  "Who did I forget?" Iris shouted. "Who are you talking about? That bitch Vanessa betrayed you just like I did, it's one of the smartest things she had done. I really underestimated her." Iris said while smiling.

  "Wrong! Vanessa didn't betray me like your grimy ass. Vanessa and I set it all up to make it seem that way to the Asian Mafia, so she could get close to them and kill their leader. The funny thing is, the whole time they been after us, they was never after me, Layla or Vanessa. The whole time they knew it was you who killed Lee and Young but knew my loyalty run deep and I'll never believe them or let them get their hands on you. So they decided to kill us all until now." Tess replied.

  Iris' heart raced for the second time for the night. She stares at Tess then Bless.

  "So, what are you saying, you joined the Asian Mafia and if so where is Vanessa?" Iris asked while raising her left eyebrow.

  "No the Teflon Divas didn't join the Asian Mafia, they joining us. Winners roll with winners and Vanessa is here but you would know that if you had your two way receiver in your ear!" Tess shouted as four helicopters hover over the house and Asian Mafia henchmen repelled out of them on ropes firing at the Santiago drug family's henchmen.

  Vanessa hung out the side opened door of a helicopter. Sending a hail of bullets into five Santiago henchmen, making their bodies jerk and shake.

  "Get down!" Tess yelled as she heard the chaos outside.

  She yanks free her chain blade whip off the side of her belt and spins around with her arm stretched out. The sharp razor blades rip and tore into the face and necks of the four henchmen behind her while bending down. Bless grabs his gun and aims, squeezing the trigger twice hitting two of the henchmen next to Iris in the forehead.

  Marina rolls while on the floor and picks up her SKS 9mm sub-machine gun and squeezes the trigger into the last two henchmen next to Iris. They hollered as the hollow point Teflon bullets shredded their bodies to pieces. Marina aims at Iris but moves to slow. Iris side steps to the left and rolls onto the floor and sent two quick bullets into Marina's chest.

  "Ughhh!" Marina screams as Iris fired once more sending a bullet in Marina's right hand, splitting it open, causing Marina to drop her gun.

  "I see Tess hasn't trained you yet and that you're in our body armor, but I'll make sure to finish you off. Those bullets to the chest did nothing to you bitch but dent the armor." Iris said and aims for Marina's head.

  Just as she squeezes the trigger Tess chain blade whip wraps around Iris' wrist with the gun in her hand. Tess pulled making Iris holler in pain.

  "Ahhhh!" Iris throws her gun at Tess' forehead.

  Tess dodges it, but stumbles backwards giving Iris the opportunity to free her wrist. Iris rubs her wrist and looks at the deep cuts in it. She pulls out the 11 inch knives with finger holes in the handle. She puts her index fingers in the hole and spins the knives around in her hands.

  "Get up Marina and cover me! Help Bless!" Tess shouted while tears stream down Marina's face.

  She held her split open right hand to her stomach and picks up her SKS 9mm sub-machine gun with her left hand and stood by the room doorway with Bless firing at more of Santiago soldiers entering the house.

  Outside of the house was a small warzone. The Asian Mafia assassins were putting up a good fight with Vanessa, but they were outnumbered and losing fast as more of the Santiago soldiers came. One of the helicopters that were hovering in the air exploded from a missile launcher.

  Layla held her breath and squeezes the trigger repeatedly sending bullets slamming into henchmen chest and head. Her heart skips a beat as she noticed a group of Santiago henchmen closing in on her. She knew they were searching for her and it would only be a matter of time before they would find her. She covered Vanessa and the Asian Mafia assassins as long as she could before she starts taking out the henchmen that were heading in her direction.

  "Tess there's too many of them and even more coming. I don't know how much longer we can hold them off." Layla said into the tiny two-way receiver.

  "Yea what she said!" Vanessa said while sending a burst of automatic fire into as many henchmen as she could.

  Screams and moans mixed with cries echoes out through the night air.

  "Okay exit plan in action in ten minutes. That's enough time for me to kick this bitch ass and grab my daughter and niece." Tess replied in the tiny two-way receiver in her ear.

  She gains her balance and gets in a martial art fighting stand with her chain blade whip in her hand.

  "It's all over Tess!" Those bitches can't save you. I learned about battling in an environment from you. Look where you are. There's no way you can win or get out of the Dominican Republic alive." Iris said as she charges Tess, swinging her right and left hand straight down trying to slice Tess open with both of her 11 inch knives.

  Tess back pedals while dodging both her blows and tries to front kick Iris. Iris blocks the kick then continues to swing. Tess blocks each blow Iris swings, but that didn't stop Iris from continuing her attack.

  "You're smart! You know I can't use my chain whip with you so close to me." Tess said.

  "Yep and I know you're good with hand to hand combat, but your ass can't beat me when I got these knives. It's just like training back in Japan, but this time you die!" Iris shouted.

