“The Orbs are your concern. It’s best you head east, toward the ocean perhaps, where there are still people,” said Nainashari as he looked east.

“What about you, Etutsha? Should we depart soon?” asked Tenashar.

Etutsha was deep in thought. “I am not going with you. I should stay here at the cave. Tenashar, this has nothing to do with you. I have a strong feeling that going toward the grasslands, going east, isn’t for me. I’ll remain. I’m sorry.”

Tenashar was clearly disappointed, even stunned. “Why aren’t you going? Is it fear?

“No. I just don’t care to go any farther. I think I have something to do here. This is as far as I walk. Please don’t be hurt, Tenashar.”

“Okay, I think I understand,” said Tenashar.

“I wish to work with the spheres with Nainashari. I think this is how I can help you,” Etutsha said.

“I think it’s a wise choice, Etutsha,” Nainashari said. “Things need to be done here, and I will need you, as I’m getting old. Tenashar, you have to take part of this journey alone. Where are your two friends? They should be with you. Well, anyway, I think you’ll find them.”

Tenashar carefully packed his things. He looked toward the vast lands, the forests and grasslands beyond. He prepared for another departure while gazing into the distance ahead.
