“Jesus,” Angus gasped. “Never felt anything like it.”
“So fucking good,” Blake whispered. “Better than good.”
Lily couldn’t respond. She had neither the breath nor the ability. For far too long she’d tried to ward off her approaching orgasm. Tried to pretend she wasn’t on the verge of exploding. She couldn’t do it anymore. Didn’t want to. Not with Blake moving inside her. And Angus moving inside Blake.
Lily simply gave herself up to the pleasure. Instead of fighting it, she welcomed the heady spin into paradise, welcomed every exhilarating thrust of Blake and Angus’s hips, luxuriated in the scent of sex filling the air and the pulses in her pussy that she couldn’t contain anymore.
She groaned beneath Blake, twisted her hips just the tiniest bit—and found what she sought. At this angle, every time Angus drove into Blake, the base of Blake’s cock hit her clit just so. It took three thrusts, maybe four, tops, Lily didn’t count. Didn’t try.
She just embraced the sensation, gave her body up to the rapture and welcomed the orgasm when it hit.
And boy did it hit, with the force of a hurricane, sweeping over her with unbridled power. She came hard, her heart pounding, her head spinning and her body filled with untold pleasure. Pleasure that went on and on and on, her pussy clenching around Blake’s invading cock, her cries echoing off the walls.
Only they weren’t just her cries. Not anymore. Blake gave a hoarse shout, called her name, yelled something unintelligible at Angus, and then he was coming too, pulsing inside her, his cock throbbing in time with her own convulsions.
Someone’s hand found hers, held tight, and then Angus groaned and Blake shuddered all over again, his low moan vibrating over her, touching every nerve ending, making her more sensitive than ever.
Her orgasm ended, but her pussy still convulsed, reacting to Blake’s quivering—and Angus’s. And then Blake collapsed on top of her, squashing her against the sheets, and Angus collapsed beside her, heaving and gasping, and Lily closed her eyes and let her body float off with the last splendid notes of ecstasy.
Chapter Five
Angus stepped from the shower, a sense of foreboding weighing heavily on his shoulders.
He’d just had the best sex of his life. The best fucking high of his life. But it wasn’t real. Wasn’t permanent. It was a day. That was it.
He didn’t belong here. Not in the Hunter. Not in the multimillion-dollar hotel, and certainly not with the man and woman so obviously in love with each other. This wasn’t his world. It was theirs. They fitted in as seamlessly and effortlessly as the vines that grew outside.
He dried himself, wrapped the towel around his waist and walked out the bathroom. The scene that greeted him only confirmed what he already knew.
Lily lay in bed, laughing, while Blake lay on his side next to her, feeding her grapes.
Nope, not grapes. Maltesers.
She ate greedily as Blake teased her about her shocking eating habits, yet ironically seemed more than content to feed the very habit about which he complained.
Oh, yeah. They belonged together. Looked right together. They should have been lovers for years already. Anyone could see they were meant to be. The perfect couple.
He found his jeans and boxers and pulled them on. It was time to go. Time to get his ass out of here. Leave the two friends alone to discover each other in a whole new way.
Angus suppressed a sigh. Yeah, he might have had mind-blowing sex, but he’d never felt more alone. His fantasies about Lily should just have stayed in his head. He should never have acted on them. Or on his instant, powerful attraction to Blake, for that matter.
Damn it, where the hell was his shirt? And his shoes? He spotted one runner near the door and would have retrieved it had Lily’s surprised voice not stopped him short.
“You’re getting dressed?”
Angus turned to her. She was still beautifully naked and had shifted from lying to sitting. The sheet covered her to the waist, leaving those pert, beautiful breasts open to his scrutiny.
She stared at him, confused. “A-are you going somewhere?”
Blake sat up too, his attention on Angus, his chest just as bare as Lily’s.
Angus’s dick twitched. Jesus. One would think that after what had just gone down between the three of them, he wouldn’t be ready for action for a week, at least. A month, even. “Yeah. I thought I’d head off now.”
“Head off where?” Blake looked as puzzled as Lily.
“Back to Sydney.”
“Why?” Blake asked, as Lily simultaneously said, “Why would you want to?”
“It’s time, you know. Gotta get home.”
“No, you don’t.” Lily frowned. “You said you’d spend the weekend in the Hunter.”
“Look, this…” Angus waved his hand between them and him, “…us…it was good. It was fun and all, but now it’s over, and I need to get going.”
“Over?” Lily sounded shocked.
“You’re wrong, mate. This…” Blake waved his hand like Angus had, “…us…is far from over. It’s only just begun.”