  "Ahhhh!" Tess screams as one of the knives nips her neck and the next knife went straight through her left forearm and got stuck in there.

  "Mommy! Mommy!" Ayoyna and Isis cried out.

  "You bitch!" Tess screamed as she spin kicks Iris twice in the face then round house kicks her in the stomach.

  "Ughhh!" Iris grunts and bends over in pain.

  When she did she was met with Tess' knee to her jaw, knocking her backwards.

  "Ahhhh!" Tess screams in pain as she pulls out the knife from her left forearm and tosses it at Iris.

  Iris drops to the floor doing a split and the knife just misses her face. She pops off the floor and ran over to Tess and sweep kicks her. Tess fell backwards onto the ground. Iris leaps up in the air and came down with her elbow into Tess' chest with all her body weight.

  "Uggga! Ahhhh!" Tess screams in pain. She pulled Iris' face to her and took a bite out of her ear.

  "Ahhhh!" Iris hollers in pain while trying to break free and stab Tess at the same time.

  Tess pushes her off her and rolled. Tess spits out the piece of Iris' ear she bit off.

  "You bitch! I can't believe you Mike Tyson me!" Iris shouted while holding her ear.

  Tess wipes the blood from her mouth.

  "Give up Tess, there's no escape route for you today." Iris said while smiling weakly.

  "Think again you insane bitch, I'm going to grab my daughter and niece and disappear after I finish beating your ass!" Tess shouted back.

  "You're still worrying about everybody else but me! I'll teach you!" Iris screams and pulls out a small 32. caliber handgun from the back of her waist.

  Tess knew she was done for, there was no way in hell she could dodge the bullet then her facial expression changes from despair to horror.

  Iris points the gun at Ayoyna and Isis who was holding each other in the corner of the room crying, not knowing what was going on.

  "Noooo!" Tess yelled in a piercing scream as Iris squeezes the trigger twice.

  A bullet slams into the side of Ayoyna's stomach. The next bullet crashes into Isis chest and comes out her back. Tess starts to charge at Iris while screaming, with rage in her eyes, but Vanessa threw four flash grenades through the room window. The last of the Asian Mafia Assassins tosses flash grenades outside of the house.

  Tess, Bless and Marina close their eyes as a loud explosion went off inside and outside the house, the Santiago henchmen inside and outside the house scream.

  "Ahhhh! As the light as bright as the sun blind them all.

  Bless ran over and scoops Ayoyna and Isis into his arms while Iris fired wildly. Tess' facial expression in anger mixed with rage as she front kicks Iris in the mouth.

  "Tess we don't have time, we have to go!" Bless shouted as he looks back at her while climbing out the window with Ayoyna and Iris tightly in his arms.

  Iris didn't need to see and she reloads her gun while being blind and starts firing at anything she heard moving. Tess took off running and jumps out the window as bullets from Iris' gun flew pass her head. Tess, Bless and Layla quickly get into the helicopter that Vanessa was in and took off as Iris and the other Santiago henchmen regain their sight back.

  The Choice We Make

  Chapter 1

  Tess, Layla and Bless along with Vanessa and Marina hide in the tropical jungle of the Dominican Republic with help from the locals. The helicopter they were in got shot down by the Santiago henchmen and they crashed landed.

  "Tess we have to find a way out of this jungle and the Dominican Republic or we're as good as dead. We only have a handful of Asian Mafia with us that survived the attack." Vanessa said as she looks at Tess.

  Tess didn't respond she was deep in thought and worried about Ayoyna as the local doctor works on her and Isis. Bless had to kick her out of the hut in the jungle, because she was crying too much and threatening to kill the doctor, making it hard for him to work, while staring at Tess holding a gun at his head. Both of the young girls have Bless' blood type 'A', so he gave a transfusion to help keep them alive.

  The doctor a dark skin Dominican man steps out the hut with fear written all over his face. He nervously looks at Tess and waves her over to him from the group of people she was sitting with, but not paying any mind to.

  Tess stood up and walks over to the doctor and looks him dead in the eyes, she stares at him, letting him know without words, that if he said the wrong thing she would snap his neck. The doctor nervously opens his mouth to speak.

  "I have good news and bad news." He said in a thick Spanish accent while flinching.

  "We don't have time to waste. Are my daughter and niece going to make it?" Tess said through clenched teeth.

  "Ummm, we were able to remove the bullet from Ayoyna, since it was a small caliber gun is the only reason the children aren't dead right now. The bullet went straight through Isis, and I was able to stop the bleeding and doing the transfusion of blood we got from their father helped a lot. The bad news is, both of them got shot in their lungs and they only have a half hour to an hour to live, unless we operate. Since they're the same age and blood type we can only save one of them, giving the other the lung." The doctor said while stepping back.

  "What are you trying to fucking say?" Tess shouted.

  "Ummm senora, what I'm saying is you have to choose which one lives and which one dies.
