Beauty and the Billionaire Brothers Page 2

by Elliot, Nicole

He didn’t know how long they could wait. How many days or weeks before she would belong to them in every way.

He pressed his palms into the frame of his desk.

  5

  Kayla

She barely made it to the elevator before her knees buckled. Kayla grasped the walls, tapping the button for the third floor. Wyatt Miller’s assistant had instructed her to go there for her employee introduction. Someone there would show her her new office, give her a key card to the building, and set her up with her own cell phone and company computer. There was obligatory paperwork even when she was the pawn in a land deal gone bad. She thought they would have mentioned it. But they acted as if she had been a part of a standard interview.

It was overwhelming. It was dizzying. But even more, the brothers as they called themselves, were intoxicating. She couldn’t find center fast enough. Everything felt off balance and surreal. From the minute she laid eyes on them, she couldn’t remember why she had held such anger and resentment coming here. It was hard to gaze at their sculpted bodies and not want to touch them—or worse, be touched by them. God, she was pissed at how good looking they were. It wasn’t supposed to happen like that.

They should be ugly old bald men she could sit around and curse and hate. Men who would repulse her and make it easy to resent every minute she spent inside these walls. She held her head high. And they were nice and charming. She would have to work hard to find a way to hate them—but she would find it.

She shook her head, straightened her back, and exited the elevator on the third floor. The offices were like a convoluted mouse maze. How was she supposed to find anything in this place? After trying two wrong doors, she finally found the one marked Human Resources.

  Kayla knocked cautiously. “Hello?”

A man with a narrow nose looked up from his computer. “Oh, you must be the girl Vickie called down about.”

“If you mean the new director of marketing, then yes. That’s me.” She smiled, hoping it would change his attitude. She was going to use her new title in every way she could. This would be a resume-builder. A platform to launch a career that would mean something.

The next year would suck, but it wouldn’t be for nothing. She would make it worth her while.

He rolled his eyes before reaching into the desk drawer and slapped a file on the surface. “You need to fill this in.”

She leafed through the paperwork. It looked fairly standard. Health information. Previous employer. College dates.

  “Anything else?” she asked.

“I’m supposed to give you unlimited access to the building.” She sensed resentment in his tone. “Not sure why.”

Kayla tried to smile. The unwarranted attention made her feel uneasy. “I’m not sure either. I guess I’ll be working lots of unusual hours. Early in. Late to leave.”

“Whatever. Just get this back to me. And here.” He slapped a key fob on his desk.

“Thank you.” She realized she would be able to maneuver through the mazes with the door pass.

Kayla looked around. There was an extra chair in his office, but she didn’t want to stay longer than she had to. He already made her feel uneasy.

“I’ll bring the paperwork back soon,” she promised.

She left the office and walked the halls looking for a quiet place she could answer all the questions on the paperwork. She took a seat in the hallway near a tall potted plant. It was the kind that didn’t need much water. She wasn’t sure how it grew without sunlight.

By the time she returned to the Human Resources office, the rude guy had left for the day. Kayla hadn’t realized how late it was.

  “Great,” she muttered. “Now what?”

There was a chance Wyatt’s assistant was still in the office. Maybe Vickie would handle it for her. She took the elevator to the top floor.

The lobby was quiet. “Vicki?” She knew it was silly to whisper, but there was something that made the office suites feel like the dark part of the library. The part where things were happening you weren’t supposed to know about.

She took a step closer to Vicki’s desk when she heard their voices.

She whipped her head to the side to see Wyatt and Jason in Wyatt’s office. The door was ajar.

“Oh, sorry,” she apologized, stumbling back from the assistant’s desk.

Jason grinned. “I didn’t think you’d be back until tomorrow.”

Wyatt motioned for her to join them. “Why don’t you come in?”

She felt the tingling sensation travel from her spine to the soft recesses between her legs. Somehow she knew if she walked in that office, things would be irrevocably different.

“I-I was trying to drop off my paperwork.”

Wyatt’s eyes narrowed. “Come in, Kayla.”

She swallowed hard, taking one step and then another.

“That’s better,” Wyatt smiled. “Drink?” He held up a decanter of bourbon.

She nodded eagerly. It might be the only way to take the edge off her nerves. There was so much testosterone dripping off them, she was afraid she would have to start swimming in it or risk drowning.

“I guess it’s technically after work, right?” She laughed nervously.

Jason seemed anxious to get the drink in her hand.

“Here you go. Funny you showed up when you did. Wyatt and I were just talking about you.”

“You were?” She took a sip, praying the bourbon would steel her. She already knew being around them again she was off her axis.

“We were.” He sat next to her. His hand lifted to her chin and he traced the outline of her jaw.

Instead of flinching, she leaned into his touch, her eyes closing slowly. It was the wrong reaction. She knew it.

She opened her eyes in time to see Wyatt strolling toward them. It was strange to let Jason touch her. Totally unprofessional. Completely inappropriate and in front of Wyatt made it seem that she was having an out of body experience. It was someone else he was touching. It couldn’t possibly be her.

