by Leo Anghart
I feel that Leo has given me a renewed sense of motivation and self-belief to continue along this road and persevere to achieve better and better natural vision. I know I can do it with patience and plenty of love.

I enjoyed the workshop by Leo. Did you know that after the second session I went to buy new contact lenses, 0.5 less than what I usually wear? However, when I measured my eyes the next morning, my grade for my right eye was even lower!! I am now wearing 3.5 in both eyes. I am working to bring both my eyes to -3.0 by the end of September (I started with 4.5 for my right eye and and 4.25 for my left eye). Thanks!!

I did the weekend workshop in October 08 when my eyes were -4.50. Now I am wearing -1.75 contacts which I feel are becoming clear so I will decrease next month. I am just doing the Pranic Healing meditation exercise 2 hourly now. I am happy to help out at the next workshop also.

Just wanted to thank Leo for a wonderful and inspiring course. I have already received such wonderful benefits and I know I will be successful in regaining my vision. I feel the luckiest person on earth to have found you, as my head felt like it was under water for so long. To walk outside and see clearly for the first time in years was truly a miracle. Thank you for your humble and charming way of conducting the course and for having the sensitivity to help Lance - that made me cry all the way home. If you ever decide to run a course on teaching people to teach this I would be very honoured. You have given me the greatest gift. Thank you.

I attended Leo’s vision course at the weekend and it was brilliant. I just wanted to write to say thank you for coordinating such a wonderful course. I gained a lot of insight from it and will be telling all my friends about it.
I haven’t had my lenses in for 2 days now and I am determined not to put them back in ever again.
Go Leo!!

You may remember me. I’m the “Going to be commercial pilot in Melbourne”, who was at your course in October 2008. I have finished all my theory courses and passed my Instrument rating and in another 4 - 5 weeks I will go for my commercial flight test, so things are moving. Now the best news is I went to the “Class One Medical examination” (this initial one is the hard one to pass), all is OK, and have it in writing that I don’t need glasses for flying and/or map reading at night. They put some drops in my eyes and noted that I’m a bit long sighted but not to a degree that I require glasses, so I’ll keep doing the excercises. I’m not yet at the candle light stage but I’m getting there …

My daughter Ana and I were on your training in Slovenia in December. Ana has problems with strabismus, so she had glasses. Now she is without glasses and her eyes are OK.
Thank you for everything.

I was in the vision therapy group that finished last night, February 6. What a wonderful course this is. I’ve had no discernible difference in actual vision but my eyes are absolutely popping with excitement about the near future. No more specs! Ye ha!
Today I went searching for an optometrist to change my spectacle prescription to a lower range. The glasses I am now wearing hurt my eyes even before I did your course but the optometrist kept telling me it was because I would not allow myself to adjust to the bifocals and other equally insulting nonsense. I was most naive when I trotted off to the first optometrist to request the lowering of my lens prescription. Seventy five million optometrists later I can no longer lay claim to being naive. I’ve outright lied, thrown hissy fits, burst into tears (yeah, okay, I confess - it was crocodile tears but the situation was desperate), hopped up and down pretending to be a lunatic (I heard exactly what you thought then Leo Angart! Be nice.), even attempted what I felt to be a rather grand Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth impersonation. All of this after telling the simple truth had failed at the first sixty five million visits. No one will change the lens without first doing an eye test and this is a pointless exercise as I will merely end up again with the same prescription.
So, my question is … do you know of a Bogart type optometrist who will meet me at midnight on whatever corner specified and take charge of changing my specs? I promise on my honour not to spill to the Feds, to resist any and all torture and never, ever under any circumstances reveal your name. I suspect the Feds might be on to me anyway as my first two emails to you disappeared with absolutely no trace. I will protect your identity with fierce integrity.
Just to remind you about my prescription at present: (L) -3.00, (R) -4.25. Your suggestion was to change to -3.25, perhaps even -3 so it’s really only one lens that needs to be changed - isn’t it?? I think I’ve got it right, maybe not.

When you asked me, as we were finishing, what result I had achieved, I replied that I didn’t seem to have any noticeable result yet. I was wrong. When I arrived home I tried on a pair of old reading glasses that didn’t work for reading. AMAZINGLY THEY WORKED! So I did get an improvement!
I will be continuing with the program until I reach PERFECT EYESIGHT!
Thank you once again for a wonderful program!

I did Leo Angart’s vision training in 2004. At the time I was wearing bifocals and had a significant astigmatism problem. I had worn glasses for over fifty years. I am an author and by 2004 I had authored or co-authored 14 books. This meant I spent many hours at my computer and continue to do so. I found that during the workshop my astigmatism was significantly less, but I still felt insecure so I continued to wear my glasses. I did the exercises I had learned in the course plus I throughly read Leo’s book Improving Your Eyesight Naturally. After about 6 months I decided to bury my glasses. I found that continuing to do various exercises for a few minutes each day helped me maintain my improved eyesight. I had no trouble reading and driving and my astigmatism was gone. The time I now spend looking after my eyes is far less than the time I use to spend looking for my glasses!
