Curious 2
Paint Me Curious Red
With newfound happiness, Seamus Balsam and Summer Knight return from the South Pacific islands of Bora Bora and Tahiti where they had been vacationing. Back in Maine, they can’t seem to get enough of each other. There are sex-filled nights, and days flow with passion.
Their happiness, however, is short-lived, when Summer is offered a position at the university, leaving Seamus annoyed because he has taken a year off so that they could spend time with each other. Removing the painting of his father from its position of prominence sends the household into a tailspin. Its removal brings many questions to the surface, forcing Seamus to face the realities of his life.
Their feisty Irish housekeeper, Mrs. O’Reilly, reveals a secret which has long tortured Seamus. This revelation, which Summer had long ago suspected, pushes him into making some very important life decisions, some of which bring happiness and others which leave him frustrated.

Chapter One
Shortly after takeoff, the aircraft banked to the left, leaving the island of Bora Bora behind with all its memories. Seamus and Summer kept gazing out the window and looking back until the island disappeared from view. They had seen the hotel where they had spent the last three weeks and the golden sand beaches where they had spent so many happy hours. It was a beautiful vacation and they were sad to leave the island which had brought them so much joy.
“It’s like an ocean of blue diamonds,” Seamus said, leaning over Summer to look out on the aquamarine waters of the South Pacific.
“It’s beautiful, isn’t it? I’ve never seen water so blue,” she said. “We should’ve stayed a little longer.”
“I told you we didn’t have to leave so soon,” he said. “I promised you that we would take time off and spend a couple of months in Hawaii.”
“But something intervened and messed up our plans,” she said, still staring out the aircraft window. “I just love it here.”
“At least we’ve still got three more days to enjoy ourselves in Tahiti before we leave for home,” he replied.
It was a fifty minute flight into Tahiti, and they were very excited to be back on the ground and on the lovely beaches of the region. Shortly before landing, the stewardess walked by. She was Polynesian and drop-dead gorgeous. She pulled the cockpit curtain to the side, and it was obvious that she and the crew were flirting with each other. Summer noticed that there was a third person in the cockpit sitting directly behind the curtain. He turned around and his eyes perused the aircraft cabin. His roaming eyes met Summer’s, and they stared at each other for a few moments. A smile crossed his lips, and his ice-blue eyes held her gaze. She looked away and her focus was once again the blue waters and the abundance of color from the plants and the trees below.
The captain made the landing announcement, and the passengers in the little Beechcraft airplane fastened their seat belts in preparation for landing in the sun-drenched capital Papeete. Seamus and Summer held hands, excitement dancing in their veins. They had made a transit stop there on their way to Bora Bora and were both still thrilled at the prospect of spending three more days in paradise. When the aircraft landed, they kept on taking in the view until it came to a stop in front of the very modern terminal building. Summer saw the ice-blue eyes staring at her again, and a faint smile crossed his lips. He disembarked before they did and, without looking back, walked ahead of them into the baggage area.
Tanned and healthy lookin
g, they stepped into the terminal and were greeted in Polynesian fashion with frangipani garlands. With no immigration formalities, they walked directly to the baggage belt to await their luggage.
“Hello,” said the man with the ice-blue eyes, who was standing next to Seamus.
Summer knew it was the young man who had been sitting in the cockpit.
“Hello,” Seamus replied.
“I saw you both on Bora Bora,” the young man said.
“You did?” Seamus asked.
“Yes, we stayed in the same hotel.”
“Seamus Balsam,” said Seamus, extending his hand.
“Jean-Louis Baston.”
“And this is my fiancée, Summer Knight,” said Seamus.
Summer felt a little self-conscious, because she thought he was still showing too much interest in her, but they continued to make small talk while they waited for their luggage to arrive.
“Are you French?” she asked the handsome stranger.
“Yes, but I left France many years ago. I now live here in paradis,” he said.
“Now I am really jealous,” she replied.
“Is this your first visit to French Polynesia?” Jean-Louis asked, looking from one face to the other.
“Yes,” said Seamus, “and from the look of things, it won’t be our last.”
“How much time will you be spending here on Tahiti?” Jean-Louis asked.
“Three days. We want to visit the Gaugin museum.”
“Maybe I can show you around,” he replied. “I’ve still got another week free before I return to work.”
“What do you do?” Seamus asked.
“I’m a pilot. I fly small passenger aircraft here between the islands.”
“Is that’s why you were sitting in the cockpit?” Summer asked.
“Sometimes I get to sit there when the flight is full. So what do you do, Seamus?”
“I’m an artist.”
“That explains your interest in the Gaugin museum,” Jean-Louis replied.
Soon the luggage started to arrive, and the two men pulled their bags from the belt. Up close, Summer noticed how handsome Jean-Louis was. He was the same height as Seamus, his hair seemed to be bleached white, and his skin, dark from living in the tropics. His pale-blue eyes contrasting with his dark skin gave him a very exotic look.
“Is someone picking you up from the airport?” he asked.
“A limo should be there to collect us,” Seamus replied.
“If it’s not there, I’ll give you a ride to your hotel. Where are you staying?”
Seamus showed him a card with the name of the hotel, and Jean-Louis promised he would pick them up the following day to take them on a sightseeing tour around the island. They said good-bye, and as the limo pulled away from the airport, Summer looked back at him. She loved Seamus, but there was something intriguing about the handsome stranger. Since she’d met Seamus, she’d had no interest in any other man. What was it about Jean-Louis? It was not lust, nor was it love. She just wanted to see him again, to talk to him and to find out more about him.