Ah, shit. He didn’t want to get into this. Didn’t want to explain the obvious. But what choice did he have? “Look, Blake. You’re a good guy.” Really good, better than Angus had ever expected. “I like you. I like the duchess too. But the two of you? You love each other. You know?”
“Yeah, I know.” Blake placed his arm around Lily, drew her in close and pressed a tender kiss to her forehead. “So?”
Lily melted into his side, but her gaze didn’t leave Angus.
“So you need to be together. Just the two of you.”
“We do,” Blake agreed. “And we will be. A lot. Just like you and Lil will need to be together, just the two of you too. And you and me. It’ll happen, in good time. Right now though, we need to be together, all three of us.”
Angus shook his head. “There can’t be an ‘all three of us’, mate. It’s just not practical.”
“Who cares if it’s practical? Buying a hotel in the Hunter isn’t practical, but I did, and it’s working just fine.”
“You own a hotel in the Hunter. That’s what makes this impractical.”
Lily swore. “It’s that whole social-standing thing you keep harping on about, isn’t it?”
Angus just looked at her.
“You really think it’s an issue, the fact that I grew up with money and Blake earned a shitload of it. You honestly believe it makes you different from us? Not as…worthy?” She stared at him, incredulous. “That, Angus Lowe, is a heap of bullshit if ever I have heard a heap of bullshit. And I’m a lecturer. I’ve heard more than my fair share of bullshit.”
Hell, he couldn’t deal with this. The woman was way too astute for his peace of mind.
“Look, I have to go.”
Lily snorted triumphantly. “You can’t.”
He raised a brow.
“You don’t have a car.”
“She has a point,” Blake agreed. “I don’t either. Which means, short of stealing Lil’s, you can’t go anywhere.”
Angus looked down at his legs. They worked just fine.
“Closest neighbor’s a fifteen-minute drive from here,” Blake said. “And my winery’s closed for the day, which means there’s no one here to catch a ride with. Looks like you’re stuck here.” He grinned and shifted himself and Lily over, making space on the bed. “Might as well lose the clothes and join us. No point you being dressed when we’re not.”
“Blake—” Angus began.
“Don’t feed me the Blake shit. If it makes you feel better, I was dirt poor before we sold the program. My folks had about a dollar to their name, and the only way I got to go to uni was with three bursaries and two after-hour jobs. I worked like a dog to earn the money I needed to study. So I’ve been there, done that and got the T-shirt. It’s irrelevant to you and me and Lil, and like Lil said, it’s a bullshit excuse.”
Angus blinked. Blake was more like himself than h
e’d realized.
“Angus.” Lily extricated herself from Blake’s embrace and walked over to him. Naked. “If you’re honest, you’ll acknowledge this preconceived notion you have about Blake and me and our social differences is garbage. The whole duchess thing is garbage too—even though I love that you’ve given me a nickname, and I feel sexy as hell when you use it. We’re just us. Just three people getting to know each other. Or getting to know each other all over again.”
She placed her palm on her chest, and as much as Angus thought walking away would be a wise move, he couldn’t get his feet to act.
“I want this, Angus. Want what the three of us just started. Very much. Will it work?” She shrugged, her breasts rose and fell and wobbled just the slightest bit. “I don’t know. But I’d like to find out. And if you walk away now, we’ll never know.”
Jesus, he wanted that too. Wanted to know if they could work. But… “If I walk away now, you and Blake get the chance to see if you’ll work. The two of you. You love him, Duchess. You always have.”
“And if you hadn’t entered the picture, I’d still be loving him from afar. Nothing would have changed.”
“I want it too.” Blake joined them in the middle of the room. He had a couple pieces of paper in his hand. “Want to give it a try. Give this…us…a try. Besides…” he held up the papers, shaking them triumphantly, “…when I went to find some chocolate for Lil, I saw these lying on the reception counter.”
Angus peered at them.
“They’re your sketches of my garden. Now that I’ve seen them, I insist you take the job. You have to landscape the estate. No one else will do.” He tapped the papers “I’m non-negotiable on the issue. The job’s yours.”
Fuck. Fuck, fuck, fuck. He wanted to work on the gardens. Badly. Knew he’d do a stand-up job. Which made walking away that much more complicated.
Lily grinned at Blake. “I told you he was good. The best.”
Blake nodded. “You did. You were right.”
“As usual.” Lily preened teasingly. “Just like I was right that you and Angus would get along brilliantly.”
Blake turned back to Angus. “We do get along brilliantly. All three of us. It’s like Lil said, without you, she and I aren’t enough. We’re…just fifty percent. But with you, we hit a hundred. And now that I’ve gotten a taste for what that number can be like, I want it. The equation just won’t work any other way.”
