I looked down at his body. My hands couldn’t help themselves as they took a squeeze of his muscled ass cheeks. I spread him and watched a drop of fluid leaking down the inside of his thighs.
We were both breathing so hard even though I hadn’t even started. My tip pointed at his entrance, I moved forward until I found his warmth. He grunted as I plunged deeper into him. His tightness gripped me, pulling me in and swallowing me whole.
His wet walls squeezed around me. I’d been with Brock before but being inside of him again was like doing it for the first time.
I gripped my hands on his waist and proceeded to thump my body against his. My hilt slapped against his cheeks. The sound of our bodies colliding filled the abandoned factory. He grunted louder with each of my thrusts, not having to worry about anybody hearing him.
I gritted my teeth and worked even more furiously as I started to throb.
“Brock…”
“Don’t stop… Harder… Give it to me…”
I moved my hands up and gripped his broad shoulders. My hips shifted like they had a mind of their own. Even though he had his back turned to me and his shirt was covering him, I’d never been so turned on. Most of the Omegas I took were frail men and women who had no choice but to let me take control. Brock was a bigger man. Muscular. Strong enough to push back on me. Taking someone like him turned me on like nothing else.
“Brock…” I grunted his name again as the pleasure ramped up inside of my gut.
“I’m gonna come…”
“Yeah?”
“Yeah… I can’t…”
I reached down between his legs and found his cock. He had a considerable size for an Omega. Being able to hold something so thick as it twitched with life just made me pound my hips into him even harder.
“Cade… You’re gonna make me… Ahh…” A soft grunt was followed by his body seizing up underneath him.
I pumped his cock furiously until slowing down to let him enjoy his orgasm. My hand was covered in the fluids that trickled out of him. It leaked over my fingers and ran over my palm, making it even easier to stroke him.
His body tightened up around me and I lost myself just the same as him. My jaw dropped and my groan caught in my throat for a second before spilling out of me, loud and hoarse. My body trembled. My cock throbbed. Thick spurts of my seed spilled into him. Brock shook along with me. The vibrations of our orgasms were too hard to fight.
I finished coming then leaned forward against him. My chest pressed against his back. We both breathed hard, trying our best to regain our senses. Even though I was just fine being here with him, I didn’t have the strength to move away.
I pulled my hand from him just as I heard something in his jeans.
“Dammit…” He quickly reached down into his pockets and pulled out his phone. “It’s Leon. There’s a meeting with the crew. I have to go.”
There was disappointment in his eyes but I smiled. “I know what you’re thinking. The Demons are your crew. You don’t have to apologize for anything. I’ll see you again.”
“I don’t know how this will work. But the truth is gonna come out eventually.”
“When it does, I’ll be here for you. You know that.”
I moved close for a kiss. I let his taste linger on my tongue for as long as I could before pulling away.
“As soon as this is done,” he said. “I’ll see you again. Tonight?”
“Tonight… Sounds perfect.”
Chapter 16
BROCK
I got on my ride and headed back to the warehouse, the thoughts of my time with Cade lingering in my head. When I arrived, the entire crew was waiting outside. They were all relaxing like they always did. The night was just getting started. The liquor was flowing. The smoke was in the air. They were on their rides like they were about to head out. No doubt they were about to have some fun like they always did.
I searched for Leon but he was nowhere to be found. I stepped inside of the warehouse and saw him sitting at the dining table by himself in our makeshift kitchen. Even with his back turned to me, I knew it was him just from the tattoos on his neck that trailed all over the back of his head.
He was in a dirty white t-shirt and a pair of jeans. There didn’t seem to be anything out of the ordinary as he sat calmly. Leon always had an intimidating demeanor about him, even from just sitting there.
“Is that you, Brock?”
“Yeah…”
“Why don’t you have a seat?”
“All right…” I swallowed anxiously. I didn’t wanna think something was wrong but I couldn’t help a nervous feeling in my gut.
I sat across from him at the table and noticed the pizza on it. He picked up a slice and took a bite. His face was calm as he slowly chewed on it.
“You want a slice?” he asked.
“I think I’ve had enough pizza for today.” The truth was I could probably eat another whole pie with my appetite. But I’d been satiated enough for it not to bother me.
“I think I figured out what makes Jake’s pizza so good.” He smacked his lips as he took another bite. “The ingredients that make the pizza. The recipe to measure everything right. The technique so the dough is the perfect texture. But there’s something else that makes it good. You know what that is?”
“No.” I smiled and shook my head. “If I knew the secret, I’d probably open up my own pizza shop and make a ton of money like they’re doing at Jake’s.”
“That’s not a bad idea.” He smirked for a second before finishing his slice. He picked another one up and calmly took another bite. “I don’t think you’d be as successful as Jake’s though. There’s something else that makes the pizza special. You know what that is, Brock.”
I shook my head again.
He shifted his eyes to the slice in his hand then took another bite. He chewed on it for a few seconds longer than usual before swallowing. “It’s who you’re eating it with that makes it taste so good.”
“I… I’m not sure I know what you mean.”
