He lightly kissed my lips then asked, “You want my dick deep inside you, Danni?”

I nodded and licked his bottom lip, the taste of my arousal still lingering. Moaning, I cried out, “Yes! I want you now!”

He grinned wickedly then lifted himself up with his hands on either side of me.

“Then why don’t you do the honors, baby? I want to watch you slide my cock inside that tight little pussy. Take me inside you, Danni.”

I wasted no time taking his dick into my hand and stroking it a few times. It was as hard as a steel beam and satiny smooth. I forced the head right into my entrance then reached around to grip his ass, urging him inside.

He thrust his hips hard and instantly he was deep inside me. He groaned as I screamed out in pleasure. “Oh fuck!”

“God damn you’re so tight,” he grunted as he shifted his hips and began to move in and out.

I gripped his ass tightly in both hands and pulled him hard against me. “You’re so big, you feel so good!” I cried. “Please go harder!”

Beau smiled sexily at me and moved up onto his knees. He gripped my knees with both hands, pushing my legs back as far as they would go. I moaned loudly when he shifted his hips again; I felt him so much deeper like this. “You want me to fuck you harder? You got it, beautiful,” he said, and my body was on fire as he gave me exactly what I wanted.

I was definitely not a virgin by any means but one thing I knew for sure was that I had never ever had sex this hot before. Beau Cavanaugh knew what the fuck he was doing and I was thanking every God there was that I was in this moment with him.

He had stamina like I’d never thought possible as he drove into me with thunderous force. He moved his thumb down to my clit and pressed hard, rubbing it in fast circles. My back arched and I screamed out as my body was rocked with another orgasm.

I barely had time to come down from my release before he abruptly pulled out of me and said, “Turn over and get on your knees.”

I grinned wickedly at him and did as I was told, lifting my hips and my ass in the air. He slid two fingers inside me.

“Fuck you’re so wet,” he said, before removing them and slamming into me again from behind.

I threw my hair back and moved my body up, reaching around to pull his lips to mine.

Suddenly, as I looked at him while he was still deep inside me, something flashed in his eyes. “Danni, you are so beautiful,” he whispered against my lips as his arms wrapped around my bare stomach.

He held me close as he thrust his hips harder and faster. His eyes rolled back and closed as his engorged cock swelled and thickened inside me.

“Come inside me, Beau. Let yourself go,” I purred as I played with his hair.

His fingers found my clit again and he growled out, “Together,” as I shattered into pieces around him yet again. He found his release when I did and we fell over the edge together…

The sound of a loud car chase scene from coming from the television tore me from my thoughts. My heart was racing again and my cheeks felt flushed. I leaned my head back against the headboard and sighed. There was no way I would be able to be around Beau again without making a fool of myself. I’d reacted like a teenager with a crush when I held his hand at dinner and now I was incredibly turned on remembering the first time we’d had sex.

I had to work this thing out with Beau once and for all. Not caring what time it was, I reached for my cell phone that was resting on the nightstand and dialed Beau’s number without pausing to think. My palms started to sweat as it rang once, twice, three times. On the fourth ring, he finally picked up. “Danni? Hello?”

“Hey Beau, did I wake you?” I asked.

“Uh, no, I was up,” he replied.

I looked at the clock and it was almost two in the morning. I smiled. Of course he was awake. He usually never went to bed until around three.

“Why are you awake? You usually crash around eleven. Is everything all right?”

“I’m fine. I was just sitting here thinking.”

  “Thinking? About what?”

“About us,” I admitted, feeling butterflies in my stomach.

I heard his breath catch on the other end of the line. After a few quiet seconds, he spoke.

  “And?”

“I-I think we should hang out tomorrow,” I said.

“Danni-” he said, starting to interrupt me but I stopped him.

“Look, I know you said you didn’t want to talk about things but I think we need to at least clear the air. We’ve both been so focused on your recovery since I came here that we haven’t really gotten to talk about anything. I think that we should spend the day together tomorrow and just try to work things out.”

