“I thought you were going to wait back at our room,” Holden said in a soft voice as the other couples went through their own greetings and kisses.
“As if,” she said.
He chuckled. “As if. I love you, Victoria, lovely wife of mine.”
“I love you too, Holden. Now, how about we go back to our room together?”
“Together sounds awesome.”
She kissed him again, with more heat. “It does, doesn’t it?”