“Think about it. The whole crew heads out to Jake’s for pizza once a month. Every single one of us enjoys it. There isn’t a crumb left. It always tastes better when you’ve got someone to share it with. The… atmosphere and camaraderie we have make it better. That’s why I bought this…”
He pushed the pizza box toward me.
“Go ahead, Brock. Take a slice. Watching you enjoy it is just as satisfying for me as it will be for you.”
He just stared blankly at me. I chuckled and shrugged. “All right… I’ll take a slice.”
I picked the pizza up and did my best not to gorge on it. Leon kept his eyes locked on me, not blinking while I chewed on it. He took a bite for himself but didn’t move his gaze away. A smile slowly formed on the corner of his lips.
“It’s better, isn’t it? Sharing a pizza with the ones you care about…”
“I think I see what you’re saying. It’s not just the pizza but the chance to sit down and relax.”
“Exactly. You know you’re having a good time when you’re having pizza, with the people closest to you, without a care in the world.” He put his half-eaten slice down then dusted his hands off. I finished my pizza for myself then looked over his shoulder.
“Everybody’s out there,” I said. “It looks like you’re heading out.”
“That’s right. We’re about to handle that situation with Bobby.” He put his hands up before I had a chance to say anything. “Don’t worry. It’s nothing we can’t handle. You don’t have to ride with us if you don’t want to.”
“I’m a Demon. If there’s business the club needs to take care of, I’ll be there, too.”
“That’s what I like to hear.” Leon picked up his slice, his eyes shifting back to it as he took his last few remaining bites. “Yeah… It’s a lot better when you’re around someone to enjoy it with. It’s a shame you had to leave the pizzeria.”
“Maybe we could hang around Jake’s a little more of
ten than once a month. I wouldn’t mind. I don’t think anybody else would either.”
“There’s an idea… Where did you go, Brock?”
He wasn’t smiling. He wasn’t upset either. He just gave me a blank stare.
I swallowed anxiously, doing my best not to show my emotions. “Just some business I had to take care of.”
“Business? What kinda business?”
“Come on, Leon,” I scoffed. “I’m a grown man. You know we all have something on the side. You can’t stop us from doing what we have to do, especially with all of our other ventures not working out too well.”
“Right… You’re your own man.” He got up from his seat and put a hand on my shoulder. “But you’re still a brother to me. Remember everything we’ve been through, Brock? Remember how rough times got back in the city? We made it to Snow Falls. We’ve been through the worst and we’re still here.”
“Yeah, that’s right.”
“That’s why it hurts so much when I know you can’t be completely honest with me.”
I wasn’t looking at him when he said it. I imagined his stare had only gotten more intense. I slowly got up from my seat to confirm what I was already thinking and sure enough, he was staring with an intensity that would’ve made another man uncomfortable.
“I know,” he said.
“What?”
“You’ve been acting strange lately. I had you followed—”
“You had me followed? You don’t trust me? After everything I’ve done—”
“If you have nothing to hide, then there’s no reason for you to be concerned. Unless…” He lowered his hand down from my shoulder then moved both hands behind his back. “Who is he?”
I looked away from him. I didn’t have anything to worry about from Leon but telling him it was Cade, a Charger… There was no telling what he was capable of.
“Okay, okay, okay,” he sighed. “You don’t wanna tell me. That’s fine. I already know it’s him. The man in charge.”
I slowly turned back to him. There was no point in keeping it a secret any longer. All I could do was sigh and shake my head. “After everything our two clubs have been through, I just thought it was for the best that I kept it quiet. Until I had things figured out for myself. I’m trying to protect you and the club. You know that.”
“It’s all right, Brock. I trust you with my life. I know you would never do anything to harm me or the crew. That’s why I’m willing to take care of this problem for you.”
“Wait… What are you talking about?” I narrowed my eyes in confusion but he didn’t respond.
He walked by me and headed out of the warehouse. “Saddle up!” Everybody got on their rides and revved their engines.
I rushed up next to him, my heart pounding inside of my chest. “Leon… What are you going to do?”
“I’m looking out for you. I’m gonna head over to Brickstone and have a little chat with your new friend.”
“You can’t do anything. If you start a war with the Chargers, both crews are gonna end up hurt—”
“I’m not starting a war. I’m putting an end to it before it begins.” He revved his engine and moved onto the road before I had a chance to say anything more. The rest of the crew rolled behind him into the night.
“Dammit.” I hurried to pull my phone out. “Come on… Come on… Answer…”
“Brock? Is something wrong?”
Cade answered so nonchalantly I almost didn’t wanna tell him what was gonna happen.
“Brock? You there?”
“Yeah… I’m here.”
“What’s up?”
“It’s Leon… He knows.”
Chapter 17
CADE
“I just got the message from him. Leon and the Demons are rolling out right now.”
Usually the boys would be at home with their families on nights like this. When I gave them the news, they all did what they had to do to find a sitter. They weren’t about to let me deal with this by myself.
The night crowd was beginning to shuffle into Brickstone. Everybody was in a festive mood. I wasn’t about to stop them from having their fun.