I could hear him taking deep breaths on the other end of the phone, and after what felt like a lifetime he finally spoke.

  “Do you like baseball?”

  “W-what? Baseball?”

“Yeah, I am a season ticket holder for the Reds. I haven’t been to a game in a while and they are playing the Cubs tomorrow. What do you say? Do you want to take in a game with me?”

I smiled so widely that I thought my face might break. “Um, sure. I’d love to.”

“Okay then. Make sure you’re hungry when we go because the hot dogs there are amazing.” He sounded excited for the first time in what felt like ages.

“Oh yeah? Are you going to buy me some souvenirs?” I asked, snuggling down into my blankets.

“I’ll buy you whatever you want, beautiful,” he said happily.

“I have never been to a baseball game before. I think I’m actually excited,” I said honestly.

  “I’m excited for you.”

There was another loud explosion coming from my television set and Beau asked, “What was that sound?”

I hit the mute button and said, “Oh that? I was trying to find something on television before I called you. I honestly don’t know what show it is.” I stifled a yawn and I heard him chuckle.

“Well, you sound tired. You should get some sleep, Danni. I know you are up way past your bed time,” he said, trying to sound strict.

I laughed and said, “So what, are you going to spank me for being up too late?”

He groaned softly and said, “Yeah, I need to hang up now.” I giggled and he continued, “Good night Danni. I’ll pick you up tomorrow around two o’clock. Be ready and be hungry.”

“I will, I promise. Goodbye, Beau,” I said sleepily.

“Bye,” he replied, and we both ended the call.

As I turned off the television and switched off the lamp next to me, I fell fast asleep, happier than I’d felt in a while.

  Chapter 4

  Beau

“Knock, knock, big brother! I’m here!” I heard my sister Sadie calling out from the front door as I was running a hand through my still-wet hair. I had gotten up early to give myself plenty of time to prepare for my day with Danni…both mentally and physically.

Danni asking to spend the day together had me feeling like I’d gotten my birthday and Christmas presents all in one phone call. I wanted to make this day fun for both of us because I felt like we needed it. Earlier I had texted to Sadie, who was always awake before the sun, to run out and pick up a few things for Danni for the game today. Now I walked down the hall to meet my sister with a new spring in my step. I really hoped this day with Danni would be the start of something good.

“Well, don’t you look handsome in your Reds tee shirt,” Sadie said to me as she walked into the kitchen.

I smiled at her. “Hey kid, thanks for doing this for me.” I pulled her into a one-armed hug, dropping a kiss on her head.

“It’s no trouble. I also brought you some breakfast,” she said, handing me a takeout bag from McDonald’s.

I grinned. “Thanks for this too,” I replied, setting the bag on the counter in the kitchen. “So, did you find everything okay?”

Sadie snorted out a laugh as she placed several bags on the counter. “We live in Cincy, Beau.
It wasn’t hard to find Reds gear, especially on a game day. I got everything you asked for.” She pulled a hat, a gray V-neck tee shirt with the Red’s logo on it, and a Reds jacket out of the bag. It was early in the season and even though it was supposed to be nice out I didn’t want to take the chance that Danni might be cold.

I took one of the breakfast sandwiches out of the bag and unwrapped it. As I took a bite, I walked over to Sadie and picked up the hat to look at it. “This is perfect. She’ll look cute in this, don’t you think?”

Sadie smiled at me and said, “Of course she will. That girl looks cute in just about anything.”

“Yes she does,” I said, taking another bite of my sandwich.

I put the hat down, running my fingers across the tee shirt that would be hugging her beautiful body later today and I smiled.

“You look good, big brother,” Sadie said.

I looked up at her and she was beaming.

“I haven’t seen you look this good in a long time.”

I shrugged my shoulders and ran my hand through my hair.