“He was a nice young man,” said Seamus.
“Who?” she asked.
“Jean-Louis,” he replied.
“Yes he was, wasn’t he?” she replied, turning her head and smiling.
“Penny for your thoughts,” said Seamus, noticing how quiet she had become.
“I’m just looking at all the strange-looking fruit and beautiful flowers. What’s that hanging on the tree over there?” she asked.
“I think that’s a mango. One of the sweetest fruits there is!”
“You’ve never in your life eaten a mango, Seamus.”
“Yes I have,” he said, laughing.
“I know you haven’t, but it looks as if we’ll be eating lots of them here.”
They stared out the window at the beautiful scenery as they drove by, taking in the places of interest. After a fifteen-minute ride, they arrived at the hotel. Summer gasped when she saw the grounds. It was similar to their hotel in Bora Bora, but much more exclusive. Theirs was an over-the-water bungalow with two potted palms adorning the front of the entrance. They walked behind the porter, gazing into the lagoon at the sea creatures like stingrays and porpoises at play.
“Absolutely beautiful,” whispered Seamus as the porter opened the door to their living quarters.
“I could live like this forever,” said Summer as she walked onto the veranda and stared into the aquamarine water.
“So could I,” said Seamus, hugging her from behind.
She turned around and smiled at him.
“Our lives seem so perfect,” he said, resting his cheek on hers.
“Our lives are perfect, Mr. Balsam. Such a pity we are here for such a short time.”
“I was thinking,” said Seamus. “Let’s forget about Hawaii. Why don’t we return here and spend a couple of months? We can also travel to the other islands and see how they compare.”
“Oh, Seamus, that sounds good. I would love that.”
“Really?”
“Yes, I would. This is heavenly.”
“Then let’s do it.”
“Remind me to thank you properly, Mr. Balsam.”
“That would have to wait for a couple of minutes because I must go back to one of the shops I saw on the way here. There is something that I want to buy for you.”
“What is it?” she asked, behaving like an excited schoolgirl.
“Secret!” he said, gently pushing her away and leaving the room.
She wondered about the gift. He had already given her that beautiful ring in Bora Bora. She didn’t recall seeing anything she cared for on their way to the bungalow. But then again, Seamus was different. He always had some kind of surprise waiting in store for her. She changed her clothing while she waited for his return, and she knew he was back when she heard the key turn in the lock. At the same time, the telephone started to ring and she hurried to answer it.
Who could that be, she wondered as she turned around and picked it up.
“Hello, Summer,” the caller said.
“Hello,” she replied.
“This is Jean-Louis,” he said, with his beautiful French accent. “I just wanted to let you know that I will be there around nine thirty tomorrow morning.”
“Thank you,” she replied. “I will pass the message onto him.”
“Who were you talking to?” asked Seamus stepping into the room.
“That was Jean-Louis. He said he would pick us up around nine thirty tomorrow morning. What did you bring me?”
“Something which I should have brought you a long time ago,” he replied.
“I wonder what that could be. I’ve already got George,” she said, laughing.
“It’s more exciting than George,” he said, holding her around the waist. “Open it.”
She opened the package and stared at him.
“Don’t you like them?”
“They are different,” she said, lifting them one by one and staring at them.
“Don’t you want to try them,” he asked, nuzzling her ear.
“Why not?” she asked, laughing. “I’ll be right back.”
“I can’t wait to see this,” he replied grinning.
Two minutes later, she returned to where he was waiting, seated on the sofa.
“Come over here,” he said.
She walked over to him, smiling all the while. He pulled her to him and her legs straddled his. His eyes closed, he moved his hand slowly up and down her thighs.
“Uhhhh!” he growled, burying his face in her abdomen. “That feels good.”
“Where did you get them?” she asked.
“Didn’t you notice the shop on the way here?”
“No I didn’t.”
“There lies the difference between a man and a woman,” he said. “We see these things at a glance.”
“What you are trying to say, is that men are much more perverted than women.”
“
That’s not what I meant.” His fingers were now exploring between her thighs.
“What did you mean?” she asked as her body began reacting to the circling motion of his fingers against her clit.
She squirmed and spread her legs wider.
“I know this was a good idea,” he said, his head buried in her abdomen. “Now we are ready for anything, anywhere and anytime. What do you think?”
She was much too preoccupied to answer, because his fingers were busy at work stroking her delicious pussy.
“Answer me,” he said, titillating her clit with one hand, and tightly holding her buttocks with the other.
“This is so good,” she moaned. “Oh, Seamus!”
“Do you want to say something to me, Summer?”
“So good!” she said, throwing her head back and gyrating on his fingers.
“Are you telling me that these ‘crotchless’ panties were a good idea?”
“Yes. Yes.”
“Spread your legs,” he said, his knees pushing them farther apart.
Around and around, his fingers moved, teasing and exciting her as she clung to him, her head on his shoulders and her hands around his neck.
“Drop the skirt,” he commanded.
She stood up and stepped back, and he pushed her skirt to the floor.
“I’m so turned on. Just looking at you has made me hard,” he said. “Lie across the bed.”
She lay across the bed, staring unblinking at him.
“So beautiful,” he said, still running his fingers gently between her thighs. “I am so afraid that I may come right away.”
“Touch me, Seamus,” she said in a raspy voice.
“Look at this,” he said, stroking his magnificent cock. “That’s what you’ve done to me.”