“See, Angus, Blake and I may love each other.” She slipped her hand into Blake’s. “But you’re the glue that brought us together. And we’re gonna need that glue to hold us together.” She smiled shyly at him and slipped her other hand in Angus’s. “I might even be a little in love with the glue.”
And there it was again. The trickle of sweat down his spine. “You’re in love with Blake,” Angus pointed out.
“I’ve got a big heart. Plenty of love to go round.”
“She does have a big heart,” Blake agreed. “I can vouch for that.”
“I’m falling in love with you, Angus.”
Aw, crap. Now what?
“She laughs when you’re around,” Blake added. Then he frowned. “So do I, come to think of it.”
Angus shot him a dark look, but the man just grinned at him. And damned if the twitch in his cock didn’t turn into a full-blown erection.
“I think you’re falling in love with me too,” Lily said.
Angus grimaced.
“I think you fell in love with me the first time you shook my hand.”
Damn woman.
She looked up at him, her gaze intent. “You did, didn’t you?”
He grimaced again. “I s’pose.”
Her grin was as wide as Blake’s as she dropped both of their hands and threw her arms around Angus. Her naked breasts squashed against his chest, and he hardened to the point of pain.
“Say it,” she demanded.
“Say what?”
“Say the words. Tell me you love me.”
Christ, the woman would be the death of him.
“Say them,” Lily insisted.
“Better just say them,” Blake suggested. “She’s not gonna stop asking you until you do.”
Angus sighed.
“Say them.”
“Fine, I love you, Duchess. Have since the first minute I laid eyes on you. Okay?”
Lily nodded. And laughed. “That’s very okay.” And then she pulled his head down to hers and kissed him for a very long time.
“Hey, whoa, you two.” Blake fitted himself against Lily’s back. The papers were gone. He must have set them down without Angus noticing. “Don’t forget I love you too, babe. And I wouldn’t mind getting me some of what you’re giving Angus.”
Lily broke the kiss with another giggle. “Sure thing.” She leaned her head against Blake’s right shoulder, leaving Angus staring into Blake’s eyes. “How about you get it from Angus?”
Blake nodded. “Works for me.” And he leaned in, hooked an arm around Angus’s neck, holding both him and Lily, and kissed Angus for a very long time.
When the kiss ended, Angus found his right hand on Lily’s ass and his left on Blake’s.
“Does this mean we’re gonna give what the three of us have started a chance?” Lily asked breathlessly.
Blake nodded. “Hell, yeah.”
“Angus?”
Angus hesitated.
Blake lifted his brow in warning. “Better answer her…”
“I s’pose.”
“You suppose?” Lily asked. “Or you want to?”
Women. “I…want to.”
“Good.”
“And you’ll do the gardens?” Blake asked.
Angus hesitated again.
“Do the gardens, Angus,” Lily urged. “Think about how much time we can spend here, the three of us, discovering one another.”
“Think how damn good the estate will look when you’re done,” Blake added.
Aw, fuck. Saying no to the two of them was a damn near impossibility. “I’ll do the gardens.”
“Fuckin’ A.” Blake smiled.
“So, we’re, uh, doing this? Doing…us?” Angus asked, bamboozled.
“Oh, yes!” Lily squirmed between the two men. She tugged on Angus’s zip and button and pushed his jeans over his aching dick. Then, aching dick in hand, she turned to face Blake. “We are doing this.” She kissed his lips.
Blake groaned as Lily then swiveled again and took a step back, so instead of standing between the men, she stood beside them, shoulder to arm. In each of her hands she held a rigid cock. “And in case you weren’t sure, we’re starting this, us, right now.” She dropped to her knees before them. “Any objections? Either of you?”
“Not a single one.” Blake breathed unevenly.
She looked at Angus. “And you?”
His stomach did all sorts of fancy twists and rolls, and his dick twitched like crazy. “None.”
“Good.” Lily nodded. “Very good indeed.” And with a giggle born of pure joy, she leaned in and licked first Angus’s cock and then Blake’s.
Very good indeed, Angus agreed. But since Lily’s lips were wrapped around his shaft and he’d lost the ability to breathe, he didn’t say it out loud. He just looked at Blake, caught the man’s eye and shared a grin with him as big as any he’d ever grinned before.
Very good indeed.

Problem is, telling Sebastian Blackford could destroy the best thing in her life, but the longer she keeps her feelings under wraps, the stronger the need to spill her secret.

So why does her confession hit him like a runaway train? And why can’t he get her explicit description of her fantasies out of his mind? They’ve never been more than friends, but now that he knows how Lucy feels, everything is out of whack.