“Well, I’m excited. We’ve not hung out like this since…well, shit, I don’t think we’ve ever hung out like this before. When we met up again in Muncie we just started sleeping together right away. We never really spent much time together with our clothes on,” I said, snorting out a laugh.

“That’s a shocker,” she replied sarcastically, pulling a hash brown out of the bag and taking a bite.

“Seriously though, don’t fuck this up. It’s taken Danni a year to get to this point. Don’t blow it.”

“I don’t plan to, Sadie. I love her,” I replied.

She tossed a piece of her hash brown at my face and grinned.

“I know you do. You’re my brother and I love you. If anyone deserves happiness it’s you.”

I put my sandwich down on the table and pulled her into a hug.

“We both do, kid. So, when are you going to settle down and find a man to be with longer than one night?”

She shoved against me. “Shit, I don’t need any guy drama in my life right now. That’s what toys were designed for,” she said, and I nearly choked.

“Jesus Christ, Sadie,” I said, taking a drink of orange juice.

“What? It’s okay for you to fuck around but not me?”

“First of all, I don’t fuck around anymore. And second, you’re my baby sister and it’s fucking weird.”

“Like I said, I am not screwing anyone right now. Who the hell has time with me mixing your latest album and beating the whores off of Jude with a baseball bat every day? Both are full time jobs in themselves,” she said, rolling her eyes.

“I thought you told me Jude stopped having his women come to the house when you moved in with him,” I said, frowning.

Jude and Sadie had decided once we came back from New York last year to become roommates since they already hung out so much. Once Sadie moved her last box into the house, Jude vowed then and there to quit fucking so many girls. He said it was because he’d never lived with a girl before and it just felt strange. Surprisingly, so far, he had managed to pull it off.

I was happy to see him cut back on the amount of girls he had been banging night after night since we signed our record deal, but it still worried me that they were living together. It was pretty common knowledge that Sadie had been harboring a crush on Jude ever since we were kids; luckily he’d always seemed oblivious to her. I loved Jude like he was my brother, but I loved my sister more, and if I ever found out he’d touched her in any way other than a friendly hug I might knock his ass out.

“He did, but that doesn’t mean women still don’t want to get into his pants. He’s Jude Miller, Beau. Every rock slut wants to fuck him.”

“And that bothers you why?” I asked her, cocking an eyebrow in suspicion.

Sadie put her hand up and said, “Just don’t, okay? I am not trying to get into Jude’s pants, I promise.”

“Don’t tell me you wouldn’t give it up to him if he asked,” I said, furrowing my brows.

“I wouldn’t, Beau, no matter what you think. I realized a while ago that my crush was stupid and that he’s better off as my friend than anything else. I love hanging with him and I don’t want to mess up our friendship. I promise that Jude and I will never be more than friends, but it’s still annoying to see women practically shoving their vaginas at him every time we go anywhere.”

“Well, he’s not going after it, is he?”

Sadie shook her head and said, “No. He’s really been sticking to this ‘no girls’ thing but it’s only a matter of time.”

“Well, Sadie, it’s been a year. I think the fact that Jude hasn’t slipped once in all that time is a miracle in itself. If you are his friend, stick with him,” I told her.

“I always will, but it’s just irritating, you know? I don’t know how you guys handle it, all those skanky girls screaming for you all the time.”

“You get used to it, Sadie. It’s the nature of the business. It does get old after a while though and you eventually just want to settle down.”

“Well, lucky for you, Beau, you already have a girl you want to settle with, assuming you don’t screw it up again,” Sadie replied.

I reached out, tugging a piece of her hair, and she squealed. “I already told you I won’t. She’s it for me.”

“Good,” she said, taking another bite of hash brown. “Well, if you don’t need anything else from me, I’m going to go back home and get some work done.”

“On a Sunday? Sadie, take the day off for once.”

“No fucking way, brother. I’m on a deadline for the track you guys just recorded,” she answered.