Wyatt’s dark eyes landed on her as he took his time kneeling in front of her. His wide shoulders came forward as his fingers landed on the inside of her knee and pressed into her flesh. Her reaction was involuntary—or was it? She widened her knees a little, sinking further into the couch, praying he kept moving his fingers.

She didn’t know what was happening. Why was she letting them both touch her at the same time? Had she lost her damn mind?

Jason brushed the hair from her shoulder. “In case you were wondering, this is exactly what we were discussing.” He said it as if they were talking about profit and loss numbers. As if this was how all their business discussions evolved—with her on a couch between them.

  “This?” she whispered.

Wyatt pressed his fingertips along the silkiness of her leg until they were under her skirt. “Truth be told, I was talking about this.” He slipped one and then the other under her panties. “We have a lot to learn about you, Kayla.”

  “Oh God.”

Was it a dream? Or a nervous breakdown? The sensations were firing in her body from all directions. There was a new fire raging in her belly. Every time they touched her it only made the heat rise inside her.

Jason brushed his lips over her neck, while his hand worked down the front of her blouse. He roughly shoved the edge of her bra down so he had full access to her breast. He pinched her nipple between his fingers, rolling it with possessive tugs until it was hard under his touch.

“I-I what’s happening?” she whispered. She looked at Jason while reveling in the sensations.

“Shh,” Wyatt hushed her as his fingers moved deeper under the panties until he found her clit.

God, he would know how soaking wet she was sitting here between them. In one second he would know she was so turned on she couldn’t think straight. Jason already had it figured out with her tit in his hand.

“I don’t understand,” she struggled to find words as she fell into
the strokes and kisses. She absorbed each and every one as if she was paralyzed. Paralyzed with total pleasure. “Why is this happening? Now?”

Wyatt’s stare locked onto her. “Isn’t it obvious?”

She shook her head. His finger pushed inside her and she squeezed around it. Damn, he felt good. She wanted more. Jason flicked over her nipple as his lips moved to her throat with hungry kisses.

“We want you, Kayla,” he growled.

  “We?” she croaked.

Jason’s lips brushed over her ear. His finger plucked at her tit, making the other side hard. “Can you honestly say you didn’t feel the chemistry between us during that meeting today?”

“Oh yes.” Her head reeled back. “I felt it. All of it.” The air was thick with the chemistry between her and Wyatt, but she had also felt the undeniable sexual connection to Jason.

Wyatt’s finger pumped in and out of her entrance.

“Did you think about us when you left?” Wyatt asked, flicking over her clit.

  She nodded. “Yes. Yes.”

Her breaths shortened as her heart pounded. Their hands covered her in unison. Over her clothes. Under them. Her tits and her pussy were on fire. She was spiraling.

She gasped, trying to catch her breath. Trying to make sense out of this. “But there are two of you,” she moaned the obvious.

They nodded simultaneously while withdrawing their hands from her body. Why were they stopping? What was happening now? She wanted to cry out that she needed their warmth and strength again. She liked how it felt having them cover her. It was wrong. It was dirty. But it had felt good and strangely intoxicating. It was like she had wandered into the middle of a fantasy. Right into the brothers’ arms.

They moved away from her. Jason straightened his tie and stood from the couch.

“Something for you to consider,” he stated. “Something we’d like for you to consider.”

God, were they playing with her? Was this some kind of game?

“I-I this can’t be happening.” She looked from one to the other.

Jason grinned. “It can. It’s up to you, Kayla.”

She jumped up from the couch, but not before she saw Wyatt take his fingers to his lips. “Even sweeter than I imagined.” He smiled devilishly.

She couldn’t stand it anymore. It wasn’t real, or if it was it was part of a cruel joke. They were teasing her. Making fun of her. Mocking her lack of experience with men. She ran as fast as her legs would carry her. She beat on the elevator button.

“Oh God. Come on,” she pleaded with the elevator. “Hurry up.”

When the doors finally closed behind her, she crumpled on the floor as a burst of tears flooded her. God, could this day get any worse?

She was indebted to them. She had been forced into this job. A job she only took to free herself, but now they knew. Wyatt Miller and Jason Wentmore knew she wanted them and she had never been more humiliated.

  6

  Wyatt

Fuck. She was incredible. He had never been harder, just fingering a woman. And to get a taste—just a tiny taste of her before she ran away was better than he could have dreamed. She was like pure honey. Sweet and flowery.

He looked out at the lights of the city.

Jason had left not long after Kayla. He’d see him at the penthouse later for football and a beer. He knew his brother had blue balls as fucking bad as he did. He was probably in an ice-cold shower already.

Wyatt kicked back the bourbon. When they first met Kayla Dauler this afternoon, he knew she was the one. It was instinct. Something primal under his skin that kicked in when she stood between them during the interview. He could see it clearly—and so could Jason. He had no doubt she was meant to be theirs, but that was before she tore out of here like she was on fire. As if somehow she had been burned by them.

They were small touches. Only tiny flames. Not close to the pure fire he wanted her to feel.

