Fingers closed on one nipple, twisting hard, a final jolt of pain merged with the pleasure of his cock as it drove into her core— enough to push her that last step.

Celeste bit back a whimper, watching the collar in his hands. He wanted to show others she belonged to him. Not a ring to bind a wife to a husband, but a collar of steel.
It snapped about her neck, locked in place with a small key he slipped about his neck to hang from a slender chain. “My slave.”
She looked up, meeting his gaze.
“You know it to be true.”
With a soft whimper Celeste nodded, hands clenching on her thighs, the feel of his use still coating her skin.
“Now we rest.”
She glanced up toward the bed.
“No, little slut. Animals don't sleep on the bed unless it pleases me.” He leaned down, grasping hold the collar, forcing her down onto her hands and knees. She bit back a whimper, struggling to keep up with him as he dragged her down to the end of the bed.
Her heart sank. A sheepskin, thick and warm had been set at the end of the bed. A long chain attached to one of the wooden legs of the bed, he now attached to the chain.
“Sleep well, my pet. Tomorrow we take your training up a notch. There is so much I can teach you, show you, a darkness you never dreamed existed before I came into your life.” He tossed a blanket over her, not giving her so much as a second look as he climbed back onto the bed, settling there without her. “Sleep whilst you can, you'll need all your strength.”
She belonged to a monster. Her fingers curled about the collar he had locked about her throat, tracing the letters that had been so carefully engraved into the metal. She'd been beaten, used, raped, abused and now chained to sleep at the foot of his bed, with as little care given to her as he might have a dog.
No, that wasn't right. He whispered to her, had tended her hurts, shown a pride in her performance. He'd collared her with the piece of metal so no one could look at her and not know she belonged to him.
For a moment longer she hoped, wanting him to change his mind. Given a few minutes he'd realize she should be in his arms, held close, her head nestled against his chest.
The only sound coming from the bed was his breathing as it settled into a sleep claimed rhythm.
What sort of man was he that he could leave her chained at the end of the bed instead of resting in his arms for the night?
