without thinking or caring that they could hurt the family as a whole.”
“My girls right, it’s all because they want to outshine you and that is all that matters to them.” Roz agreed.

Ethan lay awake thinking about what he should do about his family in his eyes the deal was done and over, officially it will be tomorrow when the money comes out of escrow, but even with the funds still held in escrow, there was nothing that could be done to stop the sell of Thompson Investments. Now he would devote his time to wooing and convincing Regina that they belong together as husband and wife. He knew that her feelings for him ran deep, but he was just a little afraid they may not be as deep as his were for her. Ethan pulled her deeper into his arms loving the feel of waking up with her lying beside him.
He frowned when the phone rang, glancing at the clock the digital screen read 7:30 am. “Hello?” He whispered into the phone trying not to wake Regina.
“Hey buddy, sorry to disturb you, but I figured you’d be awake.” Eric said his voice filled with surprise that his buddy wasn’t awake.
“I am awake, but Gina’s still sleeping. What’s up?”
“I was talking with Roz last night after you guys left and she thinks that we should have a press conference announcing the sell of Thompson Investments to Latham Holdings.”
Ethan thought it was a good idea, but he didn’t want to put his friend out there knowing he’d be subject to his cousins’ antics. “I think it would be necessary if the employees had been kept in the dark. Although they don’t know the name of the company buying Thompson Investments, they are all aware that they will not be loosing their jobs or the years of service that they’ve given the company.”
“You are right about that, but I think by having the press conference we can take some of the wind out of your cousins’ sails. They are hell bent on finding out the name of the company you are selling to. You and I both know they are a long way from being done and I believe their next step will be to go to your grandfather and other family members about you seeing Regina. This way we can head them off and all gramps can do is tell you how wrong you are for dating outside your race.”
Ethan sighed, he knew Eric was right, but part of him hoped that he was wrong especially with his grandfather. “Let me know when and where and I’ll be there.” After Eric promised to call him once everything was set up he hung up the phone his mind filled with things he’d rather not think about.
“You okay baby?” Regina asked leaning over him.
“Eric wants to have a press conference to announce the sell of Thompson Investments to Latham Holdings to head off Frank Jr. and Jerry.”
She knew that there was more to it, but for some reason he wasn’t ready to reveal it to her. She’d be patient and wait until he was ready, so for now she wouldn’t push. “It will all work out baby,” she said leaning down to give him a quick kiss. “How about I make breakfast with all your favorites?” She offered.
Before she could slip out of bed, Ethan had her pinned beneath him, “How about you let me make love to you and then I’ll prepare you breakfast and you can have it right up here in bed?” He suggested.
“You just want to keep me up here in bed so that you can have your way with me.”
“Well I figured if I kept you nourished there would be no need for you to leave the bed.”
Regina laughed, “Yeah and I’ll blow up so fast and wouldn’t be able to leave the bed. How about you carry me into the shower and I wash you and you wash me and after our shower romp, we’ll prepare breakfast together.”
Ethan moved with
a lot of speed and grace for a man his size as he scooped her up and headed for the shower. He held her in his arms as he got the water to the perfect temperature knowing how hot she liked it. Setting her inside on her feet he stepped in behind her. He poured some of the cucumber melon shower gel on to the sponge and began washing her body.
Regina moaned at the feel of his hands washing her body and instantly her body temperature spiked making her hungry for him. Turning she reached for his soap pouring a palm full and began lathering up his beautiful body making him as hungry for her as she was for him. Within minutes their mouths melded together in a passion filled kiss as their hands continued stroking and rubbing their bodies. “I need you inside me now Ethan…please,” she demanded against his mouth.
Ethan lifted her into his arms and her legs immediately wrapped around his waist opening her core for his entry.