We stepped outside of the bar and into the parking lot. Even though we were outnumbered, I had confidence Zak could hold his own against a dozen men if it came down to it.
Kellen put a hand on my shoulder. “What else did he say?”
“Not much,” I said. “Just that Leon was coming and he wanted to talk to me.”
“Talk… Why do I get the feeling he’s planning on doing more than that?”
“Leon might be crazy but he’s not stupid enough to start anything in plain view for everybody to see. And he’s definitely not stupid enough to start anything with the Chargers.”
“Don’t worry. We’ll make him see reason. One way or another.”
“It’s not me I’m worried about. Brock’s the one caught in the middle of all this.”
“It doesn’t matter if the guy’s a Demon or not. If he’s important to you, we got his back.”
Kellen always had a way of reassuring me. Even though I didn’t know what Leon was up to, I was confident nothing would happen with the rest of the Chargers backing me.
I stared up the street. I couldn’t see anybody but I could already hear the engines rumbling around the corner. The sound grew louder and louder until they came into view. A fleet of bikes was headed right for the Brickstone parking lot where I stood with everybody else. Even from a distance, it was easy to spot a man like Leon. The guy had enough tattoos to make him stick out even in the dark.
He rode right into the parking lot along with the rest of his crew. Every single one of them was eyeballing us. The tension growing between everybody was thick.
Sean. Tristan. Zak. Kellen. I knew they were more than willing to put themselves on the line to hold me down. But I didn’t plan on putting them at risk.
Leon got off his ride and sauntered over to me with two of his men behind him. The Demons looked like any other bikers you’d find in the West Bay. Dirty. Angry. Disheveled clothes like they’d been living in them for weeks without a wash. They were exactly the kind of men you didn’t want to run into in a dark alley late at night.
Leon himself wasn’t exactly friendly either. He looked down his nose at me, puffing his chest out like I was a piece of property he owned. I didn’t care he didn’t respect me very much. His opinion of me didn’t matter.
“Cade Green… It’s good to see you again.”
“I’m sorry I can’t say the same,” I replied. “What do you want?”
“Is that any way to treat a potential customer?”
“I remember the last time you stepped into my bar. Don’t pretend like we’re friends. You got something to say, say it. Just know I don’t take kindly to threats. And we’ve beefed up security in the club. You start something here, you better be ready to pay for it.”
He put his hands behind his back and stood firm in his spot. His head still held high, he looked down his nose at me. “It’s just like I told Brock. I don’t intend on starting anything. I’m here to finish it.”
“Pfft!” I scoffed. “Are you kidding? Brock is his own man. And he is a man. He’s not some child you can tell what to do, so stop acting like his father.”
“I’m not his father but I am his family. You might not realize it but I look out for every man in my crew like they were my own blood. I only want what’s best for Brock.” He took a step closer to me. Zak moved forward but I put a hand on his chest to stop him. Knowing Zak, he probably would’ve torn Leon’s head clean off.
“I know you’re involved with him,” Leon said. “There’s no need to deny it.”
“I’m not denying anything. I would’ve told you myself if not for Brock. But now that you do know, I’ve got nothing else to hide. Brock and I were together. He went into heat. He’s carrying my child.”
Even the usually stone-faced Leon had to react. One eyebrow twitched. Knowing he didn’t appreciate it j
ust made me smirk.
“That’s right,” I said. “Brock is carrying my child.” I said it loud enough for the rest of the Demons to hear. They all turned and looked at one another, unsure of what to think. “If Brock is family like you claim he is, you’ll be happy for him.”
Leon didn’t move from his spot. I was just waiting for him to move his hand and try to slug me. But all he did was smile. “I’m happy for Brock. More than you know. That’s why I’m willing to take care of him and his child, even if the Alpha is a Charger.”
“Good. That settles it then—”
“There’s no need for you and Brock to be together. Rest assured, Brock’s son or daughter will be better off under the guidance of the Demons.”
“The hell did you say?” I took a step forward. The two men flanking Leon moved forward to meet me. The other Demons got on their bikes like they were up to something.
The Chargers behind me all moved closer. The tension was so thick my heart was pounding in my chest. I clenched my jaw and looked Leon right in the eye.
“Let’s get one thing straight,” I said. “Brock is carrying my child. That’s my responsibility. And I’m gonna do everything I can to be in their life.”
“And I’m telling you right now, Green,” Leon replied. “This isn’t your problem anymore.”
Before anybody could do anything else, we all turned toward the engine thundering down the road. Brock came racing into the parking lot on his bike. He hopped off and immediately rushed up between Leon and me, putting a hand on our chests.
“All right!” he said. “That’s it! There’s no need to start anything! It’s cool! It’s cool!”
I didn’t look at Brock. I just kept staring at Leon as he eyeballed me the same.
“You’re pregnant,” Leon said. “You didn’t tell me that.”
“What difference does it make?” Brock said.
“It makes all the difference. Now I know I have to be there for you. Just like I promised I would when you first started rolling with us.”
“How many times does he gotta tell you?” I said. “That ain’t your decision to make. I’m gonna be in Brock’s life… And nothing is gonna stop me—”
