Watch What Burns Page 29

by Kirsty-Anne Still

“Okay, okay,” he said relenting, getting off her as he said so. He helped her up before giving any hints of defeat to his brothers-in-law. “I’ll hold off until we’re home and alone.” He then kissed into Austin’s neck, hitting her pulse point, and making her giggle out. He gave everyone a moment to get reabsorbed in their own activities before he went back to focusing on his wife. “Do you want to know one thing I’m totally sure of right now, Aus?”

“What’s that?” Austin asked him, wondering on the multiple ideas.

“This is only the beginning,” Tyler simply responded, his hand roaming her stomach and he leaned down to kiss their unborn child before looking at his daughter across the sand and giving her a wink.

Austin grinned wildly. “Yes, it is.”

  The End

  Acknowledgments

Mama - You have been a constant source of inspiration and support day in day out. There is no question or doubt about it. I know you will only always be my biggest fan.

Amy - Once again, you have amazed me with your love and dedication. No matter what, you have been here to cheer me on and cheer me up! I couldn’t ask for a better friend than what you have been for me. You’ve been my main girl to go to when an idea pops straight into my brain and I hope to keep it that way!

Charlotte - You have been there to allow me to vent when everything has been pressing down too much on me! You never allow me to bottle and you never allow me to remain down for long. Without you and your reading of Watch What Burns I would have doubted this book.

Nicola - My fellow randomer and my go to girl with all things cat, food and writing related. I can’t thank you enough for being one of those I can go to with anything and everything! Like Amy and Charlotte, I wouldn’t have written WWB as quickly as I have without you! I know with you I can always

Beth - My partner in crime! What would I do without you?! I wouldn’t have met one of the best people ever without my first book and I can’t help but laugh at how life has changed since the first time we met! I wouldn’t change any of it for the world!

Again, I would like to thank everyone who has given me support and encouraged me to see that the sky is only the limit. From my Fanfiction days to ‘A Fire That Burns’, you have been constant and ever growing and I cannot deny how inspiring it is to have people who believe in me and want the writing I have to offer.

Here’s to many more characters, book boyfriends, plot twists and cliffhangers!