“What deadline? You’re our main producer now and Jessie runs the label.”

“It’s my deadline. I want ‘Trigger’ finished and in the can by the end of the week, and I still have some mixing to do.”

I wrapped my arm around her shoulders and said, “Always the perfectionist. We hit gold when we got you, kid.”

Sadie smiled. “Well, I would say you’re biased because we’re family but then I’d be lying because I am pretty fucking talented.”

We laughed and I hugged her tightly one last time. “Well you better get to work then. Thanks again for your help today.”

“Anytime. Let me know how it goes if you’re still clothed when the date’s over,” she said and I laughed.

“Get out of here, you brat,” I replied, shoving her playfully.

“Later!” she called out as she left the kitchen and walked out the front door.

I gathered all of the things for Danni and put them back in the bag. After I finished my breakfast sandwich, I cleaned up all the trash and wrappers. I still had a few hours to kill before it was time to get Danni, so I went into my living room and turned on the television, hoping to find some kind of action movie to distract me as the remaining hours dragged on.

“Where did Danni go?” I asked, looking around the bar.

“I don’t know, man. She was just here with Jake a second ago,” Kris answered.

“I think I saw the two of them sneak out back,” Jude said, taking a drink from his beer.

My fingers curled and my hands clenched into fists as I thought of Jake with his hands on Danni. Knowing him as well as I did, he was probably trying to get his hands up her shirt right then. Fuck this, I wasn’t going to let him touch her. Danni was my girl and I loved her. I couldn’t believe how stubborn I’d been all this time but I wasn’t wasting another second without her back in my arms.

I put my beer down and took off out of the pool room. I walked down the back hall, checking both bathrooms before I walked out the back exit. As soon as I opened the door, I turned my head to the right and saw Jake kissing Danni.

I felt like someone had knocked the wind out of me; he was kissing lips that were meant to be kissing mine. I was heartbroken yet angry like I’d never been before. She really didn’t want me. I narrowed my eyes at both of them and
walked back inside the bar. Fuck it, I thought. If she was moving on after breaking my heart then I sure as fuck would too.

As I made my way back inside, I saw a cute bleach-blonde girl eyeing me from the bar. She looked like the perfect distraction. I winked at her and tilted my head toward the bathroom, silently asking her to join me. The girl smiled at me and mouthed, “I’ll be right back,” to her friend before jumping off the stool and heading in my direction. As soon as she reached me I took her hand in mine and led her into the men’s bathroom.

I wasted no time in pressing her against the bathroom wall and covering her mouth with mine. She tasted like stale cigarettes and her lip gloss tasted cheap. I banished my repulsion at her flavor as she hooked her legs up around my waist as I unzipped my fly. I didn’t care if she was enjoying it or not because at that moment I was hurting so badly from Danni’s betrayal. I just wanted to get lost in the first person I could find, and this girl, no matter how badly I wasn’t attracted to her, was just what I needed right then.

I moved her panties to the side and after rolling on a condom, I slid my cock inside her and started to move. She moaned and panted as I fucked her as hard as I could against the wall. I knew that this girl wasn’t one I’d remember and not only because I didn’t know her name. She wasn’t as soft, tight, curvaceous, or perfect as Danni was. This girl just wasn’t the one I wanted.

I started to go soft and was pulling out of this nameless girl when the bathroom door opened. I glanced over to the door and my eyes landed on Danni’s. She had a shocked look on her face and her eyes were wide with heartache. She placed a hand at her neck and took a step back.

“Danni! Wait!” I yelled as she backed away. I put my dick back into my pants and tried to catch her but she ran out of the bathroom and out of the bar before I could reach her.

“Who was that?” the girl asked in a nasal-sounding voice. I turned to look at her and I was instantly filled with repulsion and shame. I narrowed my eyes at her and walked out of the bathroom to find Danni and talk to her. Dear God, what had I done?