He closed his eyes, remembering how she felt to him. Like soft velvet. And so damn wet. She purred under them. She leaned into Jason and him at the same time. Despite her surprise she had let them touch her—move under her clothes. Bring her close to coming. But it was too damn easy to get her there. She was already ready to burst as soon as he grazed her clit. It was pounding with thundering want.

He sat forward. No. It wasn’t possible. Was it? Why else would she react like that unless she wasn’t experienced. Unless she had never had what he and Jason could offer her.

They had gauged her incorrectly. Jason was certain she was ready and open. He had seen how she reacted to both of them during the interview. There was a type of woman who exuded a level of sexual energy they recognized. It didn’t mean she was overtly a sex kitten or a fucking maniac in bed. It was more subtle than that. It was a grace and beauty in how she walked and spoke. It was her poise and independence. Her confidence in her ability to run an entire division in their company. It was the way she could stand between him and Jason and unabashedly be attracted to each of them at the same time. Jason had felt it as strongly as Wyatt had.

When she wandered into the office after hours, it made sense. It seemed like the perfect moment. The moment when they could offer her more than a job at Miller-Wentmore Global.

They could offer her a lifestyle that would change her world forever. They could offer her more than she’d ever dreamed of.

They would have to take things slow. They would have to give her time and space to adjust to the idea. To want it. To need it. To crave it like they did.

It was up to Kayla now. Did she want to run the head of marketing and pay off her uncle’s debt, or did she want to live like a goddess?

He swirled the bourbon in the glass. He wondered how long it would take her to decide she wanted to crawl into their bed. How long would it take her to figure out being fucked by both the bosses would be the most cataclysmic event in her sexual experience? How long until Kayla wanted him to take her over his desk while Jason watched? How long before she went down on Jason in the conference room? He didn’t think he could put a time table on it. But when it finally happened it would be the sweetest fucking thing in his life. Sweeter than the taste of her on his lips.

  Jason

Jason let the water run over his shoulders. He had gotten home and spent an hour in the penthouse gym before cooling off in the shower. It was the only way to let out his pent-up frustration.

He needed a good run on the treadmill. He needed to fuck someone more, but that wasn’t going to happen until Kayla was ready. No more waitresses or college girls from bars. He was going to fuck Kayla Dauer with his best friend.

But who in the hell knew when that would be.

They had scared her tonight and that was the last thing either of them wanted. She had been soft and warm. She smelled like summer. Like innocence. He looked down at his cock, not being able to control it once he started thinking about her. It was growing long and hard.

“Damn it,” he growled, throwing his palms against the tile. He twisted the dial even colder. His dick needed to settle the fuck down.

When Wyatt got home they were going to have to talk about this. Had they read her wrong? Had they overestimated her willingness to give more? She had seemed like the perfect candidate. The woman that fit into the missing puzzle piece.

They always worked best with a woman between them. They needed one. They needed her.

He heard the front door slam shut and turned off the shower. He pulled a towel around his waist and walked into the hallway, making a trail of water with his footsteps.

Wyatt stood in the foyer. He wore a scowl.

“You’re dripping water everywhere,” he barked.

“We need to talk, brother.” Jason didn’t know anyway to lighten the situation. They may have completely fucked everything up.

“I think I know what you’re going to say.” Wyatt shoved his hands in his pockets. “We—”

Jason stared at him. “I’ll get dre
ssed and then we’re having this conversation. Let me put on some clothes first.”

  “Fine.”

Jason returned to his suite and pulled on a pair of jeans and a T-shirt. He joined his best friend in the kitchen.

  “Want a beer?” Wyatt offered.

  “Getting shit-faced tonight isn’t a bad idea. I think I’ll have a few.”

Wyatt twisted off the top and handed him the bottle. “If we didn’t have a board meeting first thing in the morning I might agree with you. I thought about staying in my office and nursing that bottle of bourbon to the bottom.”

“She’s not ready. Nowhere near ready.”

  “No shit.” Wyatt looked angry.

Jason shook his head. “She’s different and you know it.”

“I do.” Wyatt took a long gulp of the beer.

“I don’t want to scare her. I saw that look on her face. I think we need to let this one go. She can’t handle us. She’s not into this lifestyle, brother.”

Wyatt slammed the beer on the counter. “Did you see the first look on her face? The one of pure pleasure? The one when was slipping into what we could give her? Because I did. I watched her. I felt her wet heavenly pussy, Jason. And that’s not something I’m willing to walk away from.”

  “You’re serious?”

“She wants it. She wants this. I know it. We just have to back off and give her time. Let her come to us when she’s ready.”

“And if she doesn’t? What if f she only wants one of us? What if she’s so freaked out by the two of us she can’t deal with it?” Jason waited for an answer.

“We share everything. We’ve always said we would never let a woman come between us. We’ve seen it too many times. We aren’t going to be those friends who lose everything because a woman dictates what happens between friends. We share her, or we both walk away.”

Jason nodded. “I don’t want to walk away from her either. I don’t think I can.”
