Kimberly was present in the funeral as well, sitting with Eve and Ralph. The rest of the Biwole Wolves were there, including Shell, who looked as serious as ever, if not more so. Also, the West Coast Pack paid their own respect to their adviser's late mate by coming as well, including Gorton, the alpha; Zak, Zack's brother and the beta; and Danielle, the healer. I'd still hadn't got a chance to exchange words with any of these trio, or the Biwole Wolves other than Shell, but I looked forward to it. I was also kind of anxious to meet Zack's family, because, despite what he said about them not being very close, it was still important to the future we would build together.
There were a lot of things left to figure out. I needed to understand what was my position as an official werewolf, the first one with Necromancy in, well forever. Both Zack and I still needed to work on some issues, to crack some walls, but that would happen within time. I had faith in us, because now that we were through this entire crazy mess, we could finally be in a true relationship. Sure, I had mated him and the bond existed between us, making us feel each other's emotions, but we still needed to take our relationship step by step, get to know each other more deeply, until we were completely, truly united. That would take time. But I believed in us that we would make it.
After all, we'd already been through the worst. And the awesome sex was kind of a good bonus, too.
When the funeral would end, we would be able to finally move forward. We would be able to understand where we stood with the West Coast Pack and the Biwole Wolves. We would be able to finally move on from everything, never forgetting it, but remembering it like old memory.
The only thing that was important was that we were together, and unlike Khloe, I was not the giving up type. I would never give up. I would cherish the life I'd been given again, and live it to the fullest, with Zack Grey besides me.

SEQUEL
I want to confirm that there will be two more books in the series. The first one will be a prequel focusing on Evelyn’s “Eve” story as well as Ralph’s. The title will be THE DEVIL’S ALPHA and will be released sometime in November or in December. The final book will be a novella and will conclude the series. However if the series does good I will still continue it as I still have some more ideas.
